I paid $439.90 on 1/6/22 for a yearly checkup deal that had 2 visits. They came for the first visit on 1/6/22, but the 2nd visit was still due (check the attachment for proof). On 5/25/22, they came for the 2nd visit, but they charged me $459.90 extra by mistake (check the second attachment). I asked for a refund of the $459.90 since I was owed a 2nd visit, but the company ain't keeping their word.

I got a plan with Nash Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. for winter and summer maintenance. They still haven't done the summer maintenance yet. My A/C stopped working on July 17, so I called them on July 18. They said they'd call me back first thing in the morning, but they didn't. I called them at ***, and they said they'd call me back, but they didn't. I called them again at ***, and still no call back. They installed my equipment through the back porch roof, so maybe that's why they're avoiding me. It's been three days without A/C, and I want the service I paid for.

I got a new air conditioner from Nash Heating & Air Conditioning 2 years ago. They put it in for me too. But now, I needed help because it was out of refrigerant. Turns out, the original installation was messed up. There was a bad connection on the high pressure line on the compressor. Another A/C guy found the problem and sent me pictures of the bad connection. I had to pay about $700 to fix it. I have the bad connection as proof.

I'm worried about the other connections they made when they put it in. If this one is so bad, what about the others? They could break too and make me pay more money for refrigerant and work. I want Nash to fix the connections they messed up for free. I paid for a real professional job, not a do-it-yourself one. They can send their best guy or I can pick my own A/C guy to do it.
