I bought a Frigidaire refrigerator from National Appliance Warehouse in Wilmington DE. The refrigerator was delivered with a dent that I didn't see on the front until after it was installed because the delivery crew didn't take the wrapping off until it was delivered. When I realized it was dented, I called the company and they gave me the run around. They finally assured me they would replace the door, so I agreed to keep it. The refrigerator also came with damage to the right door, 2 dead black flies, and a drawer that didn't work. Now in February, the refidgetator is making a loud vibrating noise (the compressor is bad), which I reported to Frank in the Middletown DE store where my original salesperson Holly is now working. There is a law that protects consumers from lemon refrigerators. This is definitely a lemon. I want to return it. They won't respond to calls or emails. Please help. I've spoken to Scott, the manager at the Wilmington store as well.

On May 3, 2022 me and my partner bought a Bosch dishwasher from National Appliance Warehouse on Concord Pike. The guy there, Mr., said they had a dishwasher that fit our measurements and had all the parts, even though it was out of the box. We agreed to pay a delivery fee of $200+. When we were checking out, they suggested we get an extended warranty, which we could decide on later, as long as it was before the delivery date. I called the store on March 6 to pay for the warranty and the delivery was scheduled for May 7, 2022.
That's when the problem started. The delivery/installer guy told his teammate that the insulation was missing on the left side of the unit. He said he had to talk to his "boss" and when he came back, he said they couldn't install the unit. I texted Mr. right away to let him know about the problem and asked how they were going to fix it. He never called me back, so the next afternoon I called the store. Mr. didn't seem to know about the problem and said he needed to talk to the installer on Monday. He said he would call us back, but he hasn't reached out to us yet. They need to either fix the problem or give us a refund for everything we paid, including the warranty.

I also had issues with the main door not sealing properly, the deli drawer not closing completely, and my food freezing. *** suggested I call Maytag to address these problems. During the first repair visit, the service rep said the fridge wasn't loud. He adjusted the temperature to prevent food from freezing and ordered a new deli drawer. Since February, Maytag has serviced the MRT311FFZ three times, but the noise has only gotten worse. During the last repair visit on April 21, 2022, the service rep admitted he couldn't fix the noise. Despite having heated conversations with *** and ***, no resolution has been reached. However, no real plan or solution has been put in place, and this needs to change.

We also paid $149.99 for a warranty that lasts for 6 years and covers all parts and labor. But guess what? The dishwasher broke on 1/8/22. Can you believe it? It's not even a year old! So, I called National Appliance Warehouse and they sent a technician to our place on 1/20/22. The technician said we need two parts - a control panel and a fascia. They have the control panel in stock, but the fascia is on back order. They don't know when it will arrive, it could be two weeks, two months, or even longer. I get it, there's a parts shortage because of the pandemic. But come on, this is a brand new $1,000 dishwasher! It shouldn't need two parts replaced already! I've called the store many times, but every time they just pass me around. They tell me to talk to someone, but that person is always busy on another call. They promise to call me back, but they never do. One time, I talked to a young guy who said, "You could spend $19,000 on a new range and it could break in three months, tough luck!" Seriously? I don't think a pandemic gives them the right to sell me a faulty product. This dishwasher is clearly a lemon. Who knows what will happen if they replace these two parts? Will it break again in a few weeks? Will something else go wrong? If it's already dead after just 10 months, what else is hiding? I need help resolving this issue with the store. Thank you.
