Disappointing Customer Service Experience with ABCWarehouse Furniture Delivery
So, we bought some furniture from ABCWarehouse about 4 months ago. They told us it would take about a month to get it delivered. Finally, our Mt. Pleasant Mi. Store called us today to let us know that part of our order was in. We were so excited to finally get our furniture delivered! But, guess what? They only deliver to our area on Wednesdays. What a bummer!
We tried to work with them and told them that we could be available anytime after 3:30 pm on Wednesdays. But, they refused to make an appointment and said they would call us when they were on their way. Seriously? We can't just leave work whenever they feel like delivering our furniture!
We were really disappointed with their customer service. They should have worked with us to find a time that worked for both of us. We feel like they didn't care about our needs as customers. We won't be buying from them again!
Overall, we were really disappointed with our experience with ABCWarehouse. We hope they can improve their customer service in the future so that other customers don't have to go through what we did.

Disappointing Warranty Experience with ABC Warehouse for LG OLED TV
I bought a LG 65" (OLED56C9PUA) from ABC Warehouse (abcwarehouse.com) for $2100 in February 2020. I also purchased a $599 Warranty (4yr) to ensure that my investment was protected. However, my experience with ABC Warehouse has been less than satisfactory.
Recently, I noticed that the TV had stopped working and upon closer inspection, I found a crack in the screen. I immediately called ABC Warehouse to report the issue and to my surprise, I was informed that the warranty did not cover the damage caused by the thunderstorm that had occurred the night before. The technician explained that some TVs with thin screens can crack when exposed to thunderstorms.
I was shocked to learn that I had paid $599 for a warranty that did not cover the TV being damaged by vibration. The TV was securely placed on a 200 lb wooden TV stand, so I was confident that it was not due to any negligence on my part. It was disappointing to learn that ABC Warehouse was not willing to take responsibility for the damage caused to my TV.
As a result, I do not recommend purchasing equipment or warranties from ABC Warehouse. It is frustrating to think that I am now out of $2700 for a TV that worked for less than 2 years. I hope that others can learn from my experience and avoid the same disappointment.
Disappointing Experience with ABCWarehouse: Poor Quality Furniture and Terrible Customer Service
I recently purchased a sectional from ABCWarehouse (abcwarehouse.com) at the end of January 2021. However, my experience with this company has been nothing short of disappointing. On March 8th, the entire end of the couch collapsed to the floor, and the springs made a loud pop, causing the cushions to raise. Shockingly, no one was even sitting on it at the time. When I tried to put the cushions back in place, the couch snapped like wood and collapsed to the floor.
I immediately contacted the salesperson, who directed me to the general manager. The general manager told me that I had to call for service, which I did. The service representative assured me that someone would be sent out within three days. However, despite my repeated calls, I received no response. Finally, I received a text message stating that they would send someone out to assess the situation, but not until May 27, 2021.
I am extremely disappointed with the terrible customer service and the poor quality of the furniture. The couch is now a complete mess, and I have had to make countless calls to get any kind of response. After all the frustration, they are finally sending a different company out on May 18th.
Overall, my experience with ABCWarehouse has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for quality furniture and good customer service.

I recently bought a massage chair from ABCWarehouse on 09/04/21. The store in Canton told me that it would be delivered on 09/14/21, but it was not delivered. No one called me from the store location to inform me about the delay. They then set a new delivery date of 09/17/21, and finally, I received the chair. However, I was disappointed to find out that the Bluetooth was not working.
I stopped by the store to report the issue, and they gave me a phone number to contact IT. I called them, and they promised to send me the components to install the unit. Two days later, I received a call back, and I was told that the Bluetooth was not compatible with my phone. I was frustrated with this news, and I felt like I wasted my money.
Ryan Weigandt is the salesman at the Canton location, and he was so busy trying to get me to write a review even before I had purchased the merchandise. I found this behavior unprofessional and annoying. The problem with my massage chair is still unresolved almost a month later, and I have the ABC corporate office phone number. I plan to call them tomorrow morning to get this issue resolved.
Overall, my experience with ABCWarehouse has been disappointing. The lack of communication and the delay in delivery were frustrating. The issue with the Bluetooth not working and the salesman's behavior only added to my dissatisfaction. I hope that the corporate office can help me resolve this issue soon.
Exceptional Service and Delivery from ABCWarehouse - Highly Recommend!
I gotta say, I'm a first-time customer of ABCWarehouse and I'm definitely coming back for more. These guys are the real deal. I had been trying to order a refrigerator from other companies but they wouldn't even take my order. But ABCWarehouse came through for me and let me place my order without any hassle. And get this, they even delivered it a whole month before I expected it!
Now, let me tell you about the delivery service. It was top-notch, I tell ya. I gotta give a shoutout to these two guys, Devon Yonker and Todd Noyce. I'm not sure which one of them was the young fella with kids, but both of them were just amazing. They were so professional and friendly, I couldn't have asked for better service.

Great Service and Delivery from ABC Warehouse in Toledo, Ohio
We recently bought an appliance package from ABC Warehouse in Toledo Ohio (Reynolds road store). Alfre was a great sales rep. We went to the store just to buy a dishwasher, but he took the time to show us around to look at an appliance package which we would need eventually. He worked hard to get us approved for the whole package within our budget. We were able to take home the dishwasher and schedule the stove and refrigerator.
The delivery men came at the time they said the following Saturday. Dennis and Bud were great and very conscious of our house and entrance way. Dennis measured the opening and carefully brought the stove and fridge into the house. The stove was a breeze, but the fridge was a tight fit through a hallway. They had to remove the front door, but slowly got it through. I was totally amazed at the detail to not scratch the appliance or the walls. Great work, men!
We were very pleased with the service we received from ABC Warehouse. The sales rep, Alfre, was very helpful and patient with us. He showed us different options and helped us find the best package for our needs and budget. We appreciated his efforts to get us approved for the whole package, which made it easier for us to take home the dishwasher and schedule the stove and refrigerator for delivery.

Terrible Experience with ABCWarehouse: Wrong Phone Number, Wrong Furniture, and No Refund!
We had a really bad time with ABCWarehouse! First, the sales guy wrote down the wrong phone number for us. We noticed when we left and called right away to get it fixed. We had to take time off work to get our furniture delivered, but when it arrived, it was the wrong stuff! So we had to send it back. Finally, the sales guy ordered the right furniture (but we had to wait another week) and tried to have it delivered on the wrong day. We had to reschedule for the right day, but then nothing ever showed up! We called to see what was going on and they said they tried to call us to say they couldn't deliver because of the weather. But we never got any missed calls! We asked what number they called and it turned out to be the wrong one. They never changed it on our account, even though we called to fix it. Finally, we got our furniture, but we never got the refund check they promised us for the price difference. We ended up having to make a payment before we even got our furniture! It was a really bad experience from start to finish and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
ABC Warehouse's Extended Warranty Falls Short: Frustrating Experience with Dishwasher Repair
I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with ABC Warehouse. I bought some kitchen appliances with a 5 year extended warranty, thinking I was covered if anything went wrong. But when I called to request service because my dishwasher racks were rusting, the representative told me they were covered under the warranty. So I set up an appointment for a service technician to come out and fix it.
But when the technician arrived, he told me that the racks weren't actually covered under the extended warranty. I was pretty frustrated, because I had specifically asked about the racks when I made the appointment. The technician left without fixing anything, and I was left with a dishwasher that still had rusty racks.
I decided to do some digging and looked at my original receipt for the dishwasher and the extended warranty. Lo and behold, it was printed right on the back of the receipt that the extended warranty had the same terms and conditions as the original manufacturer's warranty. So I contacted GE, the manufacturer, and got a copy of the original warranty. And guess what? The original warranty did cover the racks.
I tried to get in touch with ABC Warehouse's special "Heartline" service, which is supposed to help customers with unresolved concerns. But they never responded to me. So now I'm pretty fed up with ABC Warehouse and won't be buying anything from them again.
But I will say this: I did get a call from ABC today, and it turns out the parts are covered under warranty after all. So I have to give them credit for making things right. It's just a shame that it took so much effort on my part to get there.

We gave ABC a call and they came to fix it up. But, wouldn't you know it, the problem came back just a week later. We called them up again and they said they needed to order a new control board. We waited for over a month, but nothing came. We gave them another call and found out that they weren't going to honor the repair. Apparently, the GE controller is defective and they won't fix it. We were still in the warranty period when we first called, but now we're out of luck. Needless to say, we won't be buying from ABC again.

They told me to come in to get my refund, but they wouldn't refund the delivery charge. I was really upset about this because it wasn't my fault that the fridge was not the right color. I talked to the salesman and he said that they don't refund delivery charges. I was really disappointed with their customer service, so I decided that I won't shop there again.

Being assaulted by your staff
My wife and I were verbally assaulted by one of your sales persons. The supposed manager thought nothing of this, and that makes me angry. If the situation cannot be dealt with I will continue to push up the chain. I am embarrassed for your salesman and so-called manger. My wife and I have never in the entirety of our lives been treated this way. Especially when we work so hard for our money and people like yours think they can treat us so poorly and still try to take our money. I need this issue taken care of asap, or I don't believe any of my Veteran brothers or my family members across the state Michigan will ever spend any money in your stores. Desired outcome: I would like a response from the district manager as to how he wishes to proceed. If my wife isn't happy with that, she'd ask that both individuals be terminated.
Poor customer service on failed products all within 10 days!
I purchased a Whirlpool washing machine and a GE stove from ABC, both items had problems within 10 days. ABC Warehouse will not refund or exchange. I was told by a salesman “we are not in the business of selling used appliances, once you plug it in, it’s used”. Whirlpool did send a service tech out under their warranty and he said the parts are back-ordered with no delivery date. Therefore, I called Whirlpool back (remember this is all within 10 days), Whirlpool said we only give refunds if you buy off our website, we sell it to ABC and then they sell it to you, we will repair it when the parts are available and that is all we can do, “we will not authorize for you to get a replacement because the parts are on back-order”. The GE stove, the paint is flaking in the bottom of the oven and no one is responding about that issue at all. Waste your time calling the corporate offices, no one will get back to you. I’m out $1600 and will be on my way to the laundromat when I get off work. Please, if enough people see these posts and quit buying from ABC & Whirlpool, it will put a hurt on their business and that’s the only way to get to these shyster companies, is to cut off their money.

Damaged partial order, manager Joe rude!
I purchased a couch, chair ottoman with 3 tables and 2 lamps with a tv back in September. I received the tables which were broke in the box, my chair that already had its dust cover ripped to shreds and no inserts for the legs to go in. The ottoman is torn when it got here. I have yet to see my couch! Joe the manager talked to me like I was the bad guy talking over me so I couldn't even say what was wrong! He yelled at me because this is the first he had heard about it. He acts like it's no big deal that I am paying for things I don't have! He then hung up on me! Am I supposed to feel like anything is going to be done about this?
Desired outcome: I want my furniture that I ordered, and the damaged ottoman replaced. I also want money off my bill at this point.
Washer Combo
So I have called November 30 my washer does not spin out I called customer service the sky is been out four times ordered two different parts it's still not spinning I wrote a review they said they would get back to me within 24 hours that hasn't happened I called corporate office I've talk to managers and still have not gotten my washer fixed they ordered another part they said they're waiting for that to come in that was way last week this is ridiculous I will never buy anything from ABC Warehouse ever again it's been a total nightmare having to log my clothes to the laundromat and pay for my laundry I'm not even get compensated
Bad customer service all around
My husband and I purchased a washer and dryer (ge front loader) before Christmas. I'm physically disabled and can not move things. The salesman Jim was rude and abrasive from the bigginning. We bought the extended warranty in case we needed help. The washer and dryer was delivered on Christmas Eve. At first the water wasn't running then we got it working but still no hot water. We called the day after Christmas to have someone come out. The day arrived and we were told the tech would be out between 12 and 5. We waited all day. The tech called and said he was going to be late and would be here around 4:30. 4:30 came around, and the tech called and couldn't even remember who he called. He said he was overbooked and couldn't make it today. When I said how about tomorrow he said no. I turned it over to my husband who then the tech was very rude. We called the warranty department and they said they couldn't get someone out for a week. After that we contacted the salesman Jim at ABC. He was nothing but condescending ignorant and rude. He basically treated us like we were stupid. Ask us to move the washer, which is huge with a pedestal and fix it ourselves. I let this guy know this is NOT my job. By the time my husband got off the phone with this guy, im hollering out "I'll never buy anything from ABC warehouse again.!"
I was going to purchase a dryer for my daughter, not now. Customer service with this company is so bad. Never again!
GE Dishwasher
BUYER BEWARE! Just because you buy something NEW doesn't mean NO STRESS and NO HASSLE! Something I think anyone could expect. Read the fine lines of the company you are buying from (in this case a GE appliance from ABC Warehouse). ABC Warehouse will not return, replace or issue you a refund after 48 hours. Most of the time it takes at least that long to realize you have a real problem. So now kicks in the manufactures warranty (GE Electronics). They don't honor the idea that when you purchase a new (in good working condition) product that it is just that. NO, they will fix it for you, but it doesn't matter how long it takes (few weeks, months….) and when their repair person doesn't show that doesn't matter neither. You might get an "I'm sorry", (I didn't even get that, all though it probably would have pissed me off even more). So bottom line if your think you are buying something new so you think NO Hassle, NO Repairs. THINK AGAIN! It has now been 22 days since I purchased a GE electronics appliance from ABC Warehouse, (Shelby Twp, MI). It has been returned to the store, abused (dragged) by their sales manager, no refund, no exchange, no help. So those helpful sales people who make you think they are there for the best interest of the customer. Think again, that only applies while they are trying to make a sale. After that they don't know you. I have contacted all levels of both companies and NOTHING. Just basically F----U. Don't Buy GE Appliances and Don't Buy from ABC Warehouse.
