The vendor who collects the parking charges is harrasing the public. Even though we parked our two wheeler for 2 hours. He claimed 4 hours and demanded 40rs and did not even give a receipt for the charges paid. They only provide enter receipt. Exit receipt is not provided. Hope you change the parking vendor or take action. You can experience the same by parking as a public.
Desired outcome: change parking vendor or ask them to behave correctly or provide valid receipts on exit.

Hi, I am Suman Gotur, I have admitted my mom in nimhans, the behaviour of nurse and house keeping ladies is very very rude. One of the nurse name poogvali works in neurology women section used all third grade wording to attenders and very rude with patients. medical records section
Hi,
My monther undergoing treatment in nimhans for last 7 to 8 years (name - neela g. Card number - 352537). We visit nimhans opd section every two months for regular check-up. Last week (myself and my father) we visited as we required my mother's medical certificate for an official purpose. We visited medical records section as per the guidelines provided. We were asked to submit an application to issue medical certificate of the patient. We did so and got it approved by rmo. After this, we were told that it might take 2 to 3 days to issue required certificate. We called after 3 days to check whether the certificate is ready. But we were then told to call after 2 more days. After this when we called, certificate was still not ready. My father travelled all over from my village just for this purpose as it's very urgent (my father was paralysed and still undergoing treatment). After all these, we received a vague response from the medical record section (name - aaradhya) saying "we are not able to find the file. Will get back once it is found". This seems like an irresponsible response. And this clearly shows the negligence of the record section personnels. To enquire, I called back. But I received the same response. We had faced similar issue with same person earlier where he was not able to find a seal. Being a record section and saying they don't know where the record is simply unacceptable. And the way they behave with patients is not professional. We approach records section for official purpose. But everytime we end up wasting our time and energy. I hope, a quick action will be taken against this and help many patients like us.

f11 mrd 1st floor staff
I got my cousin sister who is mentally challenged and her MR evaluation was done on 21st july 2018.
Her file number is P416105.
Today that is 09/08/2018, I went to F11 MRD with file number to inquire about the MRD certificate, your staff disrespectfully denied giving the document asking the proof of relationship between me and my cousin.
I patiently asked what kind of proof I need to furnish as I am not aware of the process.
He said if I am married I will have a proof of marriage, so something like that proof I need to submit.
My cousin lost her parents when she was less than 1 year and ever since my mother has taken care of her.
Now my mother is no more and I am struggling to admit her in a residential school where she is taken care well for which I need MR evaluation to be submitted.
NIMHANS staff is not giving me the valuation report and I have to get it for the above explained purpose.

guards
I heard from my colleagues and friends that NIMHANS guards behaviour is very rude. But I had to come for an emergency today morning and seriously felt the same, their behaviour is so bad and you will feel like you are workers under guards. We felt so bad. I have shown the doctor reference letter but one guard threw it and fully neglected. This special bad behaviour received from the guard in front of F15.
inhuman and criminal behavior of neurology department
Hi,
My mother Bulbul Mukherjee is a former patient of NIMHANS neurology department. She visited last year there and was diagnosed with Ataxia. However, in last 1 year there is no sign of improvement but huge deterioration occurred to her. I took her again for follow up checkup to NIMHANS on 25th Oct, 2017. I stay in USA and tried my best to give as much time possible just to see some treatment and observation by the doctors. However, we had a horrific and traumatic experience this time, which mentally and physically devastated us.
We waited for 7 hours for the visit and with my mom, who can not walk a step. When we visited doctor Chetan, he went away for 1 hour kept us waiting. He came back and without checking or asking a single question to patient or anyone, without checking a single document wrote same medicines in a drag slip. He did not even care to write those medicine name in a prescription! He verbally told about Physiotherapy, but when went to the physiotherapy department they denied helping us without any written document. He verbally told about urine check but did not mention any specifics, so we could not complete that check as well. We wasted 3 days in Bangalore without a single ray of hope and came back with my mom in a more severe mentally traumatized condition due to this negligence of the doctor and hospital. The patient reference is given below. I beg the most strict action against these inhuman and terrible unprofessional service asap. Kindly contact me for any further information required.

employee's and staff members of nimhans
My name is ravi yadav and my father is admitted in nimhans for craniotomy surgery. And I m very disappointed by the employees of nimhans. As all nursing staff members, guards and even some doctors of nimhans dont know either national language ie hindi or commercial language ie english. They only know their local language kannad. How the other states people will communicate with them. It is very difficult to manage this situation. To hide the illiteracy they show their arrogance and rude behaviour to the patients family member. And one more thing there is no attendant and ward boy in the hospital all work is done by patients family member like clean the urine and motion of patient. As the doctor said to admit in emergency. Here very bad and worst condition for the emergency patients as all emergency patients are kept in one open hall. I make my father lie down on stecher as he can't walk and wander here and there for ct scan and x ray.
All employees of nimhans should know the national language hindi or comercial language english instead of their local language.
Government should not make this hospital in the state which supports linguism like south (Kerala, karnataka, chennai, tamil nadu). They don't like hindi talking people. As one of the staff member of nimhans said that if u want to get treatment u should know kannad language.
My name is Ravi Yadav and I m from Chhattisgarh. Finally operation is successful and I will thank the all doctor who operate my father. And as I have listened about NIMHANS it is fulfilled by Doctors. They are very experienced and highly educated.
Inaccurate Manufacturer medicine selling and denying for giving proper Manufacturer medicines
Hi,
I have visited the Janatha Bazaar Drug Counter 2, NIMHANS Premises, Hosur Road, Bangalore [CST: [protected], DL. KA/BNG/V/20-21/207, VAT-TIN: [protected]] on 06/03/2016, to buy the NIMHANS prescribed drugs.
On the prescription the drug name written is “T. QUETIAPINE 100 mg”. But the drug name which the medical shop person given was something like “QUSAR 100 mg”, a pink colour tablet. I told the medical shop person, we every time gets a yellow colour QUTIPIN 100 mg tablet, from all over our past, from the same medicine shop. Changing the manufacturer of the tablet, has not worked in the past and doctor has insisted for the same manufacturer medicine only. Please give the alternate manufacturer (required) tablet.
He (medical shop person) shouted so much on me saying, to whom you are saying that giving a wrong medicine? For this prescription, this medicine is fine. I asked to give the proper manufacturer medicine. He told to remove my hands from the medicine chamber and told no exchange will be given.
With lot of arguments with the medical shop person, he replaced finally my medicine of proper manufacturer. I told him to stay with proper language, as he told me ‘baddimaga’ (kannada language).
The purpose of medical shop person was to sell a alternate make medicine so that he can get more range of the profit. Even keeping the proper make medicine, he was not ready to Exchange the medicine, even it is not brought out of the medical store. The language of medical shop person was very bad and the way of talking with customers was not good.
This intention of selling the alternate manufacturer medicine on cost of profit margin is really very bad. In most of the cases, medicine with not appropriate manufacturer, as instructed by doctor, will not function properly and give appropriate reliefs. So, all the patients will not have much attentiveness on all this fact and an alternate brand of medicine will impact their health.
Hi Sir,
I have got done my MRI SPINE at NIMHANS on August 31st. Till today I did not get my reports. Doctor has told mine is an urgent case. Whenever I called the Neuro reports department they are telling server down and not able to get reports.
MY UHID is [protected]. Could you please look in to this issue.
