Very worst Governance and service for common people's. Today I have visited the nimhans with my villagers in morning who has come to Bangalore around in morning 7:15 for OPD And MRI scanning. This appointment was pre scheduled in advance one months before. When I reached the the reception counter it was about the 7:30am in morning and got registered. very bad day was just beginner and disappointed. At first security was asked to do break fast And come so I have the person and went for breakfast then after lunch over. Now then time evening 5 snacks over and we are sitting in same waiting lobby for more than 10 hours without food, drinks water and nothing was offered. Then my patience gone out of control and some I got the opportunity to speak one of the MRI scanning person I asked why such delay for 10 hours the person response was very disappointed, he told me like if you want Xray wait for 2 more hours or else you can leave this place. I am really heart broken and just started thinking about poor villagers, farmers and poor me. I see that total system failure around here and the respective functional department are not working effectively. Ministry of health department should look into this and should take appropriate action against the staff.
