Efficient Online Ordering and Delivery, but Packaging Could be More Eco-Friendly
Bought some bathroom supplies from NationwideBathrooms (nationwidebathrooms.com) and it was a breeze to do online. The delivery was pretty quick too, which was a big plus for me. However, there was one thing that didn't sit quite right with me. The little tube of sealant I got was packed in a box that was way too big for it. To make matters worse, the inside of the box was filled with loads of concertina type packing. Seems like a waste to me, and not exactly environmentally friendly.

Y'all better watch out for Nationwide Bathrooms. They sent us the toilet that was totally wrong, y'know, like not even close to what we ordered. So we call 'em up, try to get some help with the situation, but they ain't answering our calls or hitting us back with emails or nothing. And now they done put a claim in with the small claims court against us while we're trying to return their messed up toilet. It's just plain rude, if you ask me.
I'm just saying, if you're thinking about shopping with Nationwide Bathrooms, you might wanna think twice. Things clearly ain't going well over there. They need to step up their customer service game and fix their mistakes, instead of blaming it all on their customers.

I gotta say, I'm not too pleased with NationwideBathrooms. They charged me for some stuff that they don't even make anymore, and then couldn't even send me what I ordered. Like come on, what kind of business is that?
And to top it off, it took them a whole three weeks to give me my money back. And get this, they didn't even refund me through my credit card like they should have. Nope, I got a cheque instead. A paper check! Who even uses those anymore?
When I tried to call them up to ask about it, I found out that they don't even have a phone number. What kind of company doesn't have a phone number? Their "customer support" is all online, and let me tell you, that wasn't too helpful either. The lady I talked to was just as clueless as the email support.
So now I gotta wait for this check to come in the mail, and who knows how long that's gonna take. All in all, I don't think I'll be using NationwideBathrooms again. Seems like a lot of other people feel the same way, too. There's too many other options out there to waste time with these guys.

Later on, when I called them to ask about the delay, they told me that the delivery van broke down, which sounded really unbelievable. I mean, how many times can a van break down in a day? By that time, my plumber and tiler were also waiting for the shower tray to arrive.
At this point, I no longer had any trust in them, so I demanded a refund. They assured me that the refund would be processed, but unfortunately, it hasn't happened yet, even after repeated calls and empty promises of callbacks. It's now been over two months since the refund was requested on the 18th of March, and I still haven't seen any sign of my money.
To sum it up, my experience with NationwideBathrooms has been the worst, and I'm never buying anything from them again. They promote a sleek and professional image online, but they don't seem to care about their customers and their promises. It's quite disappointing and frustrating to say the least.

Worst service ever! I have never experienced such a poor service before! I placed an order for some items on the 11th of November and was told that it would be delivered to me on the 18th November, but it did not show up. It took them till the 1st of December to deliver the items. This has been a complete nightmare as I was told that it would be delivered on 3 different dates and I had to contact them every time to inquire about the delivery. The worst part is that I was lied to as they claimed that they attempted to deliver the items while my partner was available at home all day.
It’s almost impossible to talk to someone as the waiting time is over an hour if you call them. To make things worse, they do not respond to emails. I have raised a complaint over a week ago, but I have not received any response yet. I would never order from this company again, and I strongly advise against ordering from NationwideBathrooms unless you like stress, poor communication, unhelpful staff, and waiting for three weeks for a delivery.
I wouldn't even rate them one star if I had the option. This experience has been completely unpleasant, and I regret purchasing from them.

I made a purchase on nationwidebathrooms a while back, where I got myself a bathtub with four sets of feet. However, the team later reached out to apologize for an error on their website and told me that I mistakenly ordered only four feet. I was pretty upset and asked them to cancel the order. To my surprise, I received the feet anyway, but I refused delivery and it was sent back to the store and signed for by someone named Murphy.
Unfortunately, had to go the extra mile and do a section 75 just to get my refund, as they never responded to my messages or answered emails. I never received any refund from them, and it was quite a frustrating experience, but I finally got my money back.
To my disappointment, they tried to re-submit the charge, but I had the tracking codes to prove that they already had the feet back in storage for months. I hope nationwidebathrooms can explain to the bank why they are fraudulently claiming money for an item they received back.

They advertised the size as 1700 x 750, but that's actually the size of the bath, not the panels. I called to clarify that I needed 515mm high panels, but when the order arrived, they were 1700 x 540mm. I reached out to the company, but they said it was my responsibility to check the dimensions, despite the website error and my phone call.
Their customer service has been abysmal. They told me to only deal online, which they won't take responsibility for if there are mistakes. When I tried to contact them via email, they never responded unless I expressed my frustration multiple times. Even though the guys on the phone sound nice, they lied and said new panels were ordered, but I received an email saying it was my fault and I needed to purchase new ones and pay for the courier cost of ?50. I'm extremely disappointed in this company and wonder how they're allowed to operate in the UK.
