Watch out for the deceptive and dishonest practices of this company. I signed for one package of White *** Albacore *** Simply The Best Quality for $48 and put it immediately on my Master Card and then their discounted offer*** of another box for $33.60 and another Natural Catch Tuna - Spicy Chili for $38.40 which I ignored by just X *** out to the offer and never approved it. They sent me a receipt of $48 Mon, Apr 18, 10:09 PM right after after I placed the order. Then I received an updated email Tue. Apr 19, 12:16 AM as they claim. I never checked this updated one since I knew that I already received from them the receipt for $48. Not their fault but yours for not check*** your emails so they tell me. I explained to them that I'm disabled and live alone and don't check my email often. When I checked the updated one since they said they sent me one, that's the time I saw that They charged my credit card $120 --three separate of bill*** $48, $33.60 and $38.40, all separate times accord*** to my credit card company and that was when I wrote to them complain*** of what they did. Their answer was you return back hat you don't need at your own expense.Is this a kind of dishonest and deceptive company you'd like to deal with?I told them I was fill*** a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com

As soon as I ordered, literally right after ... I called the company and was connected with a woman. I could hear roosters crowing in the background and knew I wasn't connected with "a business representative" in a call office. I asked the woman where the tuna came from ... she didn't know. I asked her what the Company's name was ... she didn't know. The rooster kept crowing and she finally admitted she was at home, in ***. In just a couple of minutes, I regretted my purchase (I had called because the order I would have received was canned in oil and I have health problems, can't eat anything like this in oil. She said she would" pass it over to her manager." I told her I was not comfortable with this and wanted my money credited back. Again, she said ... I'll pass this along to my manager." I asked who was her manager ... she couldn't tell me? I got off the line and immediately called my bank.During my conversation with the bank rep ... we both saw that the money had been credited back. Something she had originally said she couldn't do and it would be a couple of days before the "manager" would get back to me.The whole experience was suspicious and sketchy. I would not tell anyone else what to do. Maybe this company is legit ... but I will never order anything from them again.
