New Kia Sportage owner here, my car send to authorize service center due to a minor accident. How terrible is that I'm waiting for over 2 months but only get same answer say that still no spare parts. Call and summit few complaints, but no reply at all. What i suggest is, if Kia didn't have parts to serve your customers better don't sell your car in Malaysia!
I feel you man.. mine is Kia Picanto 2018..i have used it for 2 weeks and i got a car accident which was my fault. 3 months later all of the parts arrived, but my car still have some parts need to be ordered and fixed. And another 4months have passed, there are still SOME PARTS that they didnt check properly! I am very dissapointed and dissatisfied with KIA.

My Sportage broke down since Feb due to part failure, car cannot drive due to safety concern. although they offered me a curtesy car but until today still no idea when the replacement part will be available to fix the car. talking to the CARELINE will make my blood pressure rise. new model still selling in the market but no spares...what a joke.
