New York Community Bancorp [NYCB] "customer support"

I had to change the pin number for my debit card. At the bank I was told I would have to do it over the phone. That made no sense to me, but I went home and called - very reluctantly, because, as the world knows, all 800 numbers require talking with [censored]ic machines, listening to music that isn't music, waiting interminably, and other torture. Yes indeed. But the idiot machine finally said that my new pin was confirmed. Went to the atm a couple of days later only to have that machine deny my pin. Went home and called again and went through the same nonsense all over again. Next time I went to the atm - denied again!
I called this afternoon only to be put on hold for almost two hours. Finally got a real human who told me after hearing this whole stupid story that she couldn't help me; she'd have to get a supervisor. I was put back on hold, waited forever, only to be disconnected. I lost the whole afternoon for nothing!
This is no way to treat a person!

New York Community Bancorp [NYCB] financial advisor dba psychopath scott andrew valentine

It's been brought to my attention that Scott Valentine is at it again, This herion addict is out stealing money and taking advantage of money woman.He's a deadbeat dad and can't even pay his own rent.He is under a doctor's care for trying to commit suicide, is this a person who should have control of your life savings? He is such a slime bag he will collect your information including your social security number.the other day he had a mutual friend I hadn't seen in 50 years post some lies on my Facebook page .this person didn't know he was being used.You can read all the other complaints about Valentine stealing my medicine and trying to steal my money.he stuck his nose in somebody else's business, and that never ends well.

Please Read information I have received about Scott Andrew Valentine that's in black in white!It shows how his customers were not happy with his service and accused him of stealing from them.this is documented proof of all the jobs that fired Scott Valentine, how inexperienced he is that he steals.he couldn't fool me and I don't want him to fool you and take your money.

Scott valentine invited me to stay at his apartment in march.Little did i know of his plans to try and steal my money.He stole my meds, drivers lic, social security number.And now i got a call from my insurance company, that this bum tried to cash my check.So i'll be coming back to new york to press charges with my attorney's to file against his company he used.

New York Community Bancorp [NYCB] Scott Andrew Valentine [protected] trying to steal money from me on a fake annuity

In February of 2017 scott Andrew valentine of new York community bank was trying to sell me everything under the sun. He came up with a annuity from MET life.he told me that if I were to give him $100, 000 THIS annuity would pay me $2000 a month.he had no INFO on how it worked, or the terms.at this point I couldn't believe how misinformed was.but it gets better, he says he can help with taxes.all I need to do us wire the funds into his account.this is why everyone should stay away from this guy.

New York Community Bancorp [NYCB] Scott valentine crooked financial advisor

Scott valentine needs to look into the mirror and accept that he is the one who started this crazy behavior. I myself have never been to a psychiatrist. Scott valentine goes to one every two weeks. Maybe he needs to go every week. Instead of getting advice from a old drug dealer. I gave scott valentine a pass. Even though this pig stole my meds, my drivers license, checks. Social security number. If he thinks for one minute that any of this isn't true, i'm available to say otherwise. I went through he'll conning off my medicine I have been on for years. I couldn't get it in ny, and couldn't drive. You should have seen valentine swaying back and forth yelling. His hands shaking as he was grabbing slices of pizza. I just bought. To take to his drug dealer 2 doors down.

Update 9/7/2017 my attorney filed papers with the sec against scott andrew valentine.This crooked financial advisor, who is nothing more than a drug addict.Who steals his clients money and social security numbers.He tried it with me.He will be getting a visit shortly.His other girlfriend left him for there [censored] dealer, she is being sort.

I received a letter from the trade commission that there looking for Mr valentine.in reference to the complaints I made.they say he may have made another attempt on his life.mr valentine started this attack on me, and I will finish it.most likely with what I do best.you chose to intfere in my life, after my dog died.watch John wick 2.. your girlfriend in sayville should stay out of it, he has no chance.its in black and white.im bringing my real friends, the Marines who worked for me.tracking Felice's boyfriend.repoing cars.never should have started with me

I met with scott valentine at his filthy apartment on long island.This appointment was set up by a branch manager. First of all scott valentine didn't get off the couch to ansewer the door.He just said come in and handed me a card from roslyn savings bank.This bum had no shirt on and was drinking beer at 9am.On his wall was a nazi flag and pictures all over this smelly apartment of him dressed as hitler.Then he tells me how lucky i am that i should give him cash and i won't have to pay taxes.Stay away from scott valentine and new york community bank.

This is a photo of the person who sleeps on scott valentines couch. The police have been to his apartment 4 times this year, the neighborhood feels that this guy gets drugs for valentine. Because there is no way a person would dress up as a nazi and walk in public at night like. Scott valentine does.

New York Community Bancorp [NYCB] slapped with late fees, their fault though

When it comes to home mortgages, customer service is the worst. Setting up automatic payments took more than 30 days for them to process. The information needed to set up automatic payment had to be mailed in and couldn't be taken over the phone. They hit me with a late fee which they refused to remove from my account, because they did not process my automatic payment information in a reasonable amount of time. They said they sent me a letter indicating when automatic payments started, which I never received. Later I got a letter that my account was past due. That's when I learned that an account past due would stop all future automatic payments. It is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. It also took more than 2 weeks for them to process my information to set up online services. But that was pointless, because the online services accomplish nothing. You do not get any information except for you loan balance, and you cannot make payments, etc. Stay far far away from this bank.

New York Community Bancorp [NYCB] referral ripoff

as a new york community bank customer and being that it owns amtrust bank i went into the glades road office to inquire about refinancing my condo to get a lower interest rate . i have an 801 credit score . they had a salesman from wcs lending call me, i was thinking i was dealing with amtrust. after 3 months and over $600.00 dollars later i was refused the 4% loan that was promised to me by wcs lending, they were using u.s bank somewhere out west . they said my condo management was to risky but in the 6 months after my application 24 apartments were sold and most of them financed by banks in my condo developement . i just feel how risky could it be . i think amtrust bank and wcs lending are both scammers and that i got ripped off by them for over $600.00

New York Community Bancorp [NYCB] This bank has been without any doubt the worst ever in a mortgage

I had a mortgage with Penn Federal savings bank. New york community bank brought penn federal and within months my fixed mortgage went up close to $1k a month. I called and asked why and after many months of calling and writting their response was that taxes increased. This is true but only less than $1k a year so now I am paying and extra almost $12k a year so where is the money going. Next thing you know everything starts to change from different account numbers every month for several months to requests of all leases every three months and then the biggest demand that I pay for flood insurance where everything had been sent to them several times. This got so bad that they wanted me to pay them for flood insurance where we are not in a flood zone. Additionally all leases where for 10 years each and the apt for 1 year but the demands kept coming and monthly fees where different every month. After suffering with them for over three years I finally go another bank to take over the mortgage. We closed last month and days later this anastasia calls me to send her a $5k wire without any explanation. I tell her the closing has been done what's going on. At this moment I have two different amounts to pay them and they do not justify anything. I have hired an attorney just to review the closing and he states that they did make a mistake but without a doubt they overcharged on closing costs and of course he could review the entire history of the loan but this will be expensive. This bank has been without any doubt the worst ever in a mortgage I have used mabny other banks and never been treated like this I also believe that they have been ripping me off and this needs to be checked out because I believe i am not the only one.

NYCB is horrible. This servicer is not interested in working with it's customers. This bank behaves as if it wants to push people into foreclosure quickly so they can collect from pmi companies. NYCB is worse than Chase, BOA, Countrywide, etc... I have dealt with many servicers and NYCB is by far the worse. Please, never get a mortgage with NYCB...go to Chase or BOA, we know they are ruthless, but atleast they do not try to begin foreclosing on their customers immediately. Also, please do not bother trying to reason with the CSRs at NYCB, they are ignorant and cannot/will not help you. It is ridiculous. This bank in located in Nassau County NY, many of the loans they hold are outside of NY. This bank doesn't seem to under the economic realities in which we live. Please do not believe everyone lives the same way people do in Westbury, NY...Long Island and Rural america are different worlds. NYCB is so ignorant, the bank doesn't seem to be aware that the US is in the mist of a foreclosure crisis...the bank's end game is to force you into foreclosure, collect on pmi, then sell your home at a rock bottom price...good luck with that with the large backlog of inventory on most banks books. NYCB will not be able to undercut Chase or BOA, they can't afford it and their investors are too stupid to allow it. Keep pissing off your paying customers NYCB...keep trying to apply a Long Island mentality to the rest of america...

New York Community Bancorp [NYCB] Bank charged fees and created overdraft in my account

I have an account at NYCB in Bayonne, New Jersey, I have online access to my account, so before I make a purchase I make sure and check my balances at all times... I made two credit purchases on 1/17/10. I had a balance of 309.68, my first purchase was for 53.62 which should then leave me a balance of 256.06, my second purchase about 7.30pm that day was for 247.90 which is more that enough in my account... Somehow the bank charged me a 33.00 fees for insufficient funds for the first purchase creating an overdraft in my account for the second purchase... I have been calling them for the past 4 days and they refuse to reimburse my account. My next move is to close my account and contact the Better Business Dept...because I need my fees refunded to my account.
