Ordered a size 10. What was sent not close to fitting. After hours of trying to get on the "chat" line was told that I could send them back to China, at my expense. I argued and they had me send pictures of my foot, the shoes, a tape measure etc. (I couldn't make this up).Was told within 48 hours they would handle it. after 6 fays waited 3 hours to get on chat again. no return shipment labels, charged for products out of stock, no way to return items without calling over seas number!
I originally places an order with NewChic on 7/12/17 for 6 items. weeks later I checked on my order to find that 4 of the items shipped. It took over a month to receive these items. After receiving them, I found the quality, and sizing to be less than stellar. I then received my credit card bill, and found they charged me for all six items, although to date I've only received 4. I wish to return all but one item, and want credit for the items I never even received! I've tried contacting the company on the internet to no avail. On their site they tell you you must contact them and get an "approval" number. I AM NOT making an over seas phone call just to be able to return products! I expect the company to correct these errors, and return proper credit to my card, but there's no way to contact them, other than to go ahead and return everything along with all the corrections they need to make. I can see there are a LOT of complaints against this Company, is there anyone who can help us out? P.S. the shipping label, what was left of it, gives a partial address of Dept. I purchased 2 bras, one shown in photo. Has stain on it. It did not come with packing slip or any way to return it. I do not still have outside packaging or order number. two pair of shoes
I ordered two pair of shoes SEVERAL weeks ago. Invoice #[protected]. I finally received one pair of shoes and they are terrible; they look like they were made from recycled pieces. The other pair I have yet to receive. The worst part is they have charged my credit card TWICE.
87.25 x 2 = $174.50
I WANT A TOTAL REFUND X 2 AND I WANT TO RETURN THIS PAIR OF SHOES.
Very poor service and absolutely horrible quality.

shoes don't even match each other
I bought a pair of blue sport hiking type shoes from Newchic. The shoes don't even match! The loops for shoe laces are different, colors are different in places, shoes sizing is different, the insoles have different writing in them. I could go on and on. These shoes appear to be made in two separate facilities! they are absolute junk., Trying to get this resolved is worse than having a kidney stone.

I ordered a pair of leather and mesh loafers and when received, the "leather" looked more like recycled plastic grocery bags. After several back and forth emails including pictures I had to take, they "decided" that there was no quality problem and refused to offer a refund upon return--even though their return policy on they website said they would do so. Total rip off.

I ordered two bras though an ad I saw on Facebook on May 16, 2017. The money was taken out of my bank account on May 17, 2017.
Today is August 2, 2017 and I still have not received my bras. This is totally unacceptable. My money is valuable. I called once at the end of June and was told they were on their way but they were shipping from China so it would take longer than something from the United States.
I would like to either have my bras or have my $24.88 returned immediately.

On April 9th I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Newchic, and never received them but my account was charged on april 10 in the amount of $77.82. I would like a refund to my account as soon as this message is received. I was very wary of ordering on-line to a company in China but my sister had ordered from Newchic and had no issues. I tried her shoes on and was very comfortable in them so against my better judgement, I placed an order. If this issue is not resolved in that my account gets credited for the amount of $77.82 I will report your company to the Better Business Bureau, and the Attorney Generals office. I don't think you want negative publicity as you expand Newchic here in the states.
clothes not a universal size
I normally buy medium size clothes. I bought one size fits all too, it fits me. The 3 medium size and 1 Extra Large are far too small. All in all it cost me US$117. It will cost me the same amount to send it back. I want a refund, sending me a small size is not my fault. Why should I pay shipping to sent it back? The yellow top is the one that is one size fits all .

I ordered a travel bag on 7/12 from NewChic, and my Visa posted a charge for $18.02 on 7/14. I never received a confirmation email with an order number, and I never received the product. When I inquired about it via email, I was simply told that there was no record of it... although they managed to charge me for it!? I have tried the live chat option, but it didn't work.
I now just want a refund on my credit card, but I have not heard back from this company since my complaint. Not sure what my next steps would be...
customer service regarding returns
Order #[protected] - both items were too small even though I ordered my correct size. I have tried to phone several times and your phone number will not work for me. I sent an email requesting return information. This did not work out for me either. I have packaged the items and want to return them and have my account credited for the amount of $48.87 but do not have the address. This has been a totally unpleasant situation.
