I ordered a pair of shoe boots over a month ago and never received them. I re ordered then day before yesterday. Yesterday when I got home, the shoeboots were there. When I tried to cancel the second pair that I ordered, they told me it was too late that they had been shipped. I really find that hard to believe when it took a month for me to get the first order. If that is going to be your policy, I will definitely not order from you again. the new order number is [protected]. If you would please cancel that order since I finally received the first order. Please let me know what the results to this situation are, or I will be returning the second order as soon as it arrives.

ordering and accepting my credit cards

have been trying to place an order with New Chic for two days now and using four different credit cards to be told "Stripe(whatever that means not acceptable, this very upsetting my credit rating is 8.0 Also, their coupons codes offer a discount for orders over $100 and mine is, but could not locate the coupon or code nor anyone to help find it or even ask about. Their only contact is email which I have sent four and no answer which they state you will get an answer within 24 hours. I have no order # just my email of [protected]@gmail.com.
So, I guess I 'm lucky in not placing the order after reading the reviews, although I do do worry about having already inpput my credit card info on these cards. This company certainly does need investigation.

Newchic shipped wrong product and then failed to correct problem or offer refund. This is their standard business practice, read other reviews and complaints online, this is NOT a reputable company to deal with. Crooks. I ordered a Men's leather flat brim hat with ear flaps and Newchic shipped a less expensive baseball style had without any ear flaps.

I ordered grey boots not black and as usuall with a company like yours there is no return or paperwork to be able to contact you. I do not want the black boots and if you can't supply me the. Grey ones I want my money back.

Do not order with this company or give them any information. The good reviews are fake. Items they claim are in stock suddenly are out of stock when you order them and they have your money for at least a while. Who knows what they do with your data when you contact them. The web site is full of spelling errors and nonsensical data that gives clues. Basically a data mining company in murky backwaters of Hong Kong

incorrect item sent twice and no refund

I placed an order for a ceramic showpiece on 30th Jul'17. Order ID is [protected].
The product that I had ordered for was a Red coloured owl (Screenshot Attached) however I received a Pink one(Image attached).
I contacted the customer care of New Chic and they offered me a correct replacement or a refund however as I wanted the correct item I requested for a replacement. The associate named Farah from NewChic placed a new order herself for me based on the correct colour requirements with a new order number [protected].(Screenshot Attached). I am attaching email screenshot as well. When I received the order again, it was again the incorrect colour of the product and turned out to be pink instead of the requested Red.
Now NewChic is just expecting me to understand and accept this incorrect item and not provide a refund. I am constantly following up but it is useless. They are not even sharing their escalation matrix to take it up with their management. It is a mental torture that I have invested money and still not received the product I desire.

poor customer service, waste of time
I placed an order for two coats after seeing a promotion on Facebook. They said delivery would be within 7-10 days. After 7 days of placing the order, I received an email that one of my items was out of stock so there would be a delay. They expected new stock within 48 hours. Those 48 hours passed, I heard nothing. I gave it another 24 hours then chased for a status update. I got a response from customer services 48 hours later and was told now both items were out of stock and wouldn't be available for another 8 days. I cancelled my order and am currently waiting up to 14 days for my refund.
I plan on posting this review everywhere I can for the simple fact: a company should not be marketing promotions on global social media if they cannot meet demand and do not have the customer service to deal with issues promptly. Such a massive waste of time! Avoid them!

Hi,
I have a number of complaints about the NewChic company service.
1. It took them 10 days to inform me that #[protected] was not available ( email from 3 October), whereas it says on the website it takes 14 days for items to be already delivered
2. They dispatched #[protected] without me confirming if I want to change / cancel my order at all.
3. I requested a change of #[protected] to Brown in my email reply on the 3rd October
4. I requested the same on the live chat on the 4th October and received a message it was submitted
5. I contacted the agent on live chat today, 5th October, again (see attached) and she just closed a chat on me
6. I had Zoe, a customer service agent, contacting me on the 5th October and confirming a wrong color (Coffee) to the one I have chosen to replace
7. As a result the item I requested as a change - BROWN purse - is still not being dispatched
I am requesting now my 2 items to be dispatched with no any additional cost as well as the management contacting me ASAP.

I returned an item in May 2017 along with all order documentation. The postage to return was over $35. I followed up with an email - no reply. As of this month - Sept. I have not rec'd any acknowledgment that they have rec'd the item let alone a refund. Will never order from this company again! How can this company continue to do business when they don't care about customer service.

I saw an ad for "Gracile Bohemian Ethnic printed spaghetti strap midlong dress", lovely print with a border of people among trees at the bottom. Elegant! What I got (after a long wait, what I didn't know was that it came all the way from China) was the dress, but instead of the nice print most of the way down, the border of people was repeated in two bands, with the people's heads chopped off where the band met the bodice. No longer elegant, but ridiculous! The fabric is rough, the quality shows that it was probably made in some Chinese sweat-shop. Nothing like the ad! What a gyp!

First of all, the delivery was too long. It's unbelievable to make customers wait for almost three months. Second, what I have ordered didn't fit me at all. The size was smaller, even though I ordered according to their charters. Decided to return and this process I would call messy. They said to be sure I'm not lying they should see the photo of my item, get my size and the size of the item and after that, they will make the decision. Oh my god, the whole royal ceremony, but ok, did what they wanted. What they offered was a partial refund a credit on their website despite the fact that I wasn't going to order from them. They gave me no proper choice and I had to agree.

shoes do not fit properly
I have purchased several pairs of shoes but two pair of shoes need to be replaced. One pair has caused a bruise on the back of my foot from the "lip" that comes up on the back, and the second pair has the same issue, so I have not worn that pair at all. I want replacements for both pairs. I am a classic size 8 (in American sizes) but these shoes seem to run small. I will need size 9 in both pair.
