Company asking for money to win prize!
I am tired of these kind of people trying to cheat people, raise there hopes and lie to people about possibly winning money. They want you to send them money, say that there is a website to go to that doesn't exist! This bothers me a great deal because there are some naive, or older people who would send them money and this is stealing! There is a name of Larry Hourd on this mailing along with NextGen, Inc., and it has a Phone # of [protected]. 900 numbers are numbers that people call and they are charged horrendous amounts! The company also has a WONrewards.com customer site is not a legitimate site!
Award winning letters
This is another letter I received regarding Award Winnings. These letters are a scam. The fraud needs stopped and they need punished. They constantly give people hope, which they need. They don't need the hard fall when they find out it was a scam. The letters are asking for money to be sent. This letter asks for money in the amount of $ 139.99. It is from the NextGen, Inc., PO Box 7069, Shawnee Mission, Kansas, 66207, Phone: [protected]. The winning amount is $2, 000, 000.00 or $1, 327, 940.00. Name on the letter are: Jack Cummings, Authorizing Officer. ID# on letter is #[protected]/[protected].
award winning letters
keep receiving letters from Kansas City about Award Winnings that I have won. These type of letters are mail fraud and need to be stopped and punished. So many people are in financial binds and this gives them such hope of being a winner. This one that I am reporting is asking for a fee of $69.99. Their address is Directors's Office, PO Box 2905, Kansas City, Kansas, [protected].

Wonrewards.com/ official letter stating I have won $1,230,946
This letter sent to me with 2 pages states that I have won $1, 230, 946.00 just send in $12.99 and both pages back to them to claim my prize. This is fraud! This company is trying to get people to send in money to them. Very wrong and illegal!
need to be PENALIZED
I think this company should be penalized by the government. They are making too many statements that are false. And if you have or will win all of this money, then they should be smart enough to deduct it from your earnings. When I receive any letter of this sort, I always check them out on the Internet, but how about those who are not tech savvy. Do they just believe the scams. I know one thing, I am on disability and don't have time for non caring people to take advantage of me.
SWEEPSTAKES
These people need to be more than repremanded, they should be LOCKED UP. They are misleading people with information sent out to everyone here in America stating for a fee you can win millions. They are pocketing MILLIONS of our hard working dollars. I see complaints going back to 2011 on this SCAM. How can we unite and shut down these companies? Simply stating these facts and making them public is NOT enough. What organization takes action against these types of companies?

Sweepstakes
They are sending their sweepstakes info, in the same type of envelope and printing as Publishers Clearing House Sweeps. Leading one to think it is PCH and you need to send them 11.89 calling it an Award Notification Commission. Another scam. When I called the phone number, they told me it was for some misc merchandise, could not tell me what kind of merchandise. It is not the amount of money, it is the principle, they are receiving the 11.89 from hundreds or thousands of people. It works out to a lot of money for them and the joy of knowing they screwed a lot of innocent people. I don't know about the other people, but I am sick and tired of getting screwed. but these thieves. My suggestions is to send back any and all sweepstakes offers, and let them eat the postage..

I just received a notice from them and am happy I checked this site first. The cost is now 12.99 + 3.00 for expedited handling.
It took a great deal of reading over and over but I finally found the loophole they have> IF is the big word. you have the winning number and pay 12.99 you get a list of winners of which you are surely NOT on! My name is "TUCKER" not "SUCKER" I may have been born during the day, but NOT YESTERDAY!
Please stop the ripping off of us hard working people! My husband fell for this& tried to surprise me, since we had a million $ coming to us. Our whole was dug deeper then ever! Someone Please stop this foolish Lying! People are getting hurt.Judge's involved need barred & jailed! By 1 Angered Mother!
The problem is that I never entered it. I have entered only Publisher's Clearinghouse...and I checked with PCH via the correct reporting routes. PCH says that NextGen, Inc is NOT one of their sponsors or companies. DO NOT respond to NextGen, Inc.
Supposed ID Number - #[protected]-484098/[protected]
I repeat, I DID NOT enter this sweepstakes and the company I did enter one or more sweepstakes in is PUBLISHER'S CLEARINGHOUSE. They have no idea who these people are but NextGen is not affiliated with PCH.
My mom received a letter from this place saying that she had won millions all she needed to do was send 11.89. I tried telling her it was a scam but she would not listen. She said they even called her on the phone and said she was in the top 10 to win millions and for her not to pass up this opportunity.Well to make a long story short she wrote them a check and sent it for 11.89. I didn't realize she had sent it until I looked at her bank statement and sure enough the stamp on the back of the check was not Publisher's clearing House it was The next generation inc. I think it's pretty sad that these people prey on the elderly. They will not get anymore money from us.I don't understand why these people can't be shut down permanently!
I received one of these letters two months ago (2015), from next gen "notifying" me that I had won 2 million dollars. The catch: a Mandatory FEE of 11.89 to collect my "winnings." If I wanted rush processing, it would cost another 3 dollars for a total of $14.89! What a ripoff! There have been hundreds of complaints about the scams this company continues to run. Why is it still allowed to do so? This "sweepstakes is a scam on so many levels. Not just the Mandatory FEE, but at one point in the letter it states that no purchase is necessary and will not increase a person's chance of winning. If that's true, why is there a Mandatory FEE to collect the money? Pressure must be applied on the LEGAL SYSTEM to shut down this scam permanently. Now. Right now. SOCIAL MEDIA can do the trick. Anyone paying attention? Post on Facebook, twitter, and all other SOCIAL MEDIA. Lets get busy. You could be the next victim or someone in your family or someone that you love...
The 11.89 is now 12.99 or 15.99 for rush delivery. It also states that your chances of winning are 1 in 300 million. Numbers are chosen by a pre-selected computer number. And it is possible that there will not even be a first place winner if the computer doesn't choose an active number.
People need to read all of the "fine print". Even though it screams SCAM as soon as you look at the "document.".
how darn these sweepstake companys do this. I am disable on ssi and semi- homeless and all i have were hopes that maybe a prayer or two would be answred .these companies want that along with &11.89
I knew this was a scam as soon as I opened it. There is no company name and they provide a PO Box as their address which is first red flag. Second, it says I am the winner of $3, 000, 000.00 but I must pay an acquisition fee of $11.89 or $14.89 for rush processing. I thought if I really won this money, why would I have to pay a fee of any kind. I then searched the Internet and sure enough they are a rip off company. I contacted the BBB to report them and I sent back the so called official document with SCAM written all over it and I told them if I won then they can deduct the $11.89 from my winnings, LOL. I then wrote on the envelope SCAM and that I had won $3, 000, 000.00 therefore they should pay the return postage LOL. I'm tired of these scams and they need to be stopped.
Don't fall for something that you know is "too good to be true".
scam
Asking for 11.89 for processing to enter 2 million dollar sweepstakes. If I were nextgen inc I would want my nane cleared..

Received a scam letter from them today, send $12.99. What is it with these outfits? Do they think that once we turn 65 we become doddering old fools?
I received the same mailing. At first, I thought it was another of the many "teaser" mailings from Publishers' Clearing House, but when I saw the request for a payment of $11.89, I knew it was an unrelated scam. I checked out Nextgen Inc. Online and found numerous complaints about the same type of mailing I received. I suspect they're using a mailing list of "senior citizens" (I'm over 65) because they think we're more vulnerable to this type of scam. I had the impulse to send them back their correspondence with a nasty note as to my opinion of them, but decided they're not worth the postage.
First thing I look for is the bottom line, are they asking for ANY money in return for receiving the winnings? I learned that it should NEVER cost the entrant so much as a dime to collect winnings. Taxes & anything else can be collected at the back end...Besides I never entered this contest!
Award Notification
Dear Sir,
I received this Award Notification by US mail. Premium Offer Acquisition Fee $11.89.
I am sure this is a scam.
Thank you,

It's a scam. I'm entered into PCH and they had no idea who these NextGen people are. PCH doesn't sell your info so they didn't get it from them. Besides, everyone knows Publisher's Clearinghouse is legit.
YES I KNOW ITS A SCAM As well because when you win a prize monetary or other they rarely ever ask for any monetary fee up front people need to be very aware of the slimy cons they have going on today!
