I carefully chose 1 time viewing, and 5 months later noticed they've been charging my account every month for $10.99. You can't get anyone on the phone, only emails. The high school and its coaches recommended you as a means to see our children and you take advantage of people by cheating them this way. Its disgusting that the Complaintsboard.com doesn't do anything to slap you with a fine after so many complaints against you. We should all collectively get together and take you to small claims court!

NFHS Network makes it difficult for you to cancel your subscription/automatic monthly renewal payment. They claim to have an overwhelming influx of calls so you can only email them to request cancellations, network issues, etc. I have sent 3 emails to cancel my subscription and automatic renewal, yet they continue to charge my credit card. I have disputed two of the payments and went so far as to cancel my cc to keep them from charging me. NFHS Network is taking advantage of parents and people wanting to support the athletes in their lives from the comfort of home. We should be able to cancel as freely as we are able to sign up!
This is a fraudulent service. I subscribed in 2021 and then canceled in 2021. In Feb *** $10.99/month out of the blue. I have requested a full refund for the 9 months of fraudulent charges and they will only refund 3 months due to their "refund policy." A refund policy only applies to willing subscribers. I am disgusted that this company is still in business.

Paid for a one month subscription to watch our football team in the quarterfinal playoffs. *** that cuts in and out (mostly out), No video at all. Just a black screen that says "No signal", I don't understand why *** continues to use them. Because of using them no one else can broadcast the games. I don't know why I thought it would be a good idea to try just one more time since this is the history I've always had with them. There is no way to give 0 starts or I would.

Camera doesnt cover the entire court or field in any game Ive ever viewed. Its grainy and half of the court literally disappeared while watching a game. NFHS Network is a great service. They have opened up opportunities for American high schools that are incredibly valuable during the pandemic. Since sporting events no longer allow full stadiums, it's great to have a company offering free automated cameras to high schools to help with this issue. I've noticed they're overwhelmed and I have spoken with their management - because of the free units they are being bombarded by calls, emails, and requests for assistance faster than they can hire new people. But apparently their team has expanded 5x what it was so I'm sure it will go back to how it was over the past few years, which was pretty reliable.
No sound, no scoreboard, no one updating scoreboard. Cameraman completely inept. Too slow following the plays. This happens YEAR AFTER YEAR! You file ancomplaint, nothing happens. Its 2022, streaming content should not be this difficult.

There is no one with customer service. Calls and emails go unanswered. I caution any subscriber against saving credit card info with this company, as just cancelling your subscription can still result in credit card charges. There is absolutely no way to get questions, issues and concerns addressed regarding their horrible streaming service and continual problems. I would never recommend this service for anyone. If negative stars were an option, I would have them checked. The company needs to be shut down.

Nfhs is incredibly frustrating to deal with. The cameras dont work more than they work. There are always technical difficulties. If you have a problem you get to chat with a bot who knows nothing. Its really too bad they are such a mess because the concept is good. They just dont seem to care that they are super frustrating to deal with and dont care about fixing their tech issues.

It is infuriating to have made arrangements to set up an account really just to pay to see the one game of the year when *** corners the market and only to discover this is the worst coverage ever. The video is a full three, plus minutes off of the commentary and the video skips and jumps ahead and back, but never fear the commercials play right in the middle of all of the action. This is a scam. I agree with my fellow commenters. Never again. Unfortunately three of my family paid for this service tonight because we had no other option. Lovely. How very sportsmanlike.

THE most unprofessional customer service experience ever AND a scam. And no, I was not being rude. I simply asked for either my money back or some type of credit. The rep said I should have viewed the video prior to purchase. But this is impossible to do unless you pay. There was NO WARNING or other indication that the video was only 30 minutes long and ended before the end of the second quarter. OTHERWISE I would not have spent my money on it. DO NOT PURCHASE VIDEOS FROM THEM.

The contact us phone number never reaches a real person. There is a recording and the call is ended and there is no opportunity to leave a message even though their website says you can. I've sent 4 emails in the last month to cancel my subscription and ask questions and no response. I finally canceled it on my own but wanted to ask questions. My daughter's games are never on the website. I've only been able to see 1 game in a 2 month season. Also the score is not right. The one and only game I watched when I first got the app showed a score of 0 to 0 the whole game and the quality of the recording is glitchy and not very good. I am very disappointed with this company and wish I could get my money back. Poor customer service and should be shut down. I would give them a 0 star rating if I could because its not even worth 1 star.

The service of this company is not worth the money that we paid. I have sent several emails to customer support but they do not get back to me with a resolution to the problem we are seeing. Their scoreboard has not worked since day one! It never shows the proper score of the game or the amount of time left for each period. At least if they know that their scoreboard is not working, they should go to the scoreboard in the gym where the game is being played during time outs or half time. Last night when we watched a game, the score of the game was at 88 to 88 and the time was at 1:38 for the ENTIRE GAME! Therefore, we did not know that score of the game. Also, at times they move the camera so fast that you almost get dizzy watching it. This is not acceptable for what we paid for this service. I DO NOT recommend this service.

I used this site once. I did not use it again and did not realize I had signed up for monthly billing. When I realized after four months I was being billed monthly I asked them to check my use (which was zero) and to please issue a refund. I told them it would be nice, and I would be glad to post a positive review if that occurred. Yes, they can stand on the fact I agreed, although unknowingly, to the service. They issued a refund for one month, not four. In my opinion they should be more understanding. Emails asking for a full refund were not returned and no one ever answered the phone. I fear this is an ongoing problem and many people may not be aware of the $10.99 monthly bill. The the quality of the video I did see for the one time I used it was not good and kept going out. We needed to resign in and after too many times gave up.

I ordered a game to watch during my son's senior year November which I called the same night to try and get my money back for the game that we could not stream properly and I even sent an email and thought ok well that is that. Come to find out we continued to be billed $10.99 for a full year! Even during the pandemic when sports are not even being played. I have sent several emails and concerns forwarding my original email back in November and still that was not good enough. the customer service agent I had was terrible and only gave a one time credit as if he was doing me a favor. Not one time were my emails answered or given a call back to help resolve my credit. I had to call my credit card services to advise them that I did no authorize this. In the mean time I am still trying to get ahold of a supervisor at NFHSNETWORK and sadly no one even bothers calling me back or responding to me emails. I have a total of 10 charges for $10.99 extremely upsetting to see a company do this to anyone!

NFHS is so bad that it is virtually a scam. They will take your credit card info, charge you a monthly fee, deliver a very poor product, then never let you unsubscribe.Many schools use this system. I assume that the schools are given some type of incentive for signing up. If you want to watch your favorite teams or players, you often have no choice but to subscribe to NFHS. This is where they get you. The video is poor, the sound is poor, the scores lag the video by several minutes to the point that you can't tell what is going on. The service locks up, skips, or drops several times during every game.They will not answer the phone or respond to messages. i tried for months to cancel my subscription, but was unable to get a response. I finally had to have my credit card company dispute the charges to get them to stop. Thankfully my credit card company is much better than NFHS. I got all of my money back.This business is obviously operated by a bunch a scam artists who have learned how to legally take people's money! They have no intention of providing quality service in return!

I have never subscribed for the video club I run but my name is in their system and I get ads or requests from time to time, that is to be expected. About three years ago our Athletic Department decided to go with them on their own. For whatever reason, probably because my name is in their system and is associated with my school, they keep sending me bills for their services. Over the past two years I'd say I've received 10 invoices from them. At first I ignored. Then I brought to my Athletic Director. Then I called them on three separate occasions to let them know there was an error and to not send me future bills. In these phone calls, I always had to leave a message and I never received any communication in return, I explained who they should send the bill to and to please stop sending me invoices. On the final call I let them know that if I received any further bills or invoices that I would file a complaint with the complaintsboard.com. This week I received yet another invoice addressed to me so I am now keeping true to my promise.

NFHS is less than a one star. Since subscribing, I have had constant connectivity issues. If I am lucky to connect to a game, I am troubled with buffering, loss of connection and extreme delays. As suggested by NFHS, I follow the prompts to report the issues through a "robobot." Of the three complaints I have filed, I receive the same electronic response; they will look into the ticket. All three times, I have received the same response, "We have canceled your subscription and you will see a refund within 5-8 business days." When I submit tickets for technical support, I am not asking for my subscription to be canceled. I have missed several games because of technical issues. Last night, the game I wanted to watch was also being streamed by ***. I subscribed and had no issues. I along with several other customers could not watch the exact same game on NFHS. It was so glitchy, it made you physically sick. It eventually froze up and never resumed. Of course, I completed another service ticket and to no surprise...the same response, "We have canceled your subscription..." I wrote a lengthy response expressing my dissatisfaction with the network and customer service experience. NFHS needs to take ownership of their network issues and make improvements. I would not recommend this service. This network should be investigated.

Maybe we should all get together on a class action lawsuit. Just think of the others they have scammed. This complaint is about inappropriate charges and VERY poor service by NFHS Network.com Atlanta. I signed up for a 1-month trial to watch a High School family member play on video stream. The system worked poorly and I had no intentions to renew. I was never sent anything for the renewal and I notice 3 months later that I was still being charged monthly for their service. I called NFHS Network and there 1-800 number had no one live but the recording instructed billing issues to be sent via email to the email stated on the recording. I sent an email on August 23 and received a failure notice on the response. I sent another email on Sept. 3 and again today. I finally got in touch with someone at their 1-800 number in which they agreed to credit me for only 1-month and to shut down the service. This company is a total scam and consumers should be made aware. They can clearly see that the service was never used on my end and they made it next to impossible to contact their service / billing department, which I am sure they outsource. Needless to say I will never use or recommend their service again.

Absolutely terrible. I have no positive comments to make. I purchased the video streaming for 1 year while away on a business trip so that I could watch my daughter play lacrosse. They gave the option of game by game purchases but since I knew I would be missing several games I thought this would be a great service to utilize. IT IS NOT. The quality of the video is terrible to say the least and the camera did not even follow the game on the far side of the field. As it tracked to mid-field it would return to the near side and follow any movement it could pick up. At least 75% of the filming was away from the action of the game. Afterward I checked to see when the next game that I would be able to view would be in hopes that it would be better and learned that only one team in the entire league utilizes the service for game viewers. So in essence I paid for a year subscription for two games. I tried calling customer service several times but the direct you to their website only. There is no customer service. I sent them an email requesting a cancellation of my membership on the day I returned from business (3 days from my initial registration) asking for a cancellation and refund due to poor quality video and lack of actual footage. I also offered to pay for the single game I had "watched". I received no response. I followed up with a second email, no response. Lastly I contested the charge with my credit card company. Well, NFHS responded to them and sent all sorts of contractual legalese which allowed them to uphold the contract and not refund my payment. DO NOT waste you money. This company is not trustworthy, has a poor product and poor business ethics. Several reviews state customer dissatisfaction. Lesson learned I will read reviews before buying. Great idea for a service but not when you are a terrible company with a terrible product. They should have done the right thing and granted the refund. By the way the review will not allow me to give less than two stars except for service. They deserve 0 Stars.

I only wanted I month subscription to watch my grandson play none home games. Left my daughter my credit card when I got home she said it would not let me. She tried 3 times and screen shot and showed me all three where said it was denied. So I took same credit card and and subscribed for one month. This all took place on the 10-6-22. And I checked my credit card on 10-8-22 and where my daughter was denied three times they charge my credit card $85 for that and I want my money back. You cannot call them you can only email so I emailed them with 2 different emails and Nfhs blocked both. That is why we are at this point no way to communicate with them.
My wife's nephew had a baseball game that we could only find on this site and decided to pay to watch it back in May. Unfortunately the subscription automatically renewed without my knowledge or ANY e-mails stating as such. Looking back at my e-mails I can find nothing from nfhs about my order or subscription at all. I don't believe we used the nfhs network site since May to watch anything. I only happened to notice the charges when looking over my credit card bill this month and was pretty upset to find we've racked up something like $60+ for something we haven't used.

The quality of game streams has been poor for the most part but when the game actually is shown, I can deal with it.Recently, November 11th and 4th, *** in *** has been in the playoffs for football. 2 weeks in a row the game was not shown due to "issues with remote camera". The reason I subscribe is to watch my local team play.When reaching out to NFHS customer service they have told me to cancel if I don't like it or "Sorry, you've subscribed through Amazon Fire, can't help you". This is unacceptable.I want the company to refund me November's membership AND i'd like to keep my subscription as sometimes the cameras do work.Side note, it's an expensive subscription for them to show full commercials.

On 10/23 I subscribed to the service to watch Meridian High play another school using the NFHS the service. The camera may have been on the action 1/3 of the time. Likely less. I was going to call for a refund but decided to give the service one more shot. For this game it was supposed to be Meridian High vs Fruitland but the NFHS service had the game listed wrong and showed Meridian vs Post Falls HS. On this occasion I could not even access the game let alone actually see action. I asked for a refund and was denied then wrongfully accused of watching multiple game. This is an outright lie! Below is the actual wording form their rep: My apologies, Our 30 day refund policy applies specifically to unused services. We are unable to refund your subscription fee as we show that you viewed multiple events during the first week of service. However, we have cancelled your auto-renewing subscription going forward. i signed up for a 30 free trial in late November to watch my niece play high school volleyball. one time.i just realized that without notice of any kind i was billed $10.99 per month to my *** from January 2022 through July 2022. for a total of $76.93. I am more than happy to pay to watch live streamed games. Schools should be required to make an effort to allow us to see the game. *** in *** have *** unable to see 60% of the field, and many of the plays are not in view. I would not complain if this was a free stream, but when i pay for it the school should be required to at least try to do an average job filming.

The date of transactions were 8/27/2022 and 9/13/2022.I had paid the business 1 dollar for the first fee and they had taken *** dollars out of my account next. The business said that if I would pay a1 dollar I could watch my high school football game live and I would have a subscription but in a few weeks my subscription would charge me a higher amount of *** dollars if I did not cancel it. I ordered a free subscription to watch a single high school basketball game in march 2022. I was even OK with paying *** for the game which was not worth it considering the quality of the feed and the difficulty we had actually getting it to play. We ended up missing most of the game anyway. I logged into my apple fees in august to find they have been taking *** every month since March 2022 even though I have never used the service again. There is no receipt for these charges. The only way I discovered it was by accident investigating another charge on my apple account. With all of the monthly fees that go through for the $10 range they are intentionally employing predatory business practices and defrauding people with their subscription only and auto-renew only policy. Their refund policy only goes back 30 days!? They should be ashamed of themselves and CHANGE THEIR BILLING POLICY TO INCLUDE SINGLE GAME PAYMENT OPTIONS and not forcing people into a subscription they know full well will almost always end *** in this exact scenario. This practice should be banned completely from content providers in my opinion.
We have tried, multiple times, to get a response from NFHS network. When we do manage to get a response it's usually terse, borderline condescending in tone. We have dealt with technical issues since day one - constant buffering of streams, poor video quality, only being able to view one half of the field. Their go-to response is to reboot the modem/router. Two things to point out here - I am a network engineer by trade, to be told that the issue is my modem is the number one canned response to pass the buck; second, my network is fine. Speed tests always come back great, no other streaming issues on any device in the house. Since we've had little success in resolution/response I'm requesting a refund of the $10.99 fee dating back one year from August 2022.
This site advertises live high school sports for $11.99/month. I paid all year last year and again this year. Multiple games that are advertised to be carried live repeatedly have technical issuesOr errors connecting broadcast and Im left paying for absolutely nothing of a product. Hundreds of people have this issue, and NFHS has done nothing to remedy the issue. This year, they even have advertisements airing, and then no game available. Mine and many others hard earned money has been stolen by mis-representation and complete lack of ability to provide services which have been paid for already.

I reside in one place, my son in another with his mom. I can't attend his baseball and football games, so I tried this service. If the camera is automated, it was a poor choice. The feed drops constantly, making it hard to follow the games. The commercials, however, were clear. I tried contacting NFHS to complain but got no response. I canceled the service and received an email asking me to return. I replied, detailing my issues and disappointment. The service isn't worth the price. I don't know how they avoid lawsuits for failing to deliver. Avoid this streaming service. A refund would be the least NFHS Network could do. They should consider closing until they can offer a quality product. NFHS Network is currently overpromising and underdelivering.

On February 5, 2022, I subscribed to NFHS Network to watch a cheerleading competition. I paid $10.99 for a one-time 30-day subscription. Immediately, I encountered issues with event streaming: poor audio, poor video quality, video freezing, and constant restarting. This led to significant frustration and lost viewing time. I tried to contact the company multiple times to resolve these issues, but their customer service was virtually non-existent. No resolution was provided through chat, bots, or email, and they don't offer phone support. Problems remained unresolved. On March 17, 2022, I noticed an unauthorized charge of $10.99 on my bank statement for another 30-day subscription I did not request. I consider this unauthorized charge to be theft. I emailed the company demanding a refund for both the unauthorized charge and the initial subscription due to the numerous issues and lack of customer service. They refused any reimbursement.

Awaited a call from a supervisor who was going to 'handle' it for us but the call never came. Called numerous times again just to get the automated message that they had surpassed *** call volume (at various times on different days) and no one was available via phone. So I emailed customer support and received a response that they had cancelled my subscription. So I emailed again explaining once again that the subscription had already been cancelled at the end of the season but we had unknowingly been billed for it this entire year of 2020. No access was made to this account the entire year since it was cancelled through the website but Luke replied and said there was no record of cancellation so there was nothing he could do. Very disappointing to get no call back and no assistance in resolving an issue with the cancelled subscription through the website. Bad business, bad customer service, and a scam of a website! And still have not received a phone call!

I was unknowingly charged for 10 months from NFHS for a high school sport streaming subscription service. After signing up in Feb 2021 and watching online games during my sons short basketball season we cancelled the service. My credit card shows the correct charge in Feb 2021 of $10.99 and then correctly no charges for March showing we had cancelled. Then in April the charges began and unfortunately I didnt catch that I was being charged. They never sent me an email stating I was subscribed and paying monthly for this service. I didnt catch the charges until Jan 2022 while looking through my statements for something else unrelated. Right away I contacted NFHS about this and they canceled the service. I explained that I was unknowingly charged for 10 months of service, and that we never once in those 10 months used their service. There was no email statements or mail received ever stating they were charging us monthly for a service we didnt sign up for. They responded that their policy would only allow them to refund 1 month of charges. I contacted them several times after that, and continue to receive the same one line sentence from them - their policy will only allow them to refund 1 month.This is not right. I did not sign up for their service a second time. I did not know they were charging me. We did not use the service while they charged us for 10 months.

I purchased a subscription-based product (streaming service) on 5.14.22. The service was poor in quality and performance and I canceled it on 5.15.22. The method of payment is a source I don't often use. However, I did use it for this transaction which was $10.99. Fast forward to yesterday...in reviewing this payment source, I see that the subscription had continued on at $10.99/month for another two months until I quickly canceled it for a second time on 7.27.22. I sent both an email to the merchant and a message via their online customer support portal. I have been engaging with a *** via email on both 7.27.22 and 7.28.22. *** advised that they offer a 30-day grace *** and executed a refund for $10.99. I am not satisfied with that as I know that I performed the cancellation accurately on 5.15.22. I offered on 7.28.22 to accept the first month of service and requested to compromise by only receiving one more refund of $10.99 for the month of June to July. *** was unsupportive of that and I let him know that I would move forward with filing a complaint with the Complaintsboard.com. Additionally, I asked very directly if NFHS Network had proof that I did not cancel the service on 5.15.22. I have yet to formally get their response to this question which speaks loudly. I am now asking that the Complaintsboard.com help resolve this for an additional $21.98 ($10.99 x 2) to my original method of payment ending in ***.

This service provider offers a 30 Day Satisfaction period at sign-up. We cancelled immediately, and they have refused to refund service charges. This service provider promises live streaming of High School football games. They indicate a 30 Day satisfaction period at sign-up. We tried their service and only received a dark, extremely pixelated, still image with no audio. We reached out for support, and then cancelled the service immediately. We then streamed our son's game on U-Tube with no troubleso we are convinced that the issue was on NFHS Network's end of the feed. They then charged our credit card the service charge 2 days later. We contacted them again to indicate that we had cancelled the service immediately and demanded that they refund the service charge. The only response we have received from them is a case number (#XXXXXX). When they did not refund the charge to our credit card, we submitted a dispute with CitiBank. They appealed the dispute with CitiBank, citing their Auto-Renewal policy Terms and Conditions. They also indicated that the full service charge is not refundable, which is in direct contradiction to their posted Terms and Conditions at sign-up (a full 30 day Satisfaction period). I believe this company is taking advantage of COVID restrictions and scamming parents of High School athletes by promising live streaming, providing no video, and then keeping their service charge.

I had ordered an account to watch my son's basketball games during Covid in 2021. When the season was over I cancelled the account online, in the account settings. I do not know the exact day, but believe it was in March/2021 because the basketball season would have been over by then. I never looked at it again because I assumed it was cancelled. When basketball came around again recently and I was going to re-up, my son was able to pull up a basketball game already and watch it. I wondered how that could be since it had been cancelled. I began to look into it and discovered that I had been charged monthly all along and they hadn't ever cancelled my account. I tried to reach out to discuss this with someone and was told "to improve customer service, they were no longer accepting incoming calls". I'm not sure how that improves customer service, but nonetheless I have spent over two weeks and nearly 30 emails back and forth for them to finally tell me that unless I can provide an email from them, from 03/21, that proves I requested a cancellation there is nothing they can do. I have no emails from over a year ago as they have been deleted. They can see this service wasn't used for approximately 9 months. If I was trying to "steal" their service, wouldn't I have been using it all along? I am very frustrated and would like to be reimbursed for the 9 months that I believed my account was cancelled and was not. This amount would be $10.99 X 9=$98.91. Thank you for your assistance.

I started an account with NFHS to view sports from home during Covid. I used the service for approximately one month from March to April. According to my notes I contacted NFHS on June 1 to cancel my account. Unfortunately, I did not notice that my account was continuing to be billed $10.99 per month until I noticed it in April 2022. My account had not been used and I was never sent an email notifying me of a monthly renewal for any of these deductions. I emailed the company on April 25th, 2022 (Request #***) and was told I could only be refunded the amount of one monthly deduction. They told me, "We understand that this might be an inconvenience for you, but we do everything possible to make it clear that all subscription purchases will automatically renew if not canceled." I was shocked that they felt everything possible did not include an email notification that my funds were being pulled. Nor do I recall it saying anything about that on the page I signed up on. I believe if anything the info might be on a different page. I asked to escalate this to a manager and was told I was already speaking to a lead. I would like to get a full refund for my deductions from June through April 2022 which includes only unused months of the service. NFHS is running a misleading and deceptive service and I am very disappointed in how they treat their customers. I will never use their service again and I do not recommend it to anyone. The few games I did watch were poor quality and included a lot of buffering and missed game time.

We live in a different state from our granddaughter and this would give us a way to see her games and feel like we were a part of it. To say trying to watch on the NFHS network was challenging would be polite. It was an unbelievably frustrating experience. Most times the score never appeared across the bottom nor did the time in the game. Several times when signing in for a game a black screen came on and it said the camera was malfunctioning try back a little later. So for an hour after initialing trying to get on I would finally give up and was unable to see any of the game. This was basketball. Now we move in to lacrosse from this spring. Again messages saying the camera is malfunctioning, picture locking up and not streaming when everything else in the house is working fine. The worst was not being able to see the left hand side of the screen. So for every lacrosse game I could not see my granddaughter playing at the left side, could not see goal, could not see anything. And they wound up being the girls high school state champs. Could not see the awards or anything. I emailed and found the network to be pretty unresponsive. They said I signed in on May 20 th never paying attention to my email saying I could not see the left side. I would have gotten in touch with them sooner but I thought it was the schools fault . It was not till I spoke to the AD at the school that it was brought to my attention it was the networks fault. I would like a refund. Their customer service is non existent and all they care about is taking our money and not providing the service. Please help me get my refund. Thank you.

Then I noticed an account saved in my computers passwords with an email of *** that did show my name and credit card information. I must have somehow created a new account instead of logging into my old one. I have not used or watched anything on this account since March and would like to be refunded for the 4 months that I have been charged. I have contacted my credit card company as well, as this is my 2nd attempt to contact someone. There reply:We have cancelled your account's subscription - you will not receive further charges. My thoughts--- An account was made with an invalid email and I unknowing paid for 4 months of services. I cancelled the subscription a couple months later, because of quality and technical issues, and have not watched it since. The subscription was cancelled but the automatic withdrawal from my account kept going. My son was critically injured in 2021 (gunshot through his face/mouth) and I did not notice the monthly fee on my bank statement. I have been overwhelmed with his care ever since. I finally noticed the monthly fees were still going and I contacted NHSF by email. Because email is the ONLY way to contact them. Even when I call any of the numbers given to me there is a recording that instructs me to send an email. When I noticed the reoccurring charge I logged into the account to see "no active subscription" and "no payment info" on the page. NO WAY to cancel a subscription that the site says doesn't exist! How can you cancel my subscription but not the auto payment? This is crazy. When someone responded to my recent email they told me that they cancelled my subscription at the end of this month as it was still active and sited the cancellation policy. I responded that I wanted to talk to a real person and provided my number. No return call or response to that email. I emailed again and ask to speak with a real person. They responded by email and confirmed they cancelled subscription at the end of this month, August 2022, but did not address the other 10 months in 2021 or the 8 months in 2022 that they charged me AFTER I cancelled. The customer service rep responded that I must have a "tertiary account" (whatever the heck that means) and that's why the charges occurred and that the account is cancelled at the end of this month. *** refuses to contact me by phone to discuss.NFHS overcharged for 8 months in 2022 @ *** months = $87.92 NFHS overcharged for 8 months in 2021 after I cancelled @ $*** = $87.92 Total overcharge is $175.84

I recently noticed a charge for $9.95 on my credit card statement this month for NFHSNTWRK. I have seen this charge before and mistakenly thought it was the monthly *** X-box charge for my childs account. However, I investigated that today and found that it is for a high school streaming service. I called my bank about this and they said it was not only on this month, but it has been a recurring payment since June. The only time I ever purchased anything from NFHSNTWRK was in May when I purchased a streaming event to watch my daughter run at the Nebraska State Track Meet. I never enrolled in a monthly subscription when I purchased the single event in 2018, nor have I used any services from NFHS since. In fact, the quality was so bad on the event I purchased that I emailed NFHS requesting a refund because it was unwatchable. NFHS emailed me back on 5/19 at 12:09 PM EDT with the following email from *** "I apologize for your experience. Since you were unable to view your event, the NFHS Network has issued you a refund for your pass purchase from 05/19. That refund should appear in you account the next 5 to 8 business days. Please let me know if you have any additional questions." Nowhere in that email does it refer to an ongoing subscription. I still have that email from NFHS and it's the only email I ever received from NFHS until today when I had to reset the password for my account. I've never used this service or logged into my account since that single instance in 2018. Since then, I have never received any emails referring to a subscription, or renewals. Today, I emailed NFHS requesting a refund for 44 monthly charges of $9.95 dating from 5 to 1/2022 for a total of $437.80. One other note. The credit card that was on file for my single purchase in 2018 is no longer a current account number and expired 11. Not sure how they were able to charge my current card that has a new number that I've never provided to NFHS.

Expensive and unreliable. Their platform is difficult to navigate, especially for great grandparents trying to watch from afar. Everyone who had paid for a subscription to watch my daughter play in the state volleyball tournament text me more than a few times asking for scores and updates because they lost feed. When my family sees this is the only option to watch many just choose to do without.
I didn't have time to see these reviews before my nephew's semi-finals football game or I never, ever, ever would have used the *** site to try to see the game. It is infuriating to have made arrangements to set up an account really just to pay to see the one game of the year when *** corners the market and only to discover this is the worst coverage ever. The video is a full three, plus minutes off of the commentary and the video skips and jumps ahead and back, but never fear the commercials play right in the middle of all of the action. This is a scam. I agree with my fellow commenters. Never again. Unfortunately three of my family paid for this service tonight because we had no other option. Lovely. How very sportsmanlike.
