On 26 August 2023 I purchased 5 items from the Allegria range, totalling $13,040. I paid the initial deposit of 35%, $4,570.
On Sunday, 9 September, I received an email from Nick Scali advertising a Spring Clearance. I saw that the products I purchased from only 2 weeks earlier and have not received nor have I paid the remainder, are now available for sale for 40% lower.
I went into the store and was advised to ring Head Office by one of the sales people, and that he would get the Manager to ring me but he would say the same thing. I rang Nick Scali and was advised that I should be dealing with the Store Manager.
As the Store Manager had not rung, I went into the store on Monday afternoon. I spoke to the Manager and this was the first he had heard about this. He has now rung back and said that he is unable to price match for us as Head Office has said no.
I emailed head office and received an automated email back 6 minutes later saying it was Policy and thanking me for my understanding and patience.
Desired outcome: I would like the price drop of $5,000
