Hi there,
I bought a pair of the above shoes and have only worn them a few times. I pulled them out of my closet... they are still in the box and the inside of the shoe is peeling like skin. I put them on and the 'skin' came off on my foot. They have been barely worn... the heel tip and foot of the shoe aren't worn or even dirty but the inside has rotted out.
Has this happened before to your shoes? I would really like a refund.
I paid $100 for them.

shoes - soles cracked

I've been a faithful consumer of Nine West products for numerous years. I've always been happy with the quality until I purchased a pair of shoes that soles cracked after a short amount of time. This has NEVER happen before Granted, I've had them awhile, but I haven't been able to wear them in the condition they're in. So, they have been in my closet as they are still in very good condition, except for the sole. See attached photos.
I'm extremely disappointed on the quality of the shoe's man-made soles. I considered taking them to a shoe repair and having them resoled, then thought why should I pay for the cost of resoling a poor quality shoe. So, I am writing to show you the poor craftsmanship of these shoes and to also ask how you suggest resolving this issue.

Appreciate reading your concerns. Nine West is very well known for its line of women's shoes and accessories.
It is very possible for any such product to succumb to dry rot, especially in certain environments, where the shoes are left unconditioned.

- 19 Dec 2017, my package was delivered but it was lost.
- 6 Jan 2017, I sent email to Nine West. Your staff replied my email but it is not helpful.
- 8 Jan 2017, I have checked with FedEx. It appeared that my package was sent via FedEx SmartPost Service which is without signature-required. How do you guarantee my package will be safe after FedEx left? I do not think that this can be acceptable. In addition, it is not my responsibility that I have to waste my time to contact local authority or my credit card company because this is your mistake. Therefore, I would like to request Nine West to resend my order #E1493302 with delivery options of signature-required as soon as possible. If they were sold out, I need to get the full refund.
ordered shoes a month ago and still no refund
Ordered 2 pair of shoes over a month ago. Have provided tracking information to customer service and still no refund. Company shipped items in separate boxes so also wants to charge $7.50 per shoe to return. I have called CS numerous times requesting a manager callback; still no call back.
Nine West shoes and CS department have been horrible these last few years. Will never buy there again and advising you to be careful when ordering from them. My advice is to buy shoes anywhere but there.

I ordered these shoes so long ago its unreal. They are the baddest pair of shoes I own. My husband told me recently to close my eyes and put them to rest. Will you consider bringing this color and style back just one more time?

-Received note that the customer care team will respond to me within 24-48 hours - IT'S BEEN LONGER THAN 48 HOURS
-I called your 800 again, your rep advised me that MY computer translated my address to an address in ILL (?)
-And again, I will be contacted within 24-48 hours!

The straps are completely falling apart. This was a gift from this past Christmas. The rest of the bag is in like new condition. Is there any way I can get a replacement or repair for this bag. On April, 2016 I ordered 3 pairs of your Timeshare shoe in 3 different colors. Also, if you check my order history with your company, you will find that it is quite extensive. Nevertheless, the heel on the black version of the shoe broke as I was walking to my car yesterday. I bought a pair of plain black pumps from my local Macy's. After wearing the shoes no more then three times, the inside lining began to rip apart. I only wore them to work and I am seated most of the day.They were never wet and I never wear heels without stocking or hose either. There is no reason these shoes should have began to break down so quickly. I have always enjoyed Nine West shoes, but these were very disappointing and I will most likely not be buying another pair form this shoe company.

I'm writing to provide Nine West feedback from my recent experience at Nine West BirkenheadPoint NSW Australia.
I took my sister who was visiting overseas to the Nine West Shop at Birkenhead Point yesterday, 17th June at around 12:00 pm. As we were looking for shoes to buy, we asked the shop assistant for our shoe size. At first she was ok to bring out the size we requested. As we spent more time in the shop, we see more styles we want so we kept asking for our shoe size. By that point, she replied to us "Are you planning to fit all sizes and shoes in the store?" in a very sarcastic tone. I felt that it was very rude thing to say to a customer. We were there to shop and of course try on the shoes. I heard her then complaining to her colleague that we were annoying her coz we kept on asking for our shoe size. I have been working in retail industry for years and I know how customer should be treated in store.
I have always loved Nine West brand and have bought many items from their shop. Im always pleased with their service every time I visit the store however for this particular store visit I was very disappointed. I hope Nine West are able to improve their customer service and ensure that no customers will experience what we have experienced.

Purchased a black pair of Nine West block heel pumps from Macy's and my left shoe is clearly bigger than the right. I tried to put shoe inserts in the front and back and it didn't help. I wore these shoes 1 day at a bank where I work and the soles of the shoes were so worn down they look like I wore them everyday for months, not to mention the left shoe kept flopping off. So disappointed because Macy's would not return them for me and I must say the bottoms were awful. 1 time worn. I have not and probably will not purchase another pair of Nine West shoes in the future. They'll sit in my closet until I hear a response. I'm not holding my breath.
I also bought a pair of black pumps from Macy's and had issues. By the third time I wore them, the inside lining on the sides and heels began to split.

I made a purchase in 2010 for product NWFRED 0806 and a purchase for another shoe in 2017 for a product NWCARESS 1212. With the years between the shoes I have worn both the shoes a total of six times. There is a gap of six years between the purchase of the shoes and yet the quality of your product remain the same. I spend in the amount of $50 and above for a product that wears out before I even get a good use of them. As a professional I purchase the shoes for Office and Business attire. The shoes are in investment to my wardrobe and yet I am embarrassed to even wear them anymore because they have ripped apart right at the top of my foot where the leather attaches to the inside balance of the shoe has detached from only having been worn three times. I will be more than happy to send you a photo of the shoe that I purchased in 2010 and more than happy to send you a picture of the shoes that I purchased this year 2017, that way you will be able to see how the shoe is worn by me and that the shoe is not worn down to even merit such damage and that I tread very lightly with my shoes because they are not cheap shoes but are cheaply made apparently from what I can see. I would like to know if as a company do you stand by the quality of your products and your brand, and if so what can be done to remedy this issue as I have spent my hard earned money to keep up with my professional image only to be letdown because the quality of the product is so very poor.

I purchased a tan purse with 2 zipper pockets and a change purse in the middle. I have exchanged it to Macy's twice because the zippers stick. I kept it because I love the design but it is so annoying! I don't think grasping the zipper would help because I think it is stichted too tightly. This company Nine West is absolutely ridiculous! I bought two pairs of shoes from them and for some reason they shipped them separately! I have no idea why they did that and when I asked them they were not able to explain anything. Anyway, I received only one pair and second one is no where to be found. They don't tell me anything and I don't even have a tracking number to track my order. They made everything even more difficult!
