Nissan North I bought a used vehicle from Nissan North and they claimed to have done a thorough inspection

I bought a used vehicle from Nissan North and they claimed to have done a thorough inspection. However, it turns out they rigged certain parts to pass and sell it at a higher price. I have evidence to support my claim and they even showed me some of the rigged items. Unfortunately, the vehicle only lasted for a little over 2 months, which was quite disappointing.

Last October, I had surgery and I was still in a cast when I had to purchase a new vehicle. It was quite challenging to navigate around in a cast and on crutches, but I really needed a vehicle. Unfortunately, a tree fell on my SUV, making matters even more difficult.

I have already spent $2,500 on fixing up the SUV to bring it back to its proper condition. However, there is still a strange noise that I can't seem to figure out the cause of. The dealership did offer to work with me once I filed a complaint, but I don't trust them to fix the issue properly since they did a shoddy job in the first place.

Nissan North I bought a 2007 Honda Element from Nissan North

I bought a 2007 Honda Element from Nissan North. Before they gave it to me, they fixed some things, including replacing the rear axle. However, as soon as I got the car, I started having problems. At first, they were helpful in addressing the issues, but then I discovered a major problem - they had replaced the wrong axle. I showed them that it was clearly stated on my sales and service order that they had done the replacement, but I had to pay $631.00 to get it fixed by Page Honda. I asked for reimbursement, but they said I had signed an "as is" agreement. I explained that this doesn't change the fact that they sold me a car with the wrong part, and I'm lucky I didn't get hurt. They refused to compensate me for this obvious and dangerous mistake.

Nissan North I bought a Nissan Frontier with a bed cap on Monday, November 15 from Nissan North (NN) and drove it back to Findlay

I bought a Nissan Frontier with a bed cap on Monday, November 15 from Nissan North (NN) and drove it back to Findlay. When I got home, I realized that I had forgotten my garage door opener in my old car and that the bed cap keys were not included in the key ring given to me by the salesman. I called NN on Tuesday morning and talked to my salesman, Steve Fleckenstein(?), about my garage door opener and bed cap keys. He said NN would bring my garage door opener to my house, but they didn't have the keys. I asked if they could contact the previous owner for the keys. On Wednesday afternoon, I called NN again to check on the key situation. Steve told me that the previous owner didn't have the keys and didn't offer any solution for me to get them from NN. So, I went to a local key shop and had a key made for the bed cap.

Nissan North I got a Nissan Sentra with a long warranty

I got a Nissan Sentra with a long warranty. The transmission in my car broke and Nissan North fixed it under the warranty. After fixing my car, Nissan North did an oil change. But they didn't put the aluminum heat shield back on properly. They also forgot to put the screws and bolts back on the plastic under the hood. Nissan North told me that the radiator fan was unplugged, but they didn't take responsibility for their mistakes. They even called me a liar. My main concern was the radiator fan not being plugged in after the transmission repair. It's obvious what happened here. It's frustrating to be called a liar when only Nissan North has worked on my car, and they hold my warranty. It's just common sense. I'm also not happy about being charged for the rental car or being told that I have to pay for a new heat shield. On top of everything, the car doesn't have enough power, and Nissan North said it was because of my caliper. But when I took it to Tire Discounters, they found nothing wrong.
