This is about my Nokia phone 6300 model, which had some problem and I took the same to the Nokia Care run by Skyline, Chnichwad Pune 33. Till now I am given dates to collect my handset but when I used to reach there, the response was same "After 2 days"... I consulted the manager who was not entertaining customers for an unknown reason and was very misbehaving. I told them to return my handset and for that they demanded again 2 more days!

I have Purchased My Nokia 3110c on 29/06/2007. From very next Month it giving problem. Getting restart again & again when insert a memory card. I have scanned the memory card & there is no virus in the memory card. Two times it will restart & third time phone will switched off. Again i have to restart the phone. It will work properly then. If i switch off the phone update the music library, again it will start giving problem. This is some thing to do with the phone it self. And Also its Ringer Problem Occurred After2 Weeks.

5 hours ago i brought a nokia 2310 from THE MOBILE STORE,P-21 KALAKAR STREET,KOLKATA700001. The shop owner told me sir you can charge your mobile at lest 10 hours, but after 4 ours our mobile display the one underline looking and i am really SHOCKED and really unhappy, because i believe nokia mobile but at this present nokia is a third class in the world.

I have been using the Nokia 5700 for two months now. This phone was released over here 4 months ago, and yet there happens to be no firmware update for it. It works good and is an excellent phone, but there are certain bugs which are very annoying like:
1) In the log even if u have received a call from a contacts home(thereby showing the home icon which u may have selected during saving the contact) this home icon, appears only when u call from the contacts or when u receive a call. i.e suppose u get a miss call and when u say view, u will see the contact with mobile icon, even if he called from home. This is annoying as suppose u call the contact after viewing the missed call, u call at the persons land line thinking it his is mobile (even when u call him u see the mobile icon though ur calling at his land line).
2) Sometimes the green button stops functioning in the log. i.e if u press the green button to see the log, u see it, but if u call a contact by pressing the green key again it doesn't work. Even if u go in options and select voice call it wont work.
3) Repeated errors saying connection error though the network is fine.
4)Whats up with the camera? Nokia mentions it to be 2 mp but if u use it in a little low lighted conditions, ur pic is screwed with weird colors and poor image quality.
5) The phone restarts automatically (very rare).
6) This isn't a flaw, but i recommend nokia to implement it. When music is on and ur phone is locked, while on loud speaker mode u have to unlock and change the volume. I suggest nokia to allow the volume to be changed even when the phone is locked.
7) This ones very weird. When i keep an alarm and when the alarm rings, i cant snooze or turn it off directly, i have to unlock, and the weird thing is the screen seems to be off! :S

I followed instructions in the Nokia 6126 manual to the letter. It wouldn't let me enter any PIN security code and when I made a 3rd attempt, it locked up and kept asking for a PUK code. Customer service said that I've lost all of my telephone numbers because the SIM card was now invalid ("fried" as she called it"). All I wanted to do was to enter a simple 4 letter PIN code and I ended up losing ALL of my contacts. BOY AM I EVER PISSED OFF!

I bought a Nokia N95 on the 5/10/2007 and on the 08/10/2007 I took it back with problems on the navigator that was not working, after I got the shocking news that I must pay R800 license to Garmen for the navigator to work I specially bought the phone for its capabilities with the navigation system in witch I am very disappointed in nokia because nowhere its stated that any amount must be paid for the navigator to work even in the specs of the phone its says that it is installed and 100 country’s can be viewed. The important point is the application of the navigator is part of the System software of the phone, when I ordered the N95 I expected it to have the full spec and functionality as Nokia has advertised it, and the Settings and I should have the ability to get this function working with no quibbles.

I am having set (NOKIA-6030) , and it contains battery BL-5C of the same lot for which M/S NOKIA issued an product advisory.
On 3rd of august while receiving an In coming call this set was over heated like red hot. I immediately switched off my set and after some time when I again switched On it the screen of this mobile was damaged. when i visited Nokia Care Center for getting it repaired the center In charge did not listen my complaint and insisted that due to our mishandling set has damaged and the repair cost is to beraed by us. Although after this news of product advisory when I again visited Nokia Care Center , they told that battery is to be replaced being of the same faulty lot, but they refused to replace the set which was damaged due to faulty Battery. Hi,
I bought N70 in the month of June'2007. In which memory card has been corrupted within a week of purchasing. Placed the complaint in NOKIA care - BRIGHTPOINT, Bangalore. So far 3 months, they keep prolonging the issue but not resolving. Finally this brightpoint has been closed their shutters for nokia service.
Now we have to contact only NOKIA ( 080-[protected]) who is not at all available from last couple of weeks..
Dont understand, what to do next. Not even i Use my Memory card for a month. I am using my handset from last 3months without memory card sometimes handset dialing button was not worked for 2 days, from third its working fine. Still its giving problems became headache for me. My mobile phone was showing contact service so firstly I went to nokia care, which is situated in Ambedkar Road Ghaziabad, they said we can not repair it you have to go our head office which is in Noida sec – 2.
I have submitted my mobile (nokia 6300) for repairing (phone is showing contact service) on 28 July 2007 time 12:36 at nokia care center situated in Noida Sec – 2 UP. On that date the front desk executive gives me expected date of delivery was 01 Aug 2007 time 16:00.
When I go there they said it is require replacement and they don't have stock. & Tell me to collect it after 7 days.
After 7 days when I call there they again tell the same story & post phoned the delivery for 3 to 4 days and it is going and going, now one month is over.
My set is lying with Nokia Care for more than a MONTH now DO you really want your customer to go for a legal help in this matter? I am very much irritated and would never recommend any of the Nokia products to anybody. I would rate this as the Poorest of the services that I had ever seen and most pathetic response to customer complaint. I assume that care line is meant for just saying Sorry to the customers and cannot help them in any regards. I would like to take this to media as well and would like to show the nation that what kind of services are given by so called world leader Nokia. (Anyways Media is also hungry about these kinds of issues).
I would seek an early response and quick action for this and I understand that you will appreciate my patience. Now I cannot withstand this anymore and would like to take serious action for this. ONE Month is good enough time for repairing/Replacing the set and if the set is not available in nokia care center it can be managed from any of the Dealers/distributors. I had never imagined this poor service from Nokia and if I get a chance I would definitely look to talk with your Customer Support Country Head. I hope I have made my points very clear and if I do not get a call from your and if this issue is not sorted out immediately, I am going to proceed with suitable action.

On 26th January 2007 i purchased a Nokia 6233 phone from Vijay sales outlet Borivali, As there was pricing offer on that day & a being a national holiday big croud gathered to purchase various products as there was huge rush at mobile counter & already decided to purchase the above product after billing the counter salesman taken my simcard & inserted into the New purchased Nokia 6233 mobile handset & handed over the box with the same., he started tackling with the other customers according to the hectic situation. After reaching home i came to know that the warranty card was missing from the box & Data cable was not there. I immediately contacted to vijay sales while noticing it. The vijay sales person told me that you can claim the 1 year service warranty from the vijay sales bill itself , so did i agreed to it. Now it is realised that the Headset with the phone is faulty & not working properly , complaining to which the outlet people told that it has got 6 months replacement warranty & could not be replaced, further told that you can repair it at nokia service centre if in a repairable condition else you have to purchase a new one at Rs. 1200/- approx. Now what should i do to get rid of this additional cost input. sometimes i found while listening to Music or Fm the connection of Headphone gets disconnected automaticaly & in Music mode the music starts on speaker mode. some time the Handset hangs up & need to be switch off & restarted.

Sometimes there are stores that are dishonest with their customers. Check the item before you leave the store, original accesories are replaced with counterfeit ones. The box should have a tamper sticker intact. I also own 6233 and USB cable is not included in the box, you should purchase it seperately (bad for Nokia).

I had purchased NOKIA [protected]) on 12/1/2006. But within 6 month it hanged. I gave to service station at Sector 22 Chandigarh. They corrected saying virus problem. But within 6 month it hanged again(twice) they said moisture problem. I got Insurance covered also that time HCL. But it started hanging. NOKIA service centre was correcting it but I was facing same problem. Then when I went to new service station at sector 22 (OLD was closed). They refused to entertain & even misbehaved. So I got paid service done on 5/1/2008. but again it got hanged. So there are mainly two problem.
1) If its manufacturing defect why did not they replaced (Mobile Or Part) that time.
2) Or if its other (Parts) problem why they didn’t replaced the defective parts during validity of my HCL insurance cover.
So kindly let me know the solution of my problem. Which I am facing till date since from purchasing of handset. Or I have no other option other than to go to consumer court.

Hi, I bought a Nokia 6670, from Shopper stop,kolkata, on the 29thof July 07, having NOkia 6670 A.Grey, having IMEI:[protected]; and ever since the set is in the service centre. There was a problem of rebooting and i gave the same to the Nokia Service centre, and the exhange happened three times and the problem still persists. They did not even bother to call and on my enquiring came to know that they would replace only the hand set and now thats over a month period. It so sad that you pay so highly for a high end set and then sit idle for the service centre to revert. It was a pethetic experience and now have lost hope on the set as well. But truly speaking NOKIA could do this was not expected.

I purchase d nokia n72 model cell phone from kasargod, kerala nokia show room on 09/08/2007, only one phone was on display and its seal was in open condition, since it is a show room I believed the people. Right from the day one I started facing problem with the phone, it was hangs frequently and all of sudden screen goes blank. I went to nokia care center twice but to no use, they could not repair it and on 27/08/2007 they sent it to ernakulam branch for repair. I found nokia show room staff selling second hand mobiles to customers, I suspect they sold me defective second hand mobile to me. I request concerned persons to replace my phone with new piece and take necessary action against staff.
The model which I have is the worst phone ever manufactured by any Company. It hangs all the time, it restarts all the time. Ask what not are the problems I face. I still have the same phone because I want to show the innocent people that NOKIA is cheating the consumers by selling bad and dirty phones. I will surely go to Consumer forum and claim the damages one day. Inspite of giving my phone for repair so many times, there has been no progress.
The phone model is NOKIA 3230.
My dear countrymen, I request you all not to buy Nokia phones. They are not only charging more for the consumer but are also cheating us by not providing good service.

I purchased Nokia Make Handset Model N-72 Sr No.[protected] from your Priority Dealer AIR CONNECT, Sector-14 Shopping Complex, Gurgaon (Haryana) vide Bill No.3260 Dated 5.8.2007. After use of 2-3 days I observed that Noise clarity is not good & process is very slow. When I used the cable with PC that No response to Mobile - conveyed the same to your Priority Dealer Also & on thursday I observed that Mobile set is hanged after 1-2 minutes. I contacted to Customer Care [protected] & they give some suggestions one of them is "Take out the Battery & Insert Again - may run". I adopted this system.
I visited the Dealer on 11th August, 2007 along with Mobile Set & PC Cable & explain the problems in details. First of all he is not accepting the complaint & told contact Nokia Care Center or we will send the same for repair. But I requested him to replace my Handset with New One as this is only 4 Days old but he refused to accept my request & told - There is no replacement Policy from Nokia only repair is possible during warranty - After Open the Pkt & left our show room there is no guarantee or our responsibility of the Product - ONLY NOKIA WILL TAKE CARE CUSTOMER.
After several requests they received the Handset & kept with him for repair. Now set is lying with Dealer Show Room.
On 13th August, 2007 I called the Dealer & confirmed regarding Action taken for New Mobile Set. He confirmed we sent the same for repair to Nokia Center & will provide you the Job Priority No for follow up with them only. Next I received the call & told Problems in Memory Card (Observed Defective) we repaired at our shop only. I told now I required only New Mobile Set as from the 3rd day of purchase there is regular problem in the Mobile Set so I required New Set Only.
On 14th I contacted the Dealer for New Hand Set & told come to my shop & discuss the issue - you are bound the get this set only. After discussions he told bring all the documents of Mobile - it will take 8-10 days. I agree to give all the things but he told you must bring the Packing Box Also. On this I told sir you concern with Mobile, Accessories, Mobile Bill why you are pressuring me to bring the Pkt & confirmed him I throw the Pkt after taken the mobile & it is impossible for me to arrange the same Pkt - I do not understand why the Dealer is asking for Packing Material.
Now I lost my faith in Nokia & never recommend any one to purchase Worst Quality Product Hand Set of Nokia as they are not customer oriented & No Policy to give Value of Customer Hard Earned Amount.
In my opinion -
1. There is no Quality System in Nokia & all products are coming in market without any quality check,(2) They are not giving the full value of customer money because of inferior quality product,(3) Dealers are not well aware regarding Nokia Policy & No display of the same at Show Room & they have only repeated standard answers .,(4)Nokia & Dealers are making Profit their own profit on account of Customer Hard Earned Amount for sale of Worst Product, (5) A day is not so far when customers will close the eye’s from this Brand Name & then they will open their eyes to give the service /Full Value of Customer Hard Earned Money of customer.
Now I request your goodself please take strict action against Nokia (Manufacturer of Mobile) who is producing such inferior quality product which is causing the main Customer Harassment & Mental disturbance because lost of his Hard Earned Amount.
Now I am no more interested to get the Repaired Set as I lost my faith in Nokia. Only one thing I required is REFUND OF MY HARD EARNED AMOUNT FROM DEALER OR NOKIA.
I have also sent the mails to the following Nokia Higher Authorities

Treat it most urgent- take immediate steps to avoid Customer Harassment because of Worst Quality Product of Nokia available in Market. I am not interested to take the Problem created set in my life again.
Also note No One in Nokia Customer Care / Dealer end is ready to confirm the Telephone No of Any Senior person . Also display these numbers at Dealer end so that in case of any querry customer will contact them.

My complaint is that I have been trying desperately to get a hold of someone from Nokia customer care, preferabley in the UK as my brother inlaw received a sms from a Dr Anthony Floyd who claims to be the Nokia Cash officer assigned to winners on the Mobile sweepstake. I have been trying in vain to get someone from Nokia UK to authenticate this so called promotion, but as yet have not had any success.
We have received exactly the same sms and e-mail. The grammar and spelling in the e-mail is what concerns me? I cannot find anything of any Nokia site.

I purchased nokia make handset model n-72 sr no.[protected] from m/s air connet, sector-14 market, gurgaon-122 001 (Haryana) vide invoice no.3260 dated 5.8.2007 of rs.9700.00 after use of 2-3 days I observed that noise clarity is not good & process is very slow. When I used the cable with pc that time no response to mobile & next day hang problem observed. I contacted delhi customer care - they replied " out the battery from mobile & wait for few minutes than on the mobile - no effect - out the battery & again insert the same in mobile" but I observed after 2-3 minute again same condition in this condition it became a problem for me to use the set. I conveyed the message to dealer also.
On 11th august,2007 I visited dealer m/s air connect, sector-14 market-gurgaon (Haryana) & explain the all complaints in detail. First of all they are not accepting the problem & told you go directly to nokia care center or we will send the same to center for repair. But I requested him to replace the handset as this is only 72 hours old & they informed they have no such policy from nokia. You go any where after open the pkt/leaving our show room we have no guarantee/warranty only nokia will take care.
After several requests they received the handset & kept with him for repair. Now the set is lying with dealer show room.
I have lost my faith in nokia & never recommend any one to purchase this worst quality product for their use in future as they are not customer oriented & no policy to give the value of customer hard earned amount.
In our opinion -
1. There is no quality system in nokia & all products are coming in market without any check at their end.
2. They are not giving the full value of customer money because of inferior quality product.
3. Dealers are not well aware regarding nokia policy they have only standard answers.
4. Nokia & dealers are making profit but no care of hard earned amount of customers.

Nokia & its Dealers are making his own profit on behalf of Quality of Product.
No clarity in Quality Standard as well as Replacement Policy to any one. In this circumstances No one run with Nokia for a long time & they lost their faith in Nokia Brand. Make a Quality System before passing the Handset to Market for sale.
Hi...im sorry DUSHYANT... but all the products which Nokia produces comes from QA and QC... there is some probability of bad product gets passed in the market but its very very low...means 5 in 1000.
But Nokia has ruled the market and still it is ruling. I agree it was very bad what happened to u and any body else... but there is a clause in Nokia policy in which we can replace the product in 72 hrs...please read it carefully.
The last option can be move to consumer court if you have all the legal documents.

I regret to state my bad experience with NOKIA5300, purchased in middle of March 2007. I was in impression that there must be a quality control division in the biggest Mobile Mfg. Co., NOKIA. The Model before going to end user, should be checked properly. The day I purchased NOKIA 5300 was the unfortunate for me. During this five Months so many times I have to run for repair. Yesterday all of sudden, it started giving Msg. No.SIM Card. I went to Dealer and he sent my phone to Customer Care., Customer Care told me to send it to Ahmedabad Center and will take about 25 to 30 day to repair as it's chip is damaged. Earlier the sound was stopped. Sometimes outgoing sound is stops. This is last time I wish to go personally to Ahd.Care Centre on 16th Aug. 2007 and if I will not satisfied I shall be compiled to go consumers complaint division or legal action!

Nokia Service Centre, Aundh is pathetic.
My Nokia phone was not getting switched on due to some problem. They told me it will require 3500 to repair (my mobile is in warranty period). After asking repeatedly why 3500 is required and which part of the mobile is damaged, they told me they need to clean the mobile then only they can tell which part exactly is damaged. But it will take 3500 maximum for repairing.
One more important thing about the service centre which surprised me is the behavior of their receptionist which is horrible.

I purchased 5610 Nokia mobile in august 5 2008. After 10 months, I faced a problem with this set.
Sometimes upper key pad lights are not going to turn off, so I have to restart the mobile every time.
Due to this battery back up is also very low.
After giving my mobile to services center, 1st time they updated my mobile version but problem is not resoled yet. Due to this I have given my mobile to the same service centre again. They did something. But I am still getting same problem. Now its 3rd time I have given my mobile to
Swarget pune new India telicom. Whenever I called them, they give me every time same reason as

I was using Nokia5200 since past 17 months but suddenly in december its display got blank and a blue screen was showing up. I had given this to nokia care, Aundh pune for repairing. I dont know what they did with my mobile but it had caught many problems like key pad not functioning properly, a spot on the screen and above all they have removed all my contacts and SMS from my mobile. When I asked them about the lost data they said that its in our policy that we dont guarantee for data but I read in documents that they can not delete data unless they inform the customer. I was in hurry so I took the mobile and came back but after 8 days that screen display problem again occured but since mobile was at my native so I could not go to nokia care immediately. Last week when I went to them they said this is some different problem than previous one so you will have to pay again 1100 Rs for repairing. Its all ### and nonsence and they have shown no sense of resposability or accounatability. Is this how noika care deal with nokia customers and if this trend continues then I am afraid that people will stop using noika.
I have already complained it thrice but I did not hear anything from nokia yet. They dont even bother to speak to their consumers.

I am regularly using NOKIA cell phones from Last six years. In the beginning of my professional life, I purchased NOKIA 1100 & after satisfactory performance of the same, I purchased NOKIA 5300 handset last year. Performance of the same is good one.
After satisfactory performance of both the handsets again I purchased NOKIA 1200 in May 2008 from Subhiksha Mobile Shoppe ( Pune – Deccan Branch )

After 2 month use of NOKIA 1200, one day the display of the handset is not working & automatically gets off after turn it on.
So I visited Subhikska for the same on 16th of July, they told me that this handset is in Warranty period & you should go to Akshay Telecom for further clarification which is an authorized NOKIA Care Centre. I went to Akshay Telecom on same day. The counter personnel collected the handset making a Job Sheet (Job Sheet No. : - [protected] / 080716 / 58) & said that there is a problem with a handset, this should be submitted to NOKIA for repairing, servicing & you will get this after 8 days.
I went on 24th July for collecting the handset but there is no proper feedback from the concerned from Akshay Telecom personnel & he had confirmed that the handset will be received after another 8 days period.
I waited for 8 days & went again to Akshay Telecom on 31st July. The personnel said that the handset is repaired. But the said problem was not resolved & the problem still persists (Handset Display Problem ). Again I came back to home with empty hands listening the answer from Akshay Telecom that you come after another 8-10 days.
After this experience I went again to Akshay Telecom on 7th August for the collection of handset but it’s my bad luck that again I heard the same sentence that you come after 8-10 days. This is really ridiculous. Once again I asked to Akshay Telecom personnel what is exact problem with the Handset, but she failed to give proper explanation..
I told her that I want to meet your Branch Manager & I am explaining this history to him.
At that time Mr. Ashish (Contact No. : - +[protected]) met me & he successfully convinced that you come after another 8 days; if this handset is not get repaired I give you a stand by Handset.
On 13th of August I meet Mr. Ashish of Akshay Telecom for my handset collection, but unfortunately he told me that another 8-10 days required for handset repairing & he give me a stand by handset which is NOKIA 1100.
From above, it is evident that despite frequent follow-ups with your authorized Nokia care centre my problems are still not resolved. This is not the way to react with your customer. You should give respect to your customer & provide proper services to him as Mahatma Gandhi already said, CUSTOMER IS GOD & YOU SHOULD RESPECT HIM.’
So, I once again request you to resolve my problem with immediate effect, otherwise if there is major mafucturing defect with the Handset kindly make arrangements to issue me a NEW HANDSET from Subhiksha Mobile Shoppe.

I agree, Nokia service centers only provide bad service. Golden Mobile, an authorized Nokia service center in Jordan, is among the worst. They have a very bad service. The staff needs some kind of course with title:"How to respect customer time". Very disappointing and irresponsible !
