Sir,
I would like to draw your kind attention that i submitted a bluetooth headset BH-101 at Smart Associate Sadar bazar Jhansi for replacement purpose on 12/04/2009 with complete paper formalities, they had made a service job sheet no : [protected]/090412/28 with targeted date 02/05/2009.
As uptill now they are unable to deliver me back my headset, whenever i reached thier office they provided me unsatisfied reply that ; "Nothing is in our hands" .
So would you please tell me that if nothing is in thier hands then why company is opening so many customer care centers.
Tommorow when i reached the thier office then they showed me a headset without the ear clip and told me that it is provided from company without ear clip. How would i wear the headset without the ear clip?
Hoping for the satisfied reply from your side or i will contact with higher officials.
SO PLEASE SIR, DO THE NEEDFULL TO MAINTAIN THE FAITH OF CONSUMERS IN NOKIA.
Thanks & Regards,
Mohd Mubeen.

i gave to service in chennai univercell telecommunication in alwarpet .

job sheet no [protected]/090908/46.
its very very poor nokia care.
next time please tell the correct status of your customer .
give the imformation to your customer .
do your service properly and correctly.
Hello Nokia,
I would take this opportunity to put forward my grievance with regards to a poor customer care rendered at me by a Nokia Care shoppe in our locality.
I would like to bring to your kind attention that my N95 (4GB) developed a problem where there was some connection problem of strips which connect the slider to the main machine where my display would go blank sometimes when opened. It was pretty evident that the problem was due to the connection problem of strips because it was happening only when you open the slider in a specific way. It used to come alive and go dead on its own.
To have this issue rectified I took my cell to the nearby Nokia Care (V.S Communications, ECIL Hyderabad 500062. I had given the cellphone for service on morning of September 5, 2009 and was asked to come and collect it at 4 p.m. The job sheet number is [protected]/090905/15. To my dismay when I went to collect, to my surprise the technician had not even started working on my phone and I was asked to come on September 7, 2009. After making repeated calls and follow up they gave the phone at around 8 p.m. and they tried to extract 3000 Rs as they claimed that they have not only changed the strips but also LCD display. I grew suspicious when I saw 1 small mark which was already there on my screen guard and it was very evident that the LCD screen was never changed. To have this confirmed I made them open the cell and show me the LCD and found that it looked old and on the corner of screen there was dust and grime suggesting that this part was never opened.
At last they agreed to take 1650 Rs (but still claimed that they changed the screen), after reaching home I found the same issue getting repeated and very next day (September 8, 2009 I was given the same job card and a new job card was not made) I took the phone to the care center and they informed me that they would get back to me by evening which they never did and the person-incharge Mr. Sai (Phone #: [protected]) stopped picking my calls and no one bothered to keep me updated about the status. Several calls were made to Sai but he deliberately avoided talking to me and at last another staff started addressing my concern.
Now today, September 15, 2009 when I tried reaching them I have been bluffed that my cell phone has a problem with Software and it would take more time as the software needs to be changed.
I am very much frustrated with this entire issue and I have launched a complaint with Nokia customer care with complaint ID 1-[protected].
There are few things I am worried now:
a. To hide the malpractice and fraudulent activity by the service center I am worried that they would change some components which are working fine.
b. When they claim that they had changed the LCD in the first time itself and demanded 3000 Rs why then they agreed to take only 1650 Rs. If they were sure about changing it why should they settle for less money, this shows that they were doing malpractice and was overbilling the customer for issues which never was.
c. Now I am worried that they would spoil my phone and charge higher service charges or might do this to hide their malpractice.
This is communication is the last resort which if not addressed at the earliest would force me to put my complaint in the print media and go ahead with legal actions against the service center and Nokia.
Their customer service is horrible. Below is my exchange with them via e-mail for your amusement:
ORIGINAL MESSAGE:
[Message: Phone is less than 1 year old. Phone is randomly rebooting. Some days it is OK other days it might reboot e.g. 3 times within one hour.
It is a "soft" reboot, that is I am not asked for the SIM PIN or phone PIN but the phone screen does go black and then it goes to the white screen with the NOKIA logo.
I have already attempted to reset the phone and erase all data and the issue persists. Furthermore, I am not using any 3rd party applications.
I am in Miami, FL and I have heard there are problems with WCDMA on the E71 and 6555 phones in certain GSM networks that have 3 WCDMA carriers.] [Server:daenusaweb12---[protected]]

New 5800 phone died in 5 days. 4 and counting attempts by nokia to repair SAME ISSUE
Purhcased at NYC flagship store. I had the phone working for 1st 5 days. When the battery started to discharge, i tried charging. It didnt charge at all. Store gave me new battery saying battery was at fault. Again same issue. It wudnt even turn on with the charger connected - so clearly its not just battery problem. By the time this battery discharged, the 14 day return period was over - pretty sure they knew it.
Then started the saga of sending to nokia service center - PALCO. Already sent 4 times. each time had to ship back same evening or next day. Same problem for "repaired" "replaced" and "repaired again" phone.
First they claim its "repaired", then 2nd time they claim "cannot be repaired...so replaced"...why did they send it then?
but the so called replaced also had same issue - how can this be co-incidence?
again sent...they claim repaired...but same issue.
When i call...they dont agree to send me a courtesy phone since its clearly their mistake and 4 attempts are enough to figure out im being cheated.
They wont give me refund or replacement.
They wont even agree to send me a email saying they take responsibility to resolve the issue.
5 is not my lucky number...i have no hope it will get resolved.
looks like they will continue playing ping-pong till end of 12 months.
I submitted my handset nokia E 50 for repair on 16.11.2009 at DEWAS nokia care centre, TONK COMMUNICATION, DEWAS jobsheet no [protected] sR. nO. OW/150 . I was given delivery date after 3 days. But my handset is still not repaired TILL DATE. When I inquired, he told me - the spare not allowed at the time, after one month. Compalint was only for On/off switch was to be repaired then after 3 days i went to center they taken 150Rs for repair of on/off switch and they told that more 250 Rs will be charged for keypad not working. Every one in center does not know the complete status of customer complaint. I have to wait for half an hour still i had not received my mobile.
When I inquired again, then he told me that you can takeout your mobile another two week. There is very poor and slow customer care services from this care centre. Please take appropriate action.
i am not under stand for the mobile workshop. the nokia care is very disspointed to our services.

Dear sir,
I purchased nokia c5-03 on 29-12-2011. After 2 months later i noticed a problem in my camera . when i am taking shots or when i switch on the camera "A green line appeared in the right side of the image, it comes both in video mode and image mode. when saving it in image mode the green line is not present in saved image file, but in video the green line continuously present in the video file. After 5 months (ie: 12-05-2012) i approached Cuddalore district nokia authorised service center "Mobile Rescue" Address : No:10, Kalai Complex, , Pudupalayam Main Road, Back side of Taluk office, Cuddalore-607001, Tamil Nadu. Ph:[protected].
I explained about the camera problem to the Manager Mr. B. Ravinthar, Then he done something like software updation and camera replacement and then finally he told this kind of problems are solved in company only so you come back again after 10 days, In the mean time I send the cellphone to the company .Then I go back after 10 days( ie: 23-05-2012) and collect my cellphone.
But past 1 week I noticed lot more different kind of problems in my cellphone, Some of them are
1)Digitizer not working properly, In the right side down end and back places are not quickly responds, my cellphone hangs lot more times, My cellphone responds slowly, I touched in one place it automatically selects in different place, Even when I press the unlock in the digitizer it not respond some times, So not even go inside the menu .
I noticed Some difference in camera also.
My Original camera lens is green in colour and the aperture size is bigger, It gives wonderful colour shots in day and night times, But the replaced camera Lens colour is blue in colour and the aperture size is also small, so it decreases brightness, it gives lot more black pixels in day and night time, even in under tube light, In day time when I am taking shots In the picture more yellow colour is present, Other colours are not much effective. The original colour quality is not present in the image.
Before service it give camera line problem only, But now the performance of cellphone is very poor.
Totally I think all the parts are replaced with the damaged parts. I totally disappointed with the service and my cellphone. More over Its only 5 months old cellphone. The balance warranty period is 7 months.
Whether I get the replacement for my mobile? Any remedy taken by nokia customer care or Totally my cellphone investment amount is wasted?
