I had an issue that was escalated because the girl assisting was rude I was then sent to an escalation supervisor who was condescending and unhelpful. When I asked to speak to his manager he stated that he was the manager. I asked again to speak to his manager and he stated that he was the one in charge. I asked him if he was the CEO of NTTA which he stated that he wasn’t and that the president and CEO does not work with customers. I asked again if I could speak to his manager which he stated he did not have one he was the manager on the floor then stated that his management team does not help customers. I asked again to speak to the person he reports to he stated that he doesn’t report to anyone and then changed what he said to that they don’t give out managers numbers. I informed him that he didn’t have to give me their number they could call me at a later time. He stated that their policy does not do call backs. I asked how would I get in touch with his management team he stated that I could call again and get another call center and maybe they can get the manager to talk to me. I asked him why couldn’t I talk to his manager if he was asking me to ask another supervisor to talk to theirs. He stated that he was the manager. After going back and forth I disconnected the call.
Desired outcome: I’d appreciate a response not from an escalation manager but from whoever is the person they report to. Please call (469) 616-0116
