Nova Property Management is not very good at communicating. They were really rude to me and didn't take the time to listen to what I had to say. Instead, they interrupted me and talked over me. It was really frustrating and I didn't feel like they were trying to find a solution to my problem.

Nova Property Management ain't good at giving notice before entering your place. They've had workers come in without telling me, even when I was sleeping or out. *** told me they didn't have to give me 24 hours notice. Now I gotta send them a letter to stop and get the EEOC involved. It's harassment at its worst.

I called twice and talked to a lady who was rude on the phone. They wrote down my contact info wrong and didn't even say sorry or ask for my correct email. I wanted to talk to a property manager but was told none were in the office. I already said I didn't get contacted so I don't know why she said that. Maybe she owns the business and does what she wants! I work in customer service and I'm a supervisor at a big hotel. I would never let someone like her answer phones or sit at my desk and keep her job. If I rented from them and needed something fixed, would I get this attitude? Beware renters! Not a good choice!

We had ceiling damage and they fixed it, but it's happening again. There are leaks in the same spot and cockroaches from other tenants. They sprayed, but it didn't work. There's mold in the hallway. We told them, but they don't care about our health or the problems in the building.

I told Nova Property Management that I was moving out of my rental property on April 4. But they said I didn't do it right and I still had to pay for May. So I sent another notice and paid $1800 for May's rent. The movers took most of my things on May 3rd, but I left some stuff and my cleaning tools. I had until the end of May to clean up, so I took my time. But then Nova came in, showed the place to someone, and took my stuff. They even changed the locks! Nova says they didn't take anything, but I know they did.

Nova Property Management is a real problem. They don't do any maintenance on the old house, which ain't worth $1,500. They never told me about the rodent problem, the septic problem, the washing machine, the light fixture, the heat, the floors, the hallway, the kitchen, the bathroom, the closet doors, the refrigerator, and the sinks. I reported all of these problems, but they never fixed them. The secretary even laughed at me when I reported the sink problem. I reported this to *** Services, but they did little work. Now, they are ignoring all my reports and all that needs fixing. I am an elder, a Vietnam veteran with PTSD, and all these problems are not helping with my condition. I took pictures of the rodent problem and have notes of when I reported about maintenance. I want my money back. I tried reporting to 3 different TV stations and the Anchorage Daily News, but nobody wanted to help. How can I solve this problem? Thank you.
