My name is Victoria Morales I reside @Dyckman Housing Authority. I am having an ongoing issue with my rent. I had meetings with the property manager and emails as well, I can't seem to get any resolution to this situation. I have been charged 12,000 for rent when I was unemployed for the duration of Covid. I provide proof of no income as well as meeting with the PM. She has not got back to me. It's been weeks. So, I called the Help Center and Explained my Issue, Michelle's answer to me was "the person you need to assist you is on vacation, so you have to go back to your Devlopment and deal with it! I was appalled. Then I email another Person and they sent back an email stating I can file a Grievance application on the self-portal. I've been trying to do so it's not working for me. They stated to me I can go into the management office and request one and hand it back to them. Would you believe I went down to the office, and they told me they don't know what I am referring to? You gotten be kind in me! Please advise me on what should be the next steps.?
