Bed/mattress sagging
I have bought a bed in ok Tzaneen which took over a month plus without getting it delivered as they said they don’t have stock after trying to make arrangements of a refund or collect from another branch eventually they called and said they did receive stock back it Tzaneen around august 2020 this was after 2 full months from the initial date of purchase I am fully based in Johannesburg and the bed was used in Tzaneen of which I hardly use it to my shock early January 2021 the mattress started sagging and I could feel the springs of the bed I tried to rotted the bed yet it got worse I tried to ask for assistance from the branch with no luck it’s sad coz the bed was not yet even Half a year since I bought it but it’s as old as years how do I get assistance from this because it’s clearly not the quality I expected for the amount I paid for it

120cm matador robe
I bought a 120cm matador robe at a price of r3999 at ok on the 28 of october 2021. When I received it one door was not working ok but I made provision to keep it. When I decided to move it yesterday it felt off like magic then I noticed the back was already apart from the whole thing. I am so disappointed coz this item hardly has 3 months with me but it broke like a collapsed building. I need a refund or something else...

Yesterday I was at ok furniture sslhop at evaton to buy sumthing but unfortunately ur employees where fighting infront of customers n the dark guy was swearing at the other threatening him that he will kill him and shouting that was very disturbing to watch the other was humbled and tell the other guy to respect the customers but he didn't care can u please try to find out what's going on he can't threatens someone life lyk that how can we go to the store knowing that their is a dangerous person in that store I am not happy about that guys behavior thank u

Faulty Mattress

I bought a bed at OK Megacity June 2021, the mattress started to sag the first week of use. I rotated it but it but it did the same on the other side. September I reported the matter to Kagiso, the store manager and he referred me to Shaun in CT. I spoke to Shaun who suggested i rotate the mattress as he said it was due to body impatient which i told him i had already did rotation with no difference.
I say it cannot be body impatient, which was supposed to show up as soon as two or three nights of sleeping on the mattress and should cause small indentations only, not the boat my kids rock. I am so disappointed.
I've sent pictures of 4 weeks apart 2 times already with no change to the mattress. Still he maintains its body impatient.
I sincerely need your assistance as I do not know what to do anymore.

Have an issue with regarding getting my smart TV back which I brought to OK Furniture at The Pan Africa Mall in Alexandra Township. I have not heard from the company regarding when can I come collect the TV.
I do have the customer repair copy which they gave me, that was before the unrest that took place in our country.
Please assist on a way forward. My incident number: 002360/01
Been trying to talk with them hence they now situated at Alex Mall but the Manager has not said much.

We went in to OK furniture Meyerton to buy a fridge on Sunday 07Nov21
*staff did not offer assistance at all
*did not assist even when we asked for help
*we asked if there is availability on the product we want and just go a 'no'
*we asked if they could help and got a snotty "are you going to buy it"
*radio was on so loud they could not hear us when speaking 1 meter apart
Unfortunately we had no choice but to purchase the product there as our fridge stopped working the day before and they were closest to home who could deliver on the same day.
I will never recommend OK furniture Meyerton and will tell everyone about the horrible customer service received. Such staff should not be representing a company that deals with customers on a day-to-day basis.
Hisense wscf143 16kg twin tub
I bought Hisense 14kg twin tub on August it was lay-by I finish paying on October...
I told them I want to collect it at Giyani since I bought the washing machine at OK Tembisa mall..
When I go to Giyani OK they dont give me my machine they say there's no stock...
And the problem is the person who helped me change my machine to 16kg while I bought 14kg so they refuse to give me because in my papers they recorded 14kg and in their system they recorded 16kg...
So they say I have to wait for 16kg and im tired of waiting please help

I Jessica Van wyk bought a washing machine at Ok Furniture Kroonstad on the 17th September 2021. Today its the 13th October 2021 and still I have no machine no one comes back to me regarding the machine, I mean really almost a month and I am still waiting I spoke to Tsephang he was very rude asking me whom paid for the machine its my money and it has nothing to do with him who paid he is not my husband nor my father or family member to ask me these questions. I am very very unhappy about this and I am gonna send an email to hello peter as well.
I paid cash for the machine and I paid a delivery fee as well my washing hasn't been washed for 3 weeks this is totally unacceptable.
Its not the first time I complained about this branch the staff is very rude so can someone please assist me I want my machine...
