Quality of product
Hello I'm writing you today sadly because I've used your soap products over 20+ yrs and within the pass 2-3 yrs or so I've noticed a change and the soap makes my body feel so dry and Irritating as if the Ingredients has been changed Modified in so way. That I've changed my brand of soap to Dove I was highly disappointed because I've been using Olay for so long I just loved it but with the downgrade I feel the soap has made, the bars as gotten smaller prices has increased while the Quality decreased. If you where to go back to their original product I will return as a customer but until then I'm sadly to say that I can't buy your products any longer.
Recommendation: Stop buying until they return to original ingredients
Terrible Customer Service Experience with Olay's Website - Would Not Recommend
So, I decided to try ordering from Olay's website and let me tell you, it has been a hassle! I reached out to them on Facebook and IG, as well as filled out a form on their site, but it has been three and a half weeks and I still haven't received my order. Each time I get a response, it's from a different representative and all they say is "please let us know if you still haven't received your products". It's frustrating because I feel like they are not paying attention to my communications and just sending generic responses.
Honestly, I'm so disappointed with their customer service. Instead of solving the main issue immediately, they make me wait for a week before replying to my emails, and even then, they don't provide any solution at all. It feels like they don't care about fulfilling their customer's orders. I would not recommend ordering from their website at all.
It's really a shame because I've used and enjoyed Olay products before, but this experience has definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future because it's not worth the frustration.
Olay's Shipping and Customer Service Fall Short, Experience Review
I had made an order on Olay's website on January 14th, but unfortunately my package still hasn't arrived. After being shipped on January 18th through USPS, I had not received any updates on the tracking since January 27th. Worried about the whereabouts of my package, I reached out to Olay for assistance just 2 days ago. Their response was vague, only telling me that my package was still in transit and scheduled for delivery, with no estimated date. I was disappointed that I didn't receive additional help nor any follow up from their team, as all they suggested was for me to call if the package didn't arrive. The fact that my order shipped 16 days ago and I have yet to receive it seems concerning. I live in Pennsylvania, which is not a deserted island, so it's hard to understand how it could take so long. I do regret not using a more reliable provider like Amazon, and relying on Olay directly. I hope that this issue gets resolved soon, because their lack of follow up was definitely not appreciated.
Hassle and Disappointment: My Experience with Olay Customer Service
I recently had a bit of a mishap when ordering from Olay. I unintentionally ordered three orders in the month of June and when I reached out to the company by email, I was quite disappointed that I received no reply. Nonetheless, I finally received my products but decided to send one back for a refund. I just had a hunch that the process wouldn't be easy. Unfortunately, my suspicion was confirmed! It was a real challenge to get hold of a representative. I tried chatting with one online, but they didn't really provide me with a helpful solution. And when I reached out via email, it took way too long for them to get back to me. And oh my, if you try to contact them through Twitter, you'll be waiting for days before you get a reply! It's now August, several weeks down the line, and to my shock and disappointment, I'm still waiting on my refund for one out of three orders. It's been quite frustrating and stressful trying to get my money back. I'm not impressed at all. In my opinion, this is the worst company to buy from. I wouldn't wish the hassle I've gone through on my worst enemy.
Transformative Results after Using Olay Night Cream & Whipped Cream - A Personal Review
My name Deborah Mace, I'm 59. My nine times grandkids and two times great-grandkids love me regardless of what I look like. In 2017, someone showed me the first Olay night cream, I wasn't concerned about beauty before, but now I'm in love with Olay products. I am a cancer survivor twice, my skin used to be dry, saggy, and embarrassing, but now it glows! Y'all, I use the Olay cream every day. After three years of using it, my skin is so beautiful. The only thing I have changed is I now use Olay whipped cream. I wouldn't change anything about it! I just wanted to tell y'all about my fantastic experience with Olay. I tried to add some before and after photos, but it didn't work. Y'all should see the difference!
Game-Changing Skincare: Olay's Regenerist Whip Moisturizer Review
.
I've been using Olay for awhile now and I gotta say, my skin has never looked better. I've always struggled with acne and oily skin, but since I started using Olay, my face has cleared up significantly. And not only that, but my skin feels firmer and more radiant. I'm not even 100% sure what's in this stuff, but it works wonders.
I'm not the only one in my family who's a fan of Olay. My mom and grandma both swear by it too. That's why I say it's been a staple in our family for 3 generations now. Whenever someone asks us for skincare recommendations, we always point them in Olay's direction.
What's also great about Olay is how affordable it is. I've used other high-end skincare brands before that didn't do anything for my skin, but cost a fortune. With Olay, I feel like I'm getting top-notch skincare without breaking the bank. And who doesn't want that?
If I had to pick one Olay product to rave about, it would definitely be their Regenerist Whip moisturizer. It's the perfect consistency - not too heavy, not too light - and it gives me an instant glow. Plus, it has SPF 25 in it, so I don't have to worry about putting on sunscreen separately. And let's be real, I'm not the best when it comes to remembering to put on sunscreen, so anything that combines skincare and sun protection is a winner in my book.
Overall, if you're looking for an affordable yet effective skincare brand, I highly recommend Olay. It's been a game-changer for me and my family, and I'm sure it could be for you too.
Disappointing Customer Service - My Experience with Olay's Website
I recently made a purchase on the Olay website, taking advantage of their BOGO promotion. However, upon receiving my order, I was disappointed to find that I was missing 2 jars of product. I checked my order receipt, which showed that I had ordered the correct amount.
I contacted customer service to express my concerns, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The representatives I spoke to were rude and dismissive, talking over me and failing to provide any meaningful resolution to my concerns. I tried calling multiple times, but my efforts were met with little success. In fact, I was even hung up on twice!
Although I did eventually receive a shipping label to return my product, I am now hesitant to do so after reading other negative reviews online. It seems that once Olay has your money, they're not always willing to issue refunds.
Overall, I would not recommend using Olay's website to make a purchase. The customer service experience was a disaster, and I was left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. I would give them a lower rating if possible, but unfortunately, I had to select at least one star in order to submit this review.
Olay: Unintended Consequences; Facial Hair Growth In Women
So, I decided to give Olay a try, and the results were shocking. I began noticing an increase in facial hair growth after only a few weeks of using the product. It was like I had suddenly become a bearded lady at the circus! At first, I assumed that it was just a coincidence or the result of a hormonal imbalance, but after doing my research, I discovered that Olay products are actually marketed towards both men and women.
Now, don't get me wrong, I have nothing against men using skincare products - in fact, I think more men should consider taking care of their skin. But as a woman, I was expecting a product specifically designed for my skin type and not something that would cause me to grow a beard. After all, women have different hormonal levels and skincare needs than men.
I'm not sure if this was just a lack of research or a careless mistake on Olay's part, but it's certainly not something that I expected or wanted. I mean, who wants to look like they belong in a freak show?
Overall, the product itself seemed to work fine - my skin felt smoother and looked brighter. But the unintended side effect of growing facial hair is just not worth it. I would recommend that Olay do better research and testing to ensure that their products are suitable for all skin types and genders. After all, we all deserve products that are designed specifically for our individual needs, without any unintended side effects!
Disappointed in Olay's Inclusive Ad: A Boomer's Take on the Brand's New Direction
Been using Olay products for over 40 years now and have always taught my daughters the importance of healthy skin care routine. However, that recent commercial with a transgender person (Dylan Mulvaney) has me feeling some type of way. I mean come on, is that person even qualified to tell us about skin care? It's a huge disrespect to women! And guess what? I won't buy another Olay product again and neither will my daughters. I'm a product of the 70s, and it's sad to see this kind of representation for women and our beauty products. All the women in my family are with me on this decision.
It's just shameful that the company wants to be all "inclusive" and put women on the backend! Why push women aside for the sake of a small percentage of the world's population? Olay should know better. But, hey, maybe Olay forgot who brought them to where they are now.
Hmm, maybe they'll be back in the game once they realize who their target audience is again. Time for a reality check, Olay!
Review of Oil of Olay: Does Skin Color Matter in Beauty Products?
Soo, I was flipping through some channels and saw this commercial for Oil of Olay stuff. They had those African dissented ladies modeling it and were all like "stop the bias" or something. Honestly, it seemed kinda weird to me because everyone knows that Oil of Olay was originally made in Asia for those gorg white porcelain skin types. That's why you always saw the cute Asian and Caucasion models plugging it. But anyone can get it, I guess.
But let's be real, the most beautiful people in the world have that smooth, white porcelain Ivory skin. And that's what people wanna see, right? 'Cause that's what sells products like Oil of Olay. But lately, it seems like they're lowering their standards or something. I saw this model advertising their latest ad and I swear, she looked like a creature from the Blue Lagoon. Her gums were all brownish-black and up close in the camera, it was trippy. But hey, at least she didn't feel like she had to wear one of those Caucasian wigs or hair extensions, right? Her hair was all dry and brillo-y though. Not cute.
Look, Oil of Olay can go ahead and buy out all the unattractive people they want, but beautiful people are gonna gravitate toward other beautiful people. They wanna use the product that's going to work best for their own skin type and needs. Ya feel me?
Olay's Online Store: A Major Disappointment for Me
As a longtime fan of Olay products, my experience with their website left much to be desired. While their skincare items have always impressed me, navigating their online store was a real headache. At times, even simple search terms failed to yield any results. And as for the supposed perks of signing up for their email list, forget about it. Despite their claims of a 20% discount, I was never able to get it to work. I've spent more time than I care to admit going back and forth with customer service trying to get it sorted out. But I'm not convinced their IT department knows what they're doing.
As a subsidiary of Procter & Gamble, Olay is obviously a major player in the skincare industry. So, it's disheartening to see such incompetence when it comes to their online presence. It's not like generating a simple promo code should be rocket science. To their credit, they did try to make it up to me with prepaid debit cards. But those are hardly the most user-friendly solution. Honestly, a simple gift card would have been much easier to use.
It wasn't until I finally placed my order that things got even messier. After completing my purchase, I received an email informing me that one of my chosen items was out of stock. But there was no indication of when it might be available again or if I'd be refunded for the charge. Once again, it took multiple emails to clear things up.
At this point, it's hard not to feel frustrated with Olay. As someone who has long admired their skincare products, I want to see them succeed. But if their online store remains this much of a disaster, it's hard to imagine I'll be returning anytime soon. P&G, listen up: your website needs serious work!
Olay Complaints 10
Frustration with Olay cream and customer service experience
So listen up y'all, got my hands on some Olay cream and it was not a pleasant experience. The darn jar came to me all busted open with half the cream smeared all over the place. It's a shame, 'cause I decently showed it some love and kept it safe like a treasure - maybe it just wanted to be free?
Anyway, the real annoying part was having to deal with their customer service. I hopped on the phone- line to try to rectify things, but little did I know I was in for a ride. It took chatting with not one, not two but THREE representatives before I finally got a refund. What a darn mess.
Review: Olay Clay Stick Pore Detox Mask - The Bee's Knees for Pore-Cleansing
I gotta say, this Olay Clay Stick Pore Detox Mask is really the bee's knees! I mean, it's so easy to put on, you don't have to worry about any mess or drips. Just slap it on your face, and voila! It's also really good for us oily-skinned folks. You can feel it pulling out all that excess oil and dirt from your pores.
And let me tell you, they have like 4 different options to choose from, which is pretty dang cool. But I always go for the charcoal one, because it just feels so satisfying watching all that gunk get sucked out of my face. Plus, it helps keep my skin looking nice and smooth.
So yeah, if you're looking for a good pore-detoxing mask that won't make a mess, I highly recommend this one. Olay's really got it going on with this Clay Stick Pore Detox Mask, ya'll.
Disappointing Experience with Olay: Fresh Water & Lavender Body Wash
I recently picked up a new body wash from Olay's website. The scent I chose was Fresh Water & Lavender. Unfortunately, after using this product for a little while, my body broke out in an uncomfortable rash. I had to visit my doctor's office to get some help with managing it. I'm disappointed that this product didn't work out for me, and I'd love to speak to someone from Olay about this experience. I hope that they can help me figure out what happened and find a more suitable product for my body's needs. Thank you, Janis Carter.

Fraud Alert: Olay.com Charged My Account $1500 Four Times!
I swear, I can't even believe my eyes! I thought I was seeing things when I logged into my bank app and saw not one, not two, but FOUR transactions for almost $1500 charged to my account from Olay.com. I mean, what the heck!? I've never even spent that much at one time, let alone four separate times! My heart was racing, and I was fuming mad!
I immediately got on the phone with my bank's fraud department to report the fraudulent charges and dispute them. But, a week later, we're still going back and forth with Olay.com and my bank trying to straighten this mess out. It's been a nightmare!
Honestly, it just goes to show you that companies like Olay.com are more worried about making a quick buck than being a reputable and honest business. It's a shame that it's come to this, but at this point, I wouldn't recommend anyone trust them with their money or personal information.
Disappointing experience with Olay Age Defying Vitamin E moisturizer - review
I have used Olay products for over a decade and have always been satisfied with them. Recently, I bought a package of Olay Age Defying Vitamin E, just like always. However, this time around, I noticed something wasn't right. Unfortunately, the moisturizer seems to have dried out my skin like no other before. My skin feels rough and dry, which is particularly unusual for a product that is supposed to help defy the effects of aging. Moreover, the cream caused a vaginal infection, which is an issue I have never experienced before with Olay products.
Overall, I am very disappointed with this Olay product and will be steering clear of it in the future. I had come to expect quality and effectiveness from Olay, but this package has proven to be a real letdown. I hope the company resolves this issue and puts back the quality in their products that made them so popular among women of all ages.
Olay Products: A Review of an Unfortunate Ordeal
So, I tried to get my hands on some Olay products, but let me tell you, it was a whole ordeal. First of all, my package got stuck in Maryland for what seemed like forever! I thought I was never going to receive it. I reached out to Olay and thankfully, they replied back. But even after all that, my package was still nowhere in sight.
I decided to take matters into my own hands and contacted PayPal. I provided them with proof of mailing and the emails I had with Olay. They were able to get my money refunded, thank goodness!
To be honest, I was really looking forward to trying out their product, but after all the hassle, I really don't think it's worth it. I'll be taking my hard-earned dollars elsewhere.
Olay Skincare Products: An Impressive Find for Skincare Newbies
i am not much of a beauty products guy but i thought i should start taking care of my skin since i am getting up there in age. so i tried some olay skincare products and i have to say, i am pretty impressed. i have only been using it for a little while now but i am already starting to notice a difference. my skin feels smoother and softer than before and i am definitely going to keep using it. i also like how it doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy or oily like some other products do. the only downside for me is that it didn't give me the transformative effect that i was hoping for. but overall, i am really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend olay products to anyone looking to take better care of their skin.
Unsatisfactory Customer Service and Near-Expiration Products: My Disappointing Experience with Olay
So, I was pretty ticked off when I got hold of some Olay products that turned out to be close to their expiration date. I mean, come on, Olay! What were you thinking? It's like they're trying to set their customers up for failure or something.
Anyway, I decided to reach out to Olay to try and get these products returned. I had a good deal on them, but I wasn't about to use products that were only going to last me a hot minute.
But Olay wouldn't budge. They wouldn't let me return the products for no good reason. I mean, what kind of customer service is that? I wasted so much time and money on these products, and now I'm left feeling pretty ripped off.
Needless to say, I won't be buying any more Olay products anytime soon. So if you're thinking about jumping on one of their deals, I'd think twice before handing over your hard-earned cash.
Disappointed with Olay: Can't Get Help Without the Box!
I been using Olay face cream for so long, it's part of my daily routine. But, the other day, I noticed the pump on my bottle wouldn't work no more! So, I buy another bottle but when I call the company for help with the old bottle they say they can't do nothing without the box it comes in. Who has the box for a product they already using? I ain't very happy with this company right now and might have to switch to something else. 'Cause seriously, ain't nobody got time for all that box keeping!
Disappointing Experience with Olay's Website: Lost Package and Excessive Refund
I was really excited about trying out the new skin brightening cream offered on Olay's website. I placed my order and waited eagerly for it to arrive within the week. However, after a few days, I started to notice that my package wasn't making its way to me. According to the tracking number, it had been stuck in Maryland since May 29th, even though it had been just 20 minutes away from my house in Kearny, New Jersey for three days. This really had me worried!
Thankfully, I was able to reach out to the customer service team and they were quick to respond to my concerns. They told me that my package seems to have been lost in transit and offered to refund me. While I appreciated the gesture, the amount they refunded me was way more than the cost of the product I had ordered. I was left wondering what was going on.
Overall, I felt like the experience with Olay's website was really disappointing. While the customer service team was helpful, it was frustrating to deal with a lost package and a refund that seemed excessive. I hope they can improve their services in the future so that other customers don't face the same issues as I did.
