Was out of town 900 miles from home and went into one of your stores in Lancaster Ohio and was blown away at poor service. We went in to check out the clearance sale and Darren upon checkout kept saying I get off at 2 and asked another lady to check out. She walked away and then he messed up my credit card and manager said my card required a pin? I have had card for 3 years and doesn't take a pin. They tried to argue with me saying it wasn't them it was my bank. Then we got some candy that was suppose to be 75% off and Darren told me it was 2.50? Tried to say it was 75% off. That is what sign said they hand wrote out. Kept trying to use some handheld checker telling me they were getting rid of the registers? Said didn't work anymore? We shop at our store at home in fort smith all the time and kids love it and we love the quality and bargains. But we had to leave the 2 swim suits we tried to buy and shop elsewhere? I know it was like a 30 dollar ticket but I never had to deal with the likes of Darren and the blonde manager that was up front. I bet he told them he got off at 2 10 times? I told him sorry and asked if wanted me to even go to another register. I said to hold me items and I would be back but didn't go back since I had a min to thing about the way I was treated.

I bought june23 2018, flip flops in Old Navy store Stamford Ct understand I bought them on sale for 2$ but quality is really poor, after wearing them 1 week print was came off . Hi,
I am writing to let you know of my unhappiness and dissatisfaction with these shorts I recently purchased. Yesterday was my second time wearing these shorts and I was so embarrassed as the bottom of the left leg started to tear (like paper) up my leg as I bent down to pick something up. I have included a picture of myself to show that these shorts were not too tight. I was among friends and family and had to use 2 safety pins to close the good size tear up.
I have always enjoyed the way Old Navy clothes have looked and fit. I am so unhappy with the poor quality of these shorts that I am honestly not sure if I will continue to purchase from your stores in the future.
I would appreciate a quick response and a way to resolve this.

On Sunday, June 24, 2018 I was in your store 2729 N. Lake Center Parkway, Charlotte, NC 28216 around 1:42 PM
I want to purchase a pair of black pants that was hanging on the rack I look at the rack to say 40% off these pants once I got to the register the cashier said that those pants were not on sale so I told her the pants was on a rack that said 40% off .
She called the store manager upfront and they took a walk over to the rack .
Your manager came back over to me and said ma'am only the items on the back of the rack are on sale not the items on the front of the rack I just said OK and paid for my merchandise and left your store
The Manager was really rude to me in front of the other customers to raise his voice number one and call me ma'am in front of all of your customers, in a negative tone voice .
I'm trying to understand how you could have items that's not on sale and items that's on sale on the same rack that's very confusing to the public I was very confused .
I feel I should have got the 40% off because of the misunderstanding of the sales items in the store at the time of my visit I would like you to get with your store managers to have them understand That if you have sales items and non-sales items on the same rack it can be very confusing to the customer.
Am I OK to complain is I’m taking everything that I purchased back to the store cause I just don’t feel that I was treated fairly as a customer I just did not want to cause a scene in front of the other customers that was in the store at the time of my disappointment.
store disorganized, clothes all over floor
On 06/09/2018, I walked into Old Navy at 9:30 A.M. at The Gate Way Mall Everett, MA & I was basically horrified as to the condition this store was in! This store presented as disorganized, unkempt & basically dirty. There were multiple areas in which clothes were scattered on the floor. It was a disgrace! I was unable to shop in this store as the presentation left me with a negative feeling. I then left & ended up shopping at a nearby store in which I found cleanliness, organization & professionalism. A Manager needs to visit this store & make changes prior to losing another customer.

Saturday may 19th, 2018 i went to the store old navy on edinger and beach blvd in the bella terra shopping center. I purchased over 70 dollars of merchandise i never have an issue because i loved old navy. I got home from shopping and notice there was a censor left on coat i purchased so i knew i had to return so the censor was taking out. So i went back on sunday may 20th, 2018 and was nice enough to walk to the ' store manager' which i was not aware he was the manager because he never told me anything. I started explaining my situation to him he said i unfortunately had to wear the coat with the censor because i didn't have my receipt because it was emailed to me and was not able to find it he completely gave me and attitude and did not bother explaining he was the manager and rolled his eyes to me . So i walked away letting him know i was going to talk to someone else who didn't have an attitude he knew he was the store manager so he obviously knew his employees were going to ask him in regards the censor. So i looked for the receipt i finally found it and still advised them i had my email receipt and he was still saying no that i had to have my receipt in hand to be able to remove the censor after so long he finally said to take it off! i walked away. I completely am disappointed in old navy for the type of employees they have if they do not want to provide good customer service they should not be there you deal with people the right way not the way doug the store manager handled this i am neverrrrr going back to old navy once bad customer service was put on the table i will forever have something bad to say about old navy . This type of employees especially management shouild not be in the retail business !
injury while shopping in the store
Today, Saturday May 12, 2018 I was shopping in the men's department at the old navy store in Jacksonville, NC. I went to pull a stack of black men's pants off the shelf to look for a particular size and a metal sign on the shelf fell off and landed on my big left toe. It had practically taken off the entire toenail and immediately started bleeding pretty intensely. I spoke to a female employee at a register and told her a sign fell off and hit my toe, that I needed help. She said hold on. Then I spoke to a man behind the counter and said same thing, without any urgency or apology he just said ok what can I get for you. I was so distraught I just decided to leave and drive myself to an urgent care where I had to have my toe numbed, rest of nail removed, tetanus shot and will miss Mon and Tues of work this week.

Hoy voy hacer una compra por internet y resulta que mi tarjeta de OLD NAVY ha sido cerrada, llamó al servicio al cliente y resulta que la explicación que me dan es que han decidido cerrar mi cuenta porque mi puntaje de crédito bajo, llevo 7 años con esa cuenta abierta, me bajaron la línea d crédito sin ninguna explicación, pero entendí q mi crédito bajo, he hecho todo mis pagos a tiempo y ahora mi puntaje d crédito está más alto que hace unos meses atrás y ahora es que deciden cerrarme la cuenta, si leen el mensaje o no, no se ?... perola verdad que mi concepto que tenía sobre ustedes a cambiado por total, al menos tenían que haber dado una explicación más elocuente y con más base, en fin en este país le deben más personas a las tarjetas de crédito de las mismas que la usan, espero algún momento que tiempo tengan de leer un comentario más, como siempre sin respuesta al cliente, escribo todo en español, para que al menos tenga el interés de poder traducir un simple queja, Gracias.

First I would like to start by saying that I love to shop at Old Navy. I love it for myself and I love the clothes for my 2 year old daughter. This past weekend I didnt have the best experience shopping at the Old Navy Store in Downey ( Downey Landing) CA
I go into the store super excited because everything in the store is 40% off. I did walk out with some great deals. I walk into the store and I am looking for a shopping cart because I have my daughter with me and she tends to run around the store if she is not in a stroller or a shopping cart. I asked one of the employees if she can help me find a cart and she said they only had two in the store that were already being used. I couldnt believe that there was only two carts in the entire store. I asked another person by the fitting room if a cart that was there was availble and she said no. I then asked if it was true that they only had two carts in the store and she said there was like four. I was really frustrated with this because my daughter was trying to run off as I was trying to get a cart. I then asked another staff if she could do me a favor and radio (use her headset) the cashiers to let her know when a cart became available to let her know and I would be around to check on that. She then said "No, I cant you would have to go up to the cashiers and ask them yourself because I'm not a cashier. "Obviously" I knew that but I was hoping someone or something made me change my mind about this store. After that, my mind was set that I was going to be sending in a complaint. I dont usually do this but I was really questioning were is the good customer service? I then realized that I was not the only mom in there that was having trouble with the carts. I noticed a lady was carrying her babys car seat around while shopping around. I finally got tired of waiting around and looking around for a shopping cart that I noticed a lady in line about to pay with a shopping cart and I approached her and asked if i could have her cart once she was done paying. She said yes and I waited on the side for her.
My last bad experience was when I was paying and I only recieved $30.00 and $30 total of $60.00 Super Cash Bucks back for a $250 purchase I made. When in the past I received a $60 Super Cash Coupon for a $140.00 purchase. I then asked the cashier if she had the $60.00 Super Chash coupons and she said that the store had not recieved them yet.
Overall very dissapointed with the customer service and accommodations for the customers at this location.

Today april 26, 2018 - a friend and I arrived at 5:30 pm to old navy store, my second time going there, while I was there I decided to try some blouses. I was astonished to see such a cluttered fitting area. I was even more surprise to see one person trying to organize by folding, hanging and picking up all that mess... This lady had such a nice attitude and very helpful at the same time, I look at her tag immediately her name is carmen. While I was trying blouses I had to remove my right thumb wrist brace, which I forgot in the fitting room. I left the store and when I arrive home I realize that I have left my brace, I went back to the store. Arrived to the store at 7:00 pm when I got in I went to the fitting area, thank heaven, carmen had pick up my brace and she had it. I was surprise that she was still folding, hanging etc etc. I went to look for the managers. 2 managers kiera and ally they were working on the children's cloth which was very organized... I told them about the mess in the fitting area so I ask them: why don't you put more people in the fitting room, one person isn't enough, kiera reply that they couldn't do that because they were not in charge of the fitting rooms! So I ask her who distribute your duties... Which she reply: I dont want to argue... So I reply im going to write to your headquarters so they can delegate more people to organize the fitting areas.
So, you have 2 managers that they can not delegate duties, they can not distribute the work but they are earning a management salaries. Never heard of that...
One thing your store did good, is hiring carmen, a person with a good attitude, which she should be the manager by the way.

a marvel character t-shirt
So, I shop at Old Navy all of the time, but I bought this Marvel Superhero shirt my child picked out and when I got home, my 13 year looked at and said "Mom, why are the only 2 black characters on the BACK of the shirt?" I'm so offended with this shirt. I will be returning it very soon and finding somewhere else to buy school clothes for my children.

I like old navy products but I hate shopping at this old navy store in my town of Tallahassee Florida.
You can go into the store 1st thing in the morning when they open and it is still a disaster no one has cleaned up the store from the day before. The marchandise is not folded up and looks like people went digging through the pants.
On this rare trip to the store, I had to use the bathroom and I am submitting pictures of the disaster.
Either they do not have enough employees or the employees are lazy and not doing the job.

Today, I saw a situation about a coworker talk behind a customer's back. I knew that the customer was wrong but anyway, the coworker shouldn't do such a thing like that. I think that's not good for a coworker like that. And I hope that won't happen again in Old Navy Livermore outlet, because I always have a good impression about Old Navy but this situation was happened today, I feel disapointed.

I went to shop in the Old Navy in Va beach, va Pembroke Mall. Store #3983. My visit was 3/29/2018 at 7:42pm eat. I got to the register and a young man rang my merchandise up. As I attempted to swipe my card he stopped me and asked if I wanted to upgrade my card because the one I had was out of date. I said not if it involves running my credit, he stated "NO". So I said ok, he then proceeded to ask for my ID, I asked AGAIN will this run my credit, he reassured me it would NOT. Fast forward to later that night, I get an alert from experian advising me that my credit has a hard inquiry. I am/was livid. I called the store the next day and was advised by a supervisor that the store manager wasn't in and that she would make sure she is aware of the situation and would follow with me the next day. Next day came...no call, day after...no call. I am still waiting! I am in the process of buying a house and this could harm my process thanks to someone who wanted to get some type of credit for this so called upgrade! With that being said I am discontinuing my business with old navy as soon as its safe for me to close my account!

On 3/25/18 I visited the Old Navy in Bay Plaza Mall in the Bronx. There was a sign which stated all short-sleeve light weight tops are 50% off. When I reached the register it was marked 30% off. I informed the cashier and she called the manager Melissa. When the manger arrived she said "yes, what happened"? I said excuse me good afternoon and explained the situation. She went to the back of the store to review the item returned and stated it was the wrong shirt and it was not 50% off. I was trying to explain the item was all on the same rack and she rolled her eyes and proceeded to walk away from me and mid sentence. Old Nacy chose your management wisely. If she does not wish to assist customers and defuse situations, she is in the wrong field. I have never met such a rude manager in my life... Sad

On Sunday March 4th, 2018 my mother-in-law, young toddler and I went into the Old Navy #7210 located on 888 W Second St. in Calexico, California. We were in the store shopping for my son who had begun to get restless. We proceeded to the checkout line which was fairly long; roughly 11-12 people ahead of us including those already at the register. As we were waiting to get called over (my child SITTING in the cart the WHOLE time) to a register my son went full blown tantrum, and decided to get out of his seat and stood by the time we made it to the counter (a whole 2 steps) I was about to take him out and I was holding my child the WHOLE time. The cashier finds the need to assume and tell me to sit him down. Not quite the bit of obvious information a frustrated mom waiting in a line with a toddler needs to hear. I told her I had it under control and that I didn't need her to get involved as she knew nothing about what was going on or what I was trying to do to ensure my son remained regulated. I was about to hand him off to my husband when she began ringing me up. Once she was done she had to bring the issue up again, as if having to have the last word! I was visibly annoyed and I told her she didn't know what I was doing or in the middle of (taking him out after the child stood up, to hand him to his dad) and that was that. She kept running her mouth out of line and place! What kind of customer training did she receive? It was infuriating and it took all my common decency to keep me from giving her a piece of my mind after she kept talking at me as I walked away. Very disappointing and I will be calling to discuss the matter with her manager! I would hope someone talks to this woman to set her straight before she does this to any other customer having a hard time with their child in a store! I would never go back to that location.

The Super Cash Event is so misleading and stupid, for lack of better words. I spent 100+ online and another 100+ in store hoping what consumers thought was in store cash. Just like other competitors in store super cash such as Kohls, Childrens place, JCP etc. Well in came to a shocker when I found out that I pretty much got a coupon for a future coupon, which means its not $40 cash for spending $100+ it means I have to spend another $100 to see those $40 taken off which in reality I am having to spend $100 2x ($200) to finally see those $40 taken off. This is ridiculous. It is false advertisement. I've been a credit card member and accumulated thousands of points through them and I and very disturbed by this.

I have placed a below order on Old Navy website on 3rd of January with an order number "TLQVY6G" and this order is an exchange for my old order ("TLSDQDG") where I have placed the same item with different size (Small). I have called to customer care to place this order and once they confirmed the required size is available then only I have placed this order and return the old item. But Today after 5 days from the date of order I have received an email saying they will not be able to process the order because of they don't have stock. When I called to customer care they have given the reckless answers and deleted my order history from my old Navy account.
I still have to get the refund for both my orders and I also lost my 70% coupon that I used to place this Order. They don't have the privilege to delete the order history from my account, they deleted the order history because I told them I will escalate this to higher level. This is totally unethical behaviors from customer service team.

poor store condition
I shop several Old Navy Stores and find them to always be well maintained and very organized. The one store near my home at Bayfair Mall in San Leandro rarely ever meets Old Navy standards. The store is always very messy, clothes piled up or strewn on the floor, looks more like a thrift store. I shopped there today during the clearance sale and was appalled. I couldn't even stick around to shop. Large heaps of clothes on the floor blocking certain racks from being accessible. Two carts piled high with clothes in front of the dressing rooms. Tables were just piled up with intermingled clothes, things in total wrong departments, found kids clothes scattered throughout womens section. None of the employees were working on straightening anything, no dressing room attendant most of the time when you go there. It is an awful store to shop in and gives Old Navy a bad name.
