stuffed mushrooms
On June 19th, 2018 I placed an order for 2 orders of stuffed mushrooms which is part of the appetizer special. 2/$13.00 (Lunch special) Which when she answered she never informed me of any specials.
I order this all the time. I informed the waiter that the price was wrong because she charged me $20.00. She then grabs the menu and puts it on the counter and says, "no this is it "... pointing to the unopened menu.. "look" I said to her I'm not going to fight over it but who will really pay $20 for mushrooms.. when I come here all the time. I know the menu. I go here in different states, but mostly in Middletown, NY where I live. I need this addressed. She must be new.. clearly. Then she gives me the receipt and it says no apps.. so she knowingly put that in.. no manager avail ? I'm truly disappointed and annoyed with her. I don't have time to be fighting over mushrooms when I know how much they cost. This needs to be addressed. I could have ordered a regular lunch plate. Yonkers location has the worst customer service I won't ever go there again. I need a phone call to have this addressed.
call ahead seating, and waitress
On Sunday June 24th at 12:45pm I did the call ahead seating, the lady Courtney said she would put us down for 1:00pm. When I got there, there was a party of 6 and a party of 2 adults and 1 infant. I told her that I had done call ahead seating and she gave me a buzzer. After I sat down a lot of people came in, she gave them all buzzers. She then proceeded to seat the people that came after us. She had seated 6 parties and I ask her what was the purpose of call ahead seating. She said that she buzzed me but my buzzer was not working. She then seated 2 more parties then my party. We were seated for 25 minuets before I got the attention of the manager to ask if there was a server for this table. Another 5 minuets went by a waitress came hurriedly to our table to our order. She brought the salad, bread, drinks and plates. When the food was delivered only one of us got our food, I told the lady that delivered our food there was another order, she said she would check. Our waitress came running out with the second order. She checked back on us to fill our tea and I got one to go. She delivered the tea to go, but never brought us our check. I went ahead and paid on the machine still did not get receipt because it was out of paper. I have been eating lunch at this Olive Garden every Sunday for 4 years, this is totally unacceptable. This Olive Garden is located at 274 Harbison Road in Columbia, SC 29212. I have lived here for 23 years and eat here on the average of 2 to3 times a week. five cheese baked ziti
A friend and I ordered 2 orders of baked ziti inside the Olive Garden store 1378. It took them 10 minuets for them to approach us and take our Togo order. Then I told them I want 2 orders of baked ziti with extra sauce and extra cheese (because it's always dry) they bring out my Togo order and it was a VERY SMALL PORTION nor did it have extra cheese or extra sauce So I asked them to remake it because I always have left overs when I dine in and I knew forsure it wasn't the correct portion (its wasn't even half of the Togo container size at least ) so then management comes out (johnathan Osborne) and brings the same two orders of ziti out with additional container with just ZITI NOODLES AND A LITTLE BIT OF SAUCE ON TOP AND HAD THE NERVE TO ADD SOME GARNISH ON TOP OF THE CONTAINER OF NOODLES and says ( here goes some extra noodles ) since you said it wasn't the correct portion ... that was so unprofessional when he could have just took 10 extra minutes out his job to remake it the correct way ... for all I knew he could have at least put the extra noodles in the container for me to make it like he half way cared! This was just unacceptable I don't like the way we was treated I'm late for work Nd now with nothing to eat because I had to deal with this. And a careless manager! I come to this location often actually came 5 days ago and dined in and the portion was great every time I order Togo it's always less they care less ... this was very unacceptable ... my father is head of the local news station and I would hate to have to put this location on the news !
dinner at olive garden glens falls ny
We were celebrating a 50th birthday with 12 in our party. Which is where we always do our birthdays amongst other visits. One of the things that draws us to the Olive Garden besides the great food is we love love the breadsticks. The waiter and waitress didn't tell us they ran out of bread sticks. It was only 7:30 .They just brought out these biscuit type things which were not tasty. We ordered a bunch of dipping sauces to go with the sticks and were never told of the shortage. So disappointed that a restaurant could run out of something they are well known for. Whom ever was managing wasn't really managing I guess.
Disappointed and may need to go elsewhere.
service and chicken alfredo with angel hair pasta
I placed a to go order. I was given a time of 6:45 pm. I did not receive my food until 7:00 PM. When I placed the order, I asked for extra alfredo sauce. It was not in the bag, so I sent my son back in to get it. He had to wait 10 minutes just to get extra alfredo sauce. I called inside to see what was taking so long, and the young lady told me that there were 14 more orders in front of him. Why would he have to wait behind 14 other orders just to receive extra alfredo that should have been in the order to begin with. When we arrived home, my son found two knats in his food.
3kids tenders and spaghetti
I picked up In order that I placed today for three kids chicken tenders and spaghetti when I got home it was just spaghetti and no tenders I called back spoke to whoever answered the phone he kept asking me what what do you want us to do them I told him to tell me what you were going to do for me you forgot the dinners he puts a lady on the phone home assume it is the manager and she said she didn't know that there was even a chicken and spaghetti on the menu and I'm like I said three chicken tender meal's with the spaghetti and she kept on saying well I don't understand what you want me to do do you not want to pick it up and she just said your money will be refunded and hung up

I have attended this establishment before and have seen the waitress. I came across this on Twitter and thought that this was very rude and unethical. Spilling drinks on people and messing up their order just because she or other workers do not like the person is terrible. I love olive garden and dont blame the restaurant, but someone needs to tell the girl that this is very inappropriate. I do not want to attend this restaurant if this is the service as well.

My friend and i have been sitting at our table for over 20 minutes with no drinks not even a hey i'm sorry. She has helped 3 different tables around us and not even acknowledge us at all. She hasn't even asked if we got drinks or where our server is at or if she can help us. It's 7:51pm they are not busy and this is very horrible service. My friend had to get up and go tell somebody. waiter stole money off of my credit card
Me and my sister ate at store #1092 on 06/17/18 our waiter was Corey G transaction #1692250054 we both left him a $5.00 tip on both of our debit cards and he took it within himself to still from our bank accounts by adding him another $5.00 out of our account which he stole! I have the receipt that i took from the restaurant with me as proof plus a bank statement which shows he stole, i would appreciate action to be taken!
olive garden in niles, ohio
I really love the food, and this is a very popular restaurant as well as being very busy almost everyday. I just have a problem with the smelly carpet inside the restaurant, and it smells very bad, and I feel that Olive Garden should go hard wood flooring or any other flooring other then carpet. It smells like a room full of wet dogs, and it overwhelms the atmosphere as well as ambiance. Please ask one of your employees who works there to be honest about the smell, and not face termination for speaking the truth. Thanks
Stinks literally
First this Olive Garden stinks literally. When you pull up don't light a match it smells like sulfuric gases...we should have left. We felt not welcomed When We walked in the door almost like a prejudice feeling of the staff . we ordered soup, salad and breadsticks to be safe. Well First I ordered the kale and sausage soup and it had a halo of yellow grease...

My Family and I came in for the early dinner specials for $8.99 from 3-5pm. We arrived exactly at 3 pm and when we looked over the menu we saw that the only specials currently listed in this location were $12.99 and nothing else (we thought the website was not up to date or that this location did not participate for that offer) and not our usual items, so we ordered from the regular menu to avoid going to another location further away, and spent over $90 (we do not drink alcohol and didn't want dessert today). We finished eating and my server suggests looking at the tablet screen that my granddaughter was playing a game on (I was being charged for without being told)to order anything else. My granddaughter wanted dessert so we looked at the screen but decided to look at the dessert book also and hidden inside the book had a small square add for the advertisement for the special we came for. Since we had already ordered from the menu we just used our gift card and left.
I am complaining about the service
I was at the Olive Garden at 4000 Middlebelt in Livonia, MI 48157-4538, Saturday, June 9, 2018. The service was horrible. We waited over 3-1/2 hours to be seated. We were told that there was a party that had been there since 1:00 pm celebrating a graduation!
I was there with my goddaughter for her birthday. Then after waiting to be seated, we waited another 1-1/2 hour for our food. No manager came to explain what was going on or to apologize for the slow wait; only the young lady named Janice B assigned to our table kept apologizing to us for the slow wait. If it hadn't been for her I would have cancelled everything I ordered.
I will not be returning to this site neither will I recommend any of my friends to this site in Livonia. Everyone acted as if they could care less about seeing to us.

unable to get our food
When you go into a restaurant, and place an order, and 5 tables come and go, and you still don't have your food, there is a problem! We were not allowed to see the original receipt as to what time the order was placed. However we placed our order at 6:26 p.m., and did not receive our order until almost 7:15 p.m. When we first sat down we asked for our check to be split, and they did not do so. We had to wait for our check to be split, and even then it was wrong. I was charged for the most expensive glass of wine, when I was not offered a choice of wine. When I pointed this out to the manager, do you know what she did? She charged me for the overpriced wine that I did not order. We waited so long for our food that we ask for to-go boxes prior to getting our meal. And do you know what they did? They brought all our orders to go, which is not what we asked for. We again had to wait. The waitress lied and said the reason why the order was taking so long was because of the steak. A steak that was cooked medium rare and 5 tables came and went while these four little petite pieces of meat were being cooked. Is it just me or does that not sound like an excuse for an order not being placed? The manager said she would take care of all of the food, did she do so, no. We again had to point out to her their errors of a $65 bill with a two hour wait. This is by far the worst experience ever.
the removal of garlic asiago sauce
it appears olive garden has gotten rid of the garlic asiago sauce and i would just like to say that that decision was very disappointing and i think it was a big mistake. i had faith that olive garden would always be waiting there at the end of a long day with hope and angel hair pasta with garlic asiago sauce. today my faith in this restaurant is gone and hope for the future; gone.
That is literally the exact same thing I always got. I was so happy at first to go in and get my angel hair with garlic Asiago sauce, but then disappointed when they said they no longer have it. I used to go weekly and now I almost never go. That and the Tortellini al Forno were the only 2 things I liked.

My boyfriend decided to take me on a day for our birthday and we received bad service I actually use to work at this place until somebody a co-worker stole my money and manager and other co worker ganged Up on me anyways I was denied dessert me and my boyfriend after giving the option of getting it than when I asked to talk to a manager two manager came to me loud with the other table listening saying I was banned I never was told by no authority or olive garden staff that I was banned the manager than got rude and called me a fake terrorist and I will be taking this high as possible the way I was treated was unfair and I will get justice the right way

I called and told about the mistake and the person who took my order said she misunderstood me. She put her manager on the phone and he said "It was just one of those things". I paid almost 20.00 for a meal that I expected what I read off the menu. I was never aware that it could only be chicken and or shrimp. The menu said chicken and shrimp ad for that price that is what I expected and the manager got on the phone and talked to me like I was nothing because I had already spent my money. I have ordered the same menu item for years and have never gotten it any other way. I am disappointed in the way I was treated. If you make a mistake you should fix it.

My husband and I went to the Olive Garden in Asheville, NC Sunday, 06/10/2018. We asked for a table, no booth. After a few minutes, we were seated in the far back corner. We sat for over 20 minutes while all wait staff going into the kitchen kept looking at us. No one bothered to come to our table. We got up, told the host what had happened and she offered to "fix it", no apology, no manager. We said no thank you, that's ok and we left.
Solution: if you see someone that is not being waited on, go speak with them, even if it is not your table.
rationing consumer with sauces, ingredients, bread, condiments, and portions
We spent nearly $50 on our dinner and yet we were continually rationed on our meal sauce for chicken scampi, bread, butter, and salad ingredients. When I asked for some sauce because the meal had practically no sauce on it, I was brought a very small bowl less than half full. I immediately asked for more stating that I needed a lot more than that. The waiter then brought the same small bowl with even less in it. We were fed bread sticks two at a time. The butter cubes were the same - two at a time. I used both on one half of a bread stick. The salad had one olive, 2 small tomatoes, and a few onions. The rest was lettuce. Fortunately, the salad dressing was excellent as usual.
Is this the policy for Olive Garden now? We've been noticing this rationing for some time. Please verify. Hopefully, our complaint, along with others will end our being rationed when we are spending that much for dinner. Your reply will be appreciated.

I ordered shrimp scampi and questioned the portion size. It did not fill the serving bowl. I have pictures. I asked for the manager, at which time he came and stated that this is the correct portion and it reflects in the price. I told him I wasn't worried about the price, I felt the portion should've filled the bowl. He stated that this is it. He was very rude and then just walked away. Our entire experience there in June 2nd was very unpleasant unlike our previous experiences. Our salad had 2 wedges and dressing This isn't how our salad is supposed to be presented. When I asked about that, our waitress stated that there was a rush in the kitchen and she apologized. Our whole eating experience that night was unpleasant.
