stuffed chicken marsala to go
Stuffed chicken marsala to go. I've visited all of garden 1076 on July 5 at approximately 6:30 PM. I ordered stuffed chicken marsala for myself. It was fine. I ordered the same stuff chicken marsala to go to take home to my boyfriend and not only was it a smaller portion it also had paper in the mashed potatoes. I'm pretty sure the paper was not supposed to be in the mashed potatoes but it made for a boyfriend who got sick to his stomach.

Today I went to Olive Garden in Danbury CT. It was barely any customers present due to the holiday. Myself and my 8 year old received our salad, beverages, and bread sticks. However, our waitress Lisa never returned to our table. Almost 45 minutes past and Asked a random waiter to go get the manager. When the manager came out he stated that he noticed how long we had been waiting for our food! Then offered a free desert stating that some cook came late or called in. I asked for my food to go and to my surprise I received reheated leftover chicken parmesan! The chicken is dry and rubbery.
sewage problem
I went to Olive Garden at Lee Summit, Missouri today for lunch. I seated myself at the bar to get something too eat. I noticed the young lady behind the bar pouring water down the floor drain. I asked her what the problem was and she told me it smelled like sewage. Then I smelled what she was talking about. It smelled like [censor]! This is a serious health problem! Immediately, I got up and left and I will never return to this establishment. The manager was there and why a plumber has not been called to fix this problem is totally unacceptable! Today's date 4 July 2017, approximately time was 11:45 a.m.

My name is Jésus Gomes and I would like to give you some information about the poor quality of service provided by a waitress of this restaurant last evening.
Last year, when I was in the USA enjoying my vacation, I went to the Olive Garden with a friend who lives here. Both, the high quality of the food and service provided were very impressive. So, this year, I went back again, this time with my wife (to whom I had complimented the Olive Garden several times) and a couple of friends. When we arrived we knew that we should wait for 25 minutes. No problem, I replied, and, then, I told my wife and friends: this is a really high-quality restaurant. Evidently, it pays off to wait. All of them agreed with me.
However, it was not our best evening. The waitress who served us was the most impolite waitress that I have ever known in the USA. She gave us only short answers, angry face, and rude voice. I would like to get an American beer, so I asked her about what of those in the menu was an American beer. She replied me: 'I don't drink; I don't understand about beer'. For me, it not makes sense, because doesn't matter if she drinks beer or not. The question was: which this beer is from America? The answer was: I don't drink beer.
When she brought our tableware, she threw it across the table. In the end of our meal, we gave to her the full cheap in order to help her become better. But, at the next time that we go to the Olive Garden, we'll ask to be served by another employee. And, if it is not possible, unfortunately, we will change of restaurant.
I hope with others clients, she is in a good mood in order to help herself and not to spoil this excellent restaurant.

Went to Olive garden yesterday June 30th. We ordered drinks and dinner. Had soup and salad and was waiting for appetizers. Fire drill went off..entire restaurant was empty out. Fire department came. Outside for 15 min. Told to return to tables. Out food was gone and a Bill of 100.00 was left. We told them we did not have our meal...too bad they said. Maybe the other table next to us had their meal, but never returned after fire department left. I complained but was told that there was nothing they could do. So we pay the bill and left without eating. This is so sad. Reporting to BBB.
trying to use a coupon
I was recently at Olive Garden on pine island in Cape Coral, my family usually goes there once a week. In the past Sunday paper there were coupons issued for $5.00 off two entrees, so I clipped my coupon and thought I put it in my purse and off to eat we went. As I'm sitting at the table I'm looking through my purse for my coupon and couldn't find it, so imasked the waitress if I could bring back the coupon and the receipt and have it credited back. She said she would ask the manager when she came back she said no, I was disappointed so I asked when I leave can I run home and get it and bring it right back again she said let me ask the manger she comes back again and says some ridiculous answer about how people could just go and get coupons but I'll have the manger come speak with you, when he comes to the table I asked if I could bring the coupon back and I get an abrupt NO! Obviously I was in no mood to eat quickly got the check Paid and left and due to the way I was treated we will never be going back!
entire experience
We are not usually ones to complain, but I felt compelled to write this time. Olive Garden is one of our family's favorite places to eat normally, but we were very disappointed in our visit yesterday. The hostess was nice, but after that the visit went down hill. Our waitress gave the impression that she didn't wan to serve us. Our first round of soups were cold and we got three bread sticks for three people - you really can't eat Olive Garden soup without breadsticks - it's kind of a given. There were dust bunnies falling off the light onto my food and booth seat. Overall one of the worst dinner experiences we have ever had.

I am complaining on an employee Robert Springsteen! My child father past away and his father Robert Springsteen works at Olive Garden in Albany ny. He collected money from Olive Garden and the coporate office stating that the money was going to the cost of the funeral and his grandchildren ! Robert kept the money and went on a vacation! He has not seen his grandchildren in months and no money was put towards the funeral! I called to make an complaint and the general manager sherry states what he do with the money is up to him! Forgetting that he was asking for donations for a specific cause and failed to do that! I hope that location shuts down worst people in the world and they just allow anything!
over all experience
I had a terrible experience today. We went to Olive Garden for my little sisters 21st birthday. Let me start by saying there was no AC, but it gets worst. I asked for a cup of water and my cup was extremely dirty ( I asked for a plastic cup instead). As we are ordering our food I hear one of the employees look out the window and say " that lady isn't coming in, she's a b****" I couldn't believe it. Our waiter brought our order and the salad had no dressing on it and the salad tongs were broken.. While eating another employee then yells " if you don't have a table you need to go home" very rudely. I honestly just wanted to finish my food and go. I did not enjoy my food and neither did my little sister on her birthday! I'm not sure if I will ever go back!
I am complaining about product and service
Olive Garden, Hanover MD. Went for my son's birthday. We got seated and it took our waiter Travis several long moments to greet us and even longer for him to come and take our order. Once, we received our food, I found a hair in my new seafood lasagna.
I pressed the call your server button, he never came. I got up and requested a manager who came over promptly. He took the dish away. Travis came over I explained that it was hair in my dish and I was calling for him. Travis responded with he had other tables and we had been served witb a really rude attitude. My kids finished their dinner, we requested the check, had to ask that my dinner be removed . We paid and left.
This is the 3rd incident of bad service at this location. I will telling family and friends not to go to this location as the food and service is well below any standard.

My family and I went for dinner at the restaurant in Huntington Beach Ca. We gave them our name and party size. We sat and waited until they called our name. We went up to be seated and they had written down the wrong party size. Instead of 5 they had us down for 4. After scrambling around they came back and told us they couldn't seat us. We would have to wait for another half an hour. I asked them to just push a chair up because 2 in the party were children. They said they couldn't that we would have to wait another 30 minutes. We left. As a business owner myself, if we make a mistake like that that will inconvenience our patrons, we do everything we can to accommodate. I did it feel like they even tried to solve the problem that was their fault. And the party behind us was also written down wrong.

Ok came to Olive Garden after 10pm very hungry got my favorite soup I started to eat my soup enjoying it I look and saw something odd when I look I saw a bug in my soup. So my server go get the manager he came and said im very sorry and give me two 10 dollars off card and said again I'm very sorry I said it's ok thank you my server bring out my food set and eat it so uncomfortable thinking I might find something else in my food after I was done I new my server was going to bring me my check to pay I told her he didn't say I don't need to pay my meal I told her I was not going to pay because I really felt disgusted meeting my food so she had to go back and let the managet know. We went to olive garden for our anniversary on june 23 2017.
My husband ordered the salmon and it was so awful, it smelled so fishy but my husband tried it any ways. He spit it out he said it tasted fishy, he has eaten alot of salmon and he never had salmon taste so fishy and it was dry. I ordered the shrimp scampi and the asparagus was so rubbery. the food I had on 6/21/17 was awful
I was at Olive Garden in Palm Coast, Fl. with a friend on Wed. 6/21, it was supposed to be a leisurely girls night out, we started with the sampler, Calamari and Zucchini Appetizer. The Zucchini was hard and it had a few breadcrumbs sprinkled on top with some foul tasting oil. The Calamari was the Worst I've ever had. I have to say that where I live this Olive Garden used to have the best Calamari in town. This one was fake looking and fake tasting with more of that foul oil taste. I should have realized it was different when I didn't see any legs on the plate. When we complained about the appetizer the waitress and the manager both said that they get several complaints every day about the Calamari since they changed the product about a month or so ago. I really hope OG considers going back to the original Calamari.
Then I ordered pick your pasta, sauce and something to add for an additional cost. So I chose to add the grilled shrimp. I ate some pasta and tried the Tiny Little Shrimp. They tasted uncooked and fishy, even the color seemed off. I was sick from the food the next day, stomach problems, and took off from work. The waitress was very nice and I have to say the best thing I had that night was the chocolate moose cake. But other than that I was extremely disappointed with the whole experience.

Today I came to Olive Garden as per my daughters wishes, for her graduation dinner. My husband, daughter, son and myself arrived at approximately 3:10 and had been told that the wait time was 20 minutes. After waiting well over 45 minutes and seeing other families being seated we asked what was prolonging our wait. The receptionist proceeded to tell us that our pager had been called when in fact we had been sitting no more than 5 feet from her the entire time. Not only did our pager not vibrate, we had to wait an additional 10 minutes to be seated. Upon being seated in it was baffling to see how many tables were vacant when the wait time had been so long. I am beyond disgusted and infuriated by my experience in this Olive Garden while being 9 months pregnant and will never return. My hope is that the customer here improves.

Very disappointed in the service. Short of staff. I was there before 3 families and they were taken before me. Also. Got to a table and it was 20 minutes before I got a drink. And that was from a hostess. I had to wave a waiter in thar area to place an order. He had an attitude and complained about some other sraff members did not come in and now he had the entire section to do. Also he said a customer got sick and almost died in there and some of the staff was so upset that they could not work.
I understand the situation but if you could not handle the customer flow then you should of had longer wait times and shut down certain areas in the restaurant if you did not have coverage.
I wasn't asked if I wanted more tea or salad. I didn't eat my entree I just asked for the check and left. I felt very rushed out.

June 19, 2017 my girlfriend, her son and myself went to the Cary NC location olive garden for a little lunch. The service was nice and greeted us but from there it went completely down heel. I supervise servers at a highly prestige country club and I am also one myself. My server took our drink orders but we later found out that the smoothie we ordered wasn't available then we moved on to food and our bread was burnt and uneatable. He never refilled our water nor offered. I feel that if I have to wait for my food to be recooked, why should I financially be responsible for it. The manager did come over but wasn't much of any help.

ROACH crawling on wall during service brought to the attention of waiter he dismissed it. I was with a party of 30 could have made a big deal but didn't. Others saw the ROACH. At least the waiter could have brought to the attention of the manager. ROACHES are unsanitary for a restaurant. I understand every restaurant hprobably have bugs but when they start to appear in dining area around guess it's a problem.

Incidents: To celebrate Father's Day, my husband had waited all month for Olive Garden ToGo takeout, specifically for his favorite food and ONLY request- breadsticks. We called at 6pm and were told order would be ready at 7. I arrived at 6:55, waited 35 minutes, and was told NO BREADSTICKS. I asked to speak to manager, hostess called 3 separate times before she came to speak to me. I explained not only had we come mainly for breadsticks, but order took 1 1/2 hours and I waited inside the restaurant for over a 1/2 hour. My husband, myself and my two teenage sons were extremely disappointed, hungry, and despite being regular customers for many years, agreed we may never return. We plan on sharing with our friends and family our horrible experience which ruined Father's day. Clearly, the service and/or ownership has deteriorated from what was once outstanding and reputable.
Resolution: Manager took cost of desserts off bill. We paid $66.00 for a meal we would not have ordered if we had been told there were no breadsticks. My husband's Father's day was ruined, which put a damper on the entire family's day, which should have been an enjoyable event. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you.
