On Feb.15, my wife and I had supper at your restaurant. For an appetizer we both had your mussels.About 3 hours later, I became violently ill.I had severe vomiting and diarrhea for most of the night. We do not know why my wife did not get ill.Perhaps her order came from a different bag.We were just starting a 65 day vacation, which is why my complaint is only being made today.I would appreciate if you would contact me about a possible explanation.Thanking you in advance.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Is it possible you got ill from something else?! Especially if your wife didn't get sick. The mussles don't come in separate bags per order. They come in bulk pacakages. Also... this website is not the place to contact about this issue. Call that restaurant directly and speak to the manager, or call corporate.
In the past 2 years, I went to the Olive Garden twice. Once on my birthday - april 2010. The other day is today Jul 29 2011.
Both time me and my family all got stomach problem after eating in that restaurant.
Why did I still went today ? I decide to give them a second chance to prove that I was wrong. They failed.
Just because you got sick DOESNOT MEAN it was because of the food from Olive Garden. A lot more people would have had to gotten sick before a real food bourne illness case was established. I am a Chef...trust me on this!
My husband and I ate at Olive Garden in Bowie, MD on Thursday, September 8, 2016. Our one dish featured shrimp and chicken. As he ate the last bite of shrimp he said, "I shouldn't have eaten that.". Sure enough he got sick that night and was sick well into the next day, throwing up, loose bowels, etc. We won't go to Olive Garden again.
