Keith and Sarge provided the best food and possibly the best service we have ever had. Our grandson was out for the first time since the covid began, and boy were we happy we chose Carrabba's. Their attention to detail was spot on.
Thanks

Great Service!
My husband and I frequent the Carrabbas in Henderson Nevada. I have to give a shout out to the exceptional servers who work there! From the managers to the hosts, they are all amazing. Just a few of the servers I'd like to mention... Elizabeth, Leone, Brianna, Marisol, and Kate. All so friendly. Managers, Perry and Antonio too!
Great experience with a personal touch, Managers really care! Carrabba's in Palm Bay Florida!
Carrabba's in Palm Bay Florida is an awesome place to dine. Managers Valarie and Scott go out of their way to make sure I have food cooked separate from the rest (severe allergies),
Valarie even goes out of her way to cook my food herself to make sure that there is no shellfish contact. Thank you so very much for making Carrabba's a safe place for us to dine.

Manager not washing his hands after using the bathroom.
We were at your restaurant on March 15th 2024 and checked out at 3:04 pm. My husband witnessed your manager not washing his hands after using the bathroom. Nicole D was our waitress she got a manager for us but the manager that came to talk to my husband was the manager who didn’t wash his hands. That manager was very argumentative, and my husband told him that he didn’t wash his hands, I spoke with another manager and that manager told me he was contacting higher up to let them know. This was hurst Texas their phone number is 817-595-3345. I would like a phone call at [protected], thank you. Josh and Mike were the two managers, but it was the tall really fat manager who didn’t wash his hands, so it’s Josh or Mike who ever is the tall really fat guy who didn’t wash his hands.
Desired outcome: Haven’t had an outcome yet.

Most restaurants, particularly chain restaurants, have a sink in the kitchen that is specifically for employees to wash their hands at. The antibiotic soaps at these stations are higher quality than what's in the bathrooms. Good job being a brat to this man and describing him as "fat". I hope that made you feel better about your own less than stellar appearance.
Not told about upcharges
MY HUSBAND & I WENT FOR DINNER @ Carabbas on Sunday at about 3 in the afternoon To the Clearwater location. We waited, we sat, and we ordered, this is where it turned I ordered the Chicken trio & the server said what side would you like I said what are they she said, " Garlic mashed, broccoli, fettuccine alfredo penne pomodoro so I picked the fettuccini alfredo now comes my husband he picks the asparagus both upcharges & we were never told until I examined the bill after arriving home & my husband paying the bill. It wasn't a lot of money but I still felt scammed so she could up her ticket as she led us to believe that the sides that we ordered were not an additional charge. Not fair young lady. I'm sorry that I didn't catch you before I left my generous tip. I'm sad to say that you will not be seeing us anytime soon.
Desired outcome: Would like to be compensated for our time & money

Your time? You want to be compensated for the time you spent enjoying a meal? The premium side items clearly display the upcharge prices on the menu. She mistakenly assumed you could read. Also, a server can't win this situation. While some people maybe be grateful at having it explained to them about premium side items, other customers will become enraged and scream for a manager, declaring how dare the server assume they couldn't afford it!
Lunch Special
I went to the Brooksville location in Florida on November 3, 2023. My husband and myself both ordered the lunch special chicken caprasi sandwich. There was maybe 4 small strips of chicken with some little tomato's cut in half and cheese melted on the bread. This sandwich was all bread. Just terrible. We did not say anything to the waitress, we just paid the bill and left. We will rethink if we will return.
Claimed loss: my email is [protected]@yahoo.com
Desired outcome: Better sandwich then what was made.
Why didn't you say anything? The waitress could have gotten the manager involved and had the sandwiches remade.

Pick up order
Good evening we used our reward today at Carrabas. We did order take out. It was one of the worst experiences of an order and picking it up that we have had. We got to Carrabas after we received the text that the order was ready and but the order person could not find it. She asked about 4 times what we ordered and how we ordered, etc. She could not find...

Today pork chops and stuff ravioli was not available. I finally order egg plant parmigiana and it was the worst and shouldn’t be on the menu. I couldn’t eat it and ended up with the steak for the person in the...

To make a long story short, the manager, Jesus Ochoa, followed a vindictive waitress' wishes and tampered with our food and order. If he does that then what else is he capable of doing? Or what else has he done?. Lots of witnesses. I am seriously thinking of filing a charge with the health department. Incident occured Friday, July 28 2023 around 8:00 pm

Service
My parents and I went for a meal Sunday afternoon to the Carabbas located in Aurora Colorado I think store 0047 on Abilene Street We sat at the bar to eat. Whiloe I understand that there are no employees to work and businesses are struggling that is not an excuse to be rude and nasty to customers. Our server was the bartender. This is the info on the receipt. Bar 1 B Svrcj 9 at 2:49n pm on 4/9 table 320 Amount paid $121.31. Every time that we asked our server for something her response in a negative loud tone was " Give me a minute" which was not a minute, it ended up being that I had to track another server to get silverware, cheese for our meals and refills.
Our food was warm, not hot.
The quality and service we received was crap for the amount paid. It is not ok to treat people in this regard. Your customers are your most important asset...Not sure that we will be back.
Thank you

Catering Order- 3200 West Gate City Greensboro NC location
Our soccer team ordered a large catering dinner order on Sunday March 26= totaling approximately $1,000. After picking up our order and opening at the LaQuinta hotel which we were staying, it was realized that only half of our order was received (only received main entrees and salad- missing sides, bread and desserts). I called immediately to the restaurant and spoke with the manager Layota Wilson. She was extremely apologetic and offered to rush the remaining order right over to us via delivery. After waiting 20+ minutes for the remainder of our order to arrive, I called again and spoke with Layota. Again, she was extremely apologetic. I expressed frustration due to the fact that the food we originally picked up (main entrees) was now cold since we had been waiting so long for the rest of our order. She explained that the driver should be there very shortly- but considering our inconvenience, she would refund half of our purchase price. She recited the total refund amount and assured me that I would see if on our credit card statement within 3-5 days. I further explained that since we were a team from out of state, we collected cash per player and would be refunding the reduction from the amount collected. She again assured me that half of the total bill would be refunded. On Monday March 27, I called again and spoke to Layota. I explained that there was no refund pending on the credit card statement/app. She thought that was 'strange' and confirmed that she processed the refund and assured me that she wanted to 'make it right'. She further explained that if no pending refund appeared within the 3-5 days, she would refund the entire purchase amount for our troubles/inconvenience. She took my contact information with the promise to contact me by the end of the week to be sure it was cared for. No call. I called again Friday evening. I spoke to the male manager- who was completely aware of who I was and our situation. He explained that Layota was not currently working, but he would text her immediately and have her contact me on Saturday April 1st. He verified my contact information before hanging up. No call- again. I called for the fourth time on Monday April 3rd and spoke again to Layota. She again claimed it was 'strange' that the refund was not received or showing as 'pending'. She said she even 'verified it with her corporate office'. She asked me for the full credit card information and tried again to process the refund. She said 'ok it says approved' but let me have your email address so 'I can send you the screenshot of the confirmation'. I provided my email to her and she repeated it back to me as confirmation. No email received. No refund pending. At the current date/time- and after five phone calls and multiple conversations with 'managers' who 'want to make it right', I have still not received any refund or resolution to our problem. I am desperate to speak with someone who will actually care for the issue and follow through with the full refund, as promised. Please contact me as soon as possible- Marisa Held [protected] [protected]@verizon.net.
Desired outcome: Please contact me as soon as possible- Marisa Held [protected] [protected]@verizon.net. I demand a full refund, as promised on multiple conversations by manager Layota Wilson at the 3200 West Gate City Greensboro NC location.
Service, quality, taste and presentation of food
Good Afternoon. On Tuesday, March 14th we went to the Carrabba's on International Drive. It was after after 6 pm and after waiting well over an hour. We were in Orlando for my son's Baseball tournament. When we arrived we were told that it would be 1/2 hour. When my husband went to the bar to get drinks the bartender never acknowledged him. This is not an exaggeration. I am sure its because he ( bartender) had his hands full but, very rude. My husband then moved after waiting 10 minutes to the end and he called out to him and got some drinks. We were finally seated and ordered. To make this long story short. The waiter was very nice, professional and no complaints there. However, the food was horrible. We ordered Chicken Marsala, and another chicken dish which I can't recall but, it was beyond edible. The chicken was so salty it left my lips burning after giving it taste. The pasta was so overcooked it was hard and cold. The Chicken was served on the same dish and the Pasta in a red sauce which was cold and overcooked. My son ordered additional side of fried, which the waiter told us he had to send back. This was because the cook put the Chicken ( like a Franchise chicken) over the bed of fries? thinking that's the way my son wanted. So he had to wait for the cook to put it over a bed of linguini. He didn't do that and separated side by side on the dish. The fries were cold and the the rest you can imagine was not edible. The spoke with and the manager and she took of the situation. She wasn't rude but, I would say given the time of the year, and events surrounding that time. Carraba's may want to give some thought into whose in the kitchen. I would say the again our waiter and the manager were nice about it. The bartender on the other hand may want to take a moment to acknowledge customers even for a second to let them know he'll be there in a sec. Thanks
Desired outcome: A gift certificate perhaps to enjoy a meal at the restaurant in the future. Thanks
I’m complaining about the service and food.
3/21/23 Carrabba’s Lutz FL. I think it was 20 minutes before we ever got a waitress and we ordered 3 meals mine was. The Italian trio. The chicken parmigiana was burnt and the lasagna was dry. I know things can happened but what angered me was when the waitress finally came back I showed her and her response was I should have come back earlier and asked everyone is done I’m sure you don’t want another. Wow I could not believe it did not even offer to take it off my bill or how she could make it right. So I paid $104.79 for food and left hungry. Pretty sad
Desired outcome: I would like to be reimbursed
Service
My wife and I went out to dinner on Sunday afternoon (3/19/23) around 3 pm. It took a few minutes for the waitress to come over to take our drink order. No problem. We didn't see our dinner till 4:30-4:45. I spoke to the manager, and he claimed that they were really busy and would take some money off the bill. Before we left, I found out that he lied to me, and our order was lost our order. The manager took off a whole $3. Wow. That will make me go back. We were watching people get their food who had come in after us. Reference [protected].
Desired outcome: A refund or a gift card. And also tell your manager NOT to lie to your customers. BE HONEST with them
Management
3/11/23 at approximately 7:00pm my family and I were out for dinner celebrating my father’s birthday and we overheard what appeared to be the big boss telling one his employees that if she refused to speak with him privately that she was to clock out and go home. Now from the looks of it this young lady and the other manager have a playful relationship and they did exchange words but it wasn’t anything worth sending her home. They place was very crowded and it didn’t look like that would’ve been the best move on the manager.
Desired outcome: The manager needs to be dealt with
Call ahead seating
So I called Woodbridge VA location at 5pm on Valentines Day for call ahead seating. I was told the current wait was an hour. So when I arrived at 6pm another PO4 walked in who did not do call ahead and was told the wait was 1.5hrs. So I then said I was a party of 4 and had called ahead. I was also told 1.5 hr wait. I said that must be wrong, I was to be put on the list an hr ago. They said we don't do reservations, which I said I realized, but asked how my wait (after calling ahead an hr earlier) could be the same wait as another party of 4 w/o call ahead? The young host just looked baffled and kept saying we don't do reservations. I said you're missing my point. What would be the purpose of call ahead, if there was no benefit to those who'd called ahead? He looked dumbfounded and I asked for the manager. She was rude and loud and said that there are so many people and pointed to all the folks waiting and it was Valentines Day and they are busy and doing the best they can. I asked, then what was the point of me calling ahead? How did it benefit me? and more so, how is it that somebody who walks in w/o calling ahead would in essence be seated before me? She said, the wait is an hour and a half, be seated if you like. (as though, if you don't we don't care!) We left and went elsewhere.
Desired outcome: courtesy discount
Product taste and quality
We are long-time Carrabba's patrons and very loyal to our favorite restaurants. However, we just ate at your Jacksonville Beach location, and the food was so bland and unappetizing that we are now adding Carrabba's alongside of Outback as not worth the money.
We know it is a tough time for the hospitality industry, but a restaurant's basic tenet has to be flavorful food.
I had the meatball sandwich and a side salad, and both were nowhere near the quality I expected. It was as if the salad dressing was watered down and lacked any robust flavor. All the romaine lettuce leaves were stalks without dark green tips. What are these cheaper to buy and use?
The meatballs were about sixty percent of the size shown on the menu, and the sauce had no Italian flavor. I could have done better with a stock marinara sauce and some McCormick's Italian seasoning.
After the first bite, I sent it back because it was so dry all I could taste was the bread. I asked for more marinara sauce, but although now wetter, the meatballs and sauce simply lacked any robust flavor.
Of the three OS Restaurants brands in Jax Beach, only Bonefish had maintained quality and a good value proposition. I tried a friend's Vodka Linguini Marinade and it too lacked flavor and the linguini was overcooked.
We can only hope that OS keeps Bonefish up to par!

Jan Dragotta

My husband has cancer, So we have traveled between Daytona and Pensacola. We have ordered door dash 3 times. First was Daytona Veal Piccata was best I have had. Second was also Daytona although same order food was great, No utensils so I had to go the next morning and buy them to eat the dinner the next day. The third was today. Ordered from Pensacola, again same order I even put a note in to please not forget the utensils as we are in a hotel. Well no utensils again and when I went and bought some the food was so salty it was not edible. When salt burns your mouth that is a problem so I wasted my money on the food not to mention the dasher directions were incorrect and I was tracking order and had to call her to turn around.( Not sure where they get the directions) unacceptable.
