Great food and service! Omaha Steaks has been a great help in feeding my family, and we really appreciate it. Omaha consistently provides fast service and delicious food. We have encountered a few issues, but Omaha is always prompt in resolving any disputes. Thank you!
Received our first order
Received our first order. Barbecued the ribeyes the next day and they are by far the best steaks we have ever had! Everyone is so nice. From helping us place our first order to delivery and customer service (unfortunately they were sold out of chicken breasts) but they took care of us right away! Tonight we're trying the pork chops. We look forward to our next order!

I have been an Omaha Steaks customer for more than 8 years. I have a large extended family in different states to whom I have gifted large orders of Omaha Steaks multiple times-four times this year alone. My relatives are 'food-snobs' and very picky about the food they eat. Without exception, from Colorado to Philly, the feedback is the same: excellent, delicious, good quality meats, seafood, side dishes and desserts. Delivery was on time and perfect in every case. Thank you Omaha Steaks, I'm about to place two more orders this week.

I came to leave an review since most of the reviews are bad on here, but it was far from my experience at all. The meat was a little expensive, but the convenience and shipping costs, it is to be expected. The steaks, chicken, even the jerky were all amazing and possibly the best of the best from each category. For instance, the chicken fried chicken, I cooked and ate like any normal chicken sandwich and it was quite possibly the best I have ever had from any restaurant. I was very satisfied and have highly recommended Omaha Steaks to all my friends and family.

Lobster tails and filet
My lobster tails had green vile and the tails stained i have pictures i and ill put online also were mushy. The filet are full of water. Everything is frozen? Cmon for that price you send fronez meat? The filet I put out to room temp before cooking as any chef would wrapped in paper towel and the the paper towell was drenched. No flavor you soak them water and they are very sub par! Not happy with any of the order at all. Poor quality for a ridiculous overpriced package. Years ago it was good but your not the same as it was. Want my money back and happy to ship it back

Incorrect order, missing another order.
I placed an order 12-19-22 for 5 packages of Butchers Delux Packages at $99.99 each, 2 orders for me, order for Tracy Evans and Wilburn Evans. Packages should have 21 peaces each plus 8 free burgers on each order. I recieved part of one order with only 12 pcs. I paid over $500.00 for these orders and I want them delivered or canceled and money refunded. I hope the other orders being shipped are the right packages not like the one shipped to me. are the other packages the right packages as ordered? These are Christmas gifts to my family. Christmas is only 4 days away. What happened?

Late delivery
I ordered Omaha Steaks as a gift that was supposed to be delivered on December 8, 2022. When the order wasn’t delivered, I repeatedly called the company, waited on hold for more than an hour, gave a call back number, and sent emails without ever being able to get a response. When I checked on line, I was given no information until the following day when FedEx informed me the order would arrive that day, Dec. 9. When it didn’t arrive, I again tried and failed repeatedly to get more information from Omaha Steaks, as well as FedEx. Finally, I was able to contact a FedEx representative; she told me the order might arrive by 8 pm. It didn’t. My latest notice from FedEx says the package is scheduled to arrive on Dec. 10. At this point, I don’t want my ill family member to risk eating meat that will have been on ice in a truck in warm Florida weather since Dec. 7 and possibly well before. If the company was unable to deliver the perishable gift in a timely manner, I should have been notified so I could change or cancel the order.
Desired outcome: My relative was eagerly anticipating her gift, but I don’t want her to get any sicker than she already is. I would like Omaha Steaks to deliver a fresh order as soon as possible. If that’s impossible, please arrange for a refund.

I ordered 2 steak packages for $99.99 with * free steak burgers which I didn't receive . I'm being told that I didn't order the right package and your advertisement on your web site doesn't show the IDEAL GIFT package so I ordered the firt one that came up then I'm being told that you aren't going to get me the eigh steak burgers sent out to my family members. I was told that your company will not send out the eight free steak burgers. By not including the free steak burgers that I thought that I was ordering I don't believe that I will be ordering anymore steaks from you due to the advertisement qnd your web site not showing anything about the Ideal Gift.

Poor customer experience
I ordered a christmas gift late yesterday 11/28) evening and elected Christmas delivery option. Today I received a confirmation that the order has been processed and will deliver by 12/1. I tried to use the online option to change the delivery with no success since there was clearly an error in the processing of the order. I needed to call customer service and was told that there is nothing they can do to change the delivery. So I asked them to cancel the order since I did not want the gift to arrive that early and they said they could not help me. Instead the tried to tell me that it was within the timeframe advertised. Disgraceful service and they have officially lost me as a customer. Hope no one else runs into this so buyer beware!

Lobster Mac & Cheese
First Omaha Steaks stood behind their guarantee and refunded my cost. That said I can’t find how to rate my purchase of Lobster Mac & Cheese so others will beware. The price is ridiculous for what you get and the meal was inedible. The lobster was stringy and chewy and had a pungent taste that was nothing like lobster. The Mac & Cheese absorbed the flavor and tasted like dead fish. We couldn’t eat it and it all went in the garbage.
Desired outcome: Put my testimonial up with 1 star and the comment that it was pungent and inedible.
Problem with processing order and credit card payment
I placed an order for over $162 today and talked with a representation concerning the pay pal charges that were declined. I gave a new credit card number to correct my error and was assured all was okay. I then received another email indicating the new card was declined also. After calling again they indicated they could not process the card so I cancelled the order. I then check with my credit company and found (8) not 1 transaction from your company but eight. Why and that is the reason my card was not accepted - I am very disappointed with your company and may not place another order.

Long story: I attempted to order from a flyer that clearly claimed free shipping. First I was told shipping was free, then I was told my ,order could not be filled and that it was too small. I complained. Talked to Cathy. She said she would look into it and call me back. She did not call. I vowed "Never again." The order was not confirmed, it was sent to my home address (arrived today) It was supposed to go to my brother, Mark Taylor, in Casa Grande , AZ. I would like my money back.
The damage is done. The birthday was yesterday. If anyone cares you can review my past orders. I have ordered many times but doubt I will again unless OHS responds.

Requiring a minimum purchase of $99
My husband and I got a gift certificate for $60 for Christmas. We finally found something we could get for that (12 burgers and some soup) for that amount, already knowing we would have to pay for shipping. Fine. But when we tried to check out, we were given an error that we cannot buy less than $99. So in effect, the $60 gift certificate they sold our Mother is a FRAUD and USELESS. We have told her to no longer give us a gift certificate for this awful overpriced company. Its completely ridiculous to mandate a customer spends a minimum to do business with them. It doesnt make sense. I am willing to pay the shipping...WOW.

I was given a certificate for Omaha Steaks ( number: 10107056T5TP ) from my company. I called to see if the selections offered could be substituted for something I really want. The person I spoke to was extremely hard to understand and rude. He took a long time to "check things out" and then denied my request even after I offered to pay the difference ( if any). I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for a very loooong time. Finally, after no response, I hung up.
When I looked on the website, there was a selection that I really want: Four 10 oz ribeyes (#497ANA). Is there any way to use my gift certificate to get the Ribeyes ? Even if I have a supplement some of the cost? Thank you!

11:47 got notified order delivered. Didn't make sense as gps said 45 minutes at least away according to gps on screen. But I called my parents who have Ring doorbell Ring spotlight and Ring wireless in their driveway no package.
I called FedEx said delivered at back door. There is no back door. Front door only and a locked gate leading to a very tall deck.
FedEx said they would contact driver and get right back with me. 5 calls and 2 1/2 hours later I am supposed to get a refund. The 3rd call he said it could be re-shipped. No delivery charge. I told him I had already paid delivery how about sending priority. He said no and locked the account so nobody else could read the comments come to find out.
I am a contractor for the railroad. I represent them in every thing I do. You and FedEx because they represent you had my 83 year old mother outside in 30 degree weather looking for something that wasn't there.

Omaha Ribeye Crown Steaks (7 oz ea) with complete dinner for 4
With great anticipation I prepared my Omaha dinner my husband and I were gifted by a company we work with, only to find that the ribeye crown steaks were tough when cooked as directed on packaging (sear then oven). Everything I had read lead me to believe they would be delicious--not chewy and tough?
Is this always the case with ribeye crown steaks if cooked the way you directed--sure hope not in case we are gifted more of them!

I requested a refund from the customer service department, but he was that Omaha Steaks did not provide refunds for late deliveries and that it was FedEx responsibility. Quality of meat and inability to use the gift card that I was given
I cannot find a way to contact Omaha Steaks online and I don't feel like dealing with a phone representative. I signed up for an account under my email address less than a month ago and now, all of a sudden, my account is gone so I had to sign up for a new account. Well that all good and fine but then I couldn't use the $25.00 "gift card" you sent me so this whole thing was a complete and total joke. I was going to order some chicken and pork since those were the only things that were good but not if I can't use the gift card.
Also, just to let you know, the meat you sent us was mostly horrible. A waste of money. The "franks" were totally tasteless. The "beer battered cod" was disgusting. The tri-tip steaks were tough as shoe leather AND the beef tenderloin steaks were full of gristle not to mention the fact that the bacon that was wrapped around the steaks was totally disgusting. The first 3 pieces of salmon were delicious but when I cooked the 4th piece the exact same way I cooked the other 3, it was horrible.
I spent well over $300 and very little of it was even edible. Will most definitely not be purchasing any more from Omaha Steaks. I have better luck in the grocery store.
Desired outcome: A total refund of my $329.98 would be the only acceptable outcome.

First off I love your meats but I'm to the point of not ordering from you anymore. My 1st order was perfect, the 2nd had none of your seasoning as well as the 3rd. Extremely chewy not edible butchers cut top sirloin steaks cooked medium and medium rare
Please be advised that my wife and I have been extremely disappointed the last few times with the quality of Omaha steaks we have ordered which has been far from what we have grown accustomed over the past 30 years. Even more disappointing were the butchers cut top sirloin steaks my wife recently purchased from a local Omaha Steaks store in Schaumburg, IL as they were extremely chewy and not edible for the most part where the majority of meat was thrown down the garbage disposal. Needless to say, I feel this to be inexcusable and no different than throwing money down the garbage disposal. Moreover, I couldn't help but notice the overwhelming number of negative reviews online pertaining to Omaha Steaks. This in turn appears to support my perception of the quality of your steaks as it doesn't seem to be what it used to be. What say you?

In checking with my bank, they show no request for payment by Omaha Steak for that amount.
Therefore not having this order delivered by Sat. 6/18/2021 means I won't be able to enjoy the meal as panned for Fathers Day on 6/19.
The order is not due to arrive now until 6/23.
I had to cancel the add on
Order for the Chicken because you failed to correctly submit the request for that part of the order to my credit card.
I have worked with the same bank and credit card for over 26 years and this is the first time anyone has had a problem getting proper authorization.
This is very disappointing, especially since it was for my Father's Day meal,

Gentlemen: This to inform you that I have been your customer for more than 20 years, and I always loved the quality of the steaks.
My issue here regarding Ribeye Steaks that I received in the last 3 purchases. The last one mentioned as above was terrible.
Hard, no taste at all, it was not an oblong steak, it looked like to me more than a trimmed New York Strip . I had to pay for 4-80z Ribeye $99.00.
When a placed the order I discussed with customer's service representative, I told her exactly what I wanted. When I receive the shipment just looking at the steaks, unfortunately were not what I use to receive long time ago .
Mr.Simon what happened to the nice and beautiful oval Ribeye Tenderness, Rich flavor, marbling with a little fat inside creating juiciness and testier?. How I can I get some of them?. In the past I also tried your Crown steaks, but I prefer Ribeye. I must conclude that I have been lately very disappointed of the meat you sell, the quality is no longer there.
Further more, I paid a visit to a local butcher shop, and I immediately realized that your steak are not longer at par for what I can buy and even cheaper.
It is not my habit of making complaints, but in this case considering what I pay for your last Ribeye, I will better off and change supplier.
