I contacted Oncor @ 6:53AM and spoke to several Customer Representatives. I was advised on November 28th @ 6:46PM that someone from the Escalation team would be contacting me concerning the Street Light not working. I spoke to an Escalation Supervisor, Kimberly from Central Texas who created a Case # (1212153). Due to our community being made up of many elderly citizens, she said they would be out as soon as possible. We have many crime events that occur on Crescent (young high school students/thugs).
I looked out the window last night (November 29, 2023) and the street light was flickering on and off therefore it appears to have a shortage.
This is so unfair to have to wait 5 days from the time it was reported. Advised Luis, Customer Service Representative today around 1:30PM that I would be contacting Corporate.
I have contacted the Desoto Police Department Code Enforcement Team to advise them that we need patrolling in our neighborhood until Oncor fixes the problem.
