I shale not be continuing with my enquiry!

Quick online check I've found this information and seems they are a new company.

Hi, i'm chris fennell, the owner of online success academy. it is pretty clear that this complaint is from somebody who sells poor quality websites on ebay.

I have an in house team, all visible on my website, and we provide bespoke websites built to customer specification. this of course takes a lot of time and so we charge for that time. with 2 in-house developers, the minimum price for a website can't be below £450 because it is a bespoke service.

The websites found on ebay for £20 are pre-made and duplicated to thousands of customers - therefore useless.

Also worth pointing out, it's easy to find my name and address because we want people to know who we are! why would I hide it? clearly the writer of this "complaint" isn't willing to disclose their identity - my name, company name, staff names, photos and address is all over our website and within all communication to prospects and clients.

Chris fennell here from osa.

All I have to say is this:

James taylor (or james marnley, kev waltham - whatever your name is) is single-handedly trying to destroy osa.

Why?

Because he sells the same type of websites at double the price.

And we've taken all his business (with a smile on my face)

That's it.

This whole thread is him.

Here's my rebuttal video - doesn't take a genius to see that james is behind this whole thread.

All the best

Oh and of course as all my customers know and are told, online success academy is a new company - all my other projects since 2009 have been self employed and unrelated ventures.

Osa is purely a business selling these websites, our accounts aren't due yet - that's why they haven't been filed.

Just more of james trying to twist something perfectly normal and innocent into something it's not.

1, This is Chris video - He doesn't have real customers to leave good reviews so he pays people on fiverr.com to leave a fake review to try and trick you out of your money - WATCH - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TeU50N32RKk&t=58s

2, Here you can see the low quality websites he has made for his poor customers : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZLSXp1UgtnQ

3, Here is more fake reviews he had bought on fiverr.com to try and trick you : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZLSXp1UgtnQ

4, Here his the money which isn't 8 years old as he claimed - https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/10403021

5, Like I said in my earlier post - Nathan Coombe palmed himself off to customers to try and trick customers he's part of profit - That's why you can see the banner.. Clearly Nathan Coombe in that photo who is part of your team!

Lisa is in Turkey - She's from London - https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100009475154414
Again you don't know what your talking about.

Dirty work ? Bad on the phone ? James has made more money in one single year all recorded on companies house! More then whatever you will do in the next 10 years.. Go online and customers will see you haven't even filed any taxes. You don't even have a VAT number because your a small business but on the other-hand meant to be so skilled you help people make money! NOT!

Every single comment you've been blasted the truth and you cant get yourself out of it! Anyone with JUST a-little common sense will see what a rip off your websites are! Viewers who are looking to invest should just look at the websites above to have a better idea of this scammer!

Again every single post backed by proof! Anyone can write BS but Chris cant explain away simple facts!

And for English you best get yours checked.

Gone Cold ? Small claims get thrown out when you live overseas so maybe that's why. Ask Mel. Videos with links pointing to your site isn't really gonna benefit your competitors in terms of SEO. You clearly dont know anything about search engine optimisation.

I wouldn't call it chasing competitors. i would call it doing a good deed to stop people from buying cloned websites which you can find on places like eBay for less then a tenner.

With the growing number of people complaining about you online lately, Advice and guidance from me of course to point them in the right direction. You have suffered for many years to come. In just over a year your business has failed. This is what happens when you offer low quality garbage.

So why is doing business with Chris a bad move ?

Affiliate marketing gets a bad rep for many reasons. First off, there’s a ton of spammy affiliate marketing sites. These are sites which are what search engines refer to as bridge pages – pages set up with the sole intention of getting the visitor to the merchant’s site and providing no added value. These are deceptive sites that are set up very similar to large sale sites like Amazon, but if you actually try to buy something from within the site you’ll just be redirected to another site. This is spam links - No true value - And why should google rank you high for spam/copied content.

Stop obsessing over Amazon Affiliate sites (or ANY kind of affiliate site for that matter)

Seriously! You’re NOT going to make a living out of it especially if you’re a newbie

If you want to build a sustainable, dependable, and long-term business, starting a product/category specific affiliate site that depends solely on Amazon & AWIN commissions is the WORST piece of advice anyone can give you.

1, People buy from people like Chris because they want a second income and earn some extra money. Its good to learn from someone who is proven to be successful. Anyone can get a photo of a affiliate account showing 4000 Balance. This doesn't mean that your successful. And using that same photo/video to try and trick people in thinking that they can give up full time work or even part time work. Lets say you wish to learn judo, you wouldn't go to a teacher that has never one any fights and is a white belt would you ? Chris mentioned in business since year 2009 - But only has an affiliate account with a balance of 4000. Come on guys you really that stupid.

* What happened to the tax returns to prove your successful and have the skills to teach people ?
* What happened to your VAT number ? You must be earning enough to be VAT REG ?
* Why change your website - What happened to the last one ?
* Why pay actors on fiverr.com to leave good reviews - You shouldn't need to if your successful ?
* When you plan to grow your fb - only 140 fans in over a year.. You just gonna buy some on fiverr.com yeah ?

Now that has been clear and out in the open lets discuss the websites that Chris Funnell sells;

2, Datafeeds can actually have a negative impact on your site’s SEO. If your datafeed has the same short and long descriptions, product names, titles, image names, etc… as your main website, you are now allowing affiliate product pages to compete with the same content on your website.

If you offer a datafeed, which is vital to many affiliate programs, make sure to have a second set of descriptions, images, etc… and the same goes if you are using marketplaces, comparison shopping engines, etc… They can use the same set of descriptions, etc… you send to your affiliates. I wrote this post about datafeeds that you should read if you are using one for any channel, not only for affiliates.

* Chris data feeds are not unique - So now value in google eyes. You will not find many pages indexed in google.com from Chris websites. Ask him for the domain name and then go to google and type in '' site: '' and the domain name and you will find how many pages are indexed. Here is an example type google - site:www.websiteaddress.com - Then you will non of Chris websites will ever be ranked in google. Not unless you have totally unique content.

3 Not Producing Original Content

Too many affiliate sites are little more than content-less shells with lists of products. You can spur traffic to these sites with PPC ads, but what happens when your advertising dollars run out? Your site will sink.

“A real site has real value and unique content for your visitors, ” Polk said. “Why would a search engine want to rank your site over a vendor or the originator of the content? Answer: they generally do not. Yes, there are examples of sites that do rank, but the vast majority of sites that duplicate content do not rank well. You have to add value in order for the search engine to want to rank your site.”

* Chris copies his websites over and over again.. Go to page one here within this forum and you will see.
* The links are like link farms - No SEO value whatsoever. Thousands of people use those links. Why should google give you first page ?

4, Duplicating Meta Descriptions

Here’s a simple recommendation that a lot of affiliate sites are missing out on: ensure your listings’ titles and meta descriptions are relevant and unique. These appear as snippets in the SERPs and go a long way toward setting you apart from your competitors.

* Chris will be unable to fix this because the affiliate link titles cant be customised. He is basically leading you down the garden path into a unprofitable online copied useless seo website.

Here are the reviews for the affiliate companies Chris will get you involved with;

https://www.trustpilot.com/review/awin.com

About myself! I have been running internet companies now for almost 10 years. I have had a lot of companies all online based. I get board easily so often sell my business and move onto more exciting things. I spend a lot of my time researching different unique opportunities, Stock Market, Crypto Trading, And sometimes sell the odd website or app development for our clients. If I see a scammer online or giving misleading information, I will be the first to stand up and say something. That's me, I cant help myself. If my time helps somebody then that's good time well spent.

Danny Butlor - Fraud Charges on eBay!
Customers sold paper instead of PlayStations in Ripon fraudsters' £15, 000 Ebay scam

LINK: https://www.harrogateadvertiser.co.uk/news/crime/customers-sold-paper-instead-of-playstations-in-ripon-fraudsters-15-000-ebay-scam-1-7992133/amp

Duped customers caught up in a massive E-Bay scam were sent parcels with bits of papers and cardboard inside - instead of the X-Box and PlayStation consoles they were expecting.
The bidders had been conned by a £15, 000 scam which began in a layby in Ripon and made its way to the victims’ E-Bay accounts via Hong Kong.
A flurry of complaints led police to Ripon men Jamie Orchard, 29, and Daniel Butler, 32, but the link to the Far East remains unsolved.

Following their arrest in March, Orchard, the chief instigator, was charged with fraud and transferring criminal cash. Butler was accused of money-laundering. They admitted the charges and appeared for sentence at York Crown Court on Friday.
Prosecutor Dan Cordey said the plot began in August 2014, when Orchard legitimately bought E-Bay and PayPal accounts from a young woman after arranging to meet her in a layby, where she gave him her password and user name.

Barrister Taryn Turner, for Orchard, claimed the cable worker had only made about £2, 600 after being “suckered” by crooks in Hong Kong.
Jeremy Hill-Baker, for Butler, said his client had used his expertise to advise Orchard about the legality of buying E-Bay accounts.
Recorder Mr Stubbs QC gave Orchard a six-month suspended jail sentence with 150 hours’ unpaid work and £500 costs.

Butler, of The Shepherdies, North Stainley, was given a 12-month community order with 120 hours’ unpaid work because he had played a lesser role.

Aren't you due for a name change soon james, businesses going, facebook pages gone and trying desperately to sneak new videos up on daily motion and other places just to try build links.. lol.. have you read the ladybird book if seo by any chance? Your life overseas with the call girl must really be boring if you can't work and are spending all your days chasing your competition around the web trying to keep up. Any news on these alleged court dates I keep hearing about as it all seems to have gone cold?

I've done some if my own research on you and you will never guess what I found?

Wish I'd seen this page before purchasing a site from Chris Fennell. He's clearly a conman and deserves everything that is written about him on here.
I bought a site in January and was told it would take a week. After months of chasing he produces a copy of another site and even forgets to update some copy so it still has the name of the previous site on there. The site still doesn't work, we're now in July. He's a scumbag of the lowest order and he still thinks he's not doing anything wrong.
I hope he gets whats coming to him!

Search these names and website addresses in google and you will see years of scams.

A quick search with the new company name that they are using '' Synapse Solutions UK '' Brings up this phone number [protected]! When search google this phone number it also brings up two addresses, The same address has nathan coombe in Torquay
and the same address as the co-director of sterling businesses ltd. So therefore the website addresses below are also part of this scam network.

This is another sad attempt by none other than (surprise surprise) james taylor, also known as james kevin marnley from torquay, devon, is the man behind almost every one of these posts (and many others) and from the UK is an internet crook and all round arse-clown who runs transfer-agents amongst others including www.powersellershop.com and www.profit.co.uk.

Do not buy from him or his partner emanuela di tillio as they are both scammers and up to no good trying to bleed money from investor with ebay accounts and fake ICO's designed to skim money into their own scummy pockets.

Both of them deserve to be hung, drawn and quartered.

Save your money and ignore the lies james taylor (marnley) will tell you to try and get your money.

Also works with Lisa Matthews and a lad calling himself alex McDermott, those previously alex reid - so many name changes going on - it all smacks of investment fraud and theft.

He leaves fake bad reviews on legit companies in order to try get money, but james is getting skint and probably scared to come back to the UK now as he has lots of people after him for various things.

If he was really a big hitter in business would he have scarpered abroad to hide, would he be telling anyone his methods of making money and increasing competition with himself?

Of course not, he is a fraudster and coward and in hiding over in Italy for exactly that reason - he isn't enjoying the sun and being successful at all, he is sat behind his laptop sweating it out every day desperately trying to chase down ghosts and ruin his competitors in order to pay his rent - no talent and no income means that time is running out James Taylor and you will soon have to come back to England, North, South, doesn't matter - we will all look forward to seeing to soon.

Plenty of evidence on him is freely available and we have masses to release including phone conversations, pics and previous customer statements and we have spoken to lots of previous investors, business partners, even one of his own family, previous customers and all have said the same thing - we have done our research on you thoroughly and have plenty to share.

Everybody should be aware. This crook is getting stopped by us at every turn and we will continue to expose him all over the net everywhere we possibly can until he is held accountable OJC :) x

This plum phoned me trying to hock an eBay business with feedbacks on it from some other owner. Must be a Scammer and a quick conversion through google and found loads of information on him through and also loads of previous names he’s used including James Marnley just as stated above

Have seen evidence of him on forums constantly Leaving fake reviews with his own spammy website links berating legitimate businesses and anybody else that he thinks may be seen as a competitor.

Won’t take PayPal or credit card payments with you would think is proof enough he is a scammer and only wants bank transfer or western union!

Www.profit.co.uk his also and oh what a shock, bad reviews everywhere on him.

No idea about honest business from the looks of it so we won’t invest with him.

James taylor and James Marnley are totally the same person and this Emanuela Di Tillio is a fraud too, Lisa Matthews is also connected to same scam, they are definitely all fraudulent and have all been outed and all been shamed on the web on many forums by many visitors.

Try meeting any of them in person, no uk address and not willing to meet, proof again of a scam for sure.

Try meet with emanuela Di tillio and Ask her even the most basic questions about crypto currency is, block chain function or trading and investments on the stock market and she won’t have the foggiest idea what you’re talking about despite the fact she is being touted as a crypto currency expert on the www.profit.co.uk website.

James is very deluded and must be seriously mentally ill to be creating these made up characters in his head this way and Again try meet up with James in person and ask him anything about brand representation, hr, customer retention, marketing, SEO, or anything else About managing and running a business and he will just palm you off with a non-answers and then run off to consult Wikipedia and fiverr.com whilst hiding out in the toilet to see if he can get the job done on the cheap and bill you 10 times that.

Just type his new alias Kev Waltham into YouTube and have a look at his videos, For somebody you such an expert in marketing I’m sure you would appreciate having selected reviews as his videos clearly are totally amateur and don’t garner more than 50 at a time unless he’s pumping them up himself. I mean seriously the guy slurs his words and can’t string a proper sentence together and does that really sound like somebody who is a successful business man? Or more importantly somebody that you would want to invest money with and then receive training and support from?

Conclusion = not an opportunity at all!

Plenty of other businesses out there offering real opportunities at a fraction of the price and with none of the issues.

Always seek professional advice from a registered legal firm before engaging with any such broker and make sure you check the competition also.

Update—-he also owns www.right-buy.com Which is a scam website copying the businesses for sale and Daltons websites and aimed at the same market though of course fraudulently listing eBay accounts to try and gain popularity and as I mentioned previously this guy does have limited capacity when it comes to actually running a business and there are no lessons to be learned from him except perhaps how not to do it.

Also www.nerdzillas.com surprise another eBay scam site he owns just like www.powersellershop.com which he owns also.

Another we found is www.lost-coins.com and we are certain it’s his also after our research came back. This one is involved in crypto but basically a scam site and again he owns it just the same as www.profit.co.uk

There are other websites he owns of course and there are many different names and numbers that he uses in fact far too many to list here.

Always seek advice from the legal professional before even considering passing with the part always seek advice from the legal professional before even considering parting with a penny.

Nobody ever answers the phone. after persuing them for a refund, and being either ignored or fobbed off endlessly.

This all took months to come to a conclusion, costing me uneccesary inconvenience. a thoroughly disgusting company to deal with.

Do not deal with this company - you will regret it!

That James from www.profit.co.uk and www.transfer-agents.co.uk is An out-and-out scammer and this evil individual won't think twice about taking your money and then ignoring your phone calls when you try to get it back.

He got caught in the UK posting fake reviews on businesses there and then left the country.

Do all due diligence possible on this person before even considering doing any business and if you can't afford a solicitor to do it than simply do a Google search on the name James Marnley which is his birth name and you'll see that he as closed down 8 businesses in 8 years and some calling himself james taylor and lord taylor. He has lost a whole load of court cases since 2008 which are all public record.

He is not a bitcoin investor and knows nothing about it and is definitely not a businessman and knows even less about that so you'll be far better just giving you money to charity than investing anything with this complete waste of an organ set.

It is also documented on a YouTube video by his own wife for the actually beat her in the comments.

He will always write fake reviews to counteract any bad press on him but the fact is that there's no smoke without fire and this fire's been raging for 10 years now so it simply common sense that you shouldn't do business with this person.

Anything he may claim to be able to teach you you can simply find yourself for free on the internet with no cost whatsoever and you will learn a lot more besides.

Well clearly i'm now included in a long line of people who have been scammed by OSA - Yesterday 7/1/19 I could not get access to my own website and saying that the "server ip address does not exist". I cannot believe this at all, I should have gone by my gut instinct when I first spoke with him - lesson duly learnt.
