OnlineFabricStore.net Ordered fabric dye

I made an order on 6/6/2020 and got an order confirmation via email.
3 weeks later I never received an email confirmation of shipping so I sent their customer service an email to which I received no response.
I've sent two other emails since then without a response to those either.
I've made multiple phone call attempts to them to which the phone calls drop every time. It's as if no one is working at this company and they have nobody handling the customer service. It's been well over a month now since I placed my order and never received my package.
I finally sent them a message on their Facebook page and they responded two days later asking for my order number, which I gave them immediately and after I gave my order number, no response since then.
I've never dealt with such a horrible company with zero customer service representatives. This company is a SCAM! and They will steal your money!
Never buy from them, EVER!

OnlineFabricStore.net Purchase of fabric online

Placed an order on May 30th, was charged and received a confirmation email.
Five weeks later, my order has not been shipped.
The company does not respond to phone, emails, or facebook messages.

I would like a refund but there seems to be no way to get it.

They essentially stole my money.

Ordered 2 pieces of fabric on may 5, cost exceeded 100.00. Only received 1 item which was the lower priced item. Have repeatedly tried to resolve the issue to no avail. The contact number is a joke. No responses to my emails. They have deleted my posts on thier fb community site. I have reported them to the bbb. Worst company ever. Do not do business with them. I did find the fabric from a different vendor. This 3 yards of tommy bahama print has now cost me $130.00.

OnlineFabricStore.net Horrible customer service

Do NOT order from Onlinefabricstore.net I placed an order 12/6/16 and received an email confirmation immediately. A week had gone by...no email saying my order had shipped or that it had been backordered. I went to my order history and there was no notation that there was any problems with my order. I called this morning and customer service proceeded to tell me that the material was backordered and would not ship until 12/30/16. I told her to cancel the order and that it would have been nice to know that last week when the order was placed so I could make other arrangements. She replied "that's not my fault. my dept. isn't responsible for sending out backorder emails." HORRIBLE customer service. I didn't care who's fault it was I was just in panic mode of trying to find fabric when I had already lost a week. I emailed customer service explaining the story and the response was pretty much the same...not our fault. I have since been able to order my fabric from FABRIC.COM through amazon and it shipped within 2 hours. Of course since I lost a week due to poor customer service I had to pay for expedited shipping. I have never dealt with such poor customer service.

OnlineFabricStore.net Total disappointment!

We have purchased some fabric from OnlineFabricStore for our Halloween costumes. Order arrived in a timely manner but was absolutely incorrect. OnlineFabricStore rep said that there was nothing they could do because they were not able to accept any returns and did not provide refunds. These guys ruined everything! Because of their mistake we are now left without our costumes and lost our money!

OnlineFabricStore.net Thieves

I was extremely excited when I found OnlineFabricStore website with such a huge variety of fabric. I made quite a big order and received all the confirmations. They said I'll get my order within a week. One week passed and since nothing arrived I had to call these guy to get some information. They said that one item was no longer available so they were not able to deliver my order. I went to their website and saw that the item mentioned above was listed as "in stock". They said that they did not update their site information yet. Well, that's not my problem.
Demanded a full refund but they refused. About two weeks later received my order but one item (which was out of stock) was missing. I want them to refund me its cost. Thieves!

OnlineFabricStore.net costumer service is horrible

I made an order for one can of paint. When I received the paint it was not the same as I ordered. So I contacted OnlineFabricStore customer service, explained what happened and asked for an exchange. They suggested I donate it, because return shipping would cost me a fortune. Nice one, guys. Very poor customer service. I think they are running a scam. First they take your money, charge you the full price, then they send you something cheaper. Horrible scam artists. It was my first and last order!

OnlineFabricStore.net Poor communication/Unreliable

Fabric arrived with print crooked against the grain making it unusable. The company offered to send replacement fabric and pay for return shipping. The replacement was to arrive within 24 hours. A week later it still hadn't arrived and no word from the company. No response to my first or second email message. I called several times, waited forever on hold, and a rep was supposed to call me back at a specified time the next day. She didn't. I am now told it will ship by Friday. I'll believe it when I see it. No tracking info is provided.

OnlineFabricStore.net I ordered 32 yards a month ago and still have not seen it

I ordered 32 yards a month ago and still have not seen it. I have email them, called them, and even tried to "live chat" with someone but for some reason, during their biz hours, there is NEVER anyone waiting to chat; can they really be that busy? I am an event coordinator and needed the fabric for an event, I am so pisses, and so is the event host.

They are horrible, charged for three day shipping I ordered on 14th today is 22nd still no fabric. They left me a message on the 16th saying that they only had 14 yards of 15 that I needed was that acceptable. First I would have answered there call if they hadn't called from a restricted number and second that was 2 days later and suppose to be three day shipping, hello..., so i email them and tell them that I received a call from there associate who left me a message that sounded as if she was bothered by having to call me and that I was very unhappy with being charged for three day shipping when that was never going to happen at that point., I paid extra for that. Also the track it option did not work could not actually track my package, still have no tracking number. I was assured by Jean in customer service on the 17th that she was going to reach there warehouse and get my fabric sent and leave my order as three day shipping, yesterday the 21st I emailed Jean again and no response. I'm calling my bank this is the worst experience i have ever had with an online fabric store and I buy a lot of fabric. After reading other reviews if I ever get the fabric I will be sure to send it back to them return receipt requested.

Terrible service. A week after ordering I called them asking where my fabric was. Turns out they couldn't get it and hadn't bothered to notify me.

Ordered an item and was notified it was on backorder for an additional month. Can't get anyone on the phone, no responses to my email. Also, they didn't process the charge on my credit card account yet so I can't dispute it. Seems shady...I should've googled them!

I have missing items, no response on email and complete disregards for costumer service...I wish I had read all the bad reviews first...not worth the little bit you think you might save as you will end up paying for stuff you don't get!

This is a unprofessional company. Waiting up to 4 months for material that never showed. When company was contacted, no remorse or help was offered. Prices may be a little lower. But you get what you pay for. And this company is of low quality.

Don't know how the discount site you mention does it -- this site probably is just a jobber. But, Calico Corners (not a jobber) actually stocks about 85% their fabrics in their own warehouse, with the balance of fabrics stocked at vendor warehouses, such as Robert Allen. While companies such as Calico try to keep fabrics available -- and run inventory models to accomplish that -- reality in the entire industry right now is that a retailer can place a new order (in Calico's case, directly with the mills) but the mills have the last word as to when production might actually happen. Then, fabric has to enter through customs. And, occasionally, the goods received are not to quality standards -- and they start all over... That's why there may be stock-outs, despite the retailer's best efforts. Calico, however, claims a immediate fulfillment rate of nearly 99%. I'd say that matches my experience with them. Calico maybe is not the cheapest, but always first-quality goods, and usually about 5 business-day delivery on standard shipping -- maybe a little slower during a busy time, like their big March or September sales. Best deal is to call or visit a Calico store to place the order -- up to ten yards standard ships for only $5.

If you ordered any kind of decorator/upholstery/drapery material, most companies, even bricks-and-mortar stores like Hancock's, Calico Corners, and JoAnn's have a disclaimer on their site or at the store saying that they have to order the material from the manufacturer and it gets shipped directly from the company. Basically, most fabric retailers act as an agent or go-between for the customer to the company. Fabric retailers have a "trade account" with big-name fabric suppliers, and they order the material for you, because as a retail customer, you aren't going to be able to call, say, Waverly or Robert Allen and order materials - they only deal with companies ordering large quantities to resale to you, the customer. That said, when you order a fabric, it gets to you when the manufacturer processes the order coming in from the store, then fulfills it, then ships it. Literally, this website is just a middleman.

I don't understand why this is so hard for people to understand.

OnlineFabricStore.net have never received fabric

Ordered fabric from this company on 14th paid for three day shipping. I order fabric all the time online and never have a problem until this company. On the 16th they leave me a message stating they only have 14 yards of the tulle I ordered not 15 is that acceptable. That's the whole message and it sounds like the person is bothered by having to call me. So that day the 16th I email them saying I was suppose to get this in three days was charged for this what is going on, etc. I was told by Jean in customer service that she would handle it, and was going to call there warehouse and make sure that my fabric got shipped in three days from then the 16th and i would be refunded shipping. So I look and they have refunded shipping, , and one yard of tulle and wait for my fabric. I need this fabric to make my daughters formal dress, meanwhile I get fabric from many different companies, even today got fabric i ordered on monday the 20th, but nothing from onlinefabrics. Yesterday I emailed Jean again and she did not respond, the tracking number they gave me does not work. Which I told Jean on the 16th she or he has yet to give me one that is real. Today is 22nd I paid for three day shipping 9 days ago the only good thing is that they refunded me for the speedy delivery. If I ever get the fabric I will be sure to send it back return receipt requested and would advise anyone else to do the same after seeing other post's about what happens after you send it back. I will never buy anything from these people again.

Hello. I have purchased my wedding dress from Peridress as well. The dress arrived in time. It almost same as the picture. I love it so much. Their custom service is excellent. I will purchase more dresses from Peridress in the future.

I ordered the wedding from Peridress mainly for the guaranteed quality and best prices. It is an online dress shop with seven years history, I just told myself I should do the choice in the seas of different styles and designs, whose price framework is 100$~500$. I received the package in 6 weeks afterwards the order was placed online. I was timely informed where the step was during the order procedure and dress manufacture. Everything went smooth.I tried on the dress to find what it looks like. Absolutely beautiful and perfect fits, especially of the costume jacket, I couldn’t cheat myself to say! I will purchase more dresses from peridress.

OnlineFabricStore.net Cheap prices that do not worth the trouble

I ordered from the website about 20 samples. I contacted them before to make sure to get shipping time estimate. First, they had not arrived, I contacted them and they mentioned they will resend them. Another month has passed by and I requested a full refund since nothing has arrived! They still did not return the money or made any notice of my request. An absolute headache. I am happy I only ordered samples and not wasted my whole money with them.

Cheap prices that do not worth the trouble.

I have had plenty of contact with customer service but it is not helpful... I don't feel like telling the whole story but it has been a month, I've had 4 calls from UPS asking me if I'm willing to pay all the fees (I'm in Canada) and then they will bring it to my door way I have to pay even more than the very high shipping I already paid! Shipping was double what I paid to Fabric.com and they don't make you pay all the extra fees. This was my first time using OFS and it will definitely be my last! The customer service keeps calling me to tell me the exact same answer as each other and it's rote from a script, answering a question I asked yesterday morning... not the 4 questions I asked yesterday afternoon or today! Maybe not getting any reply would have been better. I never thought to look for reviews before ordering with a new company but have learned my lesson! I will hopefully get my shipment today and after paying a huge fee to the UPS guy to deliver it to me I will be able to open the box... after reading here I'm very afraid to open the box!

Paid for 3 day express shipping and 3 1/2 weeks after we ordered the fabric arrived. We tried 12 times to contact them and track the shipment after the 3 days went by and no luck. We disputed the purchase with our credit card company and magically know someone wants to talk to you. Don't get to excited yet. They said they were sending us a return label and were very sorry for the problem. We never received the return label and since we can't prove that they received the material back the credit card company has found in there favor. They knew what they were doing all the time. I wish I would have googled them before the purchase and found all of the negitive reviews. I hope that by reading this I saved you the grief of doing business with this company.

I placed online order two days ago. needed to adjust shipping option to upgraded. called them and sat on hold 20 minutes waiting for a rep. finally left a voice message since they were obviously not going to answer. sent them an email regarding this. no response. called again today. sat on hold AGAIN for almost 30 minutes - then their system cut me off and hung up on me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE.

Did you order upholstery fabric? Those generally get shipped directly from the manufacturer, because most fabric stores do not carry every pattern in-stock. They basically act as an agent between the retail purchaser and the fabric store. This would happen, even if you ordered from a physical store such as Hancock's or Jo-Ann's. They usually list it on the product page as "this item ships directly from the manufacturer/this item drop-ships from the manufacturer...please allow X-XX weeks for delivery."
I've ordered samples from this company only, but have had good results.

OnlineFabricStore.net I might think twice about using the site again

I ordered fabric on April 19 and actually did get it today. Unfortunately, I got no shipping confirmation and had a heck of a time trying to contact them for information. By the time I finally got someone on the phone (three calls and 20 minutes of "hold" each time), the fabric was within 15 minutes of delivery to my house.

Their prices were great and I did get exactly what I ordered; however, I would like a little more communication as to the status of my order. I couldn't even track it on their website because "tracking information was unavailable for this order." If I could have tracked it, I'd have felt a lot more confident that I could finish a major decorating project on time.

I might think twice about using the site again, although I was able to save about 40% on the cost of fabric.

OnlineFabricStore.net The live chat and feedback buttons are a scam

I am quite upset with the service I have received from the OFS. When ordering fabric for my wedding I placed an order for the Aqua Habutae, and received the wrong color in the mail. When I try to call the service center during normal business hours I wait on hold for 30 minutes before deciding to leave a message because obviously going to answer. I have yet to receive a phone call back. When I e-mail in, I tell them about my issue, and ask what to do. I got an email back asking for my phone number, however instead of calling me, i get another e-mail saying to call customer service and they can help. (which once again I sat on hold forever and never got a call back). Finally I just emailed them asking for someone to contact me by phone so that we can get the situation figured out. I received another email saying that they were going to fix the problem ASAP and make sure my fabric gets here ASAP. Still no phone call. I ordered the material over a 3 months ago, and I have less than a month till I get married. I have little faith that the fabric will actually arrive at my house as I have yet to hear anything back from them since. I have even tried to e-mail again to see what was going on and if they were fixing the issue--nothing. When I ordered, I received no email order confirmation or packing slip in the delivered materials. I find this very odd, because even if they were to ask me my order information, I would have nothing to give them. I am very upset that the customer service is so unprofessional, and that my order was incorrect. The live chat and feedback buttons are a scam. NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

OnlineFabricStore.net I would never trust them with another order

Recently, I ordered several fabric swatches plus 1 yard fabric. I was planning to make a much larger order once I reviewed the swatches. I received all swatches within 2 weeks, but I also received a swatch instead of the yard of fabric. I immediately contacted the site, but got no response. I've contacted them several times since, but after 3 months, I have heard nothing. Fortunately, I only spend $30, but it is $30 wasted, since I would never trust them with another order.

OnlineFabricStore.net There's a real chance you'll never see your money or the items you order

This is without a doubt the worst experience I've had shopping on the internet. I'm an avid internet shopper. This site is almost a scam. I ordered 4 items and only received 3 of the items. The "Live Chat" link on the site is fake. Their contact number is a fake. There's no one on the other end of the line. A word of warning DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. There's a real chance you'll never see your money or the items you order. I'm Still trying with no luck to get my money back from these people.

I order two different order they cancelled my first order, they told me again we didn't take first order paid, they took my money and didn't send me my first cancel order paid very bad I will not buy again...

Maybe you ordered a material that the manufacturer discontinued. I have caught this website listing items I as a fabric retailer KNOW have been discontinued by the company that makes it. Example: Robert Allen used to make a fabric called "Hodges" which came in a dark plum-burgundy-wine color called "Concord." The material, on the designer's website, is DISCONTINUED. But this website still lists it for sale. So, I tried to order some, thinking maybe the retailer bought up the last of the stock. NOPE, this store admitted Robert Allen had no more stock left of it. BUT they have yet to take the sample picture down.

Bad policy, no doubt.

OnlineFabricStore.net I can't say enough bad about this company

Where do I start. Dishonest? Liars? Deceitful? Thieves? I can't say enough bad about this company. We ordered a large amount of burlap coffee bags from them, paid them a bunch of money to ship them to us (over $700.00). When they arrived there were sisal bags, NOT burlap as stated on their website. Okay not to worry they'll make the correction right? No, they changed their website from burlap to sisal the next day then wouldn't correct the mis-shipment. Now almost 9 months later after trying to resolve the problem with them and the cc company they say that we got what we ordered. I'd like to take them to small claims, but I dont have paperwork to document the purchase since it was done verbally with CC. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU WANT TO RISK GETTING RIPPED OFF! I've discovered I'm not the only one they have CHEATED!
