On Thursday August 24th I ordered an AC compressor for a 2005 Nissan frontier four-cylinder that guy who took care of me gave me a price of $317 and said he would order it and would be here at the location on Reynolda Rd., Winston Salem Friday , August 25 around mid day that he would call me when he got here. However, I never got a call on Friday so on Saturday I went to see if my compressor had come in and they gave me a price of $617 and I explain to them that I was told 317, but then they figure it out that the employee had given me an employee discount price which at that point, I told him that that was not my problem I have been told $317 so they called the manager and the manager said that he could only give me 10% off of 617, but I explain to him that I’ve been waiting two days for the compressor because nobody called me he was here and then I come in and they tell me it’s double the price, but the manager did not budge so I told him I would never come back to O’Reilly’s again. They do not honor the prices they gave their customers, and apparently he didn’t care to lose a customer he stood by his word so I will try to get a compressor somewhere else even if I have to pay $617 but at least I know they will honor the price they told me.
Desired outcome: Pay $317 for the compressor
