Bad and Decretal Employee
The Girl employee at the OReillys Auto Parts needs to Fired on Lamar in Memphis. First, she didn't know what she was talking about and did not have customer service skills and she was very rude and threatening to people like she was going to do something to the customer all this Infront of her own Manager by the name of Denis. I think he was scared of her in my professional opinion, because I could never try to threaten people while my Boss was right there. So was very disrespectful and loud . This girl had the nerve to tell a man to meet her outside like she was bad, I think that man would have folded her up. But she could herself Threatening him its sad how people have these jobs and don't need them.
Recommendation: Don't Go
23 mile in Chesterfield Mi
So when is it okay to walk away in the middle of helping one customer (me) to start helping another customer..
So I went in to look for a special type of electrical Glue, the person behind the counter CLEARLY WAS NOT helping anyone at the time.. I asked the female who looked like Bart Simson to help me find this glue I wasn’t able to find after 10 minutes of searching.. She proceeded to try to help me but she obviously did not know her inventory location.. After only a minute or Two of searching herself, I asked if there was someone there who knew the inventory location that could better assist me, she responded with, “maybe Jason” I think,
Immediately after responding, another customer asked her for help looking for primer.. Without saying another word to me, she simply stopped helping me and immediately started helping the next customer.. What the [censored] JUST HAPPENED? I was ghlike WHAT? Did that just happen.. YES IT DID!
These stores don’t train well enough and these young people DO NOT know the courtesy of helping customers..
Shame on this person, Shame on the store manager and shame on Corporate!
I’ll start going elsewhere, where people are treated like the business depends on loyal customers like me.
Recommendation: Shop elsewhere for better customer service.

O'Reilly Auto Parts Dayton NV
I called this morning to see if O'Reillys in Dayton NV had a marine battery for my husband's dump trailer, in stock. I told the gal, Shelby, my husband said it is the same size as my Dodge Journey but needs to be a marine battery. She then very aggressively started saying WHY DO YOU HAVE A MARINE BATTERY IN YOUR CAR, YOU DONT NEED A MARINE BATTERY IN YOUR...

I entered the West side O'Rielly's located on Route 66 and Milton Road, and saw that the Manager and staff we're just talking in the corner as customers we're lined up to check out. Management/customer service
November 22,23 Went into the store for parts for my vehicle and more than once the store manager was very rude and telling me that I was wrong about what was going on with my vehicle. I don't appreciate being be-little'd by someone who isn't working on my vehicle let alone knows the true nature of the issue. This isn't the first time this has happened and...

Purchased a new engine on 04/12/2023 for my 96 Chevy Silverado pickup truck. Had to pay over $400 in October to have a leaking oil pan gasket replaced. Currently have an open claim (WC159756) with the Power Torque Warranty Company the engine came with however, I discovered that warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on as no shop would accept this job under this warranty company leaving me to pay the full price of the repair. If not resolved, I will not purchase anything nor recommend others do so from Oreilly's. Also, as a 10 year plus military veteran I was told the engine purchase was exempt from a military discount, yet I seen other vets get discounts on other purchases in the store and did not think this was very fair that I had to pay full price for the engine.
Claimed loss: $354.90 for the repair + parts I purchased for approximately $60.
Desired outcome: I want reimbursement for the repair of $354.90

Recently bought 2 cans and ordered 2 cans of paint from the Swansea, Ma. store, one was defective. Had to try to find someone in the area who had one in stock so I could finish the job, Autozone luckily had one. Went to get my money back for the defective can and was told they can only replace it with another one. Now I have a can that I will never use again. You just lost a customer over your lousy return policy.
Desired outcome: Want the money back, not a replacement spray can.
Coupon promised not delivered
The company asked for my phone number for rewards some years ago. Recently an agent at my store stated that I had a 10.00 rewards coupon and if I wanted it to my phone or email. I stated email. It never came. I went back to the store and asked about it and was told there was nothing they could do, and invited me to call the corporate office. Please send me...
Read full review of O'Reilly Auto PartsStore manager Tony
Tony states he was the manager of store 5795 Inglewood California where he conducted himself very unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. I feel very discriminating and profiled by Tony. as soon as I walked into the store with my wife and son, he immediately stopped what he was doing, and was keeping a close eye. I told him I was there returning an item I had purchased earlier this morning. He told me go to the [censored]ing store you purchased it from for no reason give me attitude which whatsoever I do not deserve because I was there being polite and respectful, and I want you to ever lose my cool therefore I feel Tony Irvine managers should have better communication and better customer service skills than that and I feel that they should be some type of sit down or or demoted from manager, and at the end never let me do my return when I had all proper documentation with receipt in hand, I still did not want to give me my refund
Store #3904
We have been a loyal and valuable client for over a decade. O'Reilly's delivers us parts daily, on or about the day of 9-25-23 a driver named Kevin from the store #3904 came to drop off parts as usual. Read full review of O'Reilly Auto PartsThe bonus you give parts sales people
There is no dates or times you push your sale people to sell and hustle parts, thats ok, but you reward them with a bonus, where that comes into play you as a company need to decide if you want to be able to have the repair shops trade with you or not... Seems you have sales people who are so worried about the bonus they get, the prices to the shops are elevated or not dropped, I as a shop owner try to trust in a parts store to sell us good parts at a fair price, and I dont call around, with that said I have found the price % of mark up on commercial parts sales is very elevated, I think you should stop any and all incentives for your sale people to gain bonus on commercial accounts,
Desired outcome: stand back and overhaul the commecial account enviroment, decide if you as a parts supplier even want commecial accounts,,
Battery
Took battery in store to be checked was told to leave it there so they could recharge was called to pick up when employee bought battery out told me battery was fine but when put back in my car that's where the issue started something blew in my car because your gave me a commercial battery instead of my battery now my car won't Start store should be responsible for repairs.
Desired outcome: Have my car repaired

On 08/13/2023 @ 630pm my car had died in the middle of the road in front of an O'Rielly's store in Richfield MN. An employee came out and tested the battery. He showed the battery was shot. Read full review of O'Reilly Auto PartsIgnored, then abused by counter help
I've been an O'Reilly customer for over 25 years. I just visited the store at 2519 N. High Street, Columbus, Ohio, at 11:30 am on August 12th. The only staff person in the store was on the phone in a back office when I entered, she saw me. I needed help finding the tool I needed, she ignored me for over 15 minutes while I searched the store. I finally made it to the counter, she was still on the phone. I waited for another five minutes until she finally made it to the counter. She immediately started in with a bad attitude, claiming that I had only been in the store for five minutes, and scolding me and admonishing me for my supposedly bad attitude, which is a lie. First no customer service, then a bad attitude and inappropriate scolding, which devolved to her screaming at me as I left the store. I assured her that if I ever returned, it would be to complain to her manager. She should be fired. She is incapable of professional customer service.
Tony - employee store # 6316
Tony has repeatedly ignored me when I come in the store, even if I am only customer in the store. At other times, he assists a customer who comes in after me. He becomes rude and defensive when this is pointed out to him. It is rude and unprofessional, and causes an issue. An employee should be professional and helpful, not rude and dismissive to a customer. Store 6316 is the closest to my house, but I will go to another store in my area.
Desired outcome: Tony needs to be properly trained on customer service.
