Dear sir/ Madam,
I'm a long time customer of your well reputed market since 2004. Today after checkout I went to customer care to have the printout receipt for my blender, I bought today. The supervisor, most probably Egyptian, was outside the desk, talking over mobile. When I asked him for the stamp/ printout receipt, he asked one of the Indian cleaner nearby him to tell me to come day after tomorrow to have the printout. I asked the supervisor to talk to me. Then again he replied to that cleaner to send me to another person. His behaviour was impolite & negligence and the cleaner was very much arrogant and offensive, as if he was delegating the supervisor! Moreover, I don't understand how a cleaner can show disrespect and arrogance to a customer in front of a supervisor. It was a humiliating situation and injurious for me which I never felt in the last >15 years in Othaim.
I would be obliged and grateful for doing proper investigation and take necessary steps to keep the environment of Othaim 'customer friendly', as it is always there.
