Outback Steakhouse review: The outbacker burger

Today, jan 31, 2023 I was at the outback steakhouse in inver grove heights, mn.

I ordered a hamburger with lettuce and tomato - provolone cheese and no mustard or pickles with mayo on the side, with broccoli for a side instead of fries (because I am a diabetic).

When the order came, they had a different waiter serve us - they gave my burger to someone else, but that one had fries (instead of broccoli as requested) and mustard and pickles too, but the provolone cheese was right, and when I received the burger - it had american cheese on it, mustard, no tomato, no mayo on the side - so he said he would change it (well I believe I got the same one back - but they just "quick melted the cheese - I used to train waiters and waitresses and manage a restaurant, and I know all the tricks) - and now the burger was cold!

I will not go back to your outrback in inver grove heights - and the burger did not look any different than one at mcdonald's for 1/3 the cost.

I had to go to the bar to get a refill on my sparkling water with lime (the waiter never asked us if we wanted a refill).

I have gone to the outback in bloomington, mn.

My last visit to the bloomington location was just last wednesday (dec. 27th 2023), I had prime rib, and I had taken notice of the burgers that they serve there - and they looked incredible, so I thought I would try one. Like I said - never again.

This was the first time that I had ordered a burger from you - never again!

I just thought you should know.
