I just signed up on July 27th 2022. More or less a birthday present for myself. On the other hand, I received great customer service when setting up my account. They have already started disputes and hopefully have sent them off by now. I have used credit repair services in the past and have had little luck, but some luck. So I decided to try again except with a different company. I have yet to receive a phone call from my case manager but I'm looking forward to it as I am excited to see results. I know its not instant but I am willing to give 6-8 months of my times to see if Ovation can hold the average on my account. Looking forward to this experience and hopefully I am one of the ones who this helps.

I signed up a little over 1 month ago. The man that completed my consultation was very friendly and knowledgeable. So I signed up. My case worker however is providing zero communication back to me and that is frustrating. I received the initial emails asking for documentation which i immediately sent. It is usually a thing to confirm the email with requested documents is received. I even requested in each email to please confirm received message. Still nothing. I want to give this company a chance but feel that I need to request a new case worker. Luckily I can sign on and see what has been done. I wish there was more detail. I may adjust my rating as time goes on. Right now I am not to pleased with not hearing back from Ceiria.

Do not hesitate to call and use ovation. They are top notch fast and they get the job done. I had so many student loans and they took care of them I had about 40. Trust them. Use them. Do not use anyone else. Give it a few months and see for yourself.

Ovation does sell its service extremely well
Ovation does sell its service extremely well. The staff is courteous and appears to genuinely want to help. They file the credit disputes as promised. HOWEVER, they are disorganized and that may end up hurting you. In my case, I explicitly instructed my caseworker not to file a dispute against a creditor that stoped reporting years ago. My wife and I were assured that that would not happen. But it did. The result is that the creditor reported back after years and now is attempting to collect. Resulting in a big dip in my credit. After learning about the decrease in my report, I emailed my caseworker to cancel my subscription. Never heard back. Now ovation is calling and emailing me to pay for a service that hurt my credit and that I already canceled. So sorry. Their services sounded very promising, but they deserve a one star.

I am very pleased with the service of Ovation. My case advisor was *** and he was very efficient. Anytime I had a question he would help me out. If ever he didn't know the answer he would always point me in the right direction. There were several items on my credit report that I've been trying to remove and *** knew how important this was to me. He stayed in constant communication with me as we had the items removed and he made sure to contact me as soon as items fell off my report. I honestly couldn't gave done it without him and Ovation. I highly recommend them. I've used them for the past 6 months or so. When it was time for us to part ways as there was no more work on my credit that needed their attention it was a sorrow but happy split. The crew there have been proficient and effective through and through and I can't thank them enough for their service. -ERS

Company promised me to repair my credit within *** days and then return back saying 6-8 months. I wanted to close on a house in 120 days but when I told I was cancelling my account after 120 days, they closed my account after 40 days and still withdrew my money from my account. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE FRAUDS... MY SCORE DROPPED 40 POINTS WITH THEIR WORTHLESS DISPUTES!
Paid extra to remove all names and addresses except 1 name one address. So after that they put formally known as ALL THE NAMES I WANTED REMOVED. SERIOUSLY. This is frustrating me as well because I needed three points to be where I needed to be so I called for advise on how I can get there. She explained something that I was already doing with the experian boost however what about the other charges on my credit. I have been working with the creditors myself because I am trying to close on a house this month and she hasn't been concern, I won't mention any names but that is why I was skeptical about joining. Now I know why, these credit repair places are all the same. They sell you into a service because you want to get your credit straight and you think your taking the best form of action. I could have googled all this myself and disputed my on charges for this type of work as I am doing all the footwork alone. Thanks Ovation for showing me the business and how you really work for your customers :-(

This company is a complete rip off!
This company is a complete rip off! Lending Tree recommended their service to dispute credit cards on my report that were fraudulent. Upon my initial call with my first representative I was assured that this would be explained to the companies in the disputes. Eight months later, I winded up paying them upwards of $800.00 for them to "repair" my credit. They're frauds, they sent out generic disputes monthly which the creditors sent back stating there was not enough info to do anything with. When I tried to contact the multiple account representatives (had a new one monthly it seemed) I played phone tag with no contact when I emailed I got no response until I said I wanted to cancel my services. I could have paid of the debts with the money I paid them. DO NOT waste your money with them. I'll be writing my own dispute letters and will probably get better results. Wish I had done more research and done that from the beginning. Learn from my costly mistake and run away from this company of charlatans!

By far one of the worst credit repair companies around
By far one of the worst credit repair companies around. I spent almost $1000.00 dollars over the past 8 months for this organization to "repair" my credit. My credit was never repaired. All this company does is send dispute letters to the three credit bureaus; which in turn stops them from reporting negative credits. Then according to theory your credit score goes up. However, this company does not mention the negative side affects. For instance, I received a law suit in the sum of $12,000.00 dollars on a claim that was being disputed by Ovation. Putting a band aid on the issues is not a viable form of fixing your credit and that is what dispute letters do. Additionally, I reached out to this company several times to speak with my "case manager" - whom of which I was never able to get ahold of, to actually discuss progress if any. Furthermore, even after canceling my service they have the audacity to continue to bill you. You are better off writing a dispute letter yourself than relying on this company.

At this point I explained to this person why I wanted my account closed that I was not comfortable, that I alone raised my credit score 120 points in a year and removed 2 accounts off my report. At that point he had nothing else to say and hung up on me. I do not feel this business is as it seems and they are strictly out for money. I absolutely do not recommend this company and with basic research and a little time you can accomplish exactly what they do on your own for free. Please do not fall for this scam. It was fishy enough they wanted to discount everything to keep me on. If youre able to discount so much then youre just after money. Who knows what this is actually worth

This company is a scam . There rep are very rude and disrespectful. I was told I would not improve my credit if I did not go ahead and pay the start up fee and it would take no note then *** days to get some old stuff off my credit and all of this was a lie . 1 I was told I would have access to my client portal .2 I was told I would be connected to rent to own Morgage lenders 3 I was also told I would have a personal advisor to help me along the way . Well all these were lies 1 . Never had access to a Client portal 2 I receive a link for rent to own housing that wanted *** dollar to access the listing with a credit or debit card 3 Never had a person advisor. I called the main offices and was told by another rep that the company does not have any personal advisor . As of today they called me and asked for another 100 dollar because there payment was declined . I told this company twice . I no longer wanted there service over the phone and they still called and asked for money . I told them again today .I do not want or need there service 5 minutes after the call .I receive a email saying I have a balanced owed of a 100 dollars . Lol add that to the credit yall supposed to have been repairing

Hello ... I want to Thank my Ovation Team Rep(s) today. Ms. Francesca, Helped Tremendously with my Case review update. I normally am in communication with Mrs. D'*** with my Case review. Yes I was Updated with Counsel, and informed on Credit Building and Clearing Strategies. I concluded the conversation, with mention of all those; whom have spoken with me at Ovation as being Stellar individuals... never speaking above or belittling my growth in this walk of Credit Repair... at my Old Age of 58 years. I truely wish to meet this Team and have a "Lunch Date Out" with each of them. Thanking Agent Mrs *** for placing together a Brilliant Team of Account Operators, at my disposal. They have seen "Me circumvent the Mountain (Obstacles of my Credit Reporting) while in efforts of Trying to Bring Muhammad to the Top of The Mountain (Clearing The Pathway to Better Credit Reports and A Higher FICO Score. I just want to conclude it was well worth removing the other (2) Credit Credit Repairing Agencies, I'd either solicited, or stumbled upon. I was just coming out of Bankruptcy and needed some assistance with my credit. Ovation wasn't my first choice, Lexington law isn't available where I live. I needed to cancel my services with Ovation. I sent emails, called, sent more emails, and placed more calls only to get voice mail without any response nor any responses to my emails. However, they did charge me. And then, after they charged my account I started hearing back from them. I was reminded of the cancelation policy, which I don't remember actually getting anything that stated cancellation is required at least 45 days in advance. Now, I don't know about you, but I don't have a crystal *** warning me of life changes, so I don't always know what my future holds. Sadly, Ovation didn't care. Nor did they care I tried calling weeks in advance of this occurring. I went back and read the Disclosure statement, it still doesn't state you have to cancel that far in advance, directly. If you read between the lines, you might be able to determine this, but, not everyone holds a Criminal Justice degree and can decipher such cryptic disclosures, too bad it was after the fact, *** learned here. So, to save you time and ***'t use them. They didn't do anything to help me, absolutely nothing. Don't use them, don't use them, don't use them. EVER! Try Lexington Law first. Or do it yourself.

After having a HORRIBLE experience with LEXINGTON LAW not once but twice, I was very apprehensive to lose more money to another "credit repair service." I happened to speak with a representative who said, "I'm sorry that you had a bad experience with them. I have heard that from other people. I feel, however, that we are different and that we work really hard to help you. I think I can make an improvement in your credit score. It's up to you, and I can't make any promises, but I'd like you to give us a try." He's the guy they gave me as a rep; his name is ***. I had a really good feeling about him/them so I went for it. In the very first month I got several emails telling me of disputes that he filed on my behalf, verifications of ID, *** reports obtained, errors found and disputed and questions he had. This guy was DOING something! Lexington Law didn't do *** the 2 time they had my information for months! I paid them WAY more too. I KNOW that these are extenuating circumstances and that this isn't the norm but in 2.5 months, working together, my credit score increased 41 points! There's still a lot to work on and he warned me it will go back down again a little because it does a balancing act, but this rep has been AMAZING. He answers my questions and he WORKS. I HIGHLY recommend going with Ovations to get your credit issues resolved. I tried on my own to do these things and got nowhere. I really did need their help to get the results I needed. I requested a refund, but they referred to a five-business-day cancellation policy in the agreement papers, which I never received. How can one be charged without receiving any services? Other companies have since contacted me, attempting to solicit my business, as if I'm an easy target for their sales pitches.

I had 89 dollars took out of my account, I never signed up for this, that's stealing my money
was my agent and she did very little. There is no dedicated team and I got emails from other agents that seemed unaware of my case. I was told I signed up for the basic package but I got charged for the plus service and never received the advertised letter, despite asking for it. Their website also says you can request a refund but the woman was extremely rude and said that was misleading on the website and they dont actually offer refunds if you're dissatisfied. She then told me I'd have one more charge for $91 on January 3rd, charged my card immediately (this is on 12/30). without telling that she was doing so. When I called the agent told me everyone had taken off for New Years but he could make a note to himself to call me when he works at 11:30am ET on Monday. Absolutely horrible. They didn't even dispute the charges that I contacted them about in the correct way because *** acted annoyed to have to work and couldn't wait to get off the phone. I just moved and was waiting for funds to be moved into my account tomorrow and she overdrew my account and everyone in their office is apparently partying. They were incredibly rude.
I paid for 9 months of credit repair...they said they would dispute all 3 credit bureaus they only contacted 2. This is a terrible service...they did not do what they advertised. They also said they do everything to resolve matters yet they stopped sending letters when they where verified...when I told them I wanted a refund they wanted me to continue paying because they will get, "more aggressive with dispute letters." This morning I received a phone voicemail from one of their rep, so when I called back they said they never contacted Experian because they need a copy of my credit report from them, But nobody told me that they needed that. I called them to cancel the service, but the lady I spoke to asked me to pay another $73 in order for them to cancel the service. And she doesn't want to cancel it unless I pay her. I declined about paying. On the contrary I need a refund for not contacting Experian and cancel the service like I asked.
I subscribed to this service, when I subscribed I was promised that they would clean up my credit report. I told them there were problems with names address and history on my credit report. Associations on my report with my father's information that was still showing up in my history. They said they would help get everything cleared up. They filed disputes with some of the claims against me. For months I asked them. How we follow up. I never spoke to the same person twice. Once a month somone would call and tell me they had filled against one thing or another. But from what I could see my report never changed. I was told it would take 10 months to see a significant increase in my credit score. It never happened. I asked every time they called if my information was being corrected, after the 3rd month they said that was not the service I was paying for and they were not helping with that. And it would cost more. I had people promise to call back and never did when I brought it up since I never spoke to the same person twice. They would just say they didn't know ... After 10 months they stopped billing me and never called to say why. When I call in they said my account closed. I dont know how. I want my money back the claims they made on my behalf were never followed up. They have a website tracker. That no one could tell me how to use. Disputes never went further than being filed. My information was never cleaned in the account history. Which was the main reason I signed up to begin with. .

I canceled my membership at the end of February . I received an email from an advisor on March 15 stating thank you for the email as I wanted to make sure that I also canceled my membership via email as well so that I have proof. The letter that I wrote was added to my file and my membership was supposed to be canceled. I had originally asked to cancel and they told me that I could get a discounted rate for 2 months and I was ok with this. However, after speaking to my *** I called back the same day and they agreed to go ahead and cancel my membership. Fast forward I finally had time to check my credit card statement after dealing with my *** who is ill! I found they have charged me 3/7 $89 4/7 $89 5/7 /2021 $109 and 6/7 $109. Today is a holiday however, I will be calling again and I will be contacting my bank for all charges to be stoped. I want a refund as this is wrong and I should never have been charged after I canceled in February!

I contacted Ovation Credit on 4/21 to discuss credit repair
I contacted Ovation Credit on 4/21 to discuss credit repair. On the phone call, they said I was a good candidate for their program and sold me their monthly service plus their fast track fee; a total of $100 for the first month and $109 reoccurring after that. After 3 months of paying for their service ($318 total), Ovation did not provide a single service on their end. I asked for proof that the credit dispute letters had been sent and got nothing. I asked to see all correspondence with Ovation and the credit bureaus on my behalf and got nothing. On June 30th, after paying $318 to Ovation and receiving nothing in return, I asked to cancel my service and to receive a full refund. Ovation credited $218 back to my credit card but has ignored my requests to have the remaining $100 refunded. This business is commiting fraud and taking consumer's money without providing any services. I would like the Complaintsboard.com's help to receive the remaining $100 Ovation owes me as a refund.

I called them on this day to discuss my account and how upsetting this was! I asked him several times, once an item came off my credit report, did it stay off? I had been told that it would come back in 3-6 months. They would never say yes or no...it was always like talking to a car salesman dancing around your questions. Toward the end of this conversation I asked *** since they took money out of my account this morning, they would continue to work on my acct. until the next due date? He said they got money in arrears. If so, why did you start the work the day after my first payment? Horrible service and communication

Associations on my report with my father's information that was still showing up in my history. They said they would help get everything cleared up. They filed disputes with some of the claims against me. For months I asked them. How we follow up. I never spoke to the same person twice. Once a month somone would call and tell me they had filled against one thing or another. But from what I could see my report never changed. I was told it would take 10 months to see a significant increase in my credit score. It never happened. I asked every time they called if my information was being corrected, after the 3rd month they said that was not the service I was paying for and they were not helping with that. And it would cost more. I had people promise to call back and never did when I brought it up since I never spoke to the same person twice. They would just say they didn't know ... After 10 months they stopped billing me and never called to say why. When I call in they said my account closed. I dont know how. I want my money back the claims they made on my behalf were never followed up. They have a website tracker. That no one could tell me how to use. Disputes never went further than being filed. My information was never cleaned in the account history. Which was the main reason I signed up to begin with. .

They are horrible. I thought they would help. Instead, they charge money and do nothing to help my credit score. I have reached out numerous times to cancel the account. Instead they transfer me back and forth to multiple departments telling me how they can still help. They never cancel, and make no attempt to. I have had to call my credit card company and block charges, as well as issue disputes to get past charges reversed. Please don't waste your time or money. They are crooks.

Beware the scammers!They do not make progress and they ABSOLUTELY do not close your account upon request, even when the request is made in writing. My wife has spent hours on the phone today fighting with them. I think we will just have the bank block them in the future.I thought they had an A-rating, I guess they just meant they have "a rating" with the Complaintsboard.com...
Good price they help with all 3 credit reports. They explained everything and what's impact your score they dispute things for you. I think it's an excellent program for people who need credit repair.
