Ozsale Faulty product

I purchased a pair of sunglasses in september 2023 for $350. I did not notice initially as i purchased them as a present for my daughter, but the arm on the frame was bowed on one side (obvious manufacturing issue) and the fault prevents them from sitting strainght on the face, then the lens fell out. i have made numerous complaints to OzSale and they simply state the 'seller' needs to resolve the issue, however the seller has stated to contact the international supplier, which i did, and the supplier said as they do supply to OzSale they are not responsible, so the complaint just simply goes round and round and no one addresses the issue, and in the meantime I am left with sunglasses that are not fit for purpose.

Claimed loss: $350

Ozsale Kerastase Bulk Haircare not delivered SCAM SRLLER WITHIN

Bulk Kerastase haircare ordered to value of $520. Haircare not arrived. I signed for a free gift from seller and was told this was tracking number for the entire parcel. Australia Post investigated and concluded only 50g item was sent. Contacted seller for refund or repost registered post. Seller wanted extra details that should have been provided by Ozsale. Did not confirm they could send by registered post. So I asked for refund. To date no refund has been processed. Only communication with Ozsale is directly through seller Ozsale needs to take responsibility.

Ozsale Refund not received

Hi,

Around 20th April 2023 I bought 2 cardigans X $69,95 Each (the same model, size 8 and size 10).

I did not receive confirmation emails/order numbers from Oz/Sale for my purchase at that time.

When I received the cardigans, which did not fit well to me, I was not able to ask for return through your System.

Looking for ways to find my order number, which was not in my account, I updated my account and now I have no information for any previous orders.

I used the information on the parcel label for my invoice numbers and for Oz/Sale returns address to return my purchase. The invoice numbers are: [protected] and [protected]. (I also bought a skirt which I keep).

I sent the cardigans back to OzSale Returns.

I have no confirmation from OzSale of receiving the returns, neither refund.

I tried different ways to contact the Customer Service unfortunately without success.

Can you please solve the problem and provide the refund for the returned cardigans.

Please, see the attached photos.

Ozsale My items over $300did not arrive

I just want my money back! Items were to arrive on the 1 st may but that didn’t the tracking said the were at my local depo so that means they would be delivered on 5hat day at the last est 5he next morin* ! Tracking stopped and my items didn’t arrive , I contacted ozsales they told me to wait and that’s all they have done for the last 3 weeks ! They did tell my to chase it up with the delivery people but I emailed every day for 3 weeks and got no reply, agin contacting ozsale and tell them to start chasing it but nothing, then I asked for my money back and said I wanted to put in a complaint , now Oz sale stop replying! So I have no items no one is helping me with this and ozsale stopped replying when I asked for a refund! What now , ozsale has no phone number that answers , delivery people have no number that you can talk to anyone you have to email but not one rely

Ozsale Incorrect goods supplied and what was supplied was faulty

Purchased goods on 13.12.2022 from ozsale nws

Adjustable training hurdles [1.2m/1.5m] and goods were delivered on 21.12.2022. Once opened it was discovered there were no bases for indoor use and the clips provided did not rotate or work on the goods supplied. It is not 30th january 2023 and ozsale declined a ran saying they will provide the correct goods. They sent out more of the same clips already provided but still no bases and the clips dont adhere. We would like our money back as the goods provided do not match the description of what we ordered. We have tried to make contact via the contact us page but only twice has someone responded.

Desired outcome: We would like to return the goods ASAP and repurchase the goods from a seller that is going to provide the correct items

Ozsale Not refunding the money back

I've ordered two Samsung s21 phone refurbished 'Grade A (as new condition)' from ozsale. One of which the camera was not working and had visible scratches on it. It shouldn't have been described as "as new condition" I immediately contacted ozsale through their email system which they said I can return and they will assess the phone.

I've told them I didn't want a replacement and want a refund instead and kept asking when I will get my refund. To which they've kept replying that the assessment centre will contact me and resolve the issue.

The assessment centre contacted me and stated that they've already shipped a replacement phone. I felt completely ignored and it is not the outcome I wanted.

P. s I've attached a conversation of my email with ozsale. Thanks I'm advance.

Ozsale Purchased 2 I-Pads refurbished Only received one.

Purchased 2 Refurbished IPads online.

First I received no shipping number/details to track.

After multiple emails and contact through website, Made correspondence through their instagram.

Advised it was being delivered today, which it was. However only 1 iPad was in box.

There is no response at all from any one. Be careful buying from this website.

Desired outcome: Response as a minimum or my money back for one of the iPads.

Ozsale Men's nike cortez sneaker size 7

I just received my order number [protected] for a pair of Men's size 7 Nike Cortez shoes today 07/09/2022 and one of the shoes is damaged at the front. It looks like the leather had been stretched or thinned out.

Ozsale Non delivery of order and no contact from Ozsale staff

I ordered an item from OZSALE on 20th May 2022.

A couple of weeks later, I followed the site procedure to track my item.

The tracking link stated that the item had been delivered.

However, it was not deilvered to my address.

I lodged a contact with Ozsale, who replied a couple of days later, by sending me the same tracking number, stating that it had been delivered.

The person completely disregarded the fact that I had tracked it already and that it had not been delivered to me.

I lodged an enquiry with Australia Post, who stated that the tracking number that I was provided with, did not correspond with my address but was in fact, a completely different address.

I contacted Ozsale again to supply this information but received no response.

I have since contacted Ozsale another two times but still have not received a response.

There is no other way to contact them.

They seem to be totally unconcerned that, a month after ordering, I still have not received my order valued at $157.14 au.

I suspect that there was an error with the tracking number provided and am hoping that it is still on it's way and will be here soon but some reassurance really isn't too much to ask.

Desired outcome: I would like either some reassurance that the item will arrive asap or will be re-dispatched to my correct address with the correct tracking or an immediate refund.

Ozsale 100% Australian Merino Sheepskin Moccasins Slippers Winter Casual Genuine Slip On UGG 9 Qty 1

Order Number: [protected] 4 May 2022,

I Purchased Ugg boots from the Ozsale website, I followed normal sizing however when I received them I found they were very large so applied for a return/refund. Received the refund directions quickly so I express posted the return on a Friday to the Carrum Downs address as supplied by Ozsale. Australia Post Tracking showed that the return had arrived on Monday at the Carrum Downs warehouse. I waited a week and had no response from Ozsale acknowledging that they had received my return. So I contacted them via my account. First I was told my return had not arrived. Then told my return was damaged, an animal had chewed the sole, photo's will follow. Next told it was Australia Posts fault and to put in a claim with Australia Post for a full refund plus postage costs.. I have told them I will not be claiming from Australia Post as the return sat on Ozsales warehouse floor for 7 days so goodness knows what animal munched into the sole of the Ugg boot. Also I noticed that the photos they sent me showed the external Australia Post bag and the chewed Ugg boot but not the internal wrapping that the Ugg boots were sent in. The animal would have had to munch through a lot of wrapping to get to the sole. This company is a joke. I entered into an honest transaction with Ozsales and expect to be treated with honesty and to feel I can trust the company I am dealing with. I do not expect to be told an animal has chewed the sole of the Ugg boots and it is Australia Posts fault and to put in a claim with them. I am saddened that Ozsales have stooped so low. Be very careful purchasing from them you will not receive a refund. My order #34424441Ozsale saves you asking for it. I look forward to seeing what the next creative story is from Ozsale regarding why I am not able to receive my refund. There delivery was very fast, if I had not had to return the order I would have had a positive experience with them. You will not get a refund with out a fight. I Have put in a refund with Paypal which hasn't made much difference to Ozsales creative stories.

Desired outcome: Refund of $49.97 to be given.

Ozsale My Leather coin Purse Holder Wallet - Order No. [protected] was not delivered to me

On 27/3/2022 I ordered a Leather coin Purse Holder Wallet - Order No. [protected]. There were 2 other purses also ordered. One was a tan colour and the other a black.

On the 12/4/2022 I received from Australian Post - tracking No. BLE 6016734 the black and the tan colour purse but it did not receive the Leather coin Purse holder Warder which was 14 x 8 cm.

You told me to make an inquiry through Australian Post. I did and it cannot locate it.

Ozsale Order [protected]. Product stale and discolored

Also, product advertised as roll on, have been send stick deodorant. Product is dis coloured, doesn’t smell right and also has “tester, not for resale” printed on the side. Have been wearing this deodorant for years, it doesn’t smell right, brownish in colour. Product is separating, I’m assuming that this product is stale and extremely old.

It’s really smells bad

Would either like the product replaced with a fresher batch or refunded in full

Ozsale Bathroom scales

The bottom of the scales was not attached properly with wires exposed. It would not turn on.

I lodged a return request, after waiting 2 weeks and then sending a follow up message, I got a reply that the return request was denied, and to read the terms and conditions. I had the item for about 2 weeks and went to use it for the first time and it was faulty/broken, I don't understand how it can be denied.

I will never buy from this website ever again.

Ozsale No correspondence from Oz sale

I ordered an iPhone 8 on the 13th February. Order no: [protected]. I have had no correspondence from Oz sale. It was just by chance I saw the order no: in the reviews (if it is actually my order) Due to health reasons I need a phone asap. I'm on a disability. My other phone 'died' on the same day as when I ordered the iPhone 8. (I don't have a computer. Never have had 1) I was recommended to buy from Oz sale but I'm not happy with the service. I'm at my daughter's so I can email you. Can you please tell me what's going on with my order please?

Ozsale Samsung galaxy s20 ultra australian stock - excellent condition

I purchased this item on the 8th December and received it on the 22nd December, I advised that I was not happy with the condition of the phone it is not in EXCELLENT condition as advised. I advised that I didn't want this repaired or fixed as the screen has multiple scratches, the lighting charging input is damanged and there are burnt out pixels on the screen. I asked on the 22nd, the day I received it that I wanted to return this for a refund. I was advised at the time that this would be possible. This cannot be repaired to a level of EXCELLENT as advised.

I have since purchased another phone as the delay in waiting to find out what was happening with this phone took too long - as did the original delivery. This was to be a christmas gift and did not meet the standard that I consider EXCELLENT.

Desired outcome: I have returned this phone, but do not want it back I want to be refunded for this item as this situation is still ongoing and they are refusing to refund me as they have advised that this has gone past the 14 day peace of mind policy.

Ozsale Get bit board game

Order [protected]

I have ordered a board game from these guys on Jan 5th, website said dispatch and I will be getting the product. However, after like 2 weeks when I contacted, they said the product was not available and they have refunded but I didn't get any refund until now. I contacted back asking them for any proof of refund but nothing. They charged $36 for product and $10 delivery fees. So unhappy with these guys. I have made multiple attempts to contact them with no luck. Yesterday I sent a message on Facebook Messenger, I get a different answer stating the product has been delivered and when I open it, it was some product which was delivered to some Brisbane depot address. When I message back, no response now. Worst ever service.

Ozsale lounge/damaged

#[protected].Had a lounge delivered in August/21.The end of the lounge had structural damage and torn fabric.I spent the next two months sending photo's and diagrams.Then got a message from SAM in October 21 stating a part was on the way?(Hope it comes with a chainsaw so l can replace end of lounge)since then no contact no part? it's been nearly 6mths from order date.

Ozsale Outdoor furniture setting

If I could give these diabolical clowns less than one star I would give them zero. They are an utter disgrace! We ordered an outdoor furniture setting with 6 chairs and a glass table top. Surely they can't mess up that simple order? Oh yes they can and they did! It was a diabolical mess to be honest! Instead we received two sets of chairs that didn't match each other but no table and no assembling instructions at all. When I tried to contact them they have no phone number to call and you are forced to go through their silly online complaint and order returns process that takes many days. To make matters worse they refuse to give a full refund by refusing to pay for the shipping costs of an order that they massively screwed up. Disgusting service! Stay away from these dodgy rats! Grrrr...
