Got a jeep wrongler from Palmer Dodge Chrysler Jeep on April 1st
Got a jeep wrongler from Palmer Dodge Chrysler Jeep on April 1st. Salesperson said we could get $4000 off or 72 months financing at 0%. Waited five weeks for the car and was excited to pick it up. Salesman didn't remember the 0% option and said he sells 20 cars a month and can't remember everything. I remembered and my wife confirmed it. Should have been a ten minute transaction but took 3.5 hours and was frustrating. Won't go back and wouldn't recommend. They're shady and unapologetic. Better to go somewhere else.
I went to Palmer Dodge Chrysler Jeep on June 13th to check out a used 4runner that I had asked about the day before
I went to Palmer Dodge Chrysler Jeep on June 13th to check out a used 4runner that I had asked about the day before. The salesman I talked to before came out to help me, but some weird stuff happened. I said I wanted to take the car to a mechanic before buying it, and the salesman told me to go to the Toyota dealership down the road. While I was on the phone with Toyota, he took my car keys to check the Vin # and mileage. When I finished my call, my car was gone! Another salesman said they were just test driving it to check the condition. I hadn't even driven the 4runner yet. After a few minutes, the salesman found my car on the other side of the building. I told him I needed to take the 4runner to Toyota for an inspection, even though he said it was perfect. The inspection took 3 hours, and they said the car needed a new battery and an alignment. The dealership said they would fix it, but I had to double-check everything. We went back to the dealership to make a deal, and I told the salesman my credit score was 775 and I wanted 84-month financing for lower payments. They checked my credit and said I had to put down $4,500 and pay 6.99% interest. I said no way and tried my credit union on Monday. They approved me, and I called the salesman to buy the 4runner. He said it was available and sent me the agreement. But he didn't send it to my loan officer, and it took him all day to finally send it. When I asked when I could pick up the car, he said sorry, they sold it. I think they did it on purpose because I was financing through my credit union. They also lied about inspecting the car and tried to cheat me out of thousands of dollars. The gas gauge was below "E" when I test drove it, and the dealership ignored me when I asked to speak to a supervisor. Don't go to this dealership.

I had a 2012 Chrysler Town and Country that didn't pass emissions, so I took it to Palmer Dodge Chrysler Jeep to get it fixed
I had a 2012 Chrysler Town and Country that didn't pass emissions, so I took it to Palmer Dodge Chrysler Jeep to get it fixed. The agent said they did a big check and found out that the car computer needed an update. He said that would fix the problem and signed the paper saying it was fixed. He also said I needed to drive it for a few days before getting it tested again. But in less than three days, the problem came back. So I took it back to the dealership and now they want $2300 for more repairs. They won't give me back the money I paid for the first repair, even though it didn't work.
I went to Palmer to check out my car for $165
I went to Palmer to check out my car for $165. They said it was something, but they were wrong. I told them it was one of two things, but they didn't listen. They said if I got it fixed there, they would use the $165 towards it. But I found a cheaper place to fix it. When I went back to Palmer because they were wrong, they charged me the full $165 and didn't use it towards the fix. I called them a bunch of times, but they never called me back. I had to go there twice, which was a pain. I asked for my money back, but they never called me back. You can see in the papers that they charged me $165 and never gave me my money back like they said they would.
I got a new 2021 Jeep wrangler from Palmer Jeep on Friday, March 12
I got a new 2021 Jeep wrangler from Palmer Jeep on Friday, March 12. My salesman Jay *** and I made a deal, which included me driving my 2018 Jeep from NJ to GA and turning it in to them, and the dealer paying the last 7 lease payments to Ally Financial of $415 each. I drove home and got texts from Ally saying payments were overdue. I talked to the dealer, but they didn't help. They said they wouldn't cover the payments and promised a call from owner which never came. I can't drive it as NJ Motor Vehicles won't release the registration and plates due to Palmer Jeep not supplying proper paperwork. I told the dealer, but nothing has been done. So, I'm thinking of legal action to force them to pay the nearly $3000 to Ally and supply me with proper paperwork so I can actually drive my car. I paid them nearly $60,000.00 as payment in FULL.

I bought a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L from Palmer on 11/9
I bought a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L from Palmer on 11/9. But on 11/14, the radio stopped working right. I told the dealership, and they tried to fix it three times, but it still doesn't work right. I have to turn it on myself, and the Bluetooth doesn't work even though it says it's connected. I sent videos to the service guys, and they said they ordered a new radio, but Chrysler won't send it because it costs $4,500. I get that, but I bought a new car so I wouldn't have problems like this. They told me other people have had the same problem, and they've had my car three times to fix it, but it's still not fixed. I want someone from Chrysler/Jeep to send the radio and install it with all the parts, because the dealership doesn't know what to do.
I bought a car from Palmer Dodge Chrysler Jeep's website and talked to the salesman, but he didn't tell me about any problems
I bought a car from Palmer Dodge Chrysler Jeep's website and talked to the salesman, but he didn't tell me about any problems. But when I got the car, it had a bunch of problems. I bought the car online from the dealer's website and talked to Zachary Jordan on the phone to make sure it was in good condition since I couldn't see it in person. He said it was great and everything worked fine. So I bought it and sent a check from my bank to theirs. I hired someone to bring it to me in Wisconsin and it got here on August 17. But then I found out there were a lot of problems that they didn't tell me about. I tried to call and email the dealership, but nobody got back to me. Here are the problems: 1) The headlight on the passenger side was burnt out. 2) The bolt holding the door handle on the passenger side was broken. 3) The cruise control didn't work. 4) The power mirrors didn't fold in on either side. 5) The lumbar support didn't work on either seat.
