Honestly I’m disappointed, I have been seeing so much compliant of how their accounts been debited with their money during failed transactions ,and they don’t refund back their money. Today they said network error, yet they took my N2000, with no transaction history or ID , mehn, this people are scammers. They are very smart and tricky. Don’t download , don’t register. Be careful. Glitch or something cranky
I was told to update the app to the latest version of which I did and now it seems I can’t even access some features in the app.. They keep telling me to update to the latest version which I’ve done and there’s no way I can update for a second time when it’s already updated to the latest version and you guys haven’t released any other versions yet.. I hope it’s not a scheme to cart away with my money cos I’ve got a lot of money inside the app which I can’t even take out right now..
Give me my 500 or else
This app is very bad i just downloaded it two days ago and it is already giving me problems I was sent money and I have not received it the sender called his bank and they have sent it so PalmPay were is my 500 OPay has not given me this kind of problem since I have been using it now I am asking my self who sent me to download this app

I was actually referred to this app by a friend though and I just wanna say all thanks to PalmPay for the successful and stress free transactions so far. Because honestly with PalmPay I was able to quickly do one or two transfer to anyone I’m having transactions with and actually it’s been a smooth, easy and successful one so far. Please do well to make this always active I’ll surely refer this to my friends and it’d really be a benefit for them too. I think I said enough for the time being…

Palmpay is a scam
I have 17k in my accounts then I receive 50k suddenly I can’t find my 17k but my mind didn’t
Actually go there then I was shopping and buying things thinking I still have the 17k plus the 50k I just received before I could realize the 17k was vanish without no traces at all no debit and all this shopping I went I use the 50k to pay all I can’t find the 17k still now that how they have been doing to me since but I was just finding out now I went to block my palmpay account immediately I realised all this
PalmPay rubbed me of my energy and time to refer good 16 new users which comes with #10000 prize in which I click on withdraw to claim my reward

About flexi or whatever u call it

Wrong person transfer
1 would love to advice PalmPay that everytime customer is making payment..

should be pending for up to minutes and then it should be delivered after the one minutes because many people will found out that they sent money to the wrong person so they could cancel the payment as soon as they made mistake...today that makes me send money to the wrong person, within 5seconds the money is completed and it can't be cancelled or refunded,I would love that PalmPay should make a solution to it on how to cancel the payment after minutes

I made a transaction of 45000 from my PalmPay wallet to my friend first bank account and the money is successful and my friend don’t receive this money on his bank and this spoiled friend of 20 years imagine I followed my friend to his bank to collect the statement and truthfully the money is not receive by him and ever since have been texting calling palm pay customer service and they keep telling me the money is successful which is a lie and I also upload the statements still nothing come up to this minute, pls don’t trust this palm pay or anything for you to be sure I’m not lying this my palm pay acct for you to know I’m palm pay user [protected]
Bad customer service
I have issue with a transaction which has been on processing since Monday. I complained and the customer support asked for 24hrs. After 24hrs with nothing I complained again and they asked for another 24hrs, yet nothing. The transaction is still processing. I complained again and you won’t believe the customer support closed the chat without even replying. Is it a crime to make enquiry about my money. Once this is fixed and my money is refunded, am withdrawing all my money and am done with the app for good.
I have to complain about one processing transaction almost everyday. Am fed up with all this. I won’t recommend this app to someone running a business. You will blame yourself and regret at the end of the day
Auto payment and over charging
It’s a good bank app with varieties of options . I would gladly recommend this app for anyone if just two things could be fixed .. they over charge especially when you sending to apps like Opay “like why would you charge above #100 to send to Opay . Sometimes when I deal
With small funds . You guys charge about 20 to 59 naira : that’s too bad and also the okay card service provided on it . We borrow and we going to return it . Stop making auto repayment and taking cash meant for something else : this will only make one ignore the bank app for as long as you don’t have the cash . There would always be transactions going in and out just chill till we hit the repayment button . We deserve that privacy at least .. I hope all this could be changed

If you guys have any issues with your app and someone does a transaction mistakenly you can never receive your money or get a refund

If you contact your customer service agents this is the only thing they know how to say
“ Please be informed that your transaction is still pending, however, your complaint has been escalated to the responsible unit and a resolution will be made as it is currently being worked on. We sincerely apologize for the delay. Thank you.”

Experiencing transaction issues
Hello Good morning.
A friend sent money to my palmpay account yesterday I’ve stayed all day and night I’ve not received Credit alert yet and the purpose of sending the money is to sort out hospital bill for ‘surgery’ because his wife is going through CS, though I borrowed to pay part of her bill. Although I noticed level of my account verification was level2, I’ve put the necessary requirements for level 3verification.
Please I urge @Palmpay-Limited to help to facilitate my account verification, the Family of the lady will come to my house by 10am this this morning to collect remaining balance.
I urge for a swift response in regards of my complain. I urge @Palmpay-Limited to help facilitate my Level3 Verification for me to be able to withdraw the money. Please this is urgent and it’s matter of life and death.
Wrong transfer and useless customer service
I mistakenly send 46000 thousand naira to the wrong account on Saturday and immediately I complained to the customer service to help me
tell the receiver bank that the money sent to their customer is wrong transfer, so I can get back my Money and she said she will get back to me and I chatted with another customer service on Monday she said ask me for transaction ID I gave it to her and she said she will help me complain to the receiver bank and I should be waiting for feedback. 24hrs I didn’t hear anything about my money or anything about the bank. I did same thing on Tuesday and one of the customer service told me the same thing and at the end of the day o didn’t get any feedback. Today Wednesday the same thing happened again. If I don’t get my money back by Friday or latest Saturday I’ll delete this app and tell all my friends that are using their app to stop using it
Frustrated
I have been having a problem with logging in on my PalmPay account and it will just pop up a text like this “The data couldn't be read because it isn't in the
correct format.” I call your customer service but you guys service is only good whenever you want to ask debtor when they want to pay up their debt
But when a serious issue like mine is being table before you guys there’s nothing to do about it
I downloaded and deleted the app 6 times

Transfer was successful but never got the credit from PalmPay
I’m very disappointed and frustrated with the service from PalmPay and the customer support service lately , I personally made a bank transfer of #40,000 to my Paga Agent account on the 18th of April and till today I’ve not gotten my hard earned money refunded despite several calls, emails and text from the customer support team. PalmPay even requested for my statement of account of my Paga Agent account which I provided and yet I got no positive response, it’s a sad experience to know how this is really happening and today makes it one month since my money was taken from me illegally with no explanation. I’m a good and active customer of PalmPay and I trusted their service but with what has happened to me I must say I’m very disappointed with the quality of service you rendered to me as to get my hard earned money back to me . I might be forced to report this case to the higher authorities via the CBN complaint sector because it’s more than two weeks since my money got hanged and I’m been tossed around by the customer support team because I asked for my own money from your company. Thanks and I hope this review gets to the appropriate department for assessments and investigation.

If there’s a zero star rating I would have hit it a hundred times, because this app is totally a waste of time and data and also a waste of energy which was used to create an account.

I sent money to someone since 18-03-2023 and till now not received I’ve reported and sent feedback yet no response and I don’t understand this style of customer service would I just watch my 4600 go like that thr person In question has collected her money via another transfer channel and the one I sent from PalmPay is still hanging in the air.

i actually enjoy the app but i can view my transaction history which is bad cause sometimes i’m unable to keep track of my money if it’s gone or not ,sometimes if my failed transaction has been refunded or not…transaction history would have made it easy to track but i don’t know why i can’t view it…when i click on transaction history it just go blank

A bank that can’t help it customer when they need them I mistakenly sent one to someone and it’s been weeks nothing from a whole bank. The beneficiary bank keep saying no mail from you guys, you guys should follow up.. So if this is a huge amount this is the same story my bank would be telling me I’m done with you guys! I don’t know what’s happening but I definitely think of it being a network issue or probably because of the downtime I tried to make my first transaction after the down time around 5am in the morning and yet till now the money haven’t been credited to my account none refunding I tried many way to reach the customer services but it seems they are close cos it Sunday I hope my money would be refunded in the next 24hrs as I read it on the help center

Highly disappointed
So I tried to make a transaction but from no where the account details was diverted and my mistake was that I didn’t confirm the details before inputting my transfer code. This happened on the 22 November which is almost a month now and PalmPay so a yet to make any positive move towards getting my 50k back. It’s clear that diversion was done intentionally else I see no reason why you’ll be cold about it ever since. Not a call or text from them ever since. I’m highly disappointed
