to go order is incorrect
The Fort Worth Texas Hulen St., Panera bread location did not give me all of my order. I ordered to pick two choices and a sandwich I did not get my soup. My order was over $30 When I called there was no answer. I called multiple times and hit multiple options on the automated service and no one ever answered. Even when I selected the option to place an order. In addition they did also not give me a receipt when I checked out the kiosk and asked for one So I have no proof my order was incorrect very disappointed
my sandwich was completely wrong
I made an online order for pickup for a Turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich, american cheese and mustard garlic aioli sauce. Order [protected] on 5/6/19 at 2pm.
My sandwich was missing, bacon, avocado, american cheese and mustard garlic aioli. Instead I received a turkey sandwich with ceddar cheese.
Please refund my order as I did not get even close to what I ordered and I had to drive to pick it up.

pick two product. turkey avocado sandwich
I ordered a Turkey avocado sandwich from the pick two. And to my surprise someone in the sand which making area thought crust was a legitimate piece of bread to put on a sandwich! In my opinion I'd rather have two normal pieces of bread hugging my sandwich not a whole and a crust for comfort. I'm only complaining because this ruined my lunch because all of the contents spilled out of the hole all over the place when I tried to eat. I'm very upset that I had this experience but I'm not willing to drive 30 minutes back to complain and then back home because this was an easy fix(put both pieces of full bread on a sandwich, common sense). I spent $15 overall on my meal and was pissed when half of it end up in my lap due to someone thinking it was a good idea to hide the piece of crust they call bread under the sandwich for all the contents to pour out of.
order of food on 4-27-2019 edina, minnesota panera bread
Hi, I live in Boise and absolutely love to eat at the Panera Bread on Franklin. The food is incredible and always so fresh. On 4-27-2019, I was in Edina, Minnesota and ordered Pick 2 (two orders) and a Steak and White Cheddar Panini for my family I was visiting. The quality was so poor that I felt I must write you. The new 10 Vegetable soup is my favorite, but at this location, it was thick and tasteless. To me, it tasted like cornstarch had been added to the soup. I was so disappointed, because I ordered the soup twice (Pick 2 two orders). Furthermore, the appearance was so thick looking. This is not what I call fresh soup. Was it soup from the day before?
I ordered the Steak and White Cheddar Panini for my father. At 90 years old, he even remarked about the lack of steak and cheese and the unappeal. He said there was more spread on the bread than steak and cheese. Again, I was so disappointed. I spent $33.16 on this meal Order [protected] and wish I had gone somewhere else.
I believe the quality of food and service should be consistent from each location. I wish the cooks at my Panera Break could teach all your locations how to present a fabulous meal. Unfortunately, the Edina location was a huge disappointment.

egg and cheese (over easy) on a brioche bun
Good Morning,
I went to the Panera bread drive-through in Medford Massachusetts. Now you guys are my go too in the morning when I'm running late with the kids in the morning and I visit you guys quite frequently for lunch. Now when I order something I expect it to be what I ordered, that is not the case this morning and to be honest it has happened plenty of other times also. I ordered a egg and cheese (over easy) on a brioche bun. My egg was well done and my bun was completely burnt and inedible and I had to throw it away. I am a mom of 3 kids who is on a very strict budget so when I get something that I have to throw away that is wasted money and there are starving people in this world who would give anything for food so that makes me very upset and angry. I suggest you train your workers (again) and have them give what the customer orders.
Thank you for your time!

sodium in your food
Panera has been my go to "eating out" restaurant for a long time. It is delicious and I feel like I am in control when eating out. However, since I am now on a 1200 mg sodium diet, there is nothing I can eat there. When I started looking at the sodium content, I was shocked. The crazy part is, you don't really taste it. Your lowest sandwich is 880 mg, and if you don't plan on eating the rest of the day I guess that's okay. The chicken noodle soup (which I considered to be healthy) is off the charts in sodium. I can eat your lower sodium salads, but I make my own dressings just to help with the milligrams. I hope that someone will address this because I (and others) were surprised to learn the sodium in ALL your food. Come on folks, we can do better than this for those of us trying to eat healthier.
Thanks for listening, and I look forward to seeing lower sodium in your food.
failure to honor "my panera offer"
As a long time Panera customer, I received an offer for "$ 1 off a sandwich or panini" with an expiration date of 5/17/19. When I went to redeem it for a breakfast sandwich, the two Panera cafes I visited said the offer doesn't apply to breakfast. If this is true, Panera needs to word their offers more precisely. This is not an appropriate way to treat any customer, much less one who has patronized Panera for many years. I suggest that Panera give me a reward of a free breakfast sandwich.
Why should you get anything of free. If you cannot afford a panera sandwich then make your own sandwiches or visit a soup kitchen. You are not entitled to get something free just because you cannot read the terms "Some restriction apply."
a sign
I am complaining about a sign that it's in the store at south western avenue carpentersville illinois 60110.
Its a sign of trash, next to it is a sign that reads china & silverware, first of all, china is a country we need to respect that. Also, it should read plates, bowls, cups, and silverware, we should start using the right english and not slams. We should respect all countries. I am from mexico, I found that offensive to the country of china!

panera managers
Good Morning,
I am a loyal and full supporter of Panera Bread. I love coming to Panera because it's whole, good food and I love the atmosphere.
However I was in this particular Panera twice in the past few weeks and witnessed extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional behavior from two managers. The first time I was in, both managers were yelling and banging on the door of a restroom, telling the employee to get out of the restroom and get onto cashier.
The second time I came in I noticed one of the Managers, I believe his name is Bryan, yelling at his staff in front of all of us. This is extremely unprofessional, and needless to say a hostile workplace environment. I will not be returning to that Panera anytime soon. Please address this with those managers, those employees don't deserve to be treated that way.
I was only able to get their first names, Bryan and Brandy.

new cinnamon rolls
I miss the original cinnamon rolls! They were just the perfect level of sweetness. I can't even eat the new cinnamon rolls because there is way too much frosting and sugar. These new ones are more like cinnamon rolls I would get from Kroger - I expect better from Panera. I hope you receive enough of these types of comments that you reconsider and bring back the delicious and unique, upscale and perfectly balanced cinnamon rolls Panera used to have.
front line service
I visit this specific Panera almost daily. This is the first time I saw the associate whot was taking my order. It was very noisy and she kept asking me to repeat myself. In itself that wasn't an issue, but the way she acted was outlandish. She tried to stare me down and generally acted like she wanted to pick a fight with me. It was so ridiculous that I...

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to share some unpleasant experiences I had encountered back in December at Des Moines Panera Bread (Cafe 3217). For business purposes, I needed to travel to Des Monies for two weeks in December last year. During that time, I had visited this Panera Bread cafe for several times for dinner. For two occassions one took place on December 13, 2018 (6:10 pm)and another night around the same time, the kitchen staff who prepared my food deliberately withheld the food at one night and served a ridculioulsy small sandwiches for another night. I have attached the picture I took for the Chicken Tortellini Alfredo I ordered. You can see there were no chicken at all just the pasta. I did not pay attention to that at the time but later realized it was deliberately done. And then at a different night, another kitchen staff deliberately cut a very small corner of bread for making my Napa Almond Chicken Salad sandwich. I have no idea what are the reasons for both incidents. But those are obviously harrassments. And I tried to let it go for the past few months. But eventually, I decided to bring that to Panera Bread corporate office attenttion after all. What have happened to me is unjust and I considered those are discriminatory acts.
I hope these would never happen again to anyone/ any customers at any of the Panera Bread locations.
Thank you for your attention.

I am complaining about rude and unprofessional customer service.
Good morning, my name is Kevin Darden. I am a patron of many of your establishments. On the morning of 3/27/2019 I went into your establishment at 330 7th avenue and asked to use the restroom. I was rudely told I could not use the restroom by the manager Michele. I explained to her there was a water main break and my office restrooms were out of order to no...

Today I ordered a chocolate chipper cookie and it was solid as a rock. I'm disappointed. I happen to live 19 miles from this location, & thats when I found out the cookie was bad. I paid 2.49 for one cookie. With the price of gas up it will cost me 2.00 to drive back to the location just correct this problem. I didn't realize for the amount of money I paid to eat here, that I would have to worry about fresh food. I guess it's my fault, for not questioning the integrity of your products or employees before I leave.
Service on 3-8-2019 at 5:29 pm
Out of many products first of all. Service was absolutely horrible and no one really cared. Plenty of employees but not doing much to ensure service and cleanlines as tables were not cleaned. Ordered a cinnamin crunch bagel with cream cheese an d toasted and two medium coffees. Both dark and light roast were empty and we informed them and said itn would be a few minuites. Waited 5 minutes for our bagel only to be told out of it. I respondd that there were 2 in the bin when we ordered and the manager said they had drikve thru orders to fill and I told her again there were two in the bin whedn we ordered. She wasn't happy but gave us one. Five minutes later we finished the bagel and still no coffee. Had to rmind hem about the coffee and they finally brought out. I told the employee that it would have been nice to have the coffee with our bagel. He laughed. Tried to find yhe manager again but she didn't make her face shown. Poor service, poor amount of product and no one even cared. Can I say more to get the theme of absolutely horrrible presentation of Panera Bread.

I recently had a very unpleasant experience at Panera in West Caldwell, NJ, one that I have been coming to for the last 10 years. I arrived at about 4:30. Set my things down, went up to order and returned to table # 8. I always order food and/or a beverage, while grading papers and lesson planning. I am very patient. But I cannot tolerate rude behavior by those who should know better. I will not stand around and remain indifferent especially when a person's integrity is at stake (a sleeping man, who is a frequent customer, is a bit disheveled in appearance and so he was being taken advantage of in this case) Two of your location managers did nothing.
I first complained to one manager who was on her break. She was a young black woman in her late 20s who I've seen before at the restaurant, telling her first that someone was "flat out" sleeping in one of the booths. Then I told her two drunk guys sitting at tables 12/13(speaking of the bar hop they just returned from) were mocking and yelling at the sleeping man. When I walked away from telling the first manager, she told another manager (a tall white man in his 30s who I've also seen there before) who went back to working and never came over to me or to the area. The cursing got louder and the embarrassment I felt this poor man, got worse. I could not sit and let it continue. I approached the male manager and confronted him as to why he never addressed the issue that I had reported. He said dismissively, "I'm watching." I'm sorry, but that is condescending and unhelpful in a situation like this. With toddlers around, families and this poor man being subject to this behavior, it had to stop. I asked the two boys to leave and told them their behavior was reprehensible. I am really upset about the situation start to finish.
A woman at the next table said to me when I returned to my seat, "That is privilege and entitlement at work. Such a shame. I was very close to saying something too."
Well the truth of the matter is---I did and no one else did, especially your managers.
LIke I said I am a teacher. I have boycotted Panera Bread. I told my students that they also have to boycott Panera Bread. I toldt that if I saw or heard any of them dining at Panera Bread that they would get a failing grade and detention. I told them to get their parents to boycott the restaurant as well. So not only you lost my business but the business of 20 students as well. I told them that if their parents took them to Panera Bread that I would report them for child abuse and exposing their children to this type of environment and have them removed from their homes.
customer service
We love panera bread! However, in at least 4 visits to the apopka location, we have experienced terrible customer service! Called in night before for bagel order, was not ready next morn three times! Went in to eat one morn, only about 6 people eating, took forever to get two breakfast sandwiches! They were concentrating on the drive thru only! Rediculous! Ordered a pastry ring (night b4) to get next am., got there, they said they never got any off the truck! Never called us, anything! Terrible location! My husband called to complain, got megan's ph # (area mgr?) left a voice mail for her, even she never called him back! Very discouraging!
the whole experience
I have not been to panera in years and we decided to have lunch at Daniels Road.
First of all the we both ordered soup and half a sandwich. When he checked me out, I was surprised to have a bill for $25.00.
This is a fast food restaurant and there are a lot of sit down restaurants offering lunch for 6.99-8.99.
Quality was just ok. We ordered a half of turkey, bacon, avacado and the bacon was cooked but cold. I had to pay extra .50 for cheese and the sandwich was small.
The last thing is besides the order clerk no one even acknowleded you as a customer.
missing sandwich. manager was rude and hung up on me.
I ordered food for the familily to be delivered.
They delviered the food very quickly.
However, they forgot my sandwich "Cuban Penini".
I called back and they said they would redeliver it.
After a longer period of time (much longer than the 1st delivery), I had to call back and ask where my food was.
The said the driver was already out to deliver it.
After waiting longer, I called to cancel it. I know because I paid for it already, they driver probably put me at the end of the deiver list.
I asked the manager for a refund of my sandwich. She said no.
I demanded a refund just for my sandwich.
She was being rude in her tone and then hung up on me.
I did call customer service soon after and they said they would help.
This is more of a follow-up to that call.
Attached is my receipt.

This has happened several times to me from this location. I have ordered my food, paid and never received my food. I am extremely frustrated with Panera Bread. I attempted to call several times to which I was hung up on and could never get a person on the line to tell them my problem that I never got my food. I used the app to track my order and I was contacted through the app stating my food was on the way around11:41. Still no food. The last time this happened I had contacted the Panera Bread the same day later on and told them what happened. They were not very understanding and said I would get my 25$ order refunded back to my card but that never happened. I decided to try them again for their food service. I like the food here but the service is non existent. Please Help.
