After waiting for my food for probably 30 minutes today, I got a bacon turkey bravo on a baguette to go with a French onion soup, both items part of the you pick two. I also got a side of baguette and a lemonade. I get home to open the bag and see this half of a sandwich with probably less than half the bread that should be given-(I ordered a bacon turkey on a baguette) and was unsatisfued. I was also not given my side of baguette! As someone that goes here at least once a week, I think I deserve more than a quarter of a baguette...

Ordered the pick 2. Received half steak and arugula sandwich with a cup of chicken noodle soup bag of chips. Total $10.79. Asked to leave garlic spread off they didn't so the whole sandwich tasted like garlic. The cup of soup had 5 noodles. The soup is good but not enough noodles. I could of made a better sandwich at home. Seems like a lot of money for what you get. Maybe a drink needs to be included. Not worth the money. Probably won't be going back. What a rip off.

(Rochester Hills MI) I ordered u-pick-2 w/ napa chicken salad sandwich+soup. I had to lift the top bread off to find the chicken salad... saw two bites of chicken salad w/ 2.5 grapes, a few bits of chicken, & 1 almond sliver- all fit w/i the footprint of a slice of tomato. Manager "Drew" was rude. I asked for a refund via online complaint form. "Joey" at customer service said he needed a receipt to provide a refund. I sent a photo of the receipt. He then said he could not provide a refund because I paid cash...never again with I eat at Panera.

I ordered rapid pickup at 5:16pm, all I ordered was bread (order number [protected]) the email I received stated that my order would be ready at 5:26pm, which is more than ample time to cut bread and put it in a bag. When I arrived at 5:55, my order was not on the shelf. I asked the cashier where my order was and she stated that she did not make it yet. She went over to the bread and just stood there for a couple minutes. She then stated that they did not have the focaccia I ordered online, they did not have and that she also did not know how to cut my bread. I asked for a manager and told her about my issue since I have now waited 40 minutes at this point and still did not have my bread. The manager just stated that she was sorry and put the bread in my bag. If possible I would like a refund for my inconvenience since I will not be returning.

We placed an order for delivery on line 4-13-2017and we called the store to advised them that we needed to make a change to the order and the person that answered the phone said since it was placed on line we needed to go back on line to make the correction. Upon going back on line we tried and we couldn't figure out how to make the correction so I called back to the store and ask for the Manager and ask could they walk us to the steps to correct the order on line and he said he doesn't know how. then I said how can you expect me to fix something if you don't know how to fix it yourself. How come I can't just explain the correction since you don't know how to walk me thru to correction on line?
He proceeded to tell me how he could only do things that doesn't require him to change the monetary price of the product.
It was like pulling teeth to get him to do the change and this isn't the first time we've had bad experiences with this store.
Shame Shame on us for keep trying! We order bagels for the office all the time and when we ask for the bagels to be sliced they sliced the entire order of 12 different bagels in bread slices and when we called the store the same Manager! apologized and said he would take care of it and never did. he claimed he was going to give us a credit and mail it out to are business first he wanted me to pick it up and I ask if could just mail it . ** Right today that Credit never came.
This is several times they continue to mess up the orders by leaving stuff off or not doing what is ask.

Description: hi, my name is ny'tia prather. I am an employee at the panera located @ 601 13th st nw washington dc. a week ago at bread bash I had an encounter with vernon. at the end of bread bash he directed everyone but me to go make food. he had explained to me that he felt disrespected by me being on my phone at bread bash which I understood. but then he proceeded to say that he heard I was going to school at udc and he suggested that I start looking for a new job, and that id continue to be scheduled for 1 day. I don't understand why i'm only being put on the schedule for 1 day, nor was I pulled to the side or even had a meeting about my productivity only after the bread bash. but prior to that I was still on being scheduled one-two days. I felt very disrespected by this comment and felt that as a manager it was wrong to tell an employee this. I felt as though he was looking down on me. he never gave me a reason as to why he was threatening to fire me. I was given a write up supposedly but never received the form or anything to sign. it really upset me for someone in that position to say what was said to me. if anything he should be uplifting and encouraging instead of looking down or trying to make me feel bad when he doesn't know my situation.

One of your employees knocked my phone out of my hand tonight and shattered my entire phone screen. This is so upsetting and Panera should be responsible for this. I excpect to hear from someone ASAP. This is something that needs to be taken care of. It is ridiculous that an employee did not give me the chance to hand her the item in my hand and instead knocked my phone on the floor.

I have eaten at Panera every Sunday for years... Brighton Panera and now at the one near the Eastview Mall in Victor, NY. I usually arrive around 10:30 and have always been able to order lunch items. Not today. Arrived at 10:45 and the counter server refused to allow me to order off the lunch menu until 11:00. Guess I will just go somewhere else from now on. So much for my Sunday ritual.

I placed an order for a chicken and wild rice soup and a bacon turkey Bravo. The first time I get home I have tomato soup in my bag with no chips. I go all the way back to the Panera in Piscataway New Jersey and get my soup exchanged without a problem then I get back home and I open my sandwich and there's pepper all over it the bread is soaking wet and there's no cheese on it for $13 you think I would be able to get a sandwich and some soup May reasonably decently and it's like the staff does it on purpose and it needs better management because the manager is no use to anyone and I wasn't the only person in there getting their order redone or rechecked through a whole bunch of other people who came in with their bags because their orders were messed up is this the reputation of Panera because I refuse to eat again after all this crap.
mango smoothie
I went today to Panera Bread and got my usual mango smoothie with whip cream. It tasted awful it tasted like something was bad in the drinkperiod I spoke to a girl who work there and she told me they changed the recipe and it's terrible. Now I don't know where else to get my mango smoothie since you were the only ones that carried it I'm very disappointed in this change thank you Karen Larson

We always go and eat at Panera but this couple of times its been very bad service getting our orders right. Every time is has not right. Soups are cold. Sandwiches are all messing few turkey on the sandwiches. The quality of making a nice and tasty sandwich is going down. Please retire your employees better or again. We love to eat there and we would hate to go somewhere else.

On April 7, 2017, I went to Panera Bread (1410) located on College Drive in Suffolk, VA around 7:10 a.m. to purchase a chai tea latte and egg white, spinach, and turkey sausage breakfast sandwich. Due to the fact that I was driving to work, I did not eat the sandwich until I got to work. Around 9:30, I decided to eat the sandwich, so I opened the sandwich, and lo and behold, it was a dead, grilled insect! The wings had the residue from the egg white on them. I was mortified, disgusted, and sickened to my stomach!

I ordered an Asiago bacon egg and cheese sandwich. The bottom of my sandwich was completely burnt. The staff was aware the sandwich was burnt, but rather making a new one, she put it into the bag with my other orders. I have to bring it to front desk to show the burnt product. Staff did not apologize for the mistake, just said bring it to the back and they will make you a new one. The second sandwich was not perfect but edible. Obviously training is lacking at this store.

On 4/1/17 I went to the Panera Bread in Lansdowne Va and witnessed some rude behavior. I witnessed a young lady by the name of Sally being very disrespectful to customers. While being polite and courteous taking their orders, and they would walk away she would laugh and talk about them with her coworkers. She would laugh and mock what they ordered, how they ordered, even appearance-wise she would make fun them. I imagine by the looks of it she's does this quite often. If I happened to notice it while waiting on my order I'm sure several others as well as the people noticed it too. As I said before taking the orders in front of you she was very polite but very rude when you walked away. Please fix this!

I am writing this notice due to an incident that I had at this particular location. I tried to enter this Panera with a friend around 7:25pm only to find the doors locked. There were people inside and workers behind the counter. The workers started waving their hands and mouthing we're closed, even though the hours displayed on the door clearly showed that it's open until 9pm. This would not have mattered any other time, but my friend and I were there to meet someone, which I tried to convey to the workers who just stood behind the registers laughing at me. Someone finally came to the door, plastering a sign to the door in my face saying they are closing early for a team meeting (which is unusual to have in the middle of work hours). I had to ask the person to open the door to explain to her that I and my friend were supposed to meet someone that was already inside. She finally gave a "oh" and let me in. I asked to speak with the manager, who also gave the statement that they were closing early. I did not receive an apology, instead the workers stood behind the registers laughing and pointing. I love Panera but after this experience I will think very hard about giving my business to this corporation that hires rude employees

Good afternoon,
My husband and I went to a Panera bread for lunch yesterday, and after eating half of his loaf of bread, my husband noticed some mold. He brought it to the counter and no one even apologized, just gave him another piece. A couple hours after that, he started feeling sick; light headed, nausea, loss of appetite, he has also vomited a couple times. Perhaps he didn't get enough mold to cause horrible vomiting, but he definitely was affected. We arent usually ones to complain, but I felt that we needed to make this known, as the employee didn't even bat at an eye at the obvious furry blue spot.
We love Panera Bread, and hope to return.

I called the Panera Bread store in Bohemia, NY from my job. I asked the man who answered (identified as the manager in subsequent calls) to please fax a menu so that my coworkers and I could order lunch. It was about 10:25 AM. The man informed me that he was very busy and to look online. I explained that our computers were down and he said he was too busy and would try later to fax the menu. I called close to 12 PM and he informed me he faxed it. Nothing came through on the fax machine, but I double checked in case it cane in while I was on the phone. It had not been sent. I called back and he insisted he sent it and I asked him to fax it again. He was very rude and annoyed on the phone. After the 2nd request, he finally faxed the menu. The menu faxed had no prices on it. There was no way I was going to call back and ask for a menu with prices since he was rude and did not show any interest in obtaining our business. I work at an elementary school and your manager lost a lot of business that day. I am a rewards member and frequent Panera Bread quite often, but I will never go to the Bohemia Panera Bread again. On 03/30/2017 we are trying to enjoy ourselves when I hear a guy verbally assualting a young lady. I heard him tell the young lady he was a director of operations of Panera bread. I listened to this guy verbally assault and beat his hands on the counter until the cops came to remove him from the property. I asked what his name was and it was Ricky Compton. It was very hard to believe this guy was a director of operations for such an amazing company. I wouldn't want anybody misrepresenting a company I owned, so I'm taking time out to share this horrible scene I watched tonight. I know I won't be going to Panera anymore just bc I feel like if the director acts like such a fool, what does his staff act like and get away with. This guy definitely defined Panera Bread since he made sure to represent the name and his position while verbally attacking a young girl.

I always get the "you pick two" with broccoli cheddar soup with ham and Swiss. I get my sandwich the same everytime. No onIons or tomato, add mayo and heat on the panini press with asiago bread. (I used to work here so I expect quality service) Well my sandwich today was ruined. Mustard was added! It ruined my whole experience. The only way I eat mustard is with corndogs. It made my sandwich taste horrible!

On 3/26/2017 at 5:58 pm location 4359 bronx ny 10475 cashier was brandy check number 684272 my family and i went through the most horrible experience, my family order 4 green teas and a you pick 2 meal and the cashier brandy charged us for 3 soda when i had ordered 4 green tea i then asked her where the 4 cup when she handed it to me and didnt even charge i then went to get the green tea ans the manager marcia ask for my receipt and informed me i had to pay the difference i then went to the cashier who originally took my order and tood you i had order 4 green tea not soda drinks she then yelled and ask me to relax thag it wasnt that serious and told me that if i had a problem she would be off work at 7:pm to wait for her outside the manager was standing and listening and didnt say anything to her the other employee where trying to pull back brandy because she was very loud i then told her it wasnt part of her job description the manager then refunded my money and didnt even apologize for how her employee treated me i was humiliate i asked for a higher manager but was told to call the store and ask for brian i would never go back to the store again and feel so hurt from how i was treated i had visited other panaeras and have never expericed anything like this.
