Did not get what I orderded
We ordered online at the Panera Bread Bethel Park, PA location on 12/20. We ordered the pick 2. I chose one of the sandwich's and picked a fruit cup. They did not give us a fruit cup.
Cleanliness
Visited the Telephone Road in Ventura CA restaurant this morning at 7:30am
Every single table was dirty (yes all of them) and the carpet looked awful with both food and paper throughout.
I had to go and get my order after they delivered my husbands order. No cream or half and half out-had to ask for that.
Food was served cold.
Husband used the restroom and it too was filthy and hand towels were empty and had to go into the womens to get some
We frequent the Oxnard restaurant a lot and it has been clean, friendly and delicious.
We will never come back to the Telephone Road restaurant again and will spread the word to others not to either.

The small soup is only filled up half way- the sand-which was so small it was tripled wrapped just to fit into your hand. The didnt put the baguette in the tiny bag. Horrible and overpriced.

Missing chips and overall service
We have given up ordering/delivery from Panara due to LOUSY services and missing items. We ordered in the restaurant three times and waited beyond 30 mins after putting in the order. We began ordering/delivery online only to have our soups lukewarm, sandwiches often had no dressing and chips missing. For Our delivery Nov.18, consisted 2 orders of a half sandwich and 2 small cups of soup and missing chips again. The receipt was so faded that you can't see vital information except for the price of $31.08 Pandara lost 2 customers.

This is the 4th time I order my food 30 mins before my actual lunch break, today I walk in after receiving an email "your order is ready for pickup @4;49pm" I go in at 5;06pm they cant even find my order in the system, like how did I receive an email stating its ready if they never receieved it. We placed an online order ($31.07) on Nov 15 and it was a very frustrating experience. We ordered one bowl of soup, a flatbread pizza and a Caesar salad. First problem was ordering, I meant to order 1 bowl of soup and I must have said 2, because 2 went into my cart. I tried and tried but I could not remove the one bowl of soup. As cheddar broccoli soup doesn't reheat very well that was about $6 in the garbage. The pizza and other bowl of soup were fine, but that Caesar salad ... I don't know what it was, but it was inedible. Isn't Caesar salad made with romaine lettuce, croutons and caesar dressing? There was not a single leaf of romaine, no croutons -it was all spinach leaves, arulga, black stuff I didn't recognize, and a slimy vinegar dressing. We did, we tried but it was so sour and so oily we couldn't eat it. We also each ordered baguettes and instead we got 2 apples.
We've eaten at Panera many times over the past years and never has anything like this happened before. I know things are tough right now due to lack of staff, etc., but in my book this was unacceptable.
Thanks for letting me whine and complain a bit.

curbside pick up and customer service
I placed on order for curbside pick up with Panera. I got there 5 min. early so I waited 5 min. and called to let them know I was here. I waited and waited. I called. I called again, I called 3 times and no one picked up the phone. After 15 min. of waiting I had to go in and get my order which was sitting on the counter getting cold. I told the woman, whom I believe was in charge about having to wait and then come in and get my order. Apparently, they are short staffed and so busy she couldn't even answer the phone. Nor could anyone else. I told her the reason I do the curbside pick up is because I'm handicapped. Though she said she understood, it was to bad. I didn't even get an "I'm sorry". Then she told me to have a good day. I told her if they can't handle curbside pick up then don't offer it. This is not the first time I've had to go in and get my order. I shouldn't have to wonder when I pull up to the pick up location if someone is going to bring me my order or not. That's is not acceptable. To not even answer the phone is outrageous. A little communication goes a long way.

Every time I order from Panera they always leave something off their sandwiches I mean what's the sense of offering the different choices if you're not going to supply the consumer for what they asked. This is actually 3rd it's happened. Will not be ordering in the future. Terribly overpriced specifically when the sandwiches have hardly anything in them.
Food - Bugs in French Onion Soup
I ordered my French onion soup from Panera and it had bugs in it. When I went to return it the staff was rude and didn't care that it had happened.

Panera bread in wayne on route 23 south.
while waiting on line at Panera a woman comes in with her dog and it wasn't a service dog! When the dog approached the counter it stood up on its hind legs and caught the dog drooling onto cookies that were out on shelf. Personnel didn't remove the cookies and the woman wasn't told to remove dog from the eatery . I find that management there is very laid back and not doing what they are hired for hopefully this Panera's is told about this complaint and to straighten out. If that is the case of being laid back and not doing the proper thing, then maybe the BOARD OF HEALTH will be notified.
No animals in stores or places to eat unless its a service animal in which this one wasn't. Fix it

10:51 am - 9/17/2021 - Drive Thru order- Very specific about my order. Have visited this location for years.
Hazelnut coffee, no room for cream, 2 creams and 6 regular sugars ON THE SIDE.
Got to the windows, cream and sugar already in coffee. Returned to obtain correct coffee and this is when the trouble began.
A new coffee was given after another 5 + minute wait. No cream was given. Sugar was given on the side.
Cashier went back to obtain the cream. It took another 6 or 7 minutes. Blew horn to find out issue. Lady, manager came to the window and advised person had to go back to truck to get cream. I advised that cream was to be on the side but was in the coffee and that it was taking a while. She then got loud and advised I would have to wait and I was talking and she closed the drive thru window while I was talking.
It was very disrespectful and rude for a manager or anyone to treat a customer like that.
I proceeded to contact the store by phone to report this issue. The manager answered the phone. She did not want to talk to me and handed me to the general manager, who was kind, listened and apologized the rudeness of the manager, Shannon.

Visited Conroe TX location on TX105 & I45. Went inyo to order baked goods. No one at baked goods counter. Went to sandwich counter and after 5-10 minture wait, clerk walked with me to baked goods counter, asked what I wanted but rather than just bag the 3-4 items just walked back to sandwich counter rang it up and handed me my receipt. When I asked who would bag up my itemd he simply shrugged his shoulders. I finally flagged down a wait staff person who went over and bagged my items.

I was in Panera bread Issaquah today and wanted to order something I waited my turn but there was a couple in front of me there was not very many people in there and I had to call for my order from the inside of the store because I was waiting in line for quite some time finally I ordered my food when I ordered my food I got my paper when the food is ready I waited even longer for that and realized my food was already up there might be for did not be they were just standing around and I asked for a fork and something to go with my food bad service bad customer service this is the second time I've been in there a month ☹️
Waiting for a refund since 04-25-21
Hi, my name is Kelsie Knippenberg and I have been waiting for my refund since before 04/25/21.
I have waited patiently and I have had false promises made to me on when I should be receiving this refund.
I have attempted at least 3 more inquiries on a panera's help page, and I have reached out again 5 more times to the email of [protected]@panerabread.com as I was corresponding with Joseph from the start of this.
I am not trying to make a fuss or cause trouble for anyone but I would like my full refund back as I was promised. It was over $60 dollars and honestly I am tired of waiting.
