The experience was GREAT
The experience was GREAT. I will definitely recommend Paradise Exteriors. The work was done as promised. I was kept inform of the status during the whole process. Installation was done as scheduled and all the work was done on the time stablished and very clean. The installation team was very professional and courteous. The Administrative team also was very helpful during all our inquiries.
The installers were great they did a beautiful job
The installers were great they did a beautiful job. I am very pleased with the outcome and final results of the windows and installation. The only main complaint is that the bathroom window was an oblique, frosted window and not clear as requested but I did not notice it until it was already installed. They have ordered me the one I requested so I appreciate that! Everything has been great:)
The crew that installed my windows did a professional job and cleaned up afterward nicely. I had a finance issue and the finance department did a great job resolving the issues. Extremely thankful for this company and its services.
The company was very professional from the salesman to the installers. We had them put in just before Hurricane Dorian and they went through the storm fantastic. They're very quiet! It's nice to not be so closed in the dark during a hurricane. Thank you, Paradise!
Very pleased. We had an issue with the mis-measurement of one of our windows and a replacement window was ordered and installed without issue. The installer went above and beyond to make sure everything was absolutely perfect with this replacement window. I would recommend Paradise Exteriors again to anyone without hesitation. Thanks.

We had estimates from several different window companies and decided to go with Paradise Exteriors because we liked the look of their windows
We had estimates from several different window companies and decided to go with Paradise Exteriors because we liked the look of their windows the best. From start to installation they kept us updated for every step. My new windows are in and I couldn't be happier! The crew is very good at what they do, they're on time and within an hour of starting, they had one window in! I was so impressed! I love my new windows and I'm even happier we went with Paradise Exteriors!
Now that the windows and doors have been installed and the door lock malfunction was repaired yesterday we can say that we are very satisfied! I might add that Lucas and his crew did an excellent job. The Final was passed *** we are very pleased with the project overall.

This organization is built on a soft approach, with tricksy falsey intentions to mislead you about how bad this company really is. The real intention of Paradise is to collect as much money as possible before the job is 100% complete and satisfied. So that being said, there are broken and damage windows, there are mis-measured windows, which takes weeks to reorder and receive in, there are failed inspections which relate to not using common sense thinking, there are window, door, and roof jobs sold in mass numbers with no labor installation crews to do them. This company is far from taking you to some kind of Paradise. If anything, this company is a Paradise of broken promises, lies, mistakes, mistreatment, and abuse by arrogant ownership. This company employs a strategy of a Wolf in Sheep's Clothing. BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE WARNING THIS COMPANY IS A POSSIBLE DANGER TO YOUR FINANCIAL WELL BEING AND YOUR HEALTH IN GENERAL. PLEASE TAKE PRECAUTION BEFOR DOING BUSINESS WITH PARADISE EXTERIORS LLC. BELIEVE ME THE WORD PARADISE SHOULD BE CHANGED TO FUSTRATION AND DISGUIST. GOOD LUCK IF YOU THINK THINGS ARE EASY AND WILL WORK OUT FOR YOUR BEST INTEREST AS THE CUSTOMER.
I am very pleased with the quality of customer service that I received from the staff at Paradise Exteriors. The work on my windows and doors was handled in an efficient and professional manner. The workers were polite and went about their work in a clean and careful way. The work was completed in two days. I am very satisfied with the quality of your service. Thank You!
Logan did an incredibly good job!
Logan did an incredibly good job! We were just looking for an estimate for new windows when we made this appointment but he knew his windows, knew what would make our house more safe and more energy efficient! He worked with us from beginning to end, answering every question and making sure we got exactly what we needed at an amazing price! Thank you Paradise Exteriors for the military respect as well, we look forward to our new windows & continued relationship with you. Will definitely spread the word to friends & neighbors!
I am very pleased with my new impact windows. In addition to providing solid storm protection, my Paradise Exterior Impact windows are a lot easier to open and close. It has been months since they were installed. Now it is the end of January. I have the air conditioning turned off and the Paradise Impact windows open. When it is time to close them, they insulate my apartment from excess noise as well as the elements. The process went very smooth from the first visit, to subsequent follow ups on the phone, to installation day. The crew arrived on time and worked into the night. The only evidence left behind were the newly installed impact windows. All work debris was promptly and completely cleaned up. Paradise was recommended to me by a neighbor in my building, increasing my comfort level dealing with this company. 3 1/2 months after having the work done, I would certainly recommend Paradise Exterior to anybody wanting the protection of impact windows for their home or business.
I love my windows and had a great team ( A+) to install them in one day. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. They only thing I wished the sales man would have suggested tinted glass. Also the sliding doors did not come with screens which was a bit odd, being they were going to the outside. They are beautiful and I do love them, slides easy, very quiet and reduced power bill. The company it self was very professional and had a great team and process keeping you informed of your status until inspected and finished. I have referred others.
Terrible. I've been waiting since June for my project to be completed. Paradise Exteriors sent out contractors on the wrong date of installation. These contractors removed all my window treatments without my permission violating their contract. Ever since then I've been awaiting an inspector so my job can be complete. I was told the inspectors are not coming out due to covid 19. Yet other families have been submitting reviews stating what a wonderful job paradise windows has done for them. There is no reason why ***,one of the managers has not sent out an inspector to complete my job. *** Pelissier Promised me $500 if I removed a Google review that I submitted before. Well guess what, I removed it and I never received $500 nor an inspector to my house. In November, when the temperature dropped I open my windows to feel the fresh air and of the 11 windows I had installed only 5 of them worked. What a fire hazard! They came out in response to that and oiled up the window tracks but still no inspector. What is it? Am I the wrong race, creed,or color? They have been compensated and money has only one color which is green and they have it! Miami Dade County should violate them for letting the permit elapse as they would a normal citizen doing work on their house.Paradise exterior's please come finish my job you were so expeditiously paid to do. That is all I ask.
All the workers were very kind and accommodating. The installers were early which was great and they were easy to talk to. Great work by the entire company, I am very appreciative!

My husband and I spent over four hours sitting at our dining room table last night with an amazing, extremely knowledgeable gentleman. His name was James Z.. Our entire experience was excellent. We are super excited to mention that we signed on the dotted line to hire Paradise Exteriors to replace all 17 windows in our home. The presentation that James conducted with us was absolutely "Top Notch", and I could not have ask for anything more detailed. Thank you again James for an awesome presentation. I am looking forward to working with you and your company on our next home improvement job!

So I opened my front door and the most pleasant individual by the name of Rochet offered this company's services
So I opened my front door and the most pleasant individual by the name of Rochet offered this company's services. He was charismatic and genuine. I listened patiently and was so grateful that I did. We scheduled an appointment that same day and another young man by the name of Jordano came for the actual consultation. He was knowledgeable, thorough and answered the million questions that were thrown his way. His composure was calm and he explained everything to us. As he spoke, I researched them online and they had great reviews from the ComplaintsBoard.com and customers. I cannot wait for my hurricane impact windows to be installed. Will review that too! So far so good

Well I was a bit surprised when the 3 gentlemen came and said the job can't be completed today because the parts for the bedroom slider didn't arrive. They asked if I wanted them to leave or start the job today . They began at 10:00 am and worked very hard till 7:00 pm. There's a few things which I would like to discuss regarding the dining room window and the quartz ledge which cracked and the bronze paint went on it. It looks sloppy and I'm not happy about it. I moved into my condo in April and it was totally renovated and very beautiful so I would like this to be corrected on their return when they do the slider. The 3 men were very professional and are an asset to Paradise Exteriors!

I had all of my doors and windows replaced and once everything came in they completed the job in only one day!
I had all of my doors and windows replaced and once everything came in they completed the job in only one day! they are the definition of family style customer service and They called me to keep me in the loop even when there were no new advancements in the waiting process for permits/ manufacturing. The price was competitive but even if it was higher than others your getting what you pay for. they were all extremely professional and made sure they were careful and took the time to protect my entire house from dust and other debris caused by installation. Everyone I met was friendly and professional which makes you feel like you're part of the team. I am only referring this company to people when they ask me about getting new storm doors or windows. Its been about a month since they have been installed and I have ZERO complaints. no leaks, no noises, house stays cooler, everything works smooth, I can go on but no need. Don't waste your time looking just use Paradise Exteriors and save all the trouble
A rep came to my house to show me the impact window replacement that Paradise uses, and it seemed quite substantial
A rep came to my house to show me the impact window replacement that Paradise uses, and it seemed quite substantial. Now comes the problem, asking me how much do I think these windows will cost, instead of measuring and giving me a price! He kept calling his office to ask his boss if he could go lower, something like tactic a car salesman uses! Well, after four hours of his constant yapping, I said I would buy them, just to get rid of him! He asked me for testimonials, and again to get him
out of my house, I gave a good rating, which I now regret. He finally left, and I had total remorse for signing up, and couldn't sleep that night at all, I was so upset that I did such a stupid thing just to get rid of him.
Early the next day, I drove to Boynton beach to ask for my deposit back, and to cancel the order! The person there offered me some discounts not to cancel, but nothing he offered would sway me!
A really awful experience! Use another company if you want windows, not Paradise! *** Palm Beach
PS They said they have ComplaintsBoard.com Rating, it all good!

BEWARE of this company!
BEWARE of this company! Once they do your job you and your "warranty" mean nothing to them! Years ago I hired this company to enclose my Florida room with vinyl windows and a new door etc. First of all it took them six months to begin the job. Finally the job was completed and I was basically satisfied with the way things looked. I had to push CONSTANTLY to get them moving. There was MUCH back and forth with the architect.
Fast forward to 2020 and the door's upper window developed a problem and wouldn't lower anymore. I was still within my 10 year warranty so I called PARADISE to schedule a service call to correct the problem. I was HORRIFIED when told there would be a $175 service call fee!
I told them that was RIDICULOUS and I'd find someone else. No one could figure out the problem so beginning in February I said I would bite the bullet and get Paradise to come and check out the problem. Technician finally came in May after many many calls to try and schedule an appointment. He said the part was defective and would have to be ordered from the company and then installed at no additional charge. My check was cashed of course for the service call right on that day. Every time I called the company to find out where the part was and when they were coming back I got one excuse and one story after another...the part wasn't in the company was on vacation it would be in another two weeks etc etc well it is now almost August and I still have no resolution to the defective part and no communication from Paradise exteriors anymore I am being totally ignored!
I called weeks ago to tell them forget everything and demanded by $175 service call Fee be refunded to me. Of course it has not been and I have had no call to explain why it hasn't been sent nor have I had a call for a tech to come out to install the new part!
My next step I guess is to go to small claims court and/or to the TV stations to see if I can get my money back! If you are smart you will not ever do business with this company if you want a warranty to hold up when you have problems
BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE This is going to be long but save yourself the headache of using this company and read!

Everything started when the salesman came to my home to present his windows. You have 3 days to back out of the contract and for some reason it was 4 days before I was able to get ahold of anyone in the company. I was going to back out because I started reading reviews foolishly after I signed. I signed knowing I have 3 days to back out but again nobody in the company existed until the 4th day came. The salesman also told me he got the ok from his boss to give a specific warranty when in fact this was never done and the manager *** and I had a screaming battle. He's the most unprofessional business man I've ever had to deal with. In the end I did get the warranty I was told I'd get.
Next came the measuring of window openings. I had 2 openings that were the exact same size (I also measured myself) but for some reason when the windows came those 2 opening got different size windows. Also my bathroom window was more than 1" different depth into the opening than the rest of the windows.
During the initial installation 2 windows were damaged and they tried hiding it. One the vinyl was split snd they actually leaned one of my ladders against it to try and hide it. Another had crack in the glass. They acted like they didn't know when I questioned them about it. The one with the broken glass they wouldn't replace the entire unit but only the glass abs they caused significant damage to the vinyl while replacing the glass and again wouldn't do anything about it.
Every last double hung window that was installed leaked water snd I was also told that ALL old bucking would be replaced with brand new wood. I got 19 windows replaced in my house snd just a few pieces were replaced. In fact every single window has the bucking not installed on the bottom sill so there was a 3/4" gap when the permits said no more than 1/4". Every single window they installed had to be removed to fix this issue. After this was done the windows still wouldn't pass inspection and half of them had to come back out again! During the removal and reinstallation they damaged a window and I was getting significant water intrusion into my master bedroom. This took 2 months to take care of. They did nothing as a temporary fix to keep water out. In the end I had drywall damage and mold that they would also do nothing about.
This company is very unprofessional and everyone needs to stay away. They don't do quality work at all. My windows cost just under $25,000 and they were total hacks putting them in

New windows & front door installed 3/13
New windows & front door installed 3/13. Window sill broken & never replaced. Front door not closing correctly. Since my windows were installed on 3/13 there was damage to my window sill on the second floor. My front door also does not close properly. I was told months ago that they could not find my style of sill. After that there has been not contact to fix the problem. I have sent emails and called my salesman ***, XXX-XXX-XXXX. I am told someone will get back to me and no one every calls back. I have received a phone call from the account *** XXX-XXX-XXXX asking for final payment. When I explained the situation she claimed not to have any knowledge of my issue. Everyone I have spoked to claims not to know about my issue. The last letter I received stated that they will not warranty my windows because I have not paid my balance of $1000.00. They have not repaired the damage they caused to my house and I am not getting anywhere with them.

They need to follow up and correct a problem we've had and the last statement Zack at Paradise was that( they were going to do nothing.) They need to follow up and correct a problem we've had and the last statement Zack at Paradise was that( they were going to do nothing.) The last time a crew was here to do corrective work, which was to take the windows out and reinstall them and put molding around the outside of the windows to meet Stuart Building Inspector Revision Requirements, an inside molding was left with a chunk out of it and there is residue all over the bottom areas of 2 windows, from caulking. The Windows were initially installed in August and reinstalled later. We now have rust coming through around the windows where the screws are. We have aluminum siding and I suspect the screw they used are causing a reaction with the siding.(We were told by Zack of Paradise the rust from the screw heads is because our house is deteriorating.) They are refusing to rectify the situation. So where is their 100% guarantee of satisfaction, certainly not here.

I am requesting partial refund due to work product customer service and loss of time and the sale of my home
I am requesting partial refund due to work product customer service and loss of time and the sale of my home. I am requesting a partial refund due to misleading contract as to the time windows would be ready and installed. They installed windows months after I signed the contract, the install did not past inspection as they were installed in correctly and missing parts. I again had to wait 6 weeks for them to order parts to fix the windows. What kind of company doesn't have parts to install windows if that's what your company does. I told them time and time again I was selling my home and I had to have these windows ready when I listed my house. I listed my home and it did not past inspection to a potential buyer, I lost that sale. They finally fixed the windows now I have to wait another 4 weeks for inspection, which was suppose to happen the same day they came to fix the windows. The installers left all the blinds on the floor, so now I have to pay someone to put them back up so I can continue to show my house until inspection in 4 weeks. This is ridiculous how they operate . I am requesting a partial refund I would request full but I have the windows!

We purchased windows with screens and the latch/lock did not work they had to drill holes to make them lock and the screens crack and rust
We purchased windows with screens and the latch/lock did not work they had to drill holes to make them lock and the screens crack and rust. We purchased 6 rooms of windows and screens on 3/30 and they were installed on 5/6 when we paid cash in full $13,469. The window latches/locks had holes and the screens in 4 of the rooms that did not fit. We called the company from our salesman to the service mgr rep who finally sent a rep to inspect.. The service tech that caulked the holes where they removed the latches so they would close. And they bent the other latches to make them lock. I told them the screens were too tight and very hard to remove. After weeks of leaving messages the service mgr rep finally sent someone out who then replaced the screens. We discovered weeks later that the screens had been forced in and cracked at the corners and were rusted. I called again weeks went by again no response the Service manager finally took my call. He told me he "he did not come to my house and sell me the windows and the screens and I had to call my salesman or the screen manufacturer". He then emailed me an expired warrantee form for the screens. So again I called my salesman and he asked for pictures that I sent. He said I will take care of it. After waiting a month I texted him and he said I can't help you I had to deal with the screen manufacturer. I also asked were the windows manufactured by a different company and he said yes but they take care of the windows. What is the difference between the windows and screens as each are made by a different company. I bought the windows, screens and installation from Paradise Exteriors at a hefty sum that was paid in full.

This company withdrew $1500 from my checking account after leaving a voice message saying that they would not be moving forward with my application. This company came out on September 3 and did a quote on our property. We were pressured by the sales representative Dario and eventually caved and signed an agreement CONTINGENT UPON A SUCCESSFUL CREDIT APPROVAL. No credit was ever obtained as we did research and realized that this company has been sued in the past by other consumers and had poor ratings. We decided that we would not be allowing this company to service us because again we were pressured and had discovered that this company had unethical business practices. On September 8 a representative from Paradise Exteriors left a voice message indicating that they were unable to move forward with the application due to being unable to obtain a credit report in order to secure financing. That voice message was a indication that the application has now been voided as well as the contract since the company was not able to move forward. Again, the sales representative indicated at the time of consultation that the $1500 was only to lock in the sales price as it would not be the same the next day, he never stated that the deposit was non refundable and indicated that everything was contingent upon the securing of financing. On September 15 Paradise withdrew $1500 from my account after indicating on September 8 that they would not be moving forward with my application due to being unable to obtain credit approval, hence voiding the legally binding contract and application. I called Paradise on September 16 to ask for a refund and they told me no because of the contract and not cancelling within the 3 days as indicated on the contract. The contract is only active upon me securing financing with the company and a successful credit check, in which neither was done and also null and void as indicated by the representative that left a voice message on my phone stated that they were not moving forward with my application due to being unable to obtain a credit report. I want my money refunded and this company should not be in business for unethical business practices as such.

Paradise Exteriors has made numerous mistakes in ordering, installing and services
Paradise Exteriors has made numerous mistakes in ordering, installing and services. They have not been honest with their billing practices. I had an estimated scheduled with Paradise Exteriors in May. They were overbooked and canceled but promised an additional $500 off the price if I rescheduled. I did and booked with them as the additional $500 off made them competitive. They now deny ever having made the offer. Paradise Exteriors was to install the windows (7) and doors (3) on 7/20. I asked two weeks in advance to confirm the order as I was driving down from VA to supervise. They confirmed the order was correct. Upon arrival, the windows were discovered to be the wrong color. I agreed to the door installation but reminded them I would not have driven down, 12.5 hours each way, for an incomplete order as I had to take time off from work for the trip and to quarantine on my return to VA. The doors passed *** arriving in Florida for the season, the windows were scheduled to be installed on 10/12. Again, I called in advance to confirm the order and was assured it was correct. They brought the wrong windows, waited for the correct ones to arrive, started late and rushed through the job. They ruined two screens and broke a window sill. On 10/19 the windows failed inspection. The representative from Paradise arrived afterwards, replaced the window sill and did not repair the defects. He also did not want to complete the work on the doors that HAD passed *** I received a notice the company had put a lien on my house for not paying the remainder of the bill. In the note, the owner incorrectly stated I had had my final when in fact, the company called on 11/4 to confirm my final on 11/5. 11/5 the windows again failed inspection and the team from Paradise called to say they were not coming to make repairs. This inspector found the windows were improperly installed and needed to be taken out and reset. A team is scheduled for 11/12 to take the windows out, reset them, have them inspected. The doors have not been finished on the inside. The windows need to be finished on the inside. The screen doors do not slide. Two of the windows in question do not open. The inspector feels this may be rectified by installing them correctly. Two screens are on order.

Company took $2,000 dollars meant for a down payment and provided zero services or work for that money
Company took $2,000 dollars meant for a down payment and provided zero services or work for that money. Used predatory sales tactics to acquire money. How They Stole Money This company outright stole money from my mother. They took a check from her in the form of a down payment, and before she had even secured any further financing - they deposited her $2000 check - which she gave in good faith to them, without any warning. When she was unable to secure the rest of the financing, they told her that it had been past their four day return warranty - which by the way is ILLEGAL in the state of Florida. The minimum return policy in Florida is seven days. To be clear, this company TOOK $2,000 dollars and provided ZERO services or work. This is a fact that even their own internal marketing representative said was an unethical business practice. Their own employee admitted to their negligence. Predatory Sales Practices To start, this company quoted over 2.5 times MORE for their service than any other company. My brother, an experienced mechanical engineer, was able to find four reputable quotes within 10 minutes of doing research of legitimate companies that were quoting $7,000 dollars for what this company quoted $16,500. The salesman sat in front of my mother for 45 minutes pressuring her to fill out "paperwork" which included the company's predatory returns policy. He never stated when the down payment check would be processed, and he made promises of securing her financing. This in-it-of-itself is predatory - particularly to senior citizens. NO salesman is allowed to promise financing to anyone, especially when there is no background information or credit check done. The salesman is a shark, and saw an easy senior citizen target. When my mother attempted to secure financing through her credit union, the bank denied her. When she tried securing financing through Synchrony bank, they denied her. The salesman then went on to tell her to apply to a small and obscure lending house out of the mid-west that would guarantee her financing. When she read that the financing would include a 30% APR (because again this is not a legitimate lending house) she changed her mind and said she would like her money back. At this point the salesman said that it had been past four days of his initial visit and that he would not be returning her the check - which never should have been deposited in the first place.

Severe Communication issues and deceitful business practices
Severe Communication issues and deceitful business practices. On April 17th, we met with a sales representative of Paradise exteriors. During this 4 1/2 hour long appointment we were swindled in price gouged. However we decided to use this company because of the product that they sell uniquely to our area. The sales rep measured all of our windows as we walked him around the home. A few days later another man came to our house to measure the windows again and stated that the sales rep forgot to measure a very large window and the front door. He left after measuring and about a week later we received an addendum to our contract after we had already agreed to a price with a $10,000 price increase. With little to no explanation. We tried to call the company and the sales rep and nobody returned our calls for many hours. After many back-and-forth conversations, they lowered the amount to $2500 instead of $10,000. We then proceeded to move forward with a company while hesitant. we received a new contract with all of the windows sizing and openings to approve. We returned the contract to our sales representative who sent us the contract and did not hear anything for another week. I reached out with the homeowners association approval and was contacted by someone from Paradise exteriors explaining that they never received or attended contract. We had sent it in a week prior. They found it miraculously. And then explain thatThey were going to submit for the permit that was a very long and unorganized process with many communication issues. Once they got the approved permit which we only found out about because my husband checked it on the county website. We had to call multiple times to get them to move forward with ordering our windows. Once they order the windows they called us and said that they would be in on July 12. On July 12 we did not hear anything from the company so we called and left several messages and did not get a phone call back for two days. Once we got a phone call back they told us that the windows were not in yet they only had the doors and a few windows in their warehouse from the manufacturer. They told us the windows would be there on 21 July. The day came and went and there were no windows. We tried to call them several times. The only way that we received a phone call back was when I posted a negative review on their Facebook page about how they are not communicating with us. Once that happened they called us back and told us that the reason that it was delayed was because of coronavirus and that we would not be able to get our windows installed until August 5. Once August 5 came, They did in fact install our windows. However, they sent a window that did not fit our measurements and tried to tell us it was our fault although the paperwork had the correct measurements for the window that was not there. The installation company said that they forgot to measure the window before breaking our existing window so we had a window that did not fit in our opening. It is still like that. They also burned with a torch the internal wall of our home and refused to acknowledge that that is a problem.

Product issues, customer service issues, threats, damages to our own property among installation work, and failure to fulfill contracted work
Product issues, customer service issues, threats, damages to our own property among installation work, and failure to fulfill contracted work. We had a complaint opened a few years ago and Paradise Widows stated it was resolved - which was a lie. We renegotiated some terms and issues in order to address the problems and allowed years for corrections in which were not fulfilled. A contract was signed on 7/18. We were given an estimated start date in which was not met for several months after as stated. We called numerous times only to be told the windows and doors were being made. We contacted the manufacturer to confirm any delays and they stated they had none and were filling orders in as normal. Once we received the order (first one) we weren't anticipating any issues as scratches, dents, wrong window type, wrong colors, or other issues we shortly faced. We were not asked to inspect anything and allowed the workers to begin installation. Shortly after work began I noticed issues with the condition of the windows such as dents, scratches, and other issues when installation was completed. I asked the installers why they were in such condition since I ordered new windows and doors and they referred me back to the office at Paradise Windows. The owner began stating that it was normal from the manufacturer to receive windows and doors with issues and that it was out of their control and they would send a team to touch up or fix any issues we *** have had. I then contacted the manufacturer and they stated that was not true and they make sure everything is sent flawlessly and if any issues occur from their end the contractor usually sends it back. I then had many conversations between Eric and *** which I assume are both owners of this company. They made excuse after excuse and I continued to stress I was not happy with the current work (which was not finished day one) and I wanted them to be corrected. I stressed the windows were vinyl and the paint (bronze) is treated and painted in a way that could not be touched up and after numerous conversations which led to yelling, cursing, threats of attorneys, and other issues I decided to file a ComplaintsBoard.com complaint formerly. Within that complaint I stated numerous issues we had since the beginning such as Paradise Windows trying to charge us more after we signed a previous contact adding fees without notice. When I pointed out the trust issues we were having with them they (Dave) threatened to use the original contract and have already started clerical work and other aspects of the job and we would be held responsible. I then asked for my deposit which according to ygrene the financing party was not required. After numerous back and fourth which included threats and insults and arguing the owner *** called me in hopes of saving the contract. We negotiated the deposit to be returned and he lowered the price on the project and we agreed. This was prior to the first delivery which occurred almost three years ago. The installation as mentioned (the first one) was full of damaged windows and issues with installation which would even include toilet paper being used to fill gaps due to improper measuring of windows instead of following proper procedures. Since then we allowed another shipment of windows which were to be a correction for damaged, wrong window types, as well wrong style of door and colors. These also arrived damaged as before and some even worse than before. After a brief discussion with the owner *** we renegotiated a lowering of 2,000 to allow some to be installed but not all. This conversation was verbally on the phone which *** later denied ever stating any lowering of the 2,000 dollars. Since then we have been waiting for reinstallation and I would like to note there are many more issues I am not stating here for now due to space or characters allowed. Paradise ha an attorney intervene to assist completing the job. We had many conversations and stressed the issues as discussed here briefly. I would be writing more concerns such as property damage that occurred during removal or iron bars and doors as well the window

It was extremely windy the day of installation and the crew tried to cover all the items but some fine dust and debris did get in my home. Honestly, what do you expect lol it's construction. The windows are beautiful and the men were hard workers. The outside was cleaned up so well. I am still going to recommend and still have been recommending them to many people.
The company was great. The installers were on time and very efficient. The whole company was efficient on the job. We got CWS Windows and we absolutely love them. My wife and I are thankful for finding Paradise Exteriors.
