Not trustworthy
Not trustworthy. The delivery person who has authority put into the locker and let us know with the key number might possess a lot of items over two months. We have already claimed and got a refund or get new shipping. Some items were via FedEx, and they do not have the authority to open the locker. FedEx delivered two items in front of my house, but we did not get it. Then we claimed twice, and finally, we received it cause we asked another person who lives in out of our property, then FedEx delivered. It was weird; this morning, we found those missing six items for over two months in the same locker room. And parcel pending noticed the locker number to us, but they use my family member who does not register our account as a family member. Parcel pending staff hide package and delivered after we have already settled. It is not trustworthy. I asked them, but I have no received answer, lousy customer service. The missing items were the iPhone x.
Worst package delivery service
Worst package delivery service. As a resident we just our packages delivered without issues, yet each time I have a large package sent to me theres inevitably always an issue. Once Ive picked up my package after much hassle with lockers not opening and needing to call the customer service number, Im sent emails and texts for days bombarding me saying I need to pick up a parcel by x date or I will be charged. I have been charged for empty lockers and had to dispute that, now Im being charged $10 for adding yet another CC on file due to parcel pendings in competence to secure my first CC on file, claiming registration fee for signing up even though Ive had an account for months. I want my money back and have yet to hear back from anyone regarding that. I have no choice using this company as its the designated parcel company where I reside, but I will say their service is sub par and without a doubt always has issues. Would not recommend to anyone, if you can avoid them please do.
I called to register my account and I spoke with a very nice woman, *** She helped me sign up and she answered my questions. *** was courteous, efficient, and professional. Thank you!
driver is constantly putting my package in the locker without giving me a code. *** spent hours on the phone with trying to retrieve my package due to *** error. This time I called Parcel Pending and spoke to *** and he was able to help me out instantly without having to sit on the phone for hrs. Thank you ***! Your greatly appreciated!
I called to get my account registered for my new apartment and spoke with ***. She was very courteous and was able to help me pretty quickly, plus she stayed on the line with me for the entire call until we were sure everything was taken care of and confirmed. Haven't experienced the actual service at my apartment complex yet, but *** was very kind and helpful and I'm optimistic for a good experience with the service too.
This is a review for the customer service experience I had with ***. She was extremely helpful and was able to help me retrieve a package that has been trapped inside a locker, the deliverer of which never registered it with Parcel Pending. The actual concept and implementation of Parcel Pending are incredibly flawed. It is astounding to me that the property owners are not able to access the lockers. That aside, *** was willing to stay on the line with me while I went back to the package room, and identify which locker my package was in. She was able to open them remotely, which is pretty handy. This is an option that should be made more aware of on the Parcel Pending website, since I would have known to contact Parcel Pending first instead of the delivery service, shipper, and apartment. 5/5 customer support
The idea is fundamentally flawed because it relies on whether the delivery service person feels like using it
The idea is fundamentally flawed because it relies on whether the delivery service person feels like using it. And, trust me, in most cases, they don't! Yes, drivers almost NEVER put packages into the lockers. We live in a modern multi-apartment building where Parcel Pending came as part of the condo package. In two years, only twice our packages were placed in the PP locker by the UPS driver. Same for all our neighbors. The rest of the time drivers drop the packages on the floor in the area near the PP lockers. It is faster and more convenient for THEM, period. UPS, FedEx, USPS, or any other parcel delivery folks just don't care to deal with it. If you are moving into a new building where they are trying to impose PP on you, my advice: fight to have it removed/replaced. Otherwise, part of your HOA fees is going to pay the service you will almost never benefit from. We are finally getting rid of PP, and they are charging the HOA $300 to terminate the software license... Whatever.
Horrible service. I never had any problems with delivery services until my apartment complex implemented Parcel Pending. I want to cancel my account but the website does not allow me to. I have tried calling them several times, but the wait time is always at least 15 minutes. I have had more packages stolen from the Parcel Pending room than I can count. Do not let your apartment complex bully into using this service, you are under no obligation to use this service.
One of the worst companies for dealing with package delivery 1. No maintenance of ***. Multiple lockers jammed, or lockers that are pried open. When contacted the customer service the representative, the rep hung up the phone call 2. Experienced two missing packages in one week. When contacted the rep waited 2hours on the phone. Only to be met with with a very unhelpful customer service rep who did not address the issue. 3. When asked to speak to manager and supervisor, was told no one is available. I was told someone will call me back and hung up. Would never do business with them again. They are unhelpful, and take zero responsibility in the services they provide, moreover lack integrity and customer service.
Worst package delivery service. As a resident we just our packages delivered without issues, yet each time I have a large package sent to me theres inevitably always an issue. regrettably my apartment community requires that i have a pending parcel account. i've had a package "held captive" for over a week-- the package locker will not open! after 2 submitted service requests (via their site) and 2 calls, this scenario remains unresolved. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT FOR THIS COMPANY! there is no follow-up. i spoke to 2 different customer service reps *** understanding that a solution was in the works & almost another week later, my package is still in a locker i can't access. i requested that a manager contact *** heard from no one. i'm angry that i have to pay for a service that can't address its own problems & apparently has no accountability to its customers. if you can avoid doing busing w/parcel pending, please do so.
The employee did an amazing job
The employee did an amazing job. I had a package arrive way earlier than originally scheduled. I had not yet signed up for my parcel pending locker and feared my package was just in limbo. The employee confirmed when my package was delivered, to what locker number it was delivered and if the locker was opened. Upon learning the locker was opened and was now indicated as empty, she gave me direction on next steps for me to take. I reached out to my leasing office and was able to locate my package. But to my surprise, the employee called me back the next day and let me know she too reached out to my leasing office and let me know the package was safe with them. I was shocked because that was above and beyond what she had to do. She gave me the steps to complete but she still provided amazing service and followed up when she did not have to. I have over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, so I am a stickler for customer service. I can easily say the employee was outstanding and an absolute pleasure!
We were forced to get Parcel Pending when we moved to a new apartment complex. Every year we're forced to pay another fee to continue the "service". Only about half of my packages actually make it into a locker. Most are dropped on the floor of the Parcel Pending garage. Neighbors are constantly complaining about their packages being stolen. The PP garage has just made it easy for theives. They can back up to the garage, fill up their trunk and go. It's a worthless service and has cost me over $140 so far.
I will never move into another apartment complex that uses parcel pending. I'm in my second apartment that uses these lockers and I've had such a terrible experience both places. packages get lost because the wrong codes are given or they are just left outside the lockers on the floor. And I have to pay to use this? I just wish packages would be delivered to my door.
Representative attitudes make a huge difference in users' experience. Everyone has work to do and also has bad days. Most of the time, representatives sound like debt collectors: rude, impatient, and ignorant. We suppose to have no correlation with each other on benefit, you won't lose anything to give a great service. All you can have are thanks from users instead of giving negative reviews and claims on social media.I just called customer service to deactivate my account. Due to the system error, it made two other unit package delivery messages send to me after I move out over the half year. One thing mentioned is that all the bad reviews didn't waive the fees as my account did. That's one of the reasons why I felt not that bad. The representative was friendly and efficient. Probably I'm just a lucky day for these actions. Hope everyone has a good experience with that.
Just another mandatory service tacked onto already ridiculous rent. This company intentionally misleads you when attempting to cancel the service. The app will tell you to follow a link to the website and select the option to cancel the service. Here's the kicker, that option does not exist. I even dug around and found a link to move, which just gives an error message to contact the property manager. Huh?This leaves one option, call their BS hotline. This is dishonest business practice, and it is unethical to make it so difficult to cancel a service.
I was charged 6 days, for $10 a day, for a locker code that led to an *** LOCKER
I was charged 6 days, for $10 a day, for a locker code that led to an *** LOCKER. Just confused because first off, when I signed up for parcel, it was $3 a day for late package pickup. But where *** also confused is why I was charged for an *** LOCKER WITH NOTHING INSIDE. The locker code would remain visible on my parcel app as though I never went and looked, and thats why Id keep getting charged. Never received email back when I contacted support for a refund. Had to call various times to even get somebody to help. Very disappointed and hate that my apartment forces residents to use this bogus parcel service who clearly cant keep their stuff organized and running smoothly. No reason I was getting charged more than triple the daily fee, for an empty locker, and no reason to have had the code still showing up as though I didnt try to go pick the alleged package up. Thank goodness for the camera in the mailroom, so theres physical proof that when Id go enter the code, it would lead to an empty locker. I expect my refund this was the worst experience.
I don't even live in a building with Parcel Pending anymore, but got charged a storage fee for a parcel that was not for me or my spouse
I don't even live in a building with Parcel Pending anymore, but got charged a storage fee for a parcel that was not for me or my spouse. The management company had failed to remove us from the system when we moved out 9 months ago. When I contacted Parcel Pending's customer support, they said they would refund me $3 (I was charged $2.90 CAD), and remove us from the system and I thought that would be the end of it. When the refund came, it was for $2.73. Apparently this was $2.25 *** and the exchange rate from the different days meant I was going to pay for something I had no control over. I contacted them back and this began an email saga with someone who was very sorry for the inconvenience of their theft. It's only 17 cents, but it's the principal. They didn't even notify me before they charged my card. How does a company not prefer to eat a 17 cent loss for customer recovery? Because they really don't care about customers. They are the worst. Going to try going through my credit card company to see if the charges can be reversed, cause there's no help from Parcel Pending.

So my first experience with Parcel Pending has been positive so far
So my first experience with Parcel Pending has been positive so far. I just moved into a new apartment. The apartment complex automatically enrolled me into Parcel Pending but I didn't get a notification because it went to the wrong email. I knew I had a package come in but could not find it and went to the front desk of my apartment building and the attendant realized my package must have been dropped in a locker I didn't know I needed to use. All my other packages had thus far gone to the front desk who would call me when they arrived. I got on the phone with Mary Ann (from Parcel Pending) walked me through the steps of how to register after resending me the registration email. She then unlocked my box and made sure I got my package. It's a $20 one-time fee to register for their service which isn't really optional if mail carriers keep dropping my packages in the lockers instead of with the front desk. Overall, Mary Ann was extremely helpful and friendly. From a customer service standpoint she was fabulous. The service seems to be pretty useful and easy to use but we'll see how the Parcel Pending service works out and I'll make sure to update my review.
I couldn't be happier with the service at this company
I couldn't be happier with the service at this company. Ive lived in communities with this system for several years now and only Once have i ever had an issue with the system itself. This week i reached out for some assistance with the locker system, and learned that there are some tech issues right now which the team is building an new update patch to resolve. Andrew Montecino Emailed me shortly after i submitted the ticket to assist me and help me better understand the steps that were being taken to address the issue over all. After an extra day being able to get into the locker he assured me that the fee tracking system was disabled since the system is hard to access right now AND he called me personally to see if i was able to stop by the locker before the end of his day to try to remote unlock the lockers my shipments were in. He has been so kind and very patient, taking the time to follow up with me as well as offer additional solutions when the first step took a hair longer than anticipated. What an excellent service team they have here to support the user base. For the company itself i think its a fantastic idea, it is so much easier to get my shipments securely with this system in the community! Thank you!
Pooja Deering saved my life
Pooja Deering saved my life. 1 I ordered perishables from Amazon Fresh things like cream cheese and they label it as Doorstep Delivery however the lazy contractor driver decided just stick it in a parcel pending Locker they didn't give me a called they just shoved in the locker and shut the door and then sent me an email from parcel pending saying that I could pick it up in the office the next day during the business hours well the problem with that was I work 14 hours a day I ride the bus for 4 hours a day and I come home to get my groceries and they're in the locker I can't go to the office on a Saturday when I'm at work and ask them to open this Locker so I call parcel pending I was very frustrated that it was a 14 minute whole time but it was worth it by the time I got to my representative she was so patient and helpful she went out of her way to figure out which locker it was in which apartment complex area and to open the locker so I could get my perishables out of there in less than an hour from when they went in the locker I had them in my apartment thanks to this one representative she deserves a raise and a promotion. I didn't take my time to complain to Amazon about their crappy Representatives but I will take my time to praise you on your wonderful one
She is an absolute rockstar!
She is an absolute rockstar! To say that she went above and beyond would be an understatement. On a Monday in November, I had my wife's Christmas present delivered to my locker. At that time, I wasn't signed up for the parcel service at this location, so I didn't receive any confirmation. The delivery was made under the wrong name and unit number. Despite checking with the staff and making multiple inquiries, there was no resolution. On the 25th, I called the parcel service and was greeted by a helpful individual. After explaining my issue, she genuinely supported me and searched through the system to locate my package. She tried several lockers without active deliveries, adhering to company policy, and eventually found my package, saving me nearly $200. I would have had to repurchase the gift at a much higher price due to its sold-out status. This was the best customer service experience I've ever had. Thank you again!
I have had this happen to me three times already
I have had this happen to me three times already. I would order something from online and when they get delivered I do not get a notification or anything to pick it up. I asked the front office if maybe the delivery guy dropped it off in with them and they told me that they would not accept any packages. I called customer service and customer service is on a wait time of more then ten minutes. I had them call me back and they did... The first time. They told me that more than likely what has happened is that the delivery driver did not put it in the locker and that they left it outside. Then they asked me to check my information to see if it was correct which surprise it was. Then they said if it still did not pop up to call them back and that they would help me by opening lockers. So of course I did everything and called them back once again customer service wait time was more than 10 minutes so I asked to be called back. I never got a call. One week later I had another package delivered into the lockers and did not get a notification again. I called customer support and I did not get a call back. I sent an email and I got no call back. I think it has something to do with my account and I just want to ask a customer service agent what is going on but clearly I cannot even get someone on the line. I am giving them two stars because there system used to work so well before.
The apartments complex I moved in uses Parcel Pending, so I have tried this service for about 3 weeks by now
The apartments complex I moved in uses Parcel Pending, so I have tried this service for about 3 weeks by now. As a fairly frequent online shopper, I had about 10 packages delivered this far, and felt that's enough to say about them.First of all, they got MOST of my packages delivered right. Email notifications (of packages waiting) works well, and picking up is straightforward.Their largest locker is of a good size, but if your package doesn't fit, it will be left outside, which is understandable and I'm not gonna complain. Just to give a reference, I ordered a 13 gallon trash bin and the package didn't fit in the largest locker. What I had problem with is their *** when it comes to lost packages. I had 2 packages delivered on one day, and one was lost likely because the delivery guy put it in a locker that doesn't really lock. When I emailed ***, first there's no reply for 2 or 3 days and I had to email again. Then they really just try to shy away from any responsibilities whatsoever. They even concluded that there was just 1 package for me that day, while clearly their own records showed 2 packages with different IDs and Reference #s for me on the same day. I was fairly disturbed by that. I probably wouldn't call the *** person dishonest, but when their mindset is to avoid responsibility, their interpretation of facts get distorted. At the end, I don't feel I got best assurance of receiving my packages with their service.
*** is non-existent, am unable to edit/update my address, and cannot close my account
is non-existent, am unable to edit/update my address, and cannot close my account. For a paid service I'd expect some customer service at the very least. When I first moved in to an apartment complex that used Parcel Pending my roommate received one of my orders. Luckily, my roommate was able to give me the package. I never received a notification that my package had arrived and instead of informing me the notification went to my roommate (who was not under my 'roommates' listed through Parcel Pending). Another time, a notification went to someone else who formerly lived in the apartment (no relation to me). Luckily again, my roommate was contacted by that person and I was able to get the access code through him. Once again, I received no notification, email, text etc. Upon moving out of that complex I was not able to close my account through my login account. About a year later I was moving into another apartment complex that utilized Parcel Pending and so I once again logged into my account to try and update my address so I could receive packages when I moved in. After hours of reading through their website's FAQ's and *** searching how to update my information i followed the instructions only to find that I am unable to edit my own information, nor can I delete my account or the credit card associated with it. After much frustration, I used the 'email customer service' tool explaining my issue. I received an email with a case number and status saying 'their on it'. After about a week of still not hearing from them I sent a follow up email. It has been almost a month and STILL NOTHING. I still cannot receive packages at my new place nor can I update the information in my account. It is extremely frustrating to have no resolve over a so called 'service' that an apartment complex makes you pay for.
Parcel Pending is the worst system ever
Parcel Pending is the worst system ever. My fiance and I live in an apartment complex and we were forced to sign up for Parcel Pending about 2 years ago (or else management would fine us). Since then, getting packages delivered to our home address has been a total nightmare. We've had issues with delivery of 15 - 20 percent of our packages (and I'm pretty sure if we still had doorstep delivery, 15 - 20 percent of our packages wouldn't have been stolen). Sometimes we go to pick up a package and the locker opens just fine, but is empty. Other times, we go to pick up a package and the locker won't open. On several occasions, there was a problem with Internet/Wifi at our complex and all of the locker codes got scrambled up, so the office staff just decided to move all the packages into the front office without telling the residents. The office staff at our complex say they can't do anything to help us with the lockers - they can't (or won't?) open the lockers to try and help us. The only people who can open the lockers are USPS/UPS/FEDEX employees or Parcel Pending employees... who work in California (thousands of miles away). I receive some of my medical supplies via mail order, and when I thought some of my supplies (carrying a price tag of thousands of dollars before insurance) were lost forever, I just broke down in tears. To not know where your medical supplies are, is a feeling of total hopelessness. After several months of dealing with Parcel Pending's terrible system and worthless customer service (always 30+ minutes on hold), we decided to have our packages delivered to our workplace instead. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we've had to switch back to using Parcel Pending because our workplace is closed. The past two months have reminded us just how awful Parcel Pending is. My fiance ordered a birthday gift for me two weeks ago. UPS said they delivered it two days ago. Guess what? Empty locker. Now, we have to wait until Parcel Pending completes their "investigation". I doubt they'll find the package - in fact, I wouldn't be surprised if someone else picked it up due to a messed up code, liked what they saw, and kept it. What a disappointment.
HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE. If you are an apartment manager, please read reviews on this company. They "integrate" with the leasing office, according to their responses below, but my leasing office told me they "integrated" without their consent. This service has always been a mess, and now it's a nightmare. We tried this service when our apartment complex started using it a few years ago. We didn't need it, so we canceled and opted to have our packages delivered to our door. And so it began. We still received emails saying we had a package in a locker. I would respond and remind Parcel Pending we were not subscribers. Sometimes, the packages were for us; sometimes, they weren't. Delivery drivers are supposed to check to see if our name is in the system before putting packages in lockers. I starting putting as our second line of address is "DO NOT PUT IN LOCKERS." It did no good. We thought it was just lazy drivers, and to be fair - in part - it is. They aren't following our delivery instructions. But then we learned it was largely due to Parcel Pending's shady actions. Turns out, our names WERE STILL in the system - not just for ONE apartment, but for TWO, thanks to the total and complete incompetence of Parcel Pending. Not only did they still have our names listed for our old apartment, the apartment where we transferred last year was also in the system. We never subscribed while in this apartment. Could it be due to this "integration" thing they seem to be so proud of - this thing that happens without my consent? Is this a way to gain access to residents who don't subscribe? I hope not, because I consider this a blatant violation of my privacy, if Parcel Pending is sticking its nose in my lease without my consent. But I guess privacy doesn't mean much. (Google Parcel Pending lawsuit.) Back to the theme of this review, because Parcel Pending put our names in their system, drivers thought we subscribed, so they put our packages into lockers. Therein lies the problem. Here I am screaming at Amazon and UPS for ignoring my instructions and violating the system by not confirming they are only putting things in lockers for people who are in the system, when they are only doing it half wrong. Just today, we got an email with a code to retrieve a package out of a locker. It was for the person who lives in our old apartment. Not our package. Good thing we're honest! We could have walked right in there and taken that package. What if it were something expensive? Or medicine? My husband called Parcel Pending's Customer "Service," about this today. The rep was being very rude. She claimed there were no problems with their service. After going in circles and getting nowhere, my husband asked to speak to a supervisor. She wouldn't transfer him. She said a supervisor would tell him the same thing. He said he still wanted to talk to a supervisor. SHE HUNG UP ON HIM. Then I got a random email saying "I received your inquiry regarding a receiving a notification for a package that was delivered to your former community, even though you have moved out. blah blah blah." Erm, no. I still live there. The incompetence is widespread. So if you are thinking about using this service, RUN. Don't walk, RUN to an alternative.

Parcel pending has 3 bays of machines, operated by 2 different machines at our 202 unit apartment complex
Parcel pending has 3 bays of machines, operated by 2 different machines at our 202 unit apartment complex. In mid-October both machines went offline so the 3 bays were all non-functional. Approximately two weeks later Parcel Pending was able to get 1 of the 3 bays functioning from 1 machine. This leaves our 202 unit apartment complex without enough lockers to store packages in 1 functioning parcel pending bay and so packages must be stored in a closet in the building. Despite the machines not functioning properly, Parcel Pending continues to auto-bill all 202 units without providing any credits or reimbursement for the machines not currently in service. Additionally, they have not provided a timeline to fix the two non-functioning bays.

I am being charged for a package that I did not authorise. It was sent to a former address in ***, 22 hours drive away from where I am living. They are charging me daily to remove the parcel. I have tried to resolve the issue with the apartment complex who refer me to Parcel pending. Parcel pending does not respond to emails through their own website. Nor, can I reach them on the phone...however, they keep charging 'rent'. I have raised a dispute through *** and waiting for resolution.
Parcel Pending is a subscription package storage solution for apartment complexes. I moved out of the apartment complex which uses Parcel Pending. To cancel, the Parcel Pending app routes customers to their website to cancel subscriptions, however, the ability to cancel the service is no available through the website. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for 3 months to no avail.
I'm trying to cancel my account. I went to the *** on Parcel Pending's website here: https://www.parcelpending.com/faqs/ and under "How do I close my account" it says "Log into your account at my.parcelpending.com and select the option to close your account." There is no such option to close the account at that web address, and I'm going to be charged soon for someone else's package.
apartment complex makes you sign up for Parcel Pending lockers. They MAKE you apply $20 to use the service. Half the time it would tell me I have a package and nothing would be in there. Recently I moved and tried to get my $20 back and was told I can not get my money back. No where does it say this is not a deposit or that they keep your money. Never dealt with a package company like this. Doesn't seem legit.
I ordered healthcare products and they were delivered by FedEx on Tuesday February 23rd to a wrong locker box
I ordered healthcare products and they were delivered by FedEx on Tuesday February 23rd to a wrong locker box. Today is now Friday the 26th. I tried calling Parcel pending to help retrieve my package. I dealt with three reps previous that were very helpful but they told me I needed my leasing office management with me so they can open the locker to get my package since the package was place in someone else locker by mistake. Once I had the leasing office rep with me and called back a lady from Parcel pending was EXTREMELY RUDE and had terrible customer service. She had an attitude the whole conversation and was not trying to help and just hung up while I was trying to explain what the previous rep told me. This is very unprofessional and training must be done on phone etiquette for their employees.

Our parcel lockers have been broken for months and I have not been able to get the parcel pending team to resolve our problem.
The parcel locker has had issues all day, meaning that every single package has been inside all day without anybody being able to retrieve it. The apartment manager contacted parcel pending about the issue but they still havent shown up. I tried to reach them, but didnt get through. My package is worth over *** the heat. Also I paid for fast shipping but now cant get to the package.Im asking for compensation.
I paid $20 for parcel pending service when I moved into this apartment complex last fall
I paid $20 for parcel pending service when I moved into this apartment complex last fall. I discovered three weeks ago that my service was cancelled in January because they didn't have a credit card on file. I can no longer receive packages at my building even though I paid $20 for an annual fee. I don't want to give them my credit card to just keep on file as that was not part of the deal when I signed up. Additionally, when I called to ask why I was suddenly unable to receive packages the message that kept repeating while I waited on hold was an apology for charges that apparently had been accidentally charged to customers. I've asked for a refund since I can no longer receive packages. I was denied a refund. I am very upset that I paid for a service for which I receive no benefit. It feels like a scam.

Locker at my residence has been down for well over a week or even 2. It has already been reported to have computerized issues before it completely went down. Now it has been down and not usable for weeks. On top of that, the companys response to my questions regarding their communications with carriers/providing them access codes was very vague in answers.
My Amazon package has been delivered to the parcel pending locker in my building. But when I typed in the code, the door didnt open. *** tried to do a remote opening but that didnt work. *** left it with my building management to get it resolved. My building management is awaiting to get in touch with them. Its been 2days and the matter hasnt resolved. My package isnt delivered and the company isnt doing anything about it apart from registering the complaint. It is frustrating that the company doesnt care about customers mail being delivered promptly even when issues happen when that is the main purpose of their company.
I have moved out of the apartment complex that uses the Parcel Pending service, but I am unable to cancel the service. The instructions on the website say to use an option that doesnt exist and the phone number listed on the website is not connected. I have no way to cancel the service and no way to contact the company. I am now receiving notifications for someone elses packages and my credit card will be charged for their packages. They need to provide some way for me to remove my credit card information and cancel this account.

The Parcel Pending box at our apartment is not working to retrieve packages
The Parcel Pending box at our apartment is not working to retrieve packages. The service is mandated by our complex, and it not something I would use if I had an option. My package was put into the box by an amazon delivery driver. Normally they deliver right to our apartment, however this time they decided the us the Parcel Pending box. Because I cannot retrieve my package, due to the box malfunctioning, I will be charged for not picking up my package. This is a problem, because I cannot access my package, despite trying. I have called Parcel Pending's custom service number, where they claimed that it would be a *** minute wait to speak to someone. No one answers, but they automate system pushes you to schedule a call-back every 45 seconds or so, which leads me to believe there is no custom service team.

The parcel pending charges us to use a locker. However, the locker in the apartment has been broken for a month, and they are not fixing it at all.
My apt complex uses parcel pending services and my package has been stuck in a locker for a week *** tried to remove it with master key to no avail. A work order was placed with parcel pending a week ago and according to them there are not enough technicians to serve their assets and the customers have to wait until someone from a 3rd party provider decides to come to premises. The company is based in CA and is doing business in TX clearly lacking the adequate capability to provide decent service.
I received a notification of a package on 10/23. When trying to retrieve the package, the locker made a sound but did not open. When contacting Parcel Pending they tried to remotely open it but it would not open. The key was used to open the panel, though when clicking the switch to open the locker, it was still unable to be unopened. I have reached out to Parcel Pending numerous times to get this taken care of and no one follows up with me. They say they need the apartment managements permission to send out a technician to fix the locker, though they have received that. They cannot give a timeframe of when they can send out a technician. It has now been over a month with no answer as to when this will get this resolved.

I signed an apartment lease with a now unnamed apartment complex, effective 04/15. I was required to sign up with 'Parcel Pending.com', who would handle all package deliveries to my location. Effective 12/07, I terminated my apartment lease and relocated, with the cooperation and approval of the apartment management. I currently reside elsewhere and am retired. Here's the issue I need help resolving. Several days ago I received notifications from 'ParcelPending.com' informing me I have a package in a locker that must be picked up by 10/19, or I will be assessed a $3.00 per day penalty fee. I have no outstanding packages that I am expecting. I simply want any relationship with Parcel Pending terminated effective 12/07.

On August 23rd, *** delivered a package addressed to me in a Parcel Pending locker that is located at my apartment complex Courtland Red Mountain. I attempted multiple times to open the assigned locker with the assigned access code sent to my roommate, ***, since she owns the profile. At this point, I would hear a beep and clicking sound but the locker door would not open. Parcel Pending has not provided my apartment complex with a key so they cannot open it. I have called Parcel Pending customer support multiple times but they have not answered. This is the second time I have had to deal with this situation, and the first time Parcel Pending was no help either. I ended up having to file a police report and send it to my shipper who then sent me a replacement. Parcel Pending charges a fee if the package is not picked up within a few days.

1. I paid for parcel pending services from October to October 2. I requested to cancel parcel pending services for April 1st. I also received an email stating that they will do this. 3. Since I paid through October , there should be a partial refund for the months I am not using parcel pending services A. I called parcel pending customer services and they told me they have to ask the supervisor. After 10 mins of waiting on the phone, I was informed that the supervisor is not responding and that they will email me of the supervisor's response. A week has passed and no email. B. I replied to the email that originally stated that my service will be cancelled, requesting my partial refund. To this date, my emails have been ignored. It is not fair to not receive partial refund for months I will not be using Parcel Pending services. It is also disrespectful to be ignored by Parcel Pending customer service.

I recently moved to *** July 2nd and was required by my leasing manager within my first week to set up a parcel pending account to receive my packages . I tried to set it up via the app ,unfortunately I could not locate my residence so I then proceeded to call them . I was direct to a lady she assisted me and instructed me on a address to choose she said it belonged to the office and it would be fine . Not the case all packed got left at my door and I received a number of emails from the office as the delivery people are complaining . I then called and spoke to a man who sent me a email that he had fixed the issues and upon looking at the email my address was messed up again and with totally wrong information. I relied to him that it was wrong and sent him my address via email asking to have it fixed . It's still not fixed and he never replied . I have sent 2 more emails directly to them explaining and never a responce . I need to have this resolved .

I live in one of the buildings where Parcel Pending operates and forces residents to pay $50 to manage their packages
I live in one of the buildings where Parcel Pending operates and forces residents to pay $50 to manage their packages. In December 24th while I was out of the country I received a package in one of their lockers. I also had my account on Vacation Mode to avoid having anything happen to my mail. On January 15th this specific package was taken from the locker by USPS apparently and returned to the sender without interference from anyone while being under care of Parcel Pending. On my return I called PP (Case# ***) and they mentioned that the building sent it back because the lockers were full, the building denied this and USPS also mentioned that they don't have the package in their power nor they took it, the sender never received it either. In the end, it was Parcel Pending responsibility to take care of my mail, I asked PP to refund me at least the cost of the cologne in the package ($280 plus tax) or buy a new one Santal 33 (100ml) and they said no.
I get email alerts from this company when things are delivered to the locker
I get email alerts from this company when things are delivered to the locker. Sometimes the alerts are useful. Sometimes they have the wrong information. Sometimes, they don't properly clear out of the system. Two days ago, I received an email alert to pick up an item at my apartment office but the actual body of the email said that it was left at my front door. I sent Parcel Pending an email stating that I had received the item and that everything was fine. I received the automated response about them being extremely busy and that they would get to my concern as soon as possible.I didn't feel too confident with that because a month ago, I had a similar issue and they never responded. Fortunately I was able to get clarification from my local post office on that issue. However, today, I received ANOTHER email stating that I needed to pick my parcel up. I sent them another email stating that I already received the parcel. I don't know if they will actually respond or not.

I just moved into the apartments in Feb 2021
I just moved into the apartments in Feb 2021. Didn't know you had to switch addresses in the system. Starting April 16, 4 packages were delivered to the Parcel Pending lockers at the new property. To date, ALL FOUR ARE STILL IN THE LOCKERS. I have electronics, medication and a sentimental package that I have not had access to. PP blames the courier & property management but the lockers are offline and have been for some time. After getting the run around, the company mailed the property managers a key and the Cox guy came out. Right now I'm waiting on a Parcel Pending tech (from a 3rd party) to feel like coming back out here. I say back because he just showed up w/no prior coordination & the Cox repair person has to be there at the same time. I never should have had my mail put in the box, but it's been HELL trying to get it out. PP JUST opened a case file for my complaint YESTERDAY. I JUST WANT MY STUFF OUT OF YOUR BOXES! If this isn't resolved soon, I will hire a lawyer.

Struggling to reach customer service for a week without any response.
I have been trying to reach customer service for a week with no success. No one answers the phone, and the automated system offers a callback that never happens. I've sent two emails and only got confirmation of receipt but no reply. After moving out in April , I'm still getting parcel notifications for my old address. Online account management is impossible since it's tied to the apartment complex, which was supposed to remove it after three days. Four months on, I'm still getting alerts, and my credit card details remain on file, despite my efforts to return packages and cancel the association.

I live in a community that notified us that we must sign up for Parcel Pending, or our packages would be returned to sender
I live in a community that notified us that we must sign up for Parcel Pending, or our packages would be returned to sender. It was explained that packages could not be left at front doors anymore and that if no one was home, youd have to go to the lockers. Its NOW become whatever the driver wants to do, and what they are doing is ignoring my directions and following Parcel Pending directions. All of my accounts everywhere, have my HOME address (that means my front door) and also clearly written out directions, that say DELIVER TO THE *** DOOR. I work from home, and I will gladly open the door and accept a package. But what the driver does, is PASS me and my house and drive all the way to the back of the neighborhood, and delivers my package to a locker instead... that makes no sense. And for the added "security" since packages are actually left on the floor of the Parcel Locker room, (instead of in my hands at my door), they lock it up from 8p-8a. SO in addition to MY stuff not being delivered to me, my stuff is also held hostages and MY directions for MY stuff are ignored. Then I have to go through the extra work of getting in my car and going 1/2 mile away to pick up (sometimes heavy) boxes. So I am being charged to actually do more work... There's no rhyme or reason, where things get delivered anymore. Yesterday my stuff went to your lockers, today my roommates stuff came here, it just depends on the day. Parcel Pending customer service is HORRIBLE. I've talked to at least 3 people now via email who haven't even taken the time to respond. No intelligent response, no productive response and no helpful response. I would never decide to work with this company. The service/product is not executed correctly and no one knows how to take care of it. So what is the point? Why am I paying and stressing and talking to people, about a sucky service, that I didnt want.

Received notification for a package in locker #74, but found it contained another tenant's parcel.
On Friday March 18, 2022, I was informed by Parcel Pending via text and email at 3:29 pm that I had a delivery in locker number 74, but the access code was not provided. The notification lacked a barcode and simply read 'N/A.' It also omitted the delivery service's name. At 4:30 pm, using the code I had, I accessed the locker and discovered a package for a different tenant. I delivered the misdirected package to the management office, where it was gratefully received. My own package was nowhere to be found. The following day, I contacted Parcel Pending's helpline and was told the delivery issue was due to the courier's failure to scan items, with no mention of the locker mix-up. They directed me to locker 101 for my package. Upon confronting the courier in the presence of property management, she assured me all packages were scanned, contradicting Parcel Pending's claim. Verification through email and the courier's website confirmed her statement. Despite this, locker 101 was empty. My repeated attempts to reach Parcel Pending for resolution have been ignored.

I paid Parcel Pending for package processing from entities like UPS and Federal Express.
I paid Parcel Pending to process the packages delivered by various entities, such as United Parcel Service, Federal Express, Amazon, and any other delivery service that delivers to my apartment building. Parcel Pending states on their website, 'WE GIVE SPECIAL ATTENTION TO ALL YOUR PACKAGE MANAGEMENT NEEDS https://www.parcelpending.com/, retrieved 1/17.' However, Parcel Pending does not participate in the delivery of packages to their customers; they are a locker rental company that provides lockers to landlords and others, but not to package recipients, and does not offer parcel management services to its customers. Quotes from a Parcel Pending email dated Jan 9, 2021, 11:13 PM include: 'I can imagine how frustrating this must be for you when you're paying for a service and the couriers are not utilizing the service as expected. Unfortunately, we are strictly the locker company in which the couriers deliver your package, so I cannot provide an exact reason why they would not be delivering to the lockers when I see that you have an Active account with us. As you can see, we do not have much control over how the packages are delivered. Nevertheless, because we are strictly the locker company, we cannot force couriers to deliver the way we hope they would (into our lockers). We recommend our residents to contact the courier directly to voice your displeasure.' As the email from customer service reveals, Parcel Pending is strictly a locker service and does not provide secure parcel management services as they claim on their website. I pay a yearly fee to Parcel Pending for secure parcel management, yet Parcel Pending relies on a third party, which is under no obligation whatsoever, to manage my parcel deliveries. Parcel Pending is a scheme where I pay for a misrepresented service that they advertise as factual.

was amazing, she helped me set up my account quickly and easily, very accurately. She has excellent customer service, she made me feel like I knew her so I felt very comfortable. Personally, I don't like calling customer service, but she is a very nice person. I enjoyed talking with her.
I'm new to Parcel so I had a package that was delivered to the locker and wasn't able to get to it so I called customer service and great part about that is that I didn't even have to wait very long for someone to answer. I had to fix some issues I had with my account which was totally my fault cause I'm a ding dong lol but any way *** was so helpful, patient, kind and very professional. She was very pleasant and easy to talk to and she even stayed on the line with me until I had my package in my hand. Thanks again ***! Your a sweet heart.
I lost a package recently (it was a fault on my end) and reached out to parcel pending for help. *** helped me out in a timely and kind fashion! Great trouble shooting on their end.

She went above and beyond to help me out so I could get my package, I am so grateful for her patience and kindness! Thank you again!?
