Lost my package - no response from service
A package has not been delivered and has apparently been lost. At ParcelABC it is listed as delivered.
Support from ParcelABC simply does not respond to multiple emails.
It is not possible to start an investigation directly with the carrier, because apparently if you use ParcelABC service, you are not considered the sender.
Not recommended for valuable goods and shipments.
poor delivery service. Too long delivery than sheduled.
Poor service. Choosed express delivery term pass too long, not by schedule. 1-3 days by scheduled express term become longer than two weeks. Badest case is that very poor contact service. Reaction time is very long, maximum 2-3 emails per day. You pay more bad can't get your packages in time. Next time will think twice before choose this shipping service.
Desired outcome: Each case must be reacted intime and do best for clients. Refund in any worst.

Parcel not delivered and destroyed by PArcel ABC
I have sent parcel November 2020 from Poland to Hong Kong. The parcel was lost in The UK and the company claimed that they couldnt find it. Months later they informed that they found it and have sent back to Poland. I have been waiting for over a year now and it still hasnt arrived not funds have been refunded,
They have just informed me that... parcel was destroyed by customs as prohibited items were in this parcel!
They have not informed me about this situation before so they basically stole the parcel and 50 quid that was paid for the shipping.
Desired outcome: Refund of the shipping fee and declared value of the parcel.
Parcel not delivered, no refund, no response
I've had a terrible experience with ParcelABC. First of all, they sent me a label with the wrong details. There was missing information on the label and the email address of the receiver was of some man whose email address I did not provide.
They were taking a long time to reply to my emails and after my parcel was returned to me (after being held by the delivery company for 2 weeks) I did not get a refund and ParcelABC stopped responding to my emails.
The reason why my parcel was held was stated at first as"incomplete address" even though I provided the full address, it was on the label and written on the box as well. When my parcel was returned to me, ParcelABC said that the company does not deliver to private addresses.

Shipment of parcel from Brussels to Casablanca BEMA-[protected]
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
I paid last Thursday for a parcel to be shipped from Brussels to Casablanca. It was supposed to be picked up on following day (Friday) between 12 and 3pm. The guy arrived at 11.40 met by chance my contact who just came back home, she asked him to wait, he said "no" and left. I contacted the support to explain that. Answer received 3 hours later telling me that the guy cannot call (then why do they ask for the phone number of the contact on the form?). They then unilaterally decided to replace the shipment on the next Monday while I insisted they should send someone on the same day. Here again, no answer! Today, I still did not get the shipment, tried contacting the support several time. The only thing they did was to tell me was "we are sorry for the delay" while I asked them to give me the status and location of my shipment. I tried as well on Facebook, sent a message, no answer as well. Today is the 7th day of a paid service that was supposed to take between 1 or 2 days. I coming here to see if I could get an answer. I am not going to remain silent on that, I am a digital marketer, so if they want me to surf and copy paste this review 10.000 times, I will do it

The service received from this company has been nothing but a nightmare, so far it's costing me £400 for their incompetence.
help here so far is nothing but a nightmare all they say we get back to you, the parcel is held at customs etc

ABC parcel service
I sent a cargo from Dubai to kerala. The cargo delivered within 25 days ( 09/08/2021). Most of the items in the package were missed, somebody opened the box from the side and took the things which i have sent. Worst cargo service i have ever seen. I will never use this service again..

The woman that takes blood at Walgreens in Deptford on Cooper and Delsey drive is very rude and nasty. 2 weeks ago she took my blood and twisted the needle. My inner whole elbow was bruised and hurting for two weeks.
Today I went back for some more blood work. The one was stool collection told me that instruction are inside and there were none. Went back for her to explain and she was very nasty about it.
Besides that I gave her another script for blood work which disappeared didn't even give me a chance to ask her about it.
I know she is alone but that plus her attitude makes her dangerous for the patients.
It took 3 trips today there to get answers and still didn't do the blood work of that other script.
She is always nasty and makes nasty faces.
I'm sorry but I think she shouldn't be doing work there. She shouldn't be working for LabCorp if she can't handle it. Never med such a nasty nasty nurse
Package missing
Good day!
My package has been held in customs/warehouse since Septwmber 2020. Abc parcel support are not responsive to me emails. It has been over 9 months of them not doing anything to resolve the issue. The case referce of mw going back and forth with their support is ESUA-[protected]. The last time I emailed them was in May of this year. There was no response ever since. The last thing they told me was that I would be contacted by Ulrainian customs, which never happened.

Delivery of boxes/missing items
Hello,
I have recently sent 5 boxes and 2 suitcases through ParcelABC. All the boxes were damaged on arrival (one was even replaced and the items inside were transferred to another box). Items from the box which was replaced (the items were thrown into another box instead of transferring the box into another one) are missing such as mugs, items of clothing, bed sheets etc. This is truly unbelievable. The boxes were all properly taped and should never have been broken. I have attached photos of the boxes. It is illegal to open/touch or transfer property of another and as a carrier service, you should be aware of this and should never have touched any of the property that was inside the boxes. The boxes are also supposed to be carried with care, which was not done in this case. I have used several carrier services and this has by far been my worst experience.

The Parcelabc took my order from UK to Lithuania. I had done everything what they've have asked me to do, uploaded documents prepared for delivery. They picked up the pallet of goods and disappeared. No calls answering or emails for a weeks now. I have an invoice which I can't upload here for some reason.
Packaged charged and never picked up, and no answer from customer service
I placed an order for a package delivery from Turkey to Barcelona on the 18th of January, paid in full, gave all the information regarding the pick up of the package, printed the labels, everything they requested, and waited for the day of the pick up that was supposed to be on the 22nd of January, they never came to pick up, and did not even contact me, then after more than ten emails they finally contact me and tell me that the date has changed for the 25th of January, again I stay home all day waiting for the pick up, and the same thing no pick up and no contact, no answer, then I send them again more than ten emails and finally get an answer on the 26th and reprogram the pick up for the 27th of January, and again the same thing, and since that day they have not answered any email I have sent regarding the package or the cancellation and refund because I sincerely don't want their services anymore, and we are on 13th of February and I cannot contact anybody, this delivery cost me 184 us dollars, which they charged immediately on my credit card, and since that day I have not been able to send the package, or get an answer regarding it.

Undelivered Parcels
I sent 3 parcels using Parcelabc in December 2020.
1. Italy to Hong Kong their ref. ITHK-[protected] sent 11 December 2020 now 15 January 2021. I have no idea where the parcel is nor do Parcelabc. They are now no longer replying to my requests for information.
2. Italy to UK their ref. ITGB-[protected] sent 15 December 2020 but undelivered and returned to me 12 January 2021. Refund requested but no response to my request.

Desired outcome: Parcel ITHK-[protected] to be delivered or returned and costs refunded. The costs of parcels ITGB-[protected] and ITGB-[protected] be refunded.
Parcel undelivered and lost
I registered and paid for a parcel delivery from Spain to Australia on 24th November 2020 and the parcel was collected .

On the 4th of December 2020 the tracking information was stating *exception.*. I wrote several email asking the situation with the parcel and sometimes no reply at all and once a generated email stating that someone would get back to me..case was being reviewed..

Shortly after i went onto the parcelabc tracking site and typed in my tracking no. ESAU-[protected]
[protected]:58 it was now showing *Closed by system* instead of *exception*
As you can see from the time of their email reply to me ... Jan 7, 2021, 11:57 GMT+3 ...
the tracking and location update case was closed 1 minute after sending me my last email ? This is totally unacceptable ( i feel like this is embezzlement of my funds/payment for service...and theft of my goods/parcel).
Also the English telephone number is continually engaged or states *please try later* and Spanish telephone number does not work...
I am now at the stage that i would like to have my parcel located and returned to me if it cannot be delivered .. But to just close the system and stop replying is unbelievably unprofessional...

Non contact
I booked through this company several weeks ago to send a parcel to the UK. They chose SEUR as the courier, who have a bad track record. Last week SEUR delivered the parcel back to me by dumping it at a nearby shop. Every day I have emailed, messaged and called the company to re arrange urent re delivery but they still haven't responded. Looks like I am going to have to refund the customer, get bad ebay feedback and lose a lot of money then battle to get my postage money back

Good day! My partners have sent me a parcel from Poland to Russia 09/07/2020. This parcel has not been delivered yet. Order tracking service in your website shows the status of my parcel - "Exception". So I cannot understand this status, any explanations of this status cannot be found in your site. The status "Exception" lasts from 22/07/2020 till this moment. My attempts to get a help with filling of the website form were unsuccessful and resulted in standard answers without specific information. I believe this situation is not normal and outrageous. The delivery time exceeds my expectations. So I want to get your explanations and the full information when I recieve my parcel from you. Also I want to know how to change the shipping company for my parcel.
