I parked at Park DIA for like 5 mins
I parked at Park DIA for like 5 mins. The card they gave me didn't work at the gate, and neither did other people's cards. The gate dude wouldn't let us leave and we had to wait for like 20 mins. There was a big line of cars behind us. Finally, they told me to go to another gate. They charged me $6 even though I was only there for a hot sec. They should have let me go for free. I tried to get my money back, but it's been a struggle.
This company is terrible
This company is terrible. They have bad customer service, bad drivers, and bad security. I went on the mobile app to leave the lot and found out I was logged out. Someone else's email and password were showing, which is a big security problem. Someone else might be looking at my email and password. I called to complain, but they didn't help at all. I have screenshots to prove it.

Later that afternoon I had to make a new reservation and got nothin about cancellin the old reservation. Saturday mornin I emailed one more time tellin them I will be havin my bank deal with the old reservation and immediately both reservations were cancelled and refunded. I emailed them askin to call me and was told there was nothin they could do about changin the old reservation. The fact I had to threaten a bank dispute to get any customer service is not how a business should operate. I will gladly pay way more money for better customer service.

This place got good parking for long time outside Denver airport. But, their buses ain't got no wheelchair access and they don't help out disabled folks who need a wheelchair. That's not cool, it's against the law too. Today, I saw a bus driver tell a dude in a wheelchair that he gotta go park somewhere else if he don't wanna be carried into the bus by the driver. That's not right, especially now with COVID-19 and all the social distancing rules. Park DIA gotta follow the law and help out people with disabilities.

I asked for my money back from Park DIA because of Covid-19 and it's taking forever to get it. I sent an email like they said and they said they got it but it's been two months and still no refund. My reservation number is *** and it was for 4/18.
I prepayed and booked 3 days parking thru CheapAirportParking.com for 5/8 to 5/11 and when I showed up ParkDIA to park 2 hours before my flight
I prepayed and booked 3 days parking thru CheapAirportParking.com for 5/8 to 5/11 and when I showed up ParkDIA to park 2 hours before my flight the lady said the parking lot was full. They wouldn't even allow me in the gate to turn around and made cars behind me back up to allow me to back out and told me I would have to request a refund thru CheapAirportParking. I almost missed my flight trying to find another place to park which was $28 per day. I contacted ParkDIA and CheapAirportParking to get compensated for the additional parking expense I incurred and neither of them will get back to me. Total garbage way of doing business. Don't do business with either of these companies.

I went to Park DIA on 9/19 and it was a total disaster. They didn't have enough shuttles to pick up all the people waiting, so I had to wait in a line of over 100 people for 30 minutes. There was only one shuttle trying to load around 10 people at a time. I couldn't wait any longer, so I took a taxi which cost me $30. I want my money refunded and reimbursed for the taxi ride because the company didn't fulfill their part of the deal. My reservation number is ***. I've been trying to get in touch with a manager or the business owner for the last 72 hours, but no one has called me back. I talked to a couple of customer service folks on Monday who said they would have a manager call me back immediately. I talked to Desiree yesterday and Twila today, and they both said they would have a manager call me back, but still nothing.

But when I left on 10/11, they charged me for covered parking. I paid because I was tired from a long day. I called on 10/12 and asked for a refund. They said they would call me back, but they didn't. I called a lot and finally got someone to help me. They sent me an email saying I would get a refund, but then they stopped answering my emails. I talked to someone named Natasha and gave her my receipt, but she stopped answering me too.

We arrived at 4:15am on Sunday, January 1st, and the attendant said we couldn't use the Groupon until we left. But when we tried to use it on Monday, January 3rd, the cashier was super rude and said they don't take Groupon anymore. I showed her my barcode and parking ticket, but she didn't care and made us pay $39. She wouldn't give me her name and said I was rude.
