Airport Bus Express Ignorant sexist staff

I have just been on their website and their contact number doesn't work and when you click complaints there is also no link? Incredibly dodgy.

Yesterday, the 21.8.22 I had the unfortunate experience of trying to get one of these buses as there were train strikes at Stansted Airport. I paid £16 for a ticket which is absolute daylight robbery, but that isn't even what I have a grievance about.

I was told by the man upstairs who sold me a ticket, that a bus would come in 15 minutes. The bus still had not come 30 mins later, and I asked one of your ignorant staff members when the bus was due to arrive. He went off and rang the driver and held up his hand with five fingers and mouthed 5 minutes. I went back to the queue and told the people around me 5 minutes as we were all getting frustrated.

In 10 minutes time, there was still no bus. I went back to the man and said when is the bus due because you said 5 minutes, to which he replied "I said 10 minutes are you having a blonde moment?". So this sexist misogynistic pig that works for you was trying to equate my appearance with my level of intellect, and clearly, he was the one who was lacking in any intelligence if he thinks one hand has 10 fingers. Implying that someone is attractive and that they must therefore be stupid, is objectifying that person. This man should absolutely be reprimanded and as reparations for what happened, I expect a full refund of my ticket as an absolute minimum.

Desired outcome: Full refund and an apology

Airport Bus Express Full bus. Denied access.

I bought a ticket from Stratford to Stansted airport in advance. I was at the bus stop at least 20 minutes prior to departure. When de bus arrived, they told me (and at least 10 other customers) it was already full and I couldn’t get in. I asked how it was possible, how could they sell more seats than the bus has. Both the driver and the assistant kept excusing themselves and repeating that there was no solution, that the bus was full.

I find it extremely grave that they sell more seats than they have and you have to wait for the next bus (therefore leaving other customers within that time slot behind too). When you arrange a lift to the airport you need to be on time, it is not like being late to a dinner. You are requested to be on time at the bus stop, and the same should apply to your bus (with available seats).

Desired outcome: Control over the number of tickets they sell. It should be forbidden to sell more tickets than the number of seats available in the bus.

Airport Bus Express young driver was rude and inferred I was t disabled by saying I could be lying

I asked driver to carry both my lightweight small bags on coach and was told by him that he would only put on luggage area. I explained I was disabled and needed them and that I wanted to sit at the front on disabled seats if available.

He then said ‘you can't sit there' I think at that point he didn't quite hear what I said but what was shocking was that when I repeated it he shrugged his shoulders.

I then asked "do you want proof?" He said "yes, because you could be lying" I then turned to the ticket collector and asked him to be a witness to this behaviour, and asked the drivers name. The ticket collector said that there were "so many drivers, he didn't know their names" this response has now escalated to me making a complaint and I told the ticket collector this.

I then found my disabled proof card and showed the ticket collector to show the driver. When he did so, the driver said "Now I believe it" but did not come and apologise. He then came on to the coach and asked me if he could take both of the bags from me as he was afraid that if the coach brakes they would move. I said I would give him one as the other one contained valuables and medication. His response was "Unbelievable".

I do not know what else to say as I am disappointed by the denial of the ticket collector to assist me by revealing the identity of the driver.

Airport Bus Express bus shuttle from stansted to baker street

We bought tickets from Stansted to Baker Street. The original route was supposed to be Stansted > Baker Street > Victoria. We confirmed this twice with members of staff and the driver before boarding, however, not only was the coach late (waiting for the sale of more tickets) but it went first to Stratford, which delayed the trip in 50 minutes. When asked, the driver said he had to go there because of two passengers. OMG! This is ridiculous. Extremely unreliable!Do not use if you are in a hurry.

Airport Bus Express unloaded my luggage without being asked

The driver unloaded my luggage in terminal 1 even though I didn't get off the bus since I'm getring off in terminal 2. Lucky I saw my luggage after the passengers going to terminal 1 so I got off the bus and called the driver attention that he just unloaded my luggage without my knowledge. I think this is a very serious mistake and could cause delay and inconvenience had I not seen my luggage. There has to be system in places so that this won't happen again as I frequently travel to Seoul from Singapore and ride the airport bus to ge to the city.

Airport Bus Express Bus transfer to airport, the bus never turned up

Bus never turned up,
Myself and another passenger Ilhem oubaiche and her son had to make alternative arrangements to get to Stansted Airport.
We both by minutes managed to get there before the actual boarding.
I have not received any assistance from Easy bus and Ilhem has been informed that Airport bus express work together.
I have contacted both companies via Facebook and submitted my complaint. Three weeks have passed and nobody apologized or offered compensation for paying the Stansted Express ticket.
This was my birthday weekend to go home and spend with the family and thanks to these companies I had a horrible start of my holiday.

I have chased them at least twice via each channel I have contacted them from but they have not replied to my email asking for compensation.
