I purchased my artwork at the end of May. It is almost September and I have received 2 out of the 3 items I ordered. My sales person said 6 weeks to receive and clearly it’s been longer than that. My paperwork says 12 weeks and yet again it has been longer than that. My last artwork and slow unresponsive rude email communications with client services has stated it has been in processing for almost 6 weeks in itself. I replied asking for a customer complaint resolution, a shipping date, or to cancel the order all together due to the experience and got an all sales are final email with a read your paperwork. It was extremely rude. I replied with an email asking for the shipping date and how does park west comply with it hits own paperwork since according to the paperwork, park west is in default of the agreement of shipping. And again asking for a phone number. Nothing and it’s been 3 days. Right now, I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of. This was a pretty expensive piece to purchase as well. Very upset customer and will not purchase anything else from this company. This is my 3rd not including this transaction purchase from parkwest: PARKWEST YOU LOST A CUSTOMER WITH THE LIES ON SHIPPING, lack of communication, horrible customer service, and the fact that I STILL DONT HAVE MY PURCHASE OR A SHIPPIBY DATE.
