ParkMobile - Parkmobile is a SCAM. AVOID AT all costs
On July 4th, 2024, I used the ParkMobile app to reserve parking downtown Nashville for the huge Fireworks show. Upon paying and getting my confirmation in the App, I then selected the directions link and used it to be directed to the parking garage. We booked it for 1 hour, 9:25-10:25pm. We arrived at 9:42 and exited at 10:17pm, this is FACT and supported...

Signs at the parking lot in *** said 5$ after 3pm on weekends. So we parked there. Downloaded this app and the only option was to pay 30$ for 12 hours of parking, no 5$ option. I went through with the charge figuring Id call someone from the company to figure it out. Apparently they only have that texting type chat option. They were no help saying the lot owner must not have updated the signs yet. False advertising for sure.

Annoyed with their customer service and sorry they have a monopoly on parking in DC
Annoyed with their customer service and sorry they have a monopoly on parking in DC. I ended up paying twice after putting the wrong zone in the app by accident but couldn't get a refund even though I caught the mistake right away. Company rep seemed gleeful to say that absolutely no refunds were allowed and that I had to pay for the mistake. Small thing but left a bad taste in my mouth and I will avoid using ParkMobile whenever possible.

I guess I should have read the fine print more but I was under the assumption that they charge you by the hour until you cancel since everything is so conveniently done on an app. Instead I was 2 minutes late past my 1 hour limit and I received the $40 ticket h*** of a surprise will never be parking there again.
The app is very poorly designed, it instigates unauthorized parking charges
The app is very poorly designed, it instigates unauthorized parking charges. Customer service is horrible. Do not use this app. It is also unstable in connection even with good WiFi. Also customer support is incompetent. Had to contact my credit card company to remove unauthorized charges because Parkmobile refused even though I had a documented proof. On top of everything, they locked me out of the app when I needed to park, and then double charged me while I could have gotten a ticket

Somehow my use of Parkmobile got my PayPal account hacked. Immediately after using Parkmobile, 13 fraudulent charges appeared on PayPal. I will notify my municipality and ask them not to use this scammy app for their parking lots any more.
Worst support ever!
Worst support ever! They don't care at all about my interests. No help due to their recent data breach! They lost my personall data and have no interest in helping. I believe by law, they are required to provide credit bureau assistance like credit monitoring, but when I asked they hung up on me! It astounds me the local government would contract with this reckless company. I seek trustworthy vendors, not careless scams from our government and their back room dealers like ParkMobile! AVOID PARKMOBILE!
This business sold my email information and most likely the password I used on their site to the dark web. I found out because McAfee security informed me that part mobile released my information to the dark web. Don't be like me don't use these guys save yourself save your identity from being released on the dark web.
Have a fraudulent charge on a credit card that hasn't been used in almost 1 year. Never been outside of California. Charge is from Massachusetts. Charge keeps appearing, had new card issued and now I'm stuck paying for someone's parking. This company is shady, dishonest, thieves! I've been dealing with this for a month now. Thankfully I haven't received tickets like others. Absolutely WORST company!
They have very poor security (my data was stolen because they did not properly protect my information). They also demand you use cookies to track your activity. Do NOT use this service.

I used ParkMobile's service (7/30) for two sessions at a meter in downtown Dallas, Texas. I had 25 minutes left on the meter before it expired and when I got to my car, I had a parking citation. I contacted their chat helpline and they took no responsibility and told me to take it up with the City of Dallas. They didn't offer to refund my parking fees or to assist me in anyway...even after sending them a photo of the ticket and the time stamps. This is a sham business! I can't believed they have an A+ rating.

After receiving an email explaining that Park Mobile had experienced a data breach (aka was HACKED) I no longer trust this company I. Protecting my personal information. While they tour that NO credit card data was accessed, they do admit that most personal identifying info was including emails, names, addresses, and license plate info.
I do not want this info on the dark web as it can cause all sorts of trouble. Shame on you Park Mobile LLC for not taking better care of your customers MOST IMPORTANT information.
I parked at a garage in ***, where the instructions were to see the attendant to exit the garage
I parked at a garage in ***, where the instructions were to see the attendant to exit the garage. There is no attendant, and I had to pay the garage rate to exit. ParkMobile will only refund their charge, leaving me to pay the higher rate. My agreement to park was made through ParkMobile, and they need to be responsible for resolving the issue with the garage. You cannot be responsible for arranging parking and collecting the fee, and at the same time not responsible when your arrangement with that garage fails.

Crappy customer service for a crappy company
Crappy customer service for a crappy company. Dont use them if you can help it. I requested a refund due to a parking ticket I received because I was never alerted of my time expiring. They refused. Said they sent me SMS messages that I never received. I just wanted my $3.70 back. They arent responsible for the things they didnt do that they said theyd do, just like so many companies these days. I share this in hopes that one day someone creates a parking company that has values of honesty and integrity. The bar is set very low people.

I'm a big fan of the ParkMobile app, which works great
I'm a big fan of the ParkMobile app, which works great. After four years of service it got me lost $18 on parking. I went to park my new car and didn't realize I used a default car, not my new car, until the transaction we processed. When I realized this seconds later, I reached out to customer services to adjust the plate, they told me to pay for another session. I don't believe adjusting the session is so much trouble, especially when it happened on the spot. I'm very upset by the customer success and experience with ***.

Despite the fact that I cancelled my parking reservation with them, they charged my card anyway, I have spent the past two months trying to get my money back, but the customer service employees make promises that never happen. The latest was that a check had been mailed to me on May 27. When I informed them I had not received the check, they changed their story from a check has been mailed to my request was being reviewed, and the accountant had not responded to their requests about the status of my refund. I have talked to them about six times now, and I have six different excuses for why I have not received the money they owe me.

I originally thought this app was great!
I originally thought this app was great! I pre-paid $20 for parking for an event that I was going to, thinking I was being proactive. The address that was listed didn't exist for that particular parking. I drove to the place again thinking that maybe I typed it in wrong. It took me to the same place. I asked security and they said that lot M didn't exist. I had to pay $15 for parking. The funny thing is that the actual parking garage was cheaper than what park mobile charged me. UGH! I contacted park mobile and they began an "investigation". They even gave me a support number#***, but have never gotten back to me. This app is a scam! Don't use it, and you can never get a hold of anyone if you need help. Lessoned learned and lost $20 to boot.

I too reserved a parking spot and upon returning to my car had received a citation for unpaid parking
I too reserved a parking spot and upon returning to my car had received a citation for unpaid parking. This seems to be a chronic problem with this company. I first called Park Mobile which was a mistake. The representative I spoke with right away cancelled my reservation. This then seemed to validate that I parked without paying even though the cancellation happened hours AFTER the citation was issued. When I finally spoke with the parking authority and explained the time line they agreed to reverse the penalty charge and just charged me the parking fee. However the parking fee they charge is higher than the Park Mobile fee and Park Mobile won't do anything to offset the additional charge. I won't use their app again but will instead use the onsite parking kiosks.

This company is pathetic
This company is pathetic. My account gets suspended and the helpdesk tells me the reason for this is my credit card is out of date. Amazing, because my account is linked to a checking account. The instructions from ParkMobile are to call support. So I call support and they tell me that to reactivate I need to log into my account and update the payment method. I explained again that I cannot access the account because it is locked. The alternative option the representative gave me is to provide a credit card number over the phone and then the account will be unlocked. I asked the person on the phone where he was located and his response was Mexico. Does ParkMobile really believe that I will give a credit card over the phone to someone in Mexico. Pathetic, I'll cancel my membership.

if I could give this app and service a negative star review, I would
if I could give this app and service a negative star review, I would. I have been forced by the city of *** to use ParkMobile for all of my parking services over the past four years and it has been the most miserable four years of my life because of this. Not only do they charge exorbitant and ridiculous fees to pay to park on the streets of a city, sometimes even in empty fields, they dont notify you that they will be charging you for missed charges until 30 days afterwards, after they have already filed with a debt collection agency, so you have no choice but to pay a $35 ticket. Which, by the way, you have to pay off INDIVIDUALLY so you have to pay an extra $5 for EVERY. SINGLE. TICKET. Their customer service is completely unhelpful and unprofessional. I will NEVER be using their services again. The owners of these lots should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. This company is little more than a scam and a way to gatekeep restaurants, businesses, places of work, schools, and even places of worship from people who cant afford to pay $10 for parking every single day. ParkMobile is a disgusting disgrace and I hope cities all across America wise up to these charlatans and cease any and all business deals with such a filthy PRIVATE company.

I attended the *** concert last Saturday night
I attended the *** concert last Saturday night. It was a great concert and we had a great time. There was only one hiccup in the evening. I bought a parking pass online before the event. I thought this gave me a parking spot. It does not. I arrived and there were no parking spots. I had to pay to park in the lot next to the one I already paid for. The next morning, I contacted ParkMobile and asked for a refund. They will not give a refund. Here is the response.Paying ahead does not guarantee a parking space, nor availability as the parking lots and garages also have a pay on site upon arrival option.ParkMobile does not own or operate any parking garages, lots, meters, kiosks, or pay stations. We are an alternative way to pay for your parking in your area.My advice is that you do not buy a parking pass with ParkMobile because it is worthless. It does not give you a parking spot. The price online was $16.50. The price at the event was $20. It would only save you $3.50 if you get there in time to use it. If you don't, like me (I arrived 30 minutes before the concert), you get to pay twice!I have gone back to their website to see if they have that information posted, buying a pass does not guarantee you a spot. I can not find that anywhere.

This app is never going to be any good
This app is never going to be any good. Their business model is flawed, as they have no "control" over the parking providers. Most of their "support" responses simply remind you that they do not own, operate, or manage the parking providers. Because they have no power over the providers there can be no customer support. AND by adding one more layer to the transaction, they are adding more places for errors or problems, but then they have not added ways to resolve these added issues. So basically they cannot warranty their system works, because if it doesn't, for any reason, they cannot assist you.So simple user mistakes, UI confusions, or software glitches lead to un-refundable charges, tickets, or towing. It's like using the self-checkout at the grocery, but when something doesn't ring-up properly, instead of asking the clerk for help, you get a $50 fine.I used this app several times (because I have to in some areas) however the FIRST time I used their app was in ***, I parked, I payed for parking, but still got a ticket. I had a photograph of the valid parkmobile parking still in effect next to the ticket on my windshield. Clearly the app failed - but that's okay, these things happen, IF (A HUGE IF) Parkmobile had the authority to do something about the issue, but they don't; so, sorry you just payed to park and get to pay the ticket too.

Parkmobile
I used park mobile to pay for the parking meter today.
Unfortunately after driving away the app continue to charge me and ended up with a total of $27.80
The amount of time that I was actually parked was about 40 minutes.
The total fee should have been somewhere around $1.50
I have used the park mobile app for a while now.
And it's unfortunate that they allow the charges to continue to rack up despite the fact that your car is far away from the parking space.
And don't tell me that the app doesn't have location services because it does and it knows when you're not there any longer.
But still the app allows the charges to go on and charge your credit card.
Claimed loss: $26.30
Desired outcome: Please refund the overcharge.
Parking App
I paid $15 for parking - the only option was for nearly 7hrs which seemed silly. Walked back to my car after just a few hours and had a ticket sitting on my windshield. Second ticket in two weeks using this app.
I used the “Chat” feature and was informed they can’t do anything about it because they don’t own the parking lot. Total joke of a company.
Desired outcome: For this to stop happening constantly, and for my ticket to be handled without me spending a year on the phone with the parking lot owner.

On July 2, 2022 I parked at a Park Mobile location in ***, . There was no attendant and I was using the machine to make my payment. The machine malfunctioned during the transaction and instead of charging me $16 which was the posted price for the day it charged me $224! I hit the cancel button but I was already charged. To park in ***, *** for 6 hours $224! I was traveling to *** to pick up an item and I was in the city for approximately 2 hours then caught the train back. There is no sane situation where any person would pay $224 to park for 6 hours in ***, . For all that I would have driven into *** and parked at my destination for $3. *** is the most expensive city in the world to park in and during the *** concert I could have parked at *** for 24 hours and paid $80. There is no phone number to call this company and based on the long list of complaints here this company is prone to scamming consumers.

I used my park mobile app to pay for 2 hours in a parking lot in ***. I didnt see where I had to add another license plate number and proceeded to checkout. A tow company came through and towed the car I was driving and charged me $235.00 to get it out even after I showed them I had paid for the 2 hours of parking. This tow company and park mobile are apparently ripping people off for tow charges.
Parkmobile, LLC - while in ***, July 2022 and July, I was unable to use the parking machine as it gave me an error with my card. This obligated me to download the app ParkMobile. It requires all of your personal information and car info. Both times I used it, I was hit with phishing scams through text and email. Experian report notified me of my information being found on the ParkMobile database unsecure. If this is a city wide issue then people are being forced to subject themselves and their personal information to a scam and unsecure database. Please investigate and address this issue.
ParkMobile has been deliberately confusing with their app payment, causing users to pay double rates when adding time to a parking spot. I have contacted them and they insist that the issue is my fault for agreeing to payment, even though I was under the false pretenses that the amount shown each time was a sum of all charges. There is nothing in the user interface to make one believe otherwise. These charges were incurred in ***, *** on 7/23/22.I have used this app in the exact same fashion in other locations and never been charged this double amount.

They switched me to pro version and started charging me money
They switched me to pro version and started charging me money. The reps are lying and saying I made the change which I did not. I havent used the app in months. All of a sudden I get an email saying that I changed my account to the pro version which costs a dollar a month. I reached out to customer service and they claim I agreed to this. Which I did not. They also charged me for the month without my knowledge. I plan on going to my bank to get this back. They are blaming me, saying I made the change which I did not. They claim I accepted a user agreement, which I did not, for the pro version. I am simply just trying to park my car. I would never spend my money on Pro version. My phone isn't used my anybody. And I have no family members that have access to it. In fact, I work for the government and its actually illegal to touch my phone. I deleted my account. Also, their website wouldn't let me sign in. And the change password function does not work.

Suddenly I am getting charges on my PayPal account originating from this business which I have had nothing to do with in over 5 years. The charges are coming in today 7/1/2022, two of them for $5.35 each, and they reference parking in 2017. I have no idea what this is about as I have not parked and/or used the app recently. I contacted support at the company and the person I communicated with said that they didn't have any recent active charges for me. I asked them to close my account as I am concerned as to how these charges are being generated. The support person stated that I should take up my complaint with PayPal, which I have. However, I have not spoken with anyone at PayPal. I'm concerned with this fraudulent activity by this company.
On May 28th 2022 in ***, My car was towed and the fine was $396.00 (Preferred Parking fine and Towing costs) because the ParkMobile App I used for paying, inadvertently credited me for parking in another ***) instead of where I was in . I have tried to resolve this through ParkMobile representatives, sending them parking lot photos, towing reciepts, etc to no avail. Their argument was that I errd in filling out the app which I totally disagree. Why would the app credit me with a reciept if there was a problem after I put in my *** address. They tried to say there were different places on the app in regards to parking zone and parking space which was not designated. I need help or advice in this because I am so upset for them not reimbursing my money.
I purchased a ticket on 3/22/2022 to park in The *** Parking lot in ***, *** for Saturday, March 26. When I got there, the parking pass that I purchased was not accepted by the parking lot attendant. I was told that I had to pay $25 to park there, in addition to the $16 I paid online. I sent an email to Park Mobile on March 29, 2022 and Lauren responded. She assured me that a refund was issued to me. However, the refund never showed in my account.
I had to change my Default credit card on file in the ParkMobile, LLC mobile app
I had to change my Default credit card on file in the ParkMobile, LLC mobile app. The one on file was canceled. The Settings \ Payment function would not allow me to do this. I contacted ParkMobile by Chat. They instructed me to do the same thing I was doing to no avail. I told them to delete the canceled credit card on the back end. They complied, but the Default changed to Apple Pay. I told them to change the Default to my new credit card. They said they were unable to do it from the back end, I had to do it on my iPhone Apple Pay. I checked my Apple settings and sure enough Apple Cash was off/disabled. I sent them a screenshot, but they still claimed they could not fix it. This happened in this same app about 2 years ago and they still haven't fixed this defect. A consumer should be able to at-will change any Default payment in an app. I had to have them cancel my account since I do not use Apple Pay and it would have been rejected next time I parked.

My husband and I just finished chaperoning prom - we are teachers- and wanted to stop for dinner. We pulled up the Park Mobile app and thought we had paid for parking, but when the window closed there was an error. We had no idea and we to to eat. We were at the restaurant for about an hour. Came back to our car to find a boot. We were then charged $75 even after we opened the error window. This is ridiculous and we should not be paying this amount for one hour of time.
I reserved, and paid in advance, for garage parking in downtown ***. Upon arrival at the garage the code provided would scan but not open the gate. As cars lined up behind me I was forced to take a ticket to enter and was subsequently charged and additional $60 to park. I have reached out to this company several times both by phone and email and have never been able to reach anyone or get a response. In looking into this company online I was dismayed to see so many people having had the exact same experience. I am only left to believe this is a scam. The company *** out low-cost codes which simply do not work. They pocket lots of small charges for profit, ripping off the consumer who thinks they are getting a relative bargain.
This company is amazing at scamming people for every last dollar. Email? Nope- Thank god there is literally no way to contact this worthless scam of a company. Scammed me out of a months worth pass and continued to ticket me with proof of paid pass. I wish they would go bankrupt. This always happens to me with this company. Has been weeks that my filed complaint has gone in their system not touched. Thanks Park Mobile for being the literally worst parking app in the history of apps.
Meterup is an app powered by ParkMobile for street parking in Philadelphia, Pa
Meterup is an app powered by ParkMobile for street parking in Philadelphia, Pa. The app never warns you that you are being double and/or triple charged to park. When I extended my session a third time, and it told me the charge, I was understanding it to be the FINAL charge for all THREE sessions, not a triple charge for the third extension. The math is the same, and therefore my confusion. Nowhere on the screen did it mention that I was being triple charged. I believe I was overcharged $40.49. Not only is the app misleading, but to top it off I called to review the charges (one day my car was parked in two zones at the same time), and I was told that there were no supervisors available. I asked when I could call back to speak with one, and was told "NEVER", I could put in a request for an e-mail (which I did, but never did receive), but that supervisors were not available to speak to anyone EVER. This is the worse customer service I've experienced in my life.

I parked in the Park-Mobile parking deck (location 3232) on June 9; I initially paid for two (2) hours and went to Putt Shack. When my time was about to expire I attempted to extend my time from the text message I was sent but the website kept going back to my initial parking session. I then called the customer service number on the website (XXX-XXX-XXXX) and was unable to speak to anyone as it was after hours. The recording stated that I needed to contact the number on the parking placard in the parking deck or see the attendant. I also attempted to do the live chat and I received a form message but never spoke to anyone. I then downloaded the app and still couldn't extend the parking session. I was finally able to make a new parking session by this time my group decided to leave. I got to my car and there was a parking ticket; I reached out to Park-Mobile within ten (10) days regarding the matter and was denied my dispute for none payment even though I did pay.

I received an email from ParkMobile on 5/26 saying that my debit card was charged $25.98
I received an email from ParkMobile on 5/26 saying that my debit card was charged $25.98. When I read the email, it explained that I was charged $12.99 for a toll and a 0.99 cents processing fee, on 04/09 & 04/10. When I looked up where they said the toll was charged, it said JFK Highway in Maryland. I have NEVER paid $12.00 for a Maryland toll. The most that I have ever paid for a Maryland toll is $8 and I have the receipt for that. That $8 toll was paid in cash, the same way I ALWAYS pay the rest of my tolls. I called them to inform them that they falsely charged me on 5/26. The rep said the best thing he could do was put in a ticket and that they would email me back 24 business hours later and it is now 05/28. I've gotten NO correspondence regarding the issue. I just called again today (05/28) to see what the status was, and the rep said there wasn't one. He said he could only put in yet ANOTHER TICKET. He refused to let me speak to a manager.

In May I learned through an identity protection service that my personal information had been found on the internet
In May I learned through an identity protection service that my personal information had been found on the internet. The information included my personal phone number, and a specific email address I only used to sign up for Park Mobile's service. Two days after the hacked personal data was found on the internet I began receiving lewd texts sent to my personal phone - advertising prostitution in very graphic terms. I did not connect that strange activity with the hack, untill almost a week later, when I checked in with the ID monitoring service. I contacted Park Mobile seeking support and resolution. Was told my request was being escalated. But received no follow-up. I did this twice more, and still no contact from PM, and no sign of anyone at PM being inconvenienced to make things right with their customers, whos personal information they allowed to be stolen. The least PM can do is offer extended personal identity theft monitoring to those they so carelessly affected.

On 07/02 I used the ParkMobile app to pay parking fees for 2hrs
On 07/02 I used the ParkMobile app to pay parking fees for 2hrs. from 6:43 to 8:43 pm. Upon arrival at my car there was a citation from Atlanta for the amount of $35 with a time stamp of 8:09 pm, which is during the time I paid for parking. When I reached out to ParkMobile on the matter the representative "Lauran" immediately started explaining that ParkMobile does not manage any parking devices or issue citations. Understood, but your do offer the app for drivers to use to pay for parking in Atlanta. If your systems integration is not efficient enough to provide up-to-the-minute to Altanta parking agents, then you shouldn't offer the product. To resolve this issue for me I would like for ParkMobile to no only return my paid parking fees but also reimburse me the $37 I have to pay to ATL for a citation I would not have received it I had NOT used your product. I live 30 miles away from the Atlanta courthouse, that will be at least an hour in drive time & another 1-2 hrs in court. $100.

I paid for parking and received a parking ticket anyway because the app is confusing and the payment was accidentally assigned to the wrong car/plate. Paid for parking on parkmobile app for zone 9702 on 03/26. I have multiple vehicles/plate numbers in the app and didn't realize that I paid for 2 hours of parking on the wrong car, so I ended up receiving a ticket even though I paid for parking. The app is confusing and it's very easy to mistakenly pay for parking on the wrong car if you have multiple cars. Secondly, when my 2 hours was 4 minutes from expiring, I tried to pay to extend the time and was charged $10.35 a second time and it still expired in 4 minutes, so I was double charged for the same session. I then realized I had used the wrong plate number, entered the correct one and extended the time for $3.35. So, in total I was charged $24.05 for parking and received a $30 ticket anyway. When I contacted ParkMobile, the customer service person was not helpful at all and was unwilling to refund even the $10.35 double charge

Date: 04/09/2022 $46.00 The fee we paid ParkMobile was for event parking at the *** in ***. We paid for parking from 4:00pm to 11:00pm. When we arrived to the *** Lot to park, there was no parking attendant that was supposed to scan my payment QRQ. We arrived at 5:17pm well after the parking time started. There was no way to prove that I had paid for parking with the parking lot that was assigned to us by ParkMobile. I have attached proof with photos. There is a sign posted for a completely different mobile parking company. And there was an Event Parking sign for $20.00 from Republic Parking Northwest. Why were we charged $46.00 for the exact same parking lot? We were unwilling to pay additional parking fee in addition to the $46.00 we had already paid. We parked in the street right next to the *** Parking lot owned by Republic Parking Northwest. ParkMobile added no value and actually cost more than twice the normal event parking rate charged by Republic Parking Northwest. I would like a full refund in the amount of $46.00.

Parksmobile has service across all *** area
Parksmobile has service across all *** area. Apple forces their app to use ApplePay. I used this service during my travel. I paid two times through ApplePay. My card shows both transactions successful. The company claims that they didnt receive one payment. Calling their support, they said they have a bug and asking for Creditcard via phone to resolve the issue. I am ready to pay outstanding if any via website and not sharing card via phone. They said that provision is not there and my account not enabled. Their company automatic message states not to share card by default. It looks like they are violating pci compliance by forcing users to share card number rather than updating via website with encryption. Please request the team to resolve this matter. Now my account is closed as chat/phone support is of no use. They immediately closed my account instead of resolving the issue. I hope this service is not enabled in all downtown across ***. They are not well managed company yet and is a big hassle for customers to park. I would avoid taking my car to downtown if this kind of service is enabled in downtowns. I hope they are PCI compliant and fix the Apple Pay bug.

They are won't cancel my account!
They are won't cancel my account! After 2.5 weeks of being told to "wait" they have yet to delete my account that has my card/car information. On Jan. 13, 2021 I submitted a request for my account to be deleted through the process they detailed online. On Jan 22, I FINALLY got a response from Brian, listed as a Supervisor of Member services. He stated, "Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your account cancellation, and we apologize for any delay. We are currently working on completing your request, and will notify you when your cancellation/deletion request has been completed. Brian C. Supervisor, Member Services" So, I was patient for an entire week. Now, on Jan 29th I still have an active account, so I called customer service phone number listed online. A woman answers saying "all of our supervisors are in a meeting, I can't forward the call to a voicemail and I can't cancel it." Useless information. Why can't customer service representatives cancel an account? Why is it taking over 2 weeks to cancel an account? Why can I not be forwarded to literally ANYONE else who can make sure this company no longer has ANY of my information. I am now convinced they want to hold my card and car information for something more malicious and I want nothing more but for them to be honest to consumers and better about their customer service. This is sketchy and wrong.

ParkMobile took $25 from me unknowingly to load into the wallet and when I cancelled the wallet and tried to get a refund for my money, I thought it would simply go back on the card they had taken it from but instead have to wait for them to submit a request for my refund from the state and then mail a check to my house within 90 days. This was at the beginning of March and now we are at the end of May. WE ARE PAST THE 90 DAYS. I have been trying to contact literally ANYONE to receive answers about the status of my refund, and have had no luck at all. I tried to email their support team, and got an automatic response about how they are no longer available by email and that I have to submit a request through the support of their website. I submitted a formal request to support, asking the status of my refund, and it has been over two weeks now with no response from them at all. ParkMobile, you better refund me every single cent of my $24.75 that you said you were going to refund me, and I have that in writing. In what f*** world can any app or company do something like that and make the refund process SO DIFFICULT AND EXTENSIVE, when it took you all of five seconds to take the money OUT of my account without consent! What the hell! And every complaint under me says the same thing. Get it together & im telling you right now whoever is reading this that I better be one of those people who receives a response and gets their money back, because this is insane.

Parkmobile will not stop billing me
Parkmobile will not stop billing me. For 3 months I have attempted to cancel the auto pay service but they continue to charge me. I initially signed up for a monthly parking permit for the Larkspur Ferry Terminal parking lot. It is a $20 per month recurring automatic charge. At the onset of Covid I determined I no longer need the parking permit. This was in March . I want and wanted to cancel this recurring payment however a couple of issue have arisen that have lead me to now be charged $20 per month the last 5 months despite numerous attempts to cancel it. I have no attempted on 3 separate occasions to cancel the recurring payment where the customer service rep has indicated that I will no longer be charged. But every month I get charged again. Issue #1 - When I log in to my online account I do not see any charges to my account. When I contact Parkmoble directly via phone they dont know why I dont see any charges. Issue #2 -When I call Parkmobile directly I typically need to sit on hold for no less than 20 minutes before some picks up. When they do pick on each of the 3 occassions the rep has told me they are not able to access my account. I then get put on hold. 25% chance they hang up on me and I have to call back. Issue #3 -When I do eventually talk to someone who says that they can help me we go through the process of cancelling my recurring payment at which point I am told it is taken care of and that I will no longer be charged. Then of course I am charged the $20 the next month. As I mentioned this started in March. It has now been 5 months of charges. April/May/June/July/August. I am owed $100 and expect to be reimbursed and truthfully should be reimbursed for my time and effort dealing with this BS.

On 9/18, I purchased a parking permit online through ParkMobile Reservations for $30
On 9/18, I purchased a parking permit online through ParkMobile Reservations for $30. When I drove in from out of town and attempted to park, the street and parking garage I had reservations for were completely blocked off to traffic so I had to find another place to park. Since then I contacted ParkMobile three different times about a refund. The first time I spoke with someone, they kept me on hold for a very long time while they verified that the garage was in fact closed that day. Then the guy told me he would process the refund. A few days went by and I still had not received a refund or email stating anything about the refund, so I called back. The person I talked to that day, said the previous person didn't process it correctly and that they would fix it. A few more days goes by and still nothing, so I called back again. That person tells me the last person didn't process it correctly and that he fixed it and I should get my refund within "x" amount of days. Still nothing. I called today 12/22, to follow up again and this person *** me an email that was apparently sent to me stating that they wouldn't refund me because their policy is no refunds. So now I am reaching out to Complaintsboard.com for help. This whole situation seems very illegal. It's not like I bought parking and then couldn't make the game and now I want my money back. I bought parking tickets to a garage that wasn't shown as closed or not available, and when I got there the street and everything was closed. I don't see any difference than someone selling bootleg tickets to a game. I have tried to escalate this again, but the phone support cant give me any real contacts or emails, and apparently you cant contact them through email anymore as of today. Please look into this, it doesn't seem like everything is on the up and up. I don't mean to be *** over $30, but it does feel like they're robbing me. Thanks.

Hello There, My issue is with a company named ParkMobile
Hello There, My issue is with a company named ParkMobile. ParkMobile has sent me an email on Feb 22, 2022 stating that my account was disabled while I had funds estimated to $1300. I contacted them the same day to understand what the issue was. I was Informed by their Customer Support agent that the reason my account was disabled was due to suspicious activity, they advised that I wait until the appropriate department contact me to resolve this issue. I was contacted by email on Feb 25, 2022 by a Senior Director named ***. She stated, "Thank you for reaching out to us. Your account was disabled due to unusual activity, and it is still under review. We will reach back out to you as soon as possible." After receiving this email, I patiently waited a week after to contact Customer Support for a update to this issue. I was informed there is no update or any request at the moment and that I should wait patiently for a manager to contact me. A month has passed and no updates or any contact has been made since Feb 25. I contacted again and spoke to Agent and explained the issue I was having. I offered to provide any documents that *** help resolve this issue faster. He advised that he would speak to a higher department about my issue. 30 minutes later he called and inform me that their investigation was inconclusive and the issue was resolved and I did not have to provide any documents. He stated that they would be following up with me by email the next day. It has been more than a week from the date they should have contacted me to have my account and my funds restored, but have not done either. I contacted again and this time the agents were rude and tried redirecting me to different a different company that had were useless in resolving this issue. Now everytime I speak with a agent about my issue, they give me the run around and saying that a specialist will be contacting. I've also tried asking to speak with a specialist directly but they blatantly refused.
